I ordered the fried whole red snapper with thai chili sauce. The presentation was great and the fish was not overcooked. Overall I give the taste a 4 out of 5. I would have given it a 5 but the Thai chili sauce was a bit too sweet and overbearing. I believe pineapple juice was added to the sauce. I would definitely eat there again. The hot and sour soup was great 👍🏽

Online ordering could use a LOT of work! I placed a pickup order on Friday evening that would be ready just after 6pm, not the most currently demanding time. I didn't arrive earlier than needed, and the restaurant wasn't even full. I went to the to-go pickup area at the bar as the hostess instructed, and sat waiting too long for anyone, as employees breezed by, not even looking at me. A guy walked in front of me and the hostess acknowledged him and his order, and then she got to me. My food was great, but that was chaotic to figure out who could and would even help me.

On top of it, I got an email about joining their rewards program. Don't do it; nothing happens. You'll be led to download an app that doesn't even work, and when you create an account in a separate place, your points don't show up and there's no instruction on how they can be used.

I've dined in before and it's fine, but this restaurant has other systems that need an overhaul.

Went there recently and it took more than 30 minutes after ordering for us to get our food. Waitress just told us pick up orders had priority. We ordered Pad Thai and Kung Pao Chicken and neither tasted good. Pad Thai was super sweet and noodles over cooked. Kung pao tasted a little burnt and was 75% bell pepper. They took $8 off the ticket but we don’t plan to return.

Food, excellent. Service- i had to get my own drinks from the bar. The plates, including appetizers, were never cleared. No refills or inquiry if another drink was desired (which it was).

I can't judge all their food and all their meals cuz I only ever order fried rice until I'm pleased with that and then I go in around the other items on the menu. I found the fried rice to be of poor quality. And it's really not any knock on the restaurant itself. The southern Asian cuisine. It's just not up the park, so if you're thinking this place costs more and it tastes better, that is the furthest thing from the truth. Where it's at and their prices don't reflect the quality. You're here for Lucas right? Yes so they're out of peach tea so I don't know if you want to call them and see if they want. Is it yours or is it like any like any of their normal options?

Absolute trash service. Came in on a Sunday around 3 pm with little traffic. Got seated as soon as we walked in. No one asked our drink or water preference after about 10 minutes. 10 more minutes no one came by for water, drinks,

I was not satisfied with this restaurant. Their drinks were overpriced, and their food didn't even taste like authentic Asian food. The one dish that I bought was below my expectations and I will not be going back. But overall the customer service was decent and the atmosphere was quite nice.

Food:🥘 Amazing food. TBH this is very authentic taste of real Chinese food, I’m impressed. I ordered 3 dishes and the tastes were delicious!
If you love authentic dish, try Cumin beef , Boiled spicy fish(fish filet) and. hangzhou duck( sweet soy sauce taste- duck meat was super soft and the skin has fats)

Service: 👌 our server is super friendly and professional. He actually recommended us Hangzhou duck , and he did ask us often about how was everything, and other servers also helped out our table service as well

I recommend this restaurant because it’s the best Chinese food in the state. The food is consistently great. The service and ambiance is always great. My favorite dishes to eat there is the Orange peel beef and the crispy duck. I’ve been going there as long as it’s been open which is about 12 years. I go there with my family and friends at least once a week because it is always reliable to have good food.

I placed an online order on 01/09/24, I went to the bar to pick up my order and waited a least 5 minutes or more only to see multiple employees standing at the sushi bar, finally a young lady came over to greet me, and her body language was extremely rude then proceeds to ask me what was I there for! I told her I was there to pick up my online order she looked through the orders, then left and the manager came out to ask what I was there for! SUPER annoying the service sucks! I will never go back!

Nice decor .Sushi was so so. I ordered for 5 people. The sushi chef put it all on one plate. The server looked at me like I had 3 eyes when I asked her to put it on separate plates.

We spent ~$25/person which was a little higher than I expected, but this was not some food factory type place, our food was well prepared. Restaurant staff were courteous, conscientious, and professional. We will be back to try some other dishes.

Tried a couple of dishes there. Most of them were good. Love double cooked pork, spring roll and coconut shrimp but the dishes were a little bit pricey. Anyway, I will try more next time.

Update: Have dinner tonight ( a hot summer evening). The section I was in did not have much AC. Pretty hot. Was sweating a bit. Not a very good experience. But the food was ok. The serving size is a bit small and it was a bit pricey too. The braised pork belly was amazingly good.

I was lost, starving and had fallen and was drowning in a nearby river, but before I thought all hope was lost, my good pal William was there to pull me out in the nick of time. William then proceeded to take me to this restaurant where he works as the only waiter since his coworker, I think her name was Jessica or something, is out. I received five star service from William and would like to request that he gets a promotion, or at least free stuff. I would even go as far to say that I support William 2024, but I know William and that he is a humble man and would not accept this position. Thanks again William for your service, I owe you my life.

I've had 3 rolls so far and loved each one. They tasted incredibly fresh, for an in-land state that is quite impressive. We will definitely be frequenting this restaurant!!

My family and I eat frequently at the Chenal Pkwy location frequently and the service is always good. We ate there recently and though it was exceptionally crowded we were not disappointed. I like this place. The sushi is always good. But im totally sick of having landy as a server. Shes been my server 7 or 8 times at this point and Ive always been nice and courtious but she always seems either drunk or high never writes anything down and ALWAYS (everytime ive had her as a server) leaves something off or gets something wrong and blames it on whoever else. I dont even want to come here anymore just for the chance of having her as my server.
