First time here - Great experience! The decor is a little spartan, but the place is clean and well maintained. But I didn't come for ambiance - I came for dimsum and ramen! And they did not disappoint! We weren't super hungry so we didn't go crazy ordering a ton of dimsum (will be back to do so at a later date). Started with a taro milk tea and the homemade shumai. The milk tea had great taro flavor and wasn't overly sweet; the shumai's pork was a little chewy but was super tasty nonetheless (that's me being super nitpicky). But the ramen - chef's kiss, no notes π€πΌπ€πΌπ€πΌ
We had the pork tonkotsu ramen and the spicy miso ramen with pork - both excellent. Very generous portions, noodles cooked perfectly, pork was tender with just the right amount of smoky char flavor, broths were both full flavored without being over seasoned, and the soy marinaded eggs were gooey and melt in your mouth π€€
Seriously, you need this ramen in your life. The service was friendly, efficient, and did not hover, which we appreciated. Will be back to sample so much more dimsum and many more entrees.
The food is spot on authentic dim sum. Phad Thai as well. They have tons of choices. Also, there are lots of specialty teas and drinks, as well as sake. The service is good. There were a couple of observations I had of other customers that may bot have set well with them. Difference in culture may be the issue. The restaurant is a little sparse on the atmosphere, but overall, this is a great addition to little rock and adds a cultures food that is rarely accurate around here.
This was my first time eating dumplings and this place did not upset me. I am now a dumpling person. Just call me Kung fu Panda. I ordered 4 different dumplings and they all were delicious. Even tried my co-workers which was the pork dumplings and that was my favorite. The shrimp dumplings is basically all shrimp. So good. I would most certainly come back to this place
Good ramen and dim sum options and EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! The dining area is very open and exposed and I wish they had some booths and a little more decor but it still was nice.
I read a restaurant based on its food not it's atmosphere (unless the atmosphere was terrible, and it wasn't terrible here), and I gave it four instead of five stars because I wish the quality of the food was a bit better and did not have stylized dyes or pigments in some of the fish cakes, etc.
Still, it was very flavorful and have a lot of options!
Finally a decent dimsum place in Little Rock! They were swamped on opening week so service was lacking but the second time around was much better. They served dimsum to order rather than cart them around so they're always fresh. It doesn't take long for dishes to arrive after ordering.
My recommendations would be the Fried Shrimp Rolls ("shrimp balls") and the Fried Taro Dumplings.
Red Bowl offers first-rate dim sum. The photos below are shrimp-stuffed eggplant in black bean sauce, sticky rice steamed in lotus leaf, and shrimp and leek dumpling. Everything is delicious, served quickly by friendly and solicitous wait persons. Pick up a bite with your chopsticks, dip it in soy sauce and then chili oil: heavenly. The sticky rice steamed in lotus leaf is to die for. We also love the turnip cakes, shrimp-stuffed eggplant in black bean sauce, and shrimp and leek dumplings.
Authentic Chinese dim sum! So much food for the price. Crab Rangoon wasnβt very good but the rest of the food was pretty good. Keep in mind the dumplings and other dishes tend to be kinda mushy, it can be problematic for someone who has texture issues. Their homemade chili oil has the best flavor! Definitely recommend this to anyone looking for good Chinese food!
The dumplings are amazing, and the pork dumplings are soup filled! I would highly recommend going on the weekend since the baked barbecue pork buns are to die for.
I have put off coming to check this place out and man am I kicking myself for waiting so long! Itβs a little off putting when you walk in the door, looks like a dive diner with seating and tables. The beer list was great, and I also opted for a passion fruit drink that was amazing. Had a dinner order of their βdrunken noodlesβ which was out of this world!! Will definitely be dining here frequently!!
Finally a place for Dim Sum after Chi closed after Covid.
excelent food and service
Fantastic Ramen!
Good ramen and dim sum options and EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! The dining area is very open and exposed and I wish they had some booths and a little more decor but it still was nice.

When you go, you must try the Tom Kay soup. Oh my goodness. It was so good. Highly recommend it. The Ramen is also very good.
absolutely blown away by the food quality and the accommodating warm hospitality of the staff
This place is wonderful! Super relaxing atmosphere, the food was delicious, I reccomend the pad thai. And service was amazing. I will definitely be back!
Amazing place with AUTHENTIC DIM SUM!!! ε€ͺε₯½εδΊοΌοΌοΌ
Pleasantly surprised! Best yellow curry that Iβve had. Great service also.
Very tasty! Had enough to take home too. Prices are very reasonable. Will definitely come back & tell others how great this place is.
The Spicy Tonkotsu ramen was 10/10!
Don't ever call an order in. Called in to order some items. First eas told that the item I wanted did not come with shrimp when it's clearly shown online with two deep fried prawns on top. When I got there the front desk told me they don't take orders over the phone and was adamant that I didn't call. Checked the number on their website and it was thencorrect one. Instead of checking with other employees she just told me you can't order over the phone. Too bad the food is good but the service is unacceptable.
Tried this place the other night and was very impressed by the ramen! The portion size was very generous for the price and was very tasty.
Solid food. Came quick. Nice to have decent Dim Sum in the area for my child who loves it
I absolutely love this place. Everyone we have met there is very friendly. If youβre unsure of what certain things are they have no issues explaining it. My favorite dish is the tonkotsu ramen with beef. The beef is thin slices of brisket. Let me tell you, itβs a lot of food. Two-3 people could split the ramen. Highly recommend!
I walked in with my family. Comfortable and sporty. Nike apparel on myself, Hey dude with cute homey clothes on my wife and my son was dressed to par with the exception of spider man house shoes (he's 2). However you would've thought we came in homeless with regard to how we were greeted and treated. I am a good critic. Hello. JESS GOODE here lol. Good food. Nothing spectacular but it was ok. Nothing bad about it. Ranguns we fresh but batter was plain, lo mein was a bit over cooked but flavor was ok. Service was terrible. I would suspect it was my mixed couple family dynamic if not anything else. I can't see what else had these folks so rude. Watched our 5 minute after we landed neighbors table get drinks before we were ever asked. I asked who our server was and you mightve thought I called her a name. After that our plates were dropped literally with clanks Everytime they were delivered and our thank you's didn't even receive a curt response. Terrible service. Maybe not so much if your anglo. Some of these Asiatic places treat white like royalty but I didn't expect that from Vietnamese. I'm very well comfortable with people from Vietnam. In fact my hometown has a little Saigon I'm pretty well received there. Here. Not so great. Let's pick it up white is not right this is America 2024. What is anyone still kissing ass for?
Nice restaurant with great service. I had the Steamed pork buns D17 and Miso ramen with chicken. The portion is huge. The flavor is amazing. I couldn't eat it all and brought the rest home for dinner. I will definitely eat here again. So glad we found this place.
This is one of my go-tos in Little Rock. Their ramen is my favorite in town, particularly the spicy miso and spicy tonkatsu. Also love the wings, steamed buns and sesame balls and whatever that donut thing yall made was, please bury me with them. Re: service, I only do takeout but I screwed up on my order of smoothies one time and they very kindly fixed it for me when it was 100% my fault. Definitely a local business I'm rooting for!
It's me again, here with another location review. Today we gave Red Bowl Noodles a try. Great thing that they weren't busy so we could enjoy taking our time to figure out what to eat. I ordered the Tonketsu ramen with pork and shrimp as my order. My guest had the miso spicy with beef for their order. I didn't get a picture of their order but I did for mine. Let's get to the taste. Immediately I taste the broth solo. It was smooth and silky. A hearty taste as you can tell they put quality into making this one. The pork was charred around the edges but carried a good pork flavor. The shrimp were forgettable but maintained a good consistency. The bamboo was so flavorful as well as the soft boiled egg halves. I asked for no green onions. As for the drinks, outside of water, we had a smoothie and flavored black tea. My smoothie was supposed to be lychee and passion fruit but instead of passion fruit, it was peach. That took away from it being a 5 star review. The drink was still delicious but it's not what I wanted. All in all still a decent adventure with good food.
Amazing food!!
Insanely good favorite place in town
This has been my husbands and Iβs favorite restaurant for the past few months! The food is so delicious, and the service is always very quick :) There was even a time we misread their hours & accidentally stayed until after close-they did not make us feel rushed, and were super understanding! Yall have got to try this spot! :)
Always great
Shumai was good. But the tonkatsu ramen was okay. Not bad, but I've had much better. Price was fair though. Dim sum I apparently only available on weekends, so I can't comment on that. I might try their Dim Sum some time, but would not get the ramen again.
First time here - Great experience! The decor is a little spartan, but the place is clean and well maintained. But I didn't come for ambiance - I came for dimsum and ramen! I always have a good experience when I come here . The food is good and the people are nice !
Iβve always Ate at this restaurant and I always loved it. The food has always been great and the customer service has been amazing but today it was off. I didnβt recognize the workers These particular workers were very rude. They were not helping the customers who were new to the restaurant, and they were very rushy and didnβt seem to wanna be bothered, they had just opened the restaurant at 11 AM. It was only three customers so Iβm not understanding why it was such a big deal to help someone if you donβt wanna come to work then donβt show up because you make the restaurant look bad when you decide that you want to be, rude, unprofessional and disrespectful to the customer that is coming to spend their hard-working money not OK I wonβt be returning
Shrimp fried rice and spring roll. 97% rice,2% shrimp, 1% old vegs, very disappointed in tasteless food. Spring roll hard and from a box not freshly made. High priced. 1st & last visit
Only place I can find Panang Curry. Very generous portions and decent price. The dining area could use a renovation, and it could be a bit cleaner, but overall I love coming here.
Always so amazing

The food was delicious.
Tried several dim sum, fried rice and chow fun all excellent. Will return.
Pad Thai and fried rice not goodβ¦.
Red Bowl hits on every level, good food, good service, and not too expensive. Me and my girl eat here almost every week and never spend more than $40. We love it. The Spicy Miso Ramen(altho not that spicy) is delicious, I always get it with chicken. They've even started bringing me a separate chili paste/oil to help spice it up. I'm a freak when it comes to spicy, so I don't blame.them. All the dim sum choices have been great especially the baked Chinese pork BBQ. We always get the Gyoza and the sauce that goes with it is perfect. Try it out! They even have a separate Thai menu and so far the couple of things we have had have been good.
We have been many times and always enjoy our experience. My husband worked in Japan for 12 years and so this place is a favorite of his.
Great food!
This is by far my favorite ramen place!! Amazing ramen and large portion sizes!
The Thai curry and Ramen were both fantastic. Highly recommend.
The soup was also excellent during another visit.
Attentive service, brought food out promptly; had yellow curry with chicken and Lad Na and it was very good.
Definitely will be eating here again.
First time to eat here. I m not very familiar with Asian cuisine but this truly was a delicious experience.
I brought my family there , total of 5 we ordered $120 worth of food and only half of the food didnβt have a weird smell or taste. Then to top it off I have severe PTSD and 4-5 young kids were running and screaming at the top of their lungs.
My service dog reacted to me and then these kept trying to call her and run up to our table. We left abruptly needless to say I will never be back there!!! It was not worth $120 for 4 ppl !
Excellent: I have to drive 2 hours to here for dim sum!
Have eaten here twice. Food is so fresh, and spice level can be adjusted to your taste. Restaurant is very clean and staff are so friendly and attentive. This is definitely our new "go-to" Thai restaurant! They also have a dim sum and tea menu.
Best food ever! We ordered Tara root bubble tea and is the best bubble tea ever. We also got spicy miso ramen and it was not too spicy but still spicy. The employees were really nice and treated us nicely. Overall best restaurant ever.
I go with my friend today and We love it. Food is amazing and delicious.
Have vegetarian options and is tasty. Overall good food and great service.
Very nice workers, great food, and good service
Very authentic food, you won't find any dishes like this in the area. Can't wait to come back! Staff are very sweet. Recommend the crab Rangoon and sticky rice, and the shrimp dumplings were very simple but SO flavorful. A must visit!! Prices were also great. Was stuffed and my meal was ~$15
First time here, great experience with Amazing staff and delicious food!
Stopped in on a whim tonight, we received quick service, and the food was good. Iβd eat here again.
Had the Spicy Tonkatsu and the BBQ meat buns and it was AMAZING. Definitely coming here again.
The foods delicious and the people are really nice! I'll definitely be back!
Love the food and the atmosphere a great place for a date
Nice place to stop and try something different to eat, wonderful staff and the food we ordered was delicious.
Staff was great
I donβt have a picture but I ate here today during the lunch hours. It was fairly empty but the service was quick but communication was okay. My mom has a shellfood allergy and we wanted to get an understanding on if the food could be cooked separately but we are not sure if that was understood. I had the thai basil friend rice and it was overcooked/mushy and it was a little bit too much salt in it but overall it was not the worst. I ordered a shrimp dumpling but it smelled funny so I asked the server to take it back but she did not like that ! I would give this place 2/5 overall. This is our first time going this restaurant.
Delicious fresh food and great staff! The place was clean and service was fast.
GO HERE! I donβt know how many people I have sent here. Moved to Little Rock after living in Japan for 5 years. The ramen is so authentic. Absolutely the best. Today we went back and they have added Thai food too! The green curry was just as good as in Thailand (but with better cuts of chicken.) The dim sum is good as well. Before we left Japan, we ate SO MUCH ramen thinking that we would never have ramen that good again. We were wrong. THANK YOU!
Clean, fast friendly service! Food was all fantastic! We did major damage here! The Thai red curry was pretty dang good! Tried Korean BBQ dumpling, chicken basil fried rice, pineapple fried rice, and gyoza fried, and spring rolls! We will ve going back! For desert we got sesame seed balls. π plenty of seating, no wait.
Delicious food prepared to order. Will definitely be back!
The initial service was good, we got greeted nicely and took our order right away. Food came out slow.. there was only 3 table including my crew. I ordered a side order of steamed white rice, $8 for a 12oz serving. Another server came out and gave us a fried rice, I told her I ordered a steamed white rice and she insisted that sheβs serving us white rice like I wouldnβt know the difference. SMH
A bit pricey, food wasnβt really up to par if you really know what authentic dimsum and ramen is.. not worth coming back for me.
Solid dim sum place, clean, and friendly service.
Awesome food. We love it.
The service was prompt, and everything we tried had great flavor, I especially enjoyed their fish dumpling along with their meat filled sticky rice in lotus leaf! The atmosphere is minimalist, but I think that helps you focus on the food more, which is quite delicious. And all staff I encountered were very polite and quick to assist in any questions or needs I had.
The service was amazing and food was amazing!
The owner of this place should be ashamed of themselves. The Ramen bowls tasted like rubber water. High prices and nasty food just don't add up. The two ladies working there watched us eat the entire time we were there. Making everyone very uncomfortable. Please do Little Rock a favor and close your doors. For everyone wanting to go there, just make your Ramen at your house they will taste much better.
Amazingly quick service. The food was great and protein heavy.
The food is just okay, itβs not great, Aji Ramen Bar is much better imo
This place is wonderful! We moved away from LR and are in town visiting family for holidays. Stopped by Red Bowl for the first time. Amazing! We would have eaten here ALL the time if it existed when we were here.
AWESOME food and nice staff! I havenβt had dim sum this good in a long time!!! My family and I go just about every other week now because of how good it is!! I would definitely give it a try, and if you arenβt a super adventurous eater the ramen is also absolutely amazing!
My food was ok. with one exception the calamari. It was old and rubbery. When the waitress finally came around, we expressed that. She proceeded to argue and say that how it is. I have ate calamari for years, I know the difference. I asked if this could be refunded, she said no, you bought it. This was unedible. Then proceeded to say if she takes it back, she has to pay for it. So your cook can serve old and bad food , and the waitress has to pay? If this is true , this makes no sense. After arriving home, I became very sick to my stomach. If you eat here, please be cautious, and I would not recommend eating here at all.
Update: ended up with the worst case of food poisoning.
We fell in love with Red Bowl's dim sum chef's food at Chi's and lamented the loss of Sticky Rice in our lives through the pandemic. We were thrilled to eat our favorite dishes again at Red Bowl. Shrimp with Leek, Chicken Feet, Bean Curd Roll, and Congee are must haves. You can go for lunch and just get the Sticky Rice and be a very happy belly for less than $10; however, it would be hard to resist trying them all.
The food was great. I had spicy Miso with beef. Large portions and just right amount of heat. Superb service.
This place has a great potential since it's the only place that serves dimsum. The dimsum food they serve is not that great but it's not that bad either. Could be better. Hopefully they'll change that. Oh and their steamed rice is not free, so pay attention to that.
We got the meal deal for 2 and there was enough food to feed 3 adults or 2 adults & 2 kids. All of the food was served HOT! The bowls of egg drop soup were the biggest in LR and the flavor was heavenly. And it was full of egg and corn. YUM! The chicken fried rice was the best ...and I do not like rice. The entrees were delicious! We have enough leftovers for supper tomorrow night! Check it out!!
First time visiting and I think it will definitely be my new favorite place. Iβve tried so many different Asian cuisine restaurants in Little Rock and most of them seem a little lacking for me, and this place just completely changed that! The food is so full of flavor and they have a pretty large variety of items to choose from so I think there really is something for everyone here! We were the only table in the restaurant so both servers were coming to help us, but didnβt seem to be communicating with each other. I will say there was a bit of a language barrier, but hey, it happens. Definitely not something I would get angry about like Iβve seen some other people mention. I came out with my fiancΓ© and his entree came out well before mine, but it was nice because we ended up splitting both things and treating it as a coursed meal. But I understand that would upset some people so I felt it worth mentioning. I felt the waitresses were a little dry, not really up for small talk and didnβt seem happy or smiled, but I do wonder if it goes with the language barrier thing. Not a big deal, but like I said Iβm trying to mention all I can to be thorough. All in all though I loved this place. The food speaks for itself and I would recommend it to literally anyone I know!
My fiancΓ©e and I tried it for the first time after hearing great things from our friends, and I have to say it met and exceeded expectations! The ramen bowl was excellent, and the apps were the best Iβve had in ages. Definitely a new staple restaurant in our rotation! Also has boba!
Best Ramen in Little Rock hands down! If you havent been here yet, you need to try it!
Awesome dumplings!
Servers donβt speak English
Food is low quality
I'm thinking that all the ramen bars are overpriced but this one offers really good food. The service is good and unlike most Asian food places in Little Rock, the crew is people friendly, patient and nice. The building is clean and spacious. Thanks for being nice Red Bowl ππ₯£βΌοΈ
This place has some of the most nostalgic & authentic dim sum Iβve had in my 4+ years of Southern living so far! Friendly staff, clean environment. Highly recommend!
If youβre looking for dimsum this is the place in Little Rock. Only place I found that actually serves dimsum. Itβs a small menu but the food is well prepared and a lot for two. If youβre not looking for dimsum, the ramen I saw and could smell looks good too! Will come back to actually try the ramen.
I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with everything. My first visit there. The food is really good and the service is good.
Had the Spicy Tonkatsu Ramen with beef, and it was some of the best I've ever had. The broth was developed, rich, and delicious. They even gave me a complementary order of fried rice cakes with beef to try, which was tasty. The chicken egg roll was huge and cheap. This restaurant is worth the trip.
One of the most authentic dim sum place Iβve had in North America. Traveling thru Little Rock and found this gem. Sorry for not taking photo before the meal. This is the leftover Iβm taking with me and ordered few more just for the road. If you craving good authentic Cantonese style food, you must try this one!
So happy to find an authentic Chinese dim sum in Little Rock. The beef meat balls were so tender. Will be back!
The calamari was great the service was great and very big but to me the soup in the Raman was messing with me alittle but overall great place
You know everything will be fine ~We will be back!~
Authentic Chinese dim sum!
Nothing special jumped out about their dim sum. The chow mein was a little bland. For the price, it was kind of expensive. You're looking at around $6-7 per dish and $13-14 for a larger one.
The service was good. The waiter was nice and attentive, unlike other places I have been.
Depending on what you order, they have usda chicken (which is rubbery) and real chicken which they give very little of. There are better restaurants in LR.
Not vegetarian friendly. Menu needs to have item descriptions and note meats included. I couldn't eat most of what I ordered. Two items (eggplant and bean curd) had shrimp, and I'm allergic to shrimp. Another item, turnip cakes, had some kind of red meat, which I also can't eat. Please add a vegetarian section to the menu or at least describe what each item contains.
Man, I am seriously jonesing for some good tonkatsu ramen and after trying some from this place I guess I'll have to keep looking. The ramen was just ok, and so was their chicken chow fun and their egg rolls. The gyozas were pretty good though. The search continues.......
Great atmosphere. The Vegetarian Tomato noodles were AMAZING I added beef brisket to mine. I also had the shrimp dumplings with were so amazing you donβt even need sauce. I work down the street from the location. So it was very accessible and delicious. I will definitely come back β€οΈ
Disappointed. Staff could hardly understand us, ramen was worse than store bought. Fried rice was fine, chicken was sketchy and had no flavor. Overpriced.
We were so excited to try a new ramen and dim sum place, and this place delivered! The food was amazing and came out extremely fast. We each ordered a bowl of ramen and got a few items from the dim sum menu: egg tarts, baked bbq buns, and chicken feet. Everything was absolutely delicious and came out in less than 10 minutes.
Highly recommend trying this place out. They might not have the decorations and ambience figured out yet, but the food is fantastic. Definitely plan on coming back.
Food is decent
Staff can't understand taking orders
I tried to order just the fried rice as a side to my entree and wound up with 2 entrees
Excellent staff and service. I love the care and attention to detail within the space, such as projections of flowers on a far wall, lovely decor, and cleanliness.
The wait staff and owner are fantastic, kind, and attentive to details. The food is splendid, and best crab rangoon I've ever eaten! Large menu
Waited 25 min w/no sign of a table approach.. 3 other families who arrived after us were served drinks, apps, etc. and we didnβt even get a drink order in.
We sat for 20 min and nobody came to ask us what we would like not even a glass of water. People that came in after us got served before us. Very poor service.
Great food and service.
Great food, relaxing atmosphere, and quick and friendly customer service. My husband and I had the regular and spicy tonkatsu ramen and the broth was sooo good. Highly recommend!
Went on the hunt for Dimsum and found Red Bowl...Only a few months old but I am super happy with the food, service, everything really....Can't wait to come back and try some new Dimsum options.
Todo muy rico
The food and service is outstanding. The Tonkotsu ramen is our favorite. Their boba is also especially good. Iβm not sure whatβs different but itβs the best boba Iβve had in Little Rock, and I believe Iβve tried them all! Red bowl has already become our favorite restaurant in town.
Tried some ramen and dim sum, so good! I would also like to point out that they sell Milk tea (boba tea) here. It is very good and very reasonably priced!
Food was great came out fast and staff was nice and greeted us as we came in
Service alone will have me return . Waiters very attentive, had fried shrimp dumpling and was great with a very good sauce . Also had chow fun chicken that was delicious .
Had several dishes and all were delicious. Ate around 2 hours ago and have already recommended this place to several friends and family members. Will now be my go to place to eat in Little Rock. Service was amazing, staff were all very friendly and attentive. Tried 5 different dishes and all were amazing expect for one and that was simply because I didnβt read the menu close enough. If your in LR and looking for somewhere to eat, try this spot!
first time coming, servers were super friendly, the food came out super fast and DELICIOUS! 10/10 recommend!!
Stopped by for brunch on our way to dalla from Toronto. Very authetic dimsum
Lovely dimsum place with awesome customer service! 10/10!
The dim sum was wonderful. Perfect textures. Ramin had a delicious broth and a variety of toppings to choose from. We Will be back. THE STAFF ARE FANTASTIC! Thank you.
I had an impressive experience eating dim sum here this afternoon. The restaurant is spacious, quiet, and very clean. The waiters are attentive and kind, and I would consider the service pretty timely. I havenβt had dim sum since Chi stopped serving it, so my brother and I balled out with 3 dishes eachπ The chicken sticky rice is a must (and it is enough to be a meal on its own) as well as the jade shrimp dumplings. I will definitely return and try their selection of ramen, but their dim sum is 100% worth the trip.
First time here looking for a bun bowl place this wasn't it.
Clean place think it's new.
Crab rangoon were good other dish was sticky rice and chicken wrapped in a leaf and steamed. Never heard of before.
Wasn't really suited for my taste buds. Thought rice was over steamed in it but had to be to steam chicken. Not sure really how the dish is supposed to be prepared.
Not much on menu for me so probally wont return.
Place was busy specialty noodle soups and I'm not into that.
If you are I think you will really enjoy.
Great food and plenty of options for dim sum. Will be back to try the ramen!
Service was fantastic and everyone was extremely friendly. Prices are very fair as well.
