Minimal-chic mall eatery doing modern twists on classic fare with adjustable spice levels.
Very nice restaurant, clean and spacious. You can also carry out (I watched many come in for that while I dined). The service was kind and knowledgeable; very patient.
The food was delicious, we had pot stickers, Tom Yum hot n sour soup, pad Thai noodles with beef, drunken noodles with chicken, and sticky rice. All was very tasty!
Music was playing at a good level, allowing conversations to he had without shouting. There is ample parking as it's in a shopping center that provides easy access for those limited in mobility.
The prices are very fair and the servings are good portions. Overall it's an excellent place for lunch, dinner, and even family get togethers.
Excellent food that was both very authentic, and served quickly. Attention to detail and customers needs kept my water consistently full and dishes cleared quickly with focus on what we'd need. A plus would return to try more dishes, as the generous portions make it difficult to try lots of stuff unless you're with a large group. Which isn't a problem, per se.
We ordered 3 different dishes (noodles, rice and soup), as well as Thai tea, and everything was very delicious! Portions were huge for us :D I took one star for a super sticky table. However, the overall experience was still very good. The staff is friendly. I think I would stop by again for sure.
I finally found a place that has the perfect roti!!
I ordered the roti and yellow curry sauce for appetizer. Honestly, I am going to get my own next time because I don't want to share.
For main, I ordered the beef panang curry. The beef chunks were so tender, I practically swallowed the whole dish. The flavor was just the right amount of spicy and sweet, pairing perfectly with rice and the beef.
My partner got spicy boat noodle. Maybe get medium if you want to test their version of spicy is. The value for these meals is just awesome.
I will come back again to try more!!!
Passed this place for years but only tried it last night, and tonight went back for a take out. Service on fire, the lady who served me was so pleasant. The food was exactly how I remembered Thailand, albeit a bit more spicy and more basil taste. Tonight I added the roti and the bread was very good but wished the sauce was a bit different. Overall, so happy I finally tired this place and will become my Thai go to in Chino / Chino Hills area.
Been here several times..food n service still consistently good. Prices are just fine compared to other places few doors away.
Best thai food i had ever tried.
Great place to get Thai takeout for dinner!
We always enjoy our dining experience at Thai Twist. Everything is so delicious.
I used to like this place but lately they have been skipping orders for customers with a bigger table they thought we don't pay attention but we do after 40mns of waiting they would bring our food cold the worst part i used to support this restaurant but no more after they made my kids wait for so long for one dish ...the place was literally empty taking my business somewhere else .....
I think its pretty shitty to send food with black hair wrapped up in the chicken so I had to trash my entire order and no thanks to uber eats no help in getting my money back

I ordered southern fire rice
Wrong order
Food is not bad with fairly large portions and great service.
service was friendly. food were delicious and fresh although the Larb can used a bigger cabbage. Padang coconut jelly was a bit too sweet and too hard for our liking. a/c wasn't strong enough probably because of the high ceiling.
Not the fanciest place in town but definitely the tastiest. Their food quality has been consistent for almost the dozen times I have eaten there. This is one of the places where you want the taste to linger after the meal and you savor it. Very optimally priced and they always have the orders ready when ordered online. Never had to wait ever. They get a little crowded during weekend evenings but they are usually very efficient and polite while managing their seating (They don't rush you out but clean up very quick to make the seat available for the next person).
Edit 2024: The place has since gone downhill especially with service which was so much better when they were a smaller place. I prefer going to other smaller places in the neighborhood now instead and have stopped recommending this place for friends too.
I have been going here for the past several years now. Always good foods, consistency is always there.
I just got my wisdom teeth taken out and was craving some curry. The hostess with red hair ( I believe her name was Jessica) was so accommodating and modified my order so I only had curry, soft tofu, and rice. The food was amazing and I felt taken care of. Thank you!
Food wasn’t like it used to be. For the beef panang curry, the beef was dry and the portion was small. The curry sauce saved it from not having it. Pad see ew was good, average. We were seated right away, considering it’s a Sunday. 2 stars because of the beef.
Found the drunken noodles overcooked. Nice wait staff. A bit noisy.
Everything i had here was amazing.
Amazing food! I'm writing a review after a long time because this place truly deserves appreciation. Previously, I tried their yellow curry and potstickers, both of which were incredibly delicious. This time, I had the Chicken Satay Thai Twist Special, while my husband had the Shrimp Lunch Special - both of our main courses were excellent. We also ordered the Tom Yum Soup, which was the best I've ever had in the US! Finally, we indulged in Mango Sticky Rice for dessert, which was absolute bliss. The ambiance was great, and I was thrilled to see a beautifully decorated shrine with Lord Ganesha and Goddess Parvati in one corner. The staff were all attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this place...

I buy for to go total $73 dollars 4/30/24 lunch time when I get home my pineapple fried rice they forgot to give it I call in the store and he answered me name is Dennis he told me if I come the next day I call first before I came I do that 7 times no one answer the phone when came in the store the two lady server are rude not friendly this is sucks service and the I order again to addional for to go I’m waiting for 45 minutes guys if you’re server both nice it ok to be wait but you’re to server rude and sucks I came right no@11:40 am
Food was amazing. Come before 3pm for their lunch special. Coming from LA, prices here are so affordable! Everyone was so nice and everything tastes just like it should. If you’re not an oyster sauce girl, don’t get the pad see ew because it’s loaded with it, as it should! Just a heads up. My favorite was the yellow curry and Tom kha soup!
No wait on a Thursday evening at 6 pm. Great service and menu options. Delicious Tom Yum Shrimp Soup with or without glass noodles. Always reliable service and good fresh Thai food.
Got the spicy basil ground chicken over rice w/ fried egg
Not as spicy as I expected, but I understand that the pallet in the area isn't as tolerant to high spice. Will ask for more spice on subsequent visits.
Atmosphere is good. The mezzanine looks very interesting.
Good service and good food. Really enjoyed the boat noodle soup.
I've been to much fancier and busier restaurants but none have ever demanded a required 18% gratuity. It should be up to the customer how much she or he wants to tip but here you HAVE to pay 18%. On top of that they messed up our order, and the wonton soup was the most bland I've ever tasted.
First time here. Had the lunch special Pad Thai with potstickers. Food was excellent! Highly recommended!
The BEST Thai food in Chino Hills. My husband and I are regulars and we always have a wonderful experience. The food is always delicious, the staff is friendly and professional. 5/5 👍🏼
OmG the Food is Amazing
I’m from Long Beach, where all the good Thai restaurants are😆
I always go for Thai Boat Noodle when I’m craving Thai while in LB, but haven’t found a decent one since I moved to the east.
Every time I know there’s Thai Boat Noodle serving in a Thai restaurant around the area, I would go and try, each time disappointed me.
There’s again no exception from Thaitwist.
The service and atmosphere is really nice, but seriously, what I ate was not Thai boat, the beef was so stiff, the soup tasted like water, the beef balls, I took a bite and wonder what did I just eat, it tasted like some kind of cheap tasteless chewing gum.
Very disappointed…
Anyone who goes there,
Please,
do not order this.
If you love Thai boat noodle just like me and has had good one before.
The two waitresses at the front desk are of very poor quality.
I finally found a place that has the perfect roti!!

The food was good, but not that top notch taste I've had at other spots. The Thai tea was very sub par as well. We had the shrimp fried rice, chicken pad see ew and chicken basil dish. I felt like everything was missing something. I enjoyed it, but it didn't blow my taste buds away.
i ordered many dishes on 15th dec for lunch
wonton soup,green curry,egg rolls etc
was very bland and less tasteful
they give more chicken than vegetables in all dishes
i was disappointed
Nice selection of classic Thai dishes.
Great ambiance and food. Good number of options for vegetarian's like us
So good! Great atmosphere! Great service! Will definitely be back! Everything was delish!
Everything was delicious and served with a smile. Will be back!!
Our first time
And we had a wonderful time
The food is very good
Great customer service waitresses
I would recommend this to anyone !!!
Friendly people, great food & service. They fixed to-go for our dog.
We'll be back
0 for everything
I was not very sure if this is good Thai food or another disappointment like the other Thai places that I have been trying in area. However, I gave a try and luckily I was not disappointed.
The ambience is beautiful and cozy
Food : I only ordered TomYum and PadThai since I ate alone. Also ordered pineapples fried rice to go after trying food here and feel it very fresh and good.
The PadThai they made was very right, not to mushy or chewy, taste was perfect not too oily, salty or sweet. I was happy with that. Only one thing minus is the presentation was so poor :), look not inviting at all.
TomYum with fresh lime leaves flavor and the balance between sweet and sour, I love it.
Now I know which Thai restaurant I can eat when I need
The price is very reasonable
Nothing but shrimp and soup in TomYum soup. Taste like instant ramen with cheap shrimp.
I love this rwsstrouant is elegant and good
We ate dinner at ThaiTwist in Chino Hills. Yes, it was rush hour but the service was very poor.
The restaurant was crowded and it took over 30 minutes to receive the food we ordered. I asked for mild spice, and the spicy of the food was just too much.
Delicious Thai cuisine. Friendly staff. Ample parking space. Enjoyed Tom Yun soup, Drunken Noodles today. Pad Thai was so so... Overall nice restaurant.
Thaitwist is a Thai restaurant that serves up delicious and authentic Thai cuisine. The menu features a wide variety of dishes, from classic favorites like pad thai and curry to more unique options like drunken noodles and green papaya salad. The food is always fresh and flavorful, and the service is friendly and attentive.
I recently visited Thaitwist with a few friends, and we all really enjoyed our meals. We started with the spring rolls, which were crispy and flavorful. For our main courses, we ordered the pad thai, the drunken noodles, and the green papaya salad. The pad thai was perfectly cooked, and the drunken noodles were full of flavor. The green papaya salad was a refreshing and light dish.
Overall, we had a great experience at Thaitwist. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was inviting. I would definitely recommend Thaitwist to anyone looking for a great Thai restaurant in Chino Hills.
Here are some specific details about my experience at Thaitwist that I would mention in my review:
The food was fresh and flavorful.
The service was friendly and attentive.
The atmosphere was inviting.
The prices were reasonable.
I would definitely recommend Thaitwist to anyone looking for a great Thai restaurant in Chino Hills.
I would also mention some of the specific dishes that I tried and enjoyed, such as the spring rolls, the pad thai, the drunken noodles, and the green papaya salad. I would also mention that there is a wide variety of dishes to choose from on the menu, so there is sure to be something for everyone
Good food, fast and friendly.
Good food and fast, friendly service.
Love this place. Food is always super tasty. My favorites are the pineapple curry, tom ka soup and the Mango sticky rice. We always order the roti and curry it's delicious. I've also tried the crying tiger its really good. Atmosphere is great and service is great. Highly recommend this place
Passed this place for years but only tried it last night, and tonight went back for a take out. Service on fire, the lady who served me was so pleasant. Amazing food and customer service. We got the fried chicken with basil and over easy egg. The portion is great too. Great job.
好吃的炒饭,服务员很勤快,水杯总是满的,一碗醋里面泡着虾、鱿鱼、龙利鱼、鱼丸、蟹肉棒,我表示很不理解🤷🏻
January 2023 - Party of 4 on a Saturday night. There was a 15-ish minute wait for a table.
Food/Pricing:
Green Curry with Chicken ($14.95) - The curry was good! Not every place includes eggplant but I always enjoy it more when they do. The server didn't ask how spicy I wanted it but I'm sure you could adjust the spice level. The default wasn't spicy though, which was fine with me.
Boat Noodle Soup ($13.95) - Absolutely delicious! It's perfect for a cold day.
Thai Tea ($5.50) - Comes in a big old plastic to go cup! It tasted a bit like it might've come from powder and was already mixed. It wasn't bad but I've had better elsewhere.
Service/Ambiance - Very attentive service!
Parking - Plenty of parking in the plaza!
Very good food as alway
First time trying Thaitwist because Boiling Point next door has a long wait time. My mom ordered a noodle soup and found a dead fly in the soup in the end. The floor is also very dirty with food on the ground, floor felt filthy sticky and seats were dirty. I ordered bbq chicken rice and the chicken breast was dried up and rough. Even the waitress took off the item which contained an insect off our check, I still feel felt uncomfortable that I just ate at an unsanitary restaurant. Won’t be coming back :/
Food is always great. Lunch special had more cost than I expected and the $2 tea is no longer included even though it says so onine.
首次遠道到此探訪,首次光顧此店,各方面都感覺良好。☺
Delicious 😋🤤
Friendly staff, very delicious!
Very mild flavors, which should not be the case for Thai food. This is my least favorite Thai restaurant in Chino Hills.
Fantastic food, especially the roti canai
Loved their Pad Thai ! Prompt services and convenient, ordering online available to make things faster. So far, highly rated Thai food in chino hills!
This place has a good environment, the food, the staff are all good. I really like their Pad See Eww (wide stirfry noodle slightly greasier). The 4 stars is only because I am not a fan of all the food selection. Also, while there are dessert places next door, we wanted to just ice cream at the restaurant for convenience, but they didn't have it.
Crowed place. when I got there, I waited 5 mins until someone came and ask me. They told me I have to wait 20 mins, so I write down my name in the list they gave me, after 15 mins I came back, they said "we skipped you, because you were not here when we call you name, you need to wait another 20 mins." It's unbelievable.
This place used to be one of my favorite Thai places in the hood. Always order the crab meat fried rice - used to be very flavorful with plenty of crab meat. BUT recently noticed that they started to cheat on crab meat. They mix in a tiny bit of crab meat with a whole lot of EGG white. I AM SORRY BUT I AM NOT HERE TO PAY FOR A PLATE OF EGG WHITE FRIED RICE! And you even have the gut to charge $17 for that? Rice + Egg white + two pieces of tomatoes?! SERIOUSLY? What a rip off! ****AVOID THIS PLACE PLZ!**** I am sure you can get better Thai food elsewhere.
Everything was done great. Really like how they make the tofu crispy.
Food was ok, the staff were nice didn't have to wait long for the food and the place need a little cleaning.
Delicious food and the most I've had to wait for a to go order has been 30 minutes.
Love this place! I always get the drunken noodles and ask for it to be extra spicy. Service is good and ordering take out is also simple. Can’t wait to come back again
Good food at good prices. Veggies are fresh. Get some.
Food is always ready good! And fresh! It usually gets busy around dinner time on the weekends. I love their curry soup! And the Roti and curry appetizer is amazing!! We usually order pad see ew and southern sea fried rice. The portions are big too! One of the best Thai restaurants I have been too. They are only missing curry puffs on the menu, on the east coast almost every Thai restaurant had curry puffs. I also which they opened up outside seating. Those are the only 2 things missing everything else is perfect
Food here was better years ago. Tv was just for display only, they don’t turn on. Service is a bit slow, need improvement.
Wonderful food, nice atmosphere, and they were quite quick withe service
Love this place will come back for more
It's been a while since my last visit. About 3 + years. The place is clean and the food excellent. Can't go wrong with a papaya salad, the fried rice is really good no matter the protein, seriously. The drunken noodles and the crying tiger dishes are my favorites (although the crying tiger is $20.00 by itself). Need to come back soon to try the other noodles plates.
Watch out for restaurants that cut corners. This place does not give utensils for Togo unless it’s dinner and you still have to ask. Overpriced very basic Thai food, not sure what the “twist” is. I imagine they’re busier than the other restaurants in the shopping plex because of the variety. Front door propped open the entire time while dining; small make-shift kitchen. I wouldn’t recommend or return.
Love this place. I know is kinda expensive but it is fresh food not fast food 😎😋
Good tasty food.
Great food....slower service
Been here twice and I really enjoy the food. So far all that I've had has been food. The soups, the chicken, the noodles, the beef all very good. They give you a plate so we shared used it to share our food. I especially liked the noodles.
Very professional and on time. A great local Thai food place to order from. Highly recommended.
For ny first time there, both service and food were great! Will try to come back more often.
Amazing curry!
EXCELLENT!!!!. We will be back for sure.. A must eat restaurant.. Thank You
Tom Yum Noodle soup was uncooked. Flavor was good. House noodle soup was overcooked, everything taste like spicy beef stew with no significant difference.
Just an ok place now, used to be great. New owners perhaps? Pad Thai was ok, but kind of a mess-everything was just "there", congealed together. This place was our go-to Thai place, but probably not anymore. Unfortunate.
So freaking delicious and fresh. Absolutely love everything we order here. My daughter loves the shrimp drunk noodles and pork Jerky. I love the crying tiger steak and pad Thai
Best Thai food place I've ever been to.
Great food no matter what you order. Fast service and always constant.
The food and drinks were just alright, sadly there's just so many great Thai restaurants around. The bummer is we had a party of 3 and 2 of us got our food 30 min before the 3 person so we were basically done before the 3rd person, who had to get up and ask for their food. No apologies from the staff which was something I at least hoped they would.
They are best known for their take out food. I would recommend getting the Pad Thai with Veggies. I like to dress it with the spicy sauce. The service is fast and quick. I would recommend calling in for pick up and eating for take out. The food is good Thai food but it could be better.
Good food however, they didn't bring out all the dishes at the same time so our rice dish got cold while we waited for our noodles. I will definitely be going back though
Great every time
Food is always made fresh and taste good. Staff is polite and extremely well-manner.
Drunken noodles baby! Delicious 😋
Best Thai Food Ever!!! The food is always fresh & served Hott🔥😋🔥😋🔥
Omg the food is so delicious! I love love love Thai food! My favorite is the pineapple rice and pad Thai noodles sooooooo delicious yummy!
The quality of food doesn't disappoint even though many restaurants have lower their food quality amidst of this pandemic down turn.
The best Thai food in Chino Hills! My order even came with a free cookie!
Ordered via Uber Eats. Requested very spicy rice but arrived with no spice at all. For the soup that did arrive “spicy”: the weird spice that other reviewers mentioned I think is the crushed red pepper like you usually eat on pizza. Not what I would expect for a Thai dish. If you’re looking for spice look elsewhere.
Located in Crossroads Market Place, same area with Costco, UPS, Verizon store, Chase bank and a variety of other restaurants. Since this is a pandemic time, they have pickup or delivery only, however, they have a few outdoor seatings, just in case you'd like to eat there. I ordered online for a Drunken shrimps noodle which is stir fried flat rice noodles with shrimps, egg, bell pepper, onion and basil, I chose spicy level 3 (Medium) which was perfect for me. Very tasty, delicious and not too oily at all . My husband got a beef Satay for appetizer which was also came with a small cucumber salad. He said it was good, especially the dipping peanut sauce. Very generous portions overall. For entree, he chose a Spicy fried catfish served with steamed brown rice. Wow. Surprisingly good. The spicy sauce was tasty too.
Ordering online was fast and easy. Food was ready for pickup within 20'. Would definitely do it again.
Plenty of parking.
Great Thai food and service.
Thai food thai and women are the BEST
Currently only take out available.
It takes about 15 mins to pick out .
Staff is friendly and Nothing goes wrong with pan fried noodles .
Drunken noodle with shrimp
I like the jumbo shrimp very fresh and the noodles taste chewy not so soft which I like the texture but if they can add fresh lemon 🍋 juicy with sour flavor would be great .
Their quality has decreased, I ordered red curry and pad thai, the rice was undercooked and their red curry did not have that sweet thai taste it was just bland. The pad thai was very dry.
I have been eating here for a while but I guess either their chef has been changed or they dont care anymore. This used to be my to go thai place, really disappointed!
Consistently very good quality and service for Thai options.
This place is the best
I used to love this place. Have been a handful of times now under new management, and while the service (to go as of late) has always been quality.. I can’t say the same for the food. And I’m one of those boring people that gets the same thing every time. Our last order did not taste fresh at all. Will be trying Thai Corner next.... Bummed bc this was one of my fav places to eat!!
We've been eating here for about 4 years now and return because we consistently receive delicious food. We get the pork jerky, basil friend rice and/or pad Thai. We've tried other dishes too and they have all been tasty. I don't remember how we came here because we don't live in Chino hills but we're happy we found them.
I ordered drunken noodles and it was delicious .
I'm Thai, this is best quality Thai food you can get. Corona virus ain't stopping me 😌
Decent Thai food. I've been eating Thai food since I was 7, so even though the smaller mom and pop places are still the best- this place is pretty decent. I'm so glad they have mango and sticky rice.
