This location is new to me but i heard good things so i thought i would try it after the movie. Omg! I feel transported back to NOLA with the food and flavors established in them. I had the seafood fried rice but did not understand when they said seafood that it was going to be real sized seafood. Instead of getting a tiny bit of chopped shrimp and a few pieces of calamari, we had oysters, clams, calamari, full peeled shrimp, and crab pieces in shell (def needed some pliers to open it but that made it remind me that this was a true seafood fried rice. It was a massive serving too.
The service was pretty fast and they were nice.
The atmosphere is chill, fun, and clean.
I am definitely excited to see what everything else is like here!
I recommend if you are looking for a good seafood place with some Cajun flavors and a chill vibe.

Their Garlic Noodles 🤯 I had no idea how good they would be. Also tried their shrimp po boy with lemon pepper fries. On the smaller side but it's enough either way. Wished I would have gotten sauce for the po boy, it was good as is. I indeed have to go back & try some more!

The biggest issue came when I received the bill. I was charged $17 for a pound and $12 for a half-pound of shrimp for my order, and $19 and $15 respectively for my son’s order. When I asked why the half-pound was so overpriced, the explanation was confusing, and I was too frustrated to continue the conversation. To add insult to injury, I noticed that a 10% service fee (gratuity) was already included in the bill, yet I was still prompted to leave an additional tip. It felt like they were trying to double-dip on gratuities, which left a sour taste in my mouth.

Overall, my experience at AT C Fresh was disappointing. The food quality was subpar, the service was lacking, and the pricing felt deceptive. I expected better and unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

i come from tulare and this is the best boiling shrimp i have ever tasted.

I ordered the seafood combo with The Works sauce through DoorDash. The sauce is soooo good! Best in Bakersfield. It’s similar to Rockin’ Crawfish’s sauce, that I’ve been craving for. I finally found the Cajun place I’ll
order the seafood from. I highly recommend it.

Very good service and food. We got the fried fish, shrimp, and calamari with the cajun fries and some gumbo and clam chowder. The clam chowder could use a little more flavor buy other than than I enjoyed myself. Loved the cajun fries.

Waited more than 30 minutes for food order. There were only two people in the restaurant at that time 4:30 pm. We placed our order and waited and waited. A family came and sat at the next table from us. Their food was delivered in five minutes. Keep telling us that our order was next.

I had a conversation with the waiter and stated that if we don’t receive our we are OUT. No apology or anything. We left at 5:15 pm.

This is my go to place when in Bakersfield. The folks there always do a great job of taking care of me. The shrimp bucket is fantastic. I always add sausage to it and that makes it all the better. The Cajun fries are the best with a little shrimp bucket juice on them.

Customer service was definitely on point the restaurant was extremely clean inside and out I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, that part of the experience was GREAT!!! I gave three stars on the food because it didn’t have much flavor and considering what I paid it was a very small serving compared to places I usually go. In time I might try this place again hopefully it’s a better experience all the way around!

I came and got the 1lb shrimp order to go. When I got home, the food was soooo good. Nothing left every last bite.

The shrimp and fries were very good. We also had clam chowder. It was very creamy.

My girlfriend and I always order the garlic noodles before we get our bag of seafood. Freaking delicious and the waiter is awesome too! They deliver with fast service and the environment there is pretty cool. I recommend this spot if you like to get your hands down on seafood and it will be messy. Don’t worry they will provide a plastic bib for you and that got big sinks to wash your hands afterwards. Awesome restaurant! Reminds me of home. Thank you C Fresh. Continue the hard work and blast away with the wonderful seafood!

Great fish but the 🍟 fries are greasy

This was my first experience eating here. My wife and I both got the whole shrimp. I chose to flavor mine with the works and spice level of fire. The shrimp was good, a little heavy on the garlic but overall I enjoyed it. Wish it was a more spicy as I chose fire but didn't think it was spicy at all. The Cajun fries were very good. The gentleman who helped us was very polite and helpful. Good experience overall.

I won't be back at this accomplishment, I ordered a Mini Crawfish combo and received a bag that had a bunch of claws rarely any crawfish then I got a few bad crawfish n shrimp along with mussels that were orange and extremely rubbery. The food was so elegant and delicious, the music was amazing, the person that works with the seafood he looks a little young but he does a fantastic job!!! I tasted the big combo and the pealed shrimp with the works sauce!! It was amazing!! When I left the building I just knew I would come back and I hope that the young boy is working there when I come back because he made the food so delicious!!! All in all my money was well spent!!!

I had a bad review about the oysters a couple of months back and although that time was not up to par, this place proved to be a lot better than I had gave it credit for. The people working were very nice and helpful. The fish and chips were fantastic. Everyone's food was excellent. It was so good I decided to delete the bad review altogether after going back twice.

The experience was just okay. But when I sat down I order the snow crab cluster and one cluster of crab had very little meat in it, I told my server and he just did not want to do anything about it. And over charged me by $2.00.

some really good food, started off with the Cajun fries and idk if its a hint of crack or some type of drug I couldn't stop digging in. then had the big combo which for the price is not that bad especially since the snow crab was included with it most places charge for it separately and man it had my mouth watering and ready to tear the bag open before it even came to the table. A down side is wish there was more of an explanation of the menu and a bit more interaction for an even better customer experience but hey the food made up for it so I recommend this spot to anyone looking to go to the movies and who knows maybe impress your date with the bulk of your wallet or out with some friends and needa catch up give it a try why not right.

We ordered fish and chips, $17? Wow! Four huge tasteless portions, one tiny serving of tartar sauce. Just the fish and fries, no side salad , no bread and served on disgusting Styrofoam plates. Styrofoam cups, Styrofoam foam take out containers too? Have you heard about other serving ware options( They're alot classier) the sweet potatoe fries were very good, that's it. Mossmans is THE place to go for fish and chips, due to a kitchen fire , we couldn't go there. Good luck to this place , they're going to need it.

Enjoyed a girls night with my niece. We shared snow crab, shrimp and mussels. Added corn, egg and sausage.

The seafood was great! Cooked perfectly. It was the treat we were hoping for. The flavors and spice were really good! The only thing I would change was that the sausage is sliced thin and was a bit over cooked and mushy. Other than that one detail, we enjoyed our meal. The price was right for what we got. The customer service was good!

Talk about a hidden gem! Clean and unique dining room, varied menu and responsive staff.
Absolutely loved their Pad Thai and Drunken Noodles. Made every other time I've ordered it from other places around town seem like out of a box.
Seems like they also take things like sustainability seriously JIC that affects your purchases.

Great service and great food

The first thing we did was spill a huge cup of diet soda from the movie theater right after we were seated. The waiter was VERY gracious and didn't make us feel worse about that faux pas. He just cleaned up, while we looked at the menu.. We ordered food after looking at all the choices. The fried calamari and Cajun fries were delicious, and it was more than enough for two to share. The seafood soup was perfect to share with the cold foggy weather after we saw a movie. It was quiet, not too busy, with good music playing and we would definitely go back and recommend it to our friends and family.

This establishment of flavors of your favorite sea foods and more are more then what you would expect from our town of Bakersfield, the restaurant is very clean. The food is absolutely freshly cooked and the definitely Fresh to your expectations.

I got crawfish and shrimp. With each of ours we added potatoes, sausage, and corn on the cob. I also chose The Works and went with hot. For me I wish I would have went to the hottest one. Just wasn't spicy enough for me.

Now, you are not getting a lot of Crawfish. I have worked in Louisana for years, so if you are familiar with the quantity you get out there, you will not find that here.
You can find live, wild crawfish here in Kern County but it isn't farmed here, like it is in Louisiana. Most likely they are getting it shipped in. If I had to guess, they probably use the same supplier as Captain Crawfish who uses the Louisiana Crawfish Company(which is great and a huge selection, you should check out their website).

With that said there were a couple negatives:
They do not offer fountain soda options but do have cans which is served with a cup of ice.
Also the corn was a bit overcooked and a little to soft/mushy. Which it is easy to overcook in a boil.
I thought about taking a star off for that but honestly it was great food and a great experience.

Overall it's a great place to eat. I'm already planning the next items I want to try.

2nd time going there. Took boyfriend for his birthday. He loved it, hell I loved it, I was not disappointed. So good omgosh! Got the jasmine rice with the mini something. Had crawfish, clams, sausage, potatoes, shrimp, 1 corn on the cob. Yummmmy garlic and butter medium heat still was hot, but oh so good! Food prices have gone up every were, but it was reasonable for sea food. Highly recommend C Fresh! You will not be disappointed! Definitely going back, and telling everyone I know to go check it out! Staff very friendly and helpful! Couldn't get a pic in I ate it!

Good fast service food is ok
