I was desperately hungry after flying all day and stopped in by chance. I got a Thai tea, Pinky Shrimp, and Crispy Pork Belly. The shrimp was aromatic and tender. The pork belly melts in your mouth after a couple of crunchy bites. Delicious! Added bonus - my food came in vented to go boxes so it stayed crispy and fresh until i got home! I'll go out of my way to try this place again.

The pho here is pretty good! Pad thai is good too! Pork belly is crispy and delicious but im not a pork fan. Customer service is there, and much better than most pho places. Parking gets packed at certain hours. Just disappointed about the (nam tok) as it was very plain. I do recommend the pho!

The papaya salad shouldn't have been sold, it's not fresh at all.
The glass noodle salad is underwhelming on top of being questionable after the papaya salad.
The prices were the most insulting part; none of it is reasonable for the quality. 38 dollars for one person & I didn't want to finish either of two separate dishes.

If you're near the airport, just settle for fast food.

Charged me 5 dollars extra for extra shrimp in my chicken pad Thai . Guess what: 2 pieces only!

Ordered Door Dash. It said two dipping sauces we only got one. The portion was tiny. The quality was questionable. We spent almost $60.00 and relieved maybe $15.00 worth of food. Very disappointed!

This is Thai /Lao style Pho. It's good but different from the Vietnamese style. I feel it's a bit sweeter and loads of MSG.

The prices of all these small restaurants are just getting ridiculous! I ordered Lao sausage, pork belly and spring rolls and paid a little over $40. The food was mediocre. The pork belly was dried and bland. Spring rolls were mostly filled with noodles and lettuce. The portions are horrible and too small. Their chili sauce is absolutely disappointing! Would I come back? Absolutely NOT!

Oh and let's not forget, the restroom had NO LOCK. I was sitting on the toilet thinking the whole time, "I hope no one walks in on me".

Next time skip this place and opt for Saibaidee or Savannh Banh instead for authentic Lao/Thai dishes.

I love the service and love the papaya!!! Ordered spicy first then medium spicy later. Pork belly was very fatty and crunchy. Basil stir fry was good. Green curry was also good but I would of liked if it came with a small bowl of rice.

Food was great but the lady in the front legit has hearing problem. Asked her for two pepsi and she came out with two bowls of pho. She refuse to take the 2 bowl of pho back and gave us attitude when we mentioned her mistake. Asked her for extra forks, legit told us there is no forks. What kind of resturant doesn't carry fork? 3.5% fee for using debit card is ridiculous. Food was way too overpriced.

How disappointing!!! The server clearly cannot work under pressure. Our foods didnt come out together. Other guests who sat after us got thier order first. We prdered chicken wings but she gave them to the guests who ordered after us.

I got a thai boat and never recieved any condiments or eating utensils for 5 minute! And when my husband went to ask for chopstick and she literally walked away and say she got it. Like really, my thai boat was sitting there for 5 minutes untouch. Then when i got the chopsticks the noodles was so overcooked it was choppy. I told the server but she say we cannot get a new one unless we order one more and get charged again. Lmao i asked to apeak with a manager and they said they will redo it. And guess what. They only added either water or pho broth to fix it. Like it didnt even taste like thaiboat. The red meat wasnt even cooked throughout the time because it was not hot. I just dont get how greedy people can be to not redo one thaiboat. Greedy restaurants dont deserve my money!!!!

Food was delicious and the menu offers a nice variety of options. However, the lady server with tattoos needs to step up big time if she wants to continue working in a customer facing role.

My chief complaint is the girl at the front with the tattoos. I requested to be seated at a different part of the restaurant and she refused to oblige. She said because it would get crowded and blah blah blah. The restaurant wasn't that busy and it was right in the middle of the week. This was not an unreasonable request. Instead, she chose to inconvenience a customer to avoid doing extra work. And now I'm finding out based on other reviews there are other complaints about this employee. The service used to be exceptional a few years ago, but today it's not. That said, the food wasn't bad. But I don't plan on returning any time soon exclusively because of the bad service.

Ordered the pho through door dash and the soup smelled and tasted of chemicals. I'm sick so I really needed some soup, son smelled it as well and said it smelled of burnt plastic. Still waiting to see if my body has a reaction to the two spoonfuls I tasted. So scary to not know what I've ingested.

2.5 stars. Tried based on a friend's advice. Not that good. Best thing we got was the papyaya salad. Very expensive also. They use same oil to deep fry the fried foods so you're left with old remnants on your egg rolls. The waitress was nice but she was also coughing and had no mask on. She also didn't wash her hands when giving out utensils. The spoons for the condiments were completely submerged in the condiments which is really unhygienic.

Terrible service. The lady with tattoos taking orders had a major attitude problem. She was moving up and down the isles restlessly snatching and throwing menus around. She took my order and I canceled it immediately after she snatched my menu and rumbled off. She was having a bad day and took it out on a customer. It was not a good first impression. Thumbs down.

Ordered a beef pho and it was delicious. The chicharron was so crunchy! YUM. The thai tea was super good as well. Service was great. I would totally go back again! Definitely recommend.

My sister and I were incredibly impressed by the flavor in the food served here during our visit in Fresno, CA. Lighting was a little dingy and the space is a little small, however, we believe that it is the "hole in the wall" places that serve the best food. We highly recommend y'all trying! When we visit Fresno again, we will be coming back!

First to start off me and my boyfriend came here about twice now. The first time was okay. Now this second time we had gone it was NOT. We had ordered our food already and as we’re waiting we seen a roach ! Not no small one either. So we told the girl who was at the front to let them know we had seen one! She replies “ oh yea they’re aware of them” !! Now that is unsanitary and disgusting knowing that they know they have a roach problem and aren’t doing anything about it. Not only was it that one roach after awhile waiting we seen another baby roach crawling on the wall!! I would not recommend coming here again.

The atmosphere of this store was very welcoming. However, with Covid going on I wish that the waitress who was serving us was more sanitized. I ordered food to go and was waiting and facing their kitchen. However the waitress came and cleaned the tables, grabbed the used cups by the lips, grabbed dirty napkins on the table and put them in the sink. Then I see her grab the other customer’s plate of food and served it WITHOUT washing her hands…..even after that she grabbed my food and packed it, still without washing her hands. Germs could be easily transferred. It was so hard to watch. I was also in a rush to go so I didn’t say anything thus leaving a review in hopes that they will train their workers to improve their hygiene and sanitation skills.

Food was mediocre and service had me speechless was rushed and was just thrown the receipt and told to wait outside. Which was fine Covid and all but you can say it nicely.

Food was great. Tried the boat noodle with low expectations and I was amazed how it tastes. They use real fried pork bellies unlike other place who only give you pork chicharones. The noodle portion they give you for the xl wasn't much but they do give you a lot of meat. Only reason why I didn't give a 5 star is because the basket that holds the condiments/sauces and also the condiment/sauce bottle is dirty.

Best pad thai and lao sausage yet. Pad thai is something extra special, don't think ive had better. Some people complain about the fried pork belly but mine was cooked to perfection like they said. And of course it us deep fried so you can get it fresh off the fryer. The skin is super crunchy. Very good customer service as well. Totally recommend this place for lao thai food lovers.

Was very upset at what I ordered. I got a Chicken Pad Sew Noodle and Thai Ice Coffee. The pad sew tasted very vinaigrette. I ate pad sew noodle before in other restaurant by far Mama Asian Noodle was the worse one. Reached out to them and was told they use vinegar in it and is one of their main seasoning (ingredients). Yuck! The Thai ice coffee taste very sweet all I can taste was sugar. Never will eat there again! They made have made my food half fast because I placed my order 3 minutes before they open.

Price was a bit high, papaya was bomb, Lao style. They had quite a variety of Laos/Thai cuisine. Not a bad place.

Disappointed 😞 crispy pork belly is NOT the "baked" pork belly if this is what you're expecting. It's just pork belly fried in oil. Mostly fat in a small container for almost $10. They advised me It's half fat and half meat ... please learn from my favorite places tgat definitely has the best pork belly like "Mally's Restaurant " and "Mr.Papya" - majority is meat, not half and half. I don't dissuade anyone from visiting this restaurant, but just make sure you ask for samples, if they provide it.

Nothing on their website or on this google page is accurate. Not the menu, and not the open hours. The reviews are also for a prior owner. The new owner seemingly does not think it is an issue and has not updated anything online. They also do not tell you this when you order. They could not give me a refund even though they put shrimp in my fresh veggie rolls.
Stay away for the lack of professionalism. Food was a 5/10 anyway

Pho broth was extremely fatty. Possibly the skimmed top layer of oil from the broth was given ONLY. Bland and fatty. Have ordered in the past with no satisfactory result as well. Good luck

The pho is great as ever. the fried rice was not.

We had an order over $100 here and the food there was extremely dry and lacked flavor all around. I called the store to let them know of the situation and the lady who answered kept saying there’s nothing they can do about our order. Kapoon there was a brown color bland and almost a jello texture. They also forgot our sticky rice and once I told her that she kept saying that they were 100% sure they gave it to us even though we never got it. They were in complete denial and said they couldn’t do anything for us. What a horrible experience!!!!

The food here was delicious. We had the Thai chicken basil entree and the green curry beef. Both were very tasty. The Thai basil chicken was by far the best part of our order. Highly recommend.

Decided to give them a try using Postmates. Ordered 5 different noodles dish and fried rice. Waited a little bit over an hour for the food to arrive. And when it did there was on dish missing. We got the broth for it but nothing else. All the noodle dish had the Same exact ingredients, even though we were specific on what we wanted since one of my family couldn’t have pork. They still added pork to it, so he couldn’t eat it for dinner. Overall the broth was blah, and I wish they could have packaged it more nicely.

The pork belly is delicious! Only problem was I am traveling for work and they gave me a receipt with no prices or total on it. Needs better receipts for business travelers!

Loved the food. Whoever made the sausage did an excellent job with the recipe. Was extremely satisfied with the food the only drawback I have was the pepper. Was pretty disappointed with how the pepper was made. Was expecting authentic pepper not dried pepper with sugar and fish sauce but overall the food itself was absolutely delicious. 4/5 would come back but use my own pepper.

I ordered the drunken noodles on a whim last night and when they got delivered I could not believe how good the food smelled. It was spicier than I expected but that just kept me wanting to eat more of it, so many flavours going on that I can't wait to eat here in person.

Legit, authentic Thai Food. We were in town during COVID-19, so had to order UberEats and weren’t disappointed. Fresh, tasty and good sized portions. The Spring Rolls, Pad See Ew and Shrimp Pad Thai were all delicious.
