Understated spot for Thai staples including curry, noodle & rice dishes, in a strip-mall setting.
We went there an hour before closing, to satisfy my hubby's curry cravings. And the place didn't disappoint. One of the best yellow curry we tasted! I especially loved the Mu Yang (bbq pork). So savory, although the vinegar side was too spicy for me 🥵 Thai iced tea was also good and refreshing. The staff's also friendly and attentive to our needs. Will definitely go back when we're in the area.
We had lunch here on the way to Sacramento (around 12pm) and seated immediately. We ordered pad thai with chicken and sweet chili chicken with extra white rice. The food came out pretty quickly (about 5-10minutes).
The pad thai chicken was delicious! I am picky about the sauce on pad thai and the sauce had the right amount of sweet-salty-sour combo. They also gave generous amount of chicken pieces & fried tofu.
The sweet chili chicken was also good! The chicken pieces were fried until they were super crispy. The sauce wasn't spicy at all but more sweet & tangy. It was perfect when eaten with the white rice.
We were satisfied with the quality of food and the taste. We will come back when we are in the area.
Hubby and dined in and this was a great experience from start to finish! The atmosphere was quiet and some how intimately casual. The food was flavorful and well thought through; the spiciness and sauces were just the right amount for the servings, our beverages paired very well and the lemonade and lemongrass teas were fantastic palate cleansers! This is definitely a place to visit in Fairfield!! We will be back before the end of our trip.
I've eaten here on a number of occasions and they are consistently really good. Food is hot, fresh & delicious. Service is on-point. They don't mess around. They get you in, seated, order taken & food delivered to the table like bada-boom bada-bing! If you're on a time crunch for a work lunch they'll get you in & out quick but they do get busy at lunch so try to go either at 11:30a or like 1:15p to get a table. Also they close from 3-4:30 to reset for dinner. You will not be disappointed. There's something here for everyone. The less adventurous eaters will enjoy the familiar potstickers, fried spring rolls & chicken katsu but check the blackboard on the wall for Specials like stuffed sausage mushrooms or crab fried rice. Their fried rice is amazingly buttery, garlicky & flavorful. The fresh rolls are so refreshing with a hint of mint & I could just drink the peanut sauce that comes with them. Pad Thai & Drunken Noodles are great too. All the curries & sauces are already pretty spicy for my wimpy tastebuds but you can always order it less or more spicy. You can wash it down with a beautifully smooth & silky Thai Iced Tea, I highly recommended it.
$16 for curry and it doesn’t come with rice!! No thanks. Plus if you’re going to charge extra for rice please put on the online menu that it’s not included! I won’t be back.
Very attentive, sometimes you feel rushed but it's a small location so I understand
The pumpkin curry and drunken noodles were great.

They had 4 seats available and did not accommodate us. The party of 2 were taking up a bigger table all they had to do ask them to move over. Their food had not arrived. We eat here at least 2-3 times a month. The service just gets worse and worse. The food is good the only reason why we come and our families come.
Ate dinner here, March 2016
Went here for lunch. The food was great! Employees were friendly too. Highly recommend the pineapple fried rice & papaya salad.
Really nice servers in a clean little restaurant. I had the red curry with pork and a side of white rice. Now that's not on the menu, but I know what's up! Spicy level was up there, but not extreme. I will absolutely return. And I'll take some pics next time!

My husband and we trying to kill time before heading to a meeting and came across this hidden gem. We came in at 1pm was greeted and seated within seconds of coming inside the building. We were provided menus and our drink order was taken quickly.
I ordered the pad see ew with chicken and my husband ordered the sweet chili chicken. We also got a Thai iced tea and the Butterfly tea. Both were delicious refreshing. It was my first time having the Butterfly tea and it was good. It was a mild and savory all in one.
The pad see ew was delicious and fresh. My husband said that he enjoyed his meal as well.
We will definitely be back.
Super cozy little Thai place - probably has the best pad Thai I've ever had, and I've eaten a lot of good pad Thai. They get busy during the evenings!
Quick and easy to order and pick up. The coconut curry was really good, the rice was cooked perfectly.
Outstanding food at a great price.
Clean n food nice n fresh. Service was good n prompt.
AROUND 12PM This place has bad service. This guy is a server with no training we was basically rush out never ask do we need anything. Don't go to this place unless you want to feel unwanted there is way better thai spots that's WAY BETTER THAN THIS PLACE I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN. I WILL BE LETTING EVERYONE KNOW
I love the Thai Palm Bistro, it reminds me of being in Chaing Mai. Food is and my servers are wonderful to me and everyone.
This first time I ate here which was last week my experience was interesting. I ordered the Beef Red Curry and it was delicious, but I noticed the owner of the restaurant ,the older woman kept staring at me as if she was scared that I was gonna dine and dash. That’s never my intentions when I go to a restaurant I always make sure I have money to pay and for tip . I don’t know if they have had alot of occasions where people have dined and dashed out without paying who are POC. She just kept looking at me and it made me uncomfortable. She kept talking to this younger man who appeared to maybe her Son and staring at me. I just wish people would stop Dining and Dashing it breaks trust with Small businesses and POC Customers. But overall Beautiful decorated restaurant with delicious Food.👏🏽💕
Delicious! Pro tip: if you are thinking about ordering the eggplant dish, consider instead the spicy catfish, because it comes with a lot of eggplant and veggies. Especially if you are ordering takeout, the eggplant and veggies are separated from the fried catfish - 2 delicious dishes in one!
We’ve been going to Palm Thai for over five years and love it! We don’t live nearby so it’s a special trip and so worth it. We especially love the yellow and pumpkin curries and love that the brown rice option is my favorite from Lundberg. Everything is always beautifully plated and delicious. It’s not a fancy looking place but the food is dynamite.
Of course this mediocre Thai spot is highly reviewed in Cordelia where nobody knows anything about ethnic foods.
Food is horrid. Prices are too high. Spice level is non existent. No flavors in any plates. Curry way too runny. Yellow and green curries taste basically the same. Barely any veggies in the food. Portions of entrees and rice way too small. Ask for "Thai hot" when they ask "mild medium or spicy" and all they do is put a tiny bit of spice powder on top, no authentic spice flavors, no Thai chilies. Tasted like nasty hot sauce packets you get at cheap to go Chinese food places. And to top it all off service was lousy and they never checked on us to see how things were going.

This is not real thai food. In fact, it is far from it. Flavors are off. Curries are too runny and bland. Basil chicken flavors are off. Nothing tastes the way it really should. They ripp you off on the steamed rice. If you want a real taste of Thai flavors please visit Thai Spice in Pinole CA. It is about a 22 minute drive from the Green Valley Area. Waitress here couldn't even understand what we were asking. When asked for spicy heat level all they did was just put in the Chinese blend of spicy sauce. No authentic Thai chillies, no spice tray, nothing. Over priced for what it is. The green valley area is so in need of restaurants that this place stays open by default. If this restaurant opened in the Bay Area they wouldn't last six months. I guess it's good enough for the fairfield palate.
A gem of a restaurant for really excellent sushi.
Always super fresh and everything tastes great. Service is excellent! They were very polite with my grandparents who are a bit hard of hearing and sight, and the patience was very appreciated.
This was my first time trying this Thai restaurant. I must say the Drunken Noodles were delicious!
Good food and service. The restaurant is clean and easy to get to. It's in the Safeway shopping center on Business Center Drive.
Great food. Their curries are really good and for lunch, I recommend the Mu Yang rice plate.
A little pricey for the amount you get but overall great Thai restaurant in Green Valley.
Bad food and worse service. We ordered green curry with beef and yellow curry with duck and they both were very watery. I had to get up to take the menus and request for napkins and the waiter brought the check in the middle of the food.
Quick lunch service, great lunch pricing & friendly staff. Everything was well seasoned and delicious
It gets cramped in there when busy but the food and service makes up for that.
Great little spot! Been there a couple times and food plus service was great. Will be coming back when I am around area.
宝藏餐厅 罗望子鸡翅很美味
Great place! Always good food.

I used to love their pad Thai shrimp an that’s all I used to get, but Never again, last time I ordered when I got back home my container wasn’t even full , I used to be able to have food for the next day the serving size they gave me was no where near what it should’ve been for me to have paid over $25 an I didn’t get what I paid for an I only got 3 shrimp in the whole dish, WILL NEVER RETURN
The food was great..the portion are bit small to share.so think 🤔 about how many people your your going to share with I will say 2 person can share a bunch of dishes. you might need to double the order to feed 4..that said the food was quite good I liked the pumpkin curry chicken, spicy egg plant of course rice..we had the papaya salad , turo roll
Excellent food, a wide selection of tasty dishes, polite, friendly and professional wait staff.
Most delicious Thai food!
Last night was my first experience with Palm Thai Bistro. I ordered the Pad Thai with fried tofu, medium spicy and added red chili hot sauce too. What an AMAZING dish!!! It was perfect. Will be repeat customer.
Amazing Thai food - a real hidden gem
Excellent food. I have tasted the entire menu. Very flavorful. Friendly and welcoming staff.
This place was phenomenal. Best Thai I've had in awhile and not super expensive.
Bad service! Been sit and wait the waitress take my order, she simply just ignore and instead clean up my next table without even bother to say a word !
Food is good most of the time but has been better, not too salty.
Service was fast, friendly, and attentive. I had wide egg noodle stir fry with chicken and hubby had catfish with egg plant. All scrummy! We'll be back again, for sure.
Good food. Basic, nothing fancy. Good value. Wait staff attentive and courteous.
The food tasted Okay! Ordered Thai Fried Rice with Chicken (Thai Hot 🔥) unfortunately, the spice level didn't match what I was expecting. However, for people who can't handle too much spices you will be happy. On top of that, the serving size for $14 is below par than expected. The place looks cozy and accessible.
NiCe little Thai Bistro! Went in for lunch right when they opened and was seated instantly. Ordered 3 meals from lunch menu plus two Thai teas and ended spending under $50. For the quality and quantity the price was right and so was the service. I don't live here but if I did this would be a regular spot.
First order here. For 2 adults and 2 kids, diner take away. Very good food, just spicy enough. 60$ and enough food for diner and next day lunch. Apparently, by ordering here you have both quality and quantity. I will order again.
Service was fast, food was served hot and was DELICIOUS! Best Thai food I've ever eaten. This is my new spot in Fairfield!!
The food was delicious, pineapple chicken fried rice
Tastes just like home cooking
Love all dishes everything is so good.
Just make sure you don't add salt, the las time I went the fish was a bit salty
Exceeded expectations in terms of very yummy food. Grilled lemongrass chicken and basil chicken both so good. Though both dishes were mostly meat; if you like a good portion of veggies, maybe try ordering at least one vegetarian dish.
Goodcrab rice..
I love the speed and efficiency of this restaurant. They made sure to repeat my order back to me and told me 15 minutes and the food was ready in less than 5 , nice , friendly front staff too!
They are hater. Not nice at all. Seem to have bad attitude... not friendly but the food is good , just very poor practices.
This place is great! Lemongrass chicken is on our repeat list for sure.
Food is good. Service is smiling. There was a problem once with the credit card being over billed but they took care of it in a timely manner. I appreciated that.
Very fresh seafood ingredients. Good tasting food! Fast friendly service!
Great Pad See Ew!
A bit pricey for sorta simplified Thai dishes. Fast service.
It's definitely my favorite Thai food restaurant. I love to eat the papaya salad, bbq pork, and pineapple fried rice.
Flavors are good, I wish they put more ingredients into the soup. Chicken coconut soup was basically pieces of chicken and pieces of mushrooms. I assume the broth was from the powder not made from scratch, because when it is cooked from scratch you can see herbs in the broth
This place is really good. 🤤
Really delicious food. Seasoned well, great portions, and overall great service.
Thai fried rice and the grilled pork are next level.
The best red curry and pad thai I have had in a long time! Delicious.
Small place. Nice staff. Good food.
Had a wonderful meal here. Although the vegetarian choices are limited, the quality more than made up for it. Each dish was unique and tasty. Large quantities and friendly service.
I highly recommend
Taste is good. Plenty of parking available. Space inside is limited (super small restaurant).
Remarkably good Thai food with all of the standards and a lot of inventive other items on the menu, plus excellent-looking specials when we were there. Also very fast service despite most other tables being full!
Good food, friendly staff, would recommend a visit.
Fast service, very tasty food, and calming atmosphere. I'm really glad i stoped here after being stuck in traffic.
Excellent food. One of the best Thai restaurants in the area. I ordered the pumpkin curry with chicken.
Pad Thai and Pad See Ew were both delicious. Server, Chynna, was excellent. Portion size, enough for an additional take home meal each. My wife and I have had Thai food a lot of places around the country, and this was as good as any. We highly recommend.
Excellent
Ok
Excellent cuisine and service!
Great food, great service! 😊
Great place to grab a bite with friends/coworkers!
Nope! Nope! Nope! I went to Palm Thai and ordered two items to go (Pad Thai and Thai Fried Rice). The rice was bland to flavorless, and didn't resemble "Thai" in any fashion. Rarely do I complain, nor do I return to restaurants once I leave, but this was so exceptionally bad, I had to go back. Well, they were closed.
I'm not expecting my food to taste as good as I get when in Bangkok, but it should be better than the bag of Thai rice I get at Trader Joe's for $4.00. Pam Thai's fried rice was about $14.00.
Up your game, Palm Thai!
The yellow curry, pineapple rice, and lemongrass iced tea were awesome!
This was unbelievable the fried rice was delicious and you can choose from 3 different meats to go in it it was amazing!
Always good. Really like it.
Friendly staff and super good yellow curry!
I took my brother and his wife to Palm Thai and we loved the food. We shared everything and that is the way to go. Started with the Tom Kha Gai soup and it was fantastic! Don't miss the Sweet Chili Chicken and the Pumpkin Curry! We also had the Pad Thai with chicken and it was wonderful. Great, friendly service, too!
Our meal was fantastic with great flavor and the food came out very quickly. The servers were friendly and we would come again. Highly recommend the Palm Thai Bistro!!
Excellent food! Friendly service.
I enjoyed my the food here. It was tasty and the staff was accommodating for a large party. I tried a little of everything. Their veggie fried rice and eggplant tofu were good. We ordered fried ice cream and they put candles on it for the birthday person. I would come back when I’m in the area.
The smell drew me in. The taste will keep me coming back.
Amazing food! Great place
I've eaten here a few times. This place can get busy, but I feel the staff does a great job in service. I've always had friendly staff and always felt welcomed.
Food is great.
Staff is great.
Price is mildly higher than normal.
Terrific
Love the sweet chili chicken, Papaya Salad and Egg Plant with green beans bell paper onion and tofu
Food was good service excellent and fast
Good food, freindly staff and a good price. I enjoyed the chicken pad thai. Asked they make it spicy which they accommodated. The grilled lemongrass chicken thighs were tender and moist loaded with flavor.
I love good Thai food and this place hits the spot every craving I get. The food came out hot and quick. I enjoy a good drunken noodle.
Took my wife and daughter here for dinner. We really enjoyed the food and had a great time. Food was good service was good and the price was right.
Great tasting food of good quality. I love this place!
Excellent food and very good service. Highly recommend.
The Chicken Fried Rice for lunch was excellent.
Convenient location.Service was quick. Solid pumpkin curry and Pad See ew.
Absolutely delicious! I have never once been disappointed with anything I have ordered from here. I am so impressed at how fast the food is prepared and the flavor of each meal. The people that work here are very friendly and relaxed. It is a very popular place and one of my all time favorite in the area. I encourage anyone to come give them a try! ENJOY! 💖👍👍
Medium spice eggplant perfection!
Great food. Best prik king in the area. Service was friendly too. The negative reviews for this place speak volumes about the people who posted them... Two people who didn't like the fact that the staff spoke to one another in their native language (seriously), someone who says they have never been there, someone who wants to change their mind and eat out of the takeout containers in the restaurant, and someone who arrives 10 minutes before the two-hour lunch/dinner transition.... Hmmm. Maybe those people are the best source of info. Just guessing.
V fresh and good food
Came through here on a doordash delivery and was surprised by the amount of people trying to get a table here. Came back a few weeks later to see what the fuss was about and was pleasantly surprised by the simplicity of the dishes and flavors. My only gripe was that they didn't have a wide seafood variety for lunch. Still, a really nice lunch spot!
Ordered Thai Beef Salad, Pad Thai w/ beef, and Pad See Ew beef.
Salad was hardly a salad compared to many other places. The beef was a bit under and didn't really taste all that good. Almost as if it was starting to spoil.
The Pad Thai was dry as if it's been out for a while and not made fresh. I will give them credit for the flavor not tasting like ketchup, which a lot of thai joints do to cut corners. The beef in this dish was better tasting though.
The Pad See Ew I don't have much feedback on because my wife didn't say much about it.
Sad thing was we ordered it to go and by the time we had a chance to taste everything, they were closed. We are from out of town and visiting some family, had to leave early the next day to continue our road trip, and this is probably the last time we'll eat here.
Busy place, food was fantastic, service was fast, but it's tight at dinner time.
As a fan of thai food, I can say they have the best red curry I've ever had. Fast service and delicious food!
Never been there
Everything was delicious, service impeccable, reasonably priced - I'll be back!
Every dish is a hit! My favorite is the drunken noodles and the mango/sticky rice, oh! Must try the thai tea & butterfly tea (sweetened) yum!! Apple & Kate are super sweet servers!
Love this place, can't believe it's so close to home. Service is always good as well as the food :). Pad Thai, Sweet Chili Chicken and Soft Shell Crab (not advertised) 👍👍👍
Best place for Thai food!
Get in, get out, be satisfied. They serve extra hot dishes if you ask for it. Good and fast, always.
Big portions and fairly priced. The thai ice tea was more sweet than I would have preferred. Plenty of parking as this is part of a plaza. Bathrooms were clean
I don't eat Thai very often, but I'll be back. I wouldn't call this a nice place, more casual, so comparing it to similar restaurants I'd give it 5 stars.
Love their chicken basil topped off with their mango sticky rice for dessert!
The food is fresh and delicious!
Good portions, fair prices, and nice staff.
Please is great! Great staff, great food, fresh food and we'll kept restaurant.
One of my favorites in Solano County!
The food is extremely spicy. I asked medium spicy and it was hot spicy. However it is good.
So We arrived at 2:50 pm on a Sunday and they close at 3:00 pm and they refused to serve us. Most businesses will serve you if you can still get in on time before closing. I guess they are that lazy.
