We are Siam, an authentic Thai restaurant in Fayetteville, AR. Open daily from 11am-2:30pm for lunch and 4:30pm-8:30pm for dinner. Closed Mondays.
Very welcoming and kind staff. They are open to customize the order to make it vegetarian. Also vegan friendly. Red and massaman curries tasted delicious. Fresh and fried vegetable spring roll were great. Pineapple and Thai basil fried rice were requested to make it spicy which did not meet the expectations. However overall experience was good.
Quality. Consistency. Kindness.
These are just three of the words I associate with Siam, the premier Thai eatery of Fayetteville, and daresay, all of NWA.
The menu is varied and well executed. Portions are generous. The ambiance inside is clean, relaxed, ideal to rest and digest.
The owners and staff are friendly, fast, and fine examples as a whole of humans. The whole team knows the game, their role, and play their parts like only grizzled veterans of a thousand dinner rushes can.
For example, when ordering my usual Pad Thai with a low spice level instead of venturing for more daring shores, I do not feel judged in their eyes but seen, appreciated even. There is a flicker of recognition in their eyes, an encouraging well of wisdom that has made me a better man.
Whether you need low spirits lifted, an ailing body bolstered, or just a culinary experience to help your day ascend to new heights, Siam is the solution.
Go there, dear reader, and discover a beautiful world that was always waiting for you to arrive
I just went here and got full and happy!
The food tasted amazing and the service was great.
It’s the kind of food that made me so glad that I got an appetizer and a dessert! The mango rice was delicious and the steamed dumplings will lure me in again just from the thought of them.
PSA! Siam changed ownership recently. New owner, new menu. I've just been one time since the changeover.
Siam used to have what is the best pad thai and (handmade) spring rolls that I've had anywhere, even in Thailand. I haven't gotten those yet since the changeover to see if they are different now.
BUT! BUT!
NWA now has the incredible dish that is Khao Soi! I haven't been able to find it anywhere but larger cities. Incredible that we have it here now, at Siam.
I got the chicken version. Chicken was a little dry, but overall the flavor and dish was top notch.
Here's hoping it stays as good as it once was.
I've had a lot of thai food and this is one of the best places I've found! Loved it so much we came back for lunch after having dinner the night before! So much flavor!
Pictured is the garlic and black pepper chicken, massamun curry and the Thai iced coffee. All delicious! Night before had the chicken friend rice and a stir fry dish. Also wonderful!
Recently changed ownership, used to be amazing, but when we ordered yesterday for takeout, our order was wrong, the sweet and sour sauce was heavily watered down, and the fried vegetable rolls were burnt. Also the Thai coffee was not the same. The Pad Thai was still good, just wasn't what I ordered. I ordered shrimp and got beef, and live 20 miles away so not worth driving back. Will not go back there though.
I’ve had takeout from Siam before, but tonight we decided to eat in! & what a night we chose! It was pretty busy, but holy cow was it worth it.
I’m vegan, & they were able to ensure their Pad Thai could be made vegan for me. My partner got the crab rangoon & pad ma ma- he says he couldn’t recommend enough! & of course the incredibly kind staff makes the experience all the better :)
The food is decent but very overpriced in my opinion with few menu options. One appetizer, two entrees and sodas was $50 with tip. The sodas are very overpriced $4 each, my fault for not noticing before ordering.
I came in for the very first time tonight and ordered food for takeout. The employees were friendly, the food came out fast, and everything was delicious. We will definitely return!
We came into town for a basketball game and stopped in for dinner. We had edamame, yellow curry and pad ma ma! Lots of parking, well lit and inviting space! Service was very kind and attentive. The yellow curry was to die for- we were still talking about it this morning. The edamame was good as well! The pad ma ma was decent but the curry was the star for sure. Tofu is cooked perfectly. 🤌🏼
Wish we had photos but we devoured everything a little too quickly! We would 100% come back here!

Lovely meal
Great food, new owners take pride in keeping the restaurant clean. Worth the wait when it is busy, and the staff is always friendly. My favorites salad is Som Tum. My repeat entrée orders are Khao Soi, Pho Tai Nam, and Beef Pad Gra Prow!
Terribly ran place. Gave this place 3 chances because I really wanted this to be my go to place to get Thai food considering I live 1 minute away and it’s a shame because their food is very good. They don’t like answering the phone like they aren’t right now as I’m trying to call them at 2:00 pm. I’m assuming because they close at 2:30 pm and 30 minutes is just close enough for them to not want to do an order. Also takes them so long to make your food, both times I’ve went it’s taken 45 minutes when they tell you on the phone it’ll take 20-25. Both times I’ve went in there everyone who orders pick up had had to wait 20-25 minutes after getting there. Maybe hire more people or get a better system. Again it’s a shame because they make very good food.
My favorite restaurant in Fayetteville. Great Pad Thai.
Great flavors. They don't ask about heat levels but everything we ordered had just a hint of heat which I found perfect. My wife likes spicy and didn't notice the heat so if you want it spicy just let them know.
Fantastic food, wonderful service. A real winner
One of our favorites! Definitely recommend! Also, excellent service!
Extremely friendly service and great food!
Definitely one of the better Thai restaurants in Fayetteville.
Found my new favorite Thai spot. Will be coming here anytime I crave coconut soup for sure!
it was delicious food and nice ambience. ty

Best Thai in town hands down
Fantastic food. Everyone I’ve taken has loved it also. My favorite place for pad see ew.
The best Thai in Fayetteville, no question!
This place is amazing, shrimp pineapple curry was so good, loved the whole experience, great job!!😍The dumplings and sauce was to die for❤️
Always fresh and delicious.
Decent food indoors is very small and cute. But it’s also stark white and no cushion on those hard chairs.
Totally earns the high ratings!! Great pad Thai with yummy heat.
Wonderful food, wonderful service!
I usually order take out but decided to dine in for lunch a couple days ago. It’s a cute little place. The people there are very sweet. The food is great as always. I tried the Garlic Shrimp for the first time and it’s delicious.
Delicious! Honestly some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had. Definitely recommend!

Unbelievably delicious, authentic Thai food! My entree was so good I didn’t take the time to snap a pic. Do yourself a favor and try this place! I can’t wait to come back.
Absolutely delicious!! Never have they failed to satisfy our thai cravings
I highly recommend Siam to anyone who's looking for great authentic thai food
Really nice place, food is good, good prices. Definitely check it out
Very good food provided by incredibly kind staff!
Massaman curry is one of the best things I've ever had!
Our food was excellent, and the service was very quick and friendly. Nice to find a place as good as this so close to our house.
🔥
Top notch
Fast service
Clean
Great food
Wow this place was excellent and lived up to its 4.9 stars! Had the dumpling appetizer and red curry with chicken and I could eat these dishes every day of my life.
Delicious food, amazing pad thai and pad see ew, make sure you tell the server you want it spicy otherwise they wont offer the spicy
Fantastic food, the drunken noodles and pineapple fried rice are some of the best I’ve ever had.
This place was great. Got the fried veggie rolls and tom kha to start both where exceptional. The rolls where the biggest i have seen and the quality did not suffer. Great prices on everything the thai tea is amazing. Had the massamun curry and my partner got pineapple fried rice which i was a little bit skeptical of the fried rice but both where to die for. Will be coming back soon. Already thinking of what i will get next time.
I absolutely love it here. Amazing service and amazing vibes. The food is delicious and they accommodate dietary restrictions well. 10/10, 5 stars, amazing.
Absolutely the best we have had in a long time. Fried rice, dumplings, pork rolls were all wonderful.
Was visiting from Tulsa, takeout pad Thai w/chicken and fried spring rolls were so delicious, both that evening and the next day. Portions were extremely generous. The dining room is cozy and the collective aromas from all the dishes were a special treat! I will absolutely visit again.
Excellent authentic flavors all around. Really love the fresh spring rolls and peanut butter sauce.
Just wish their noodle and curry dishes were not quite so sweet. My favorite dishes are Pad Thai (which absolutely needs brown sugar, not saying it doesn't), yellow, and green curry, and if they were all just a tiny bit less sweet their delicious spices would shine through even more. Very minor complaints, service and environment is great.
Such a nice hostess who seemed to be running all the front section of the restaurant. Small and quiet atmosphere made it the perfect date night. I couldn’t compliment it more so yummy
Zero stars. Worst dining experience ever. After ordering it took 15 minutes to get the Thai tea I had ordered then it immediately went off the cliff: The customers that got seated ten minutes after we arrived and ordered, received their full dinner course within ten minutes. After this twenty minutes passed the server came back to inform us there was no green papaya for one of the dishes we ordered, great, that should have been immediately communicated within a couple of minutes. The appetizer of tamarind shrimp finally arrived well over thirty minutes after we first ordered with no cutlery or plates. My friend that I was with had had enough after asking for cutlery and plates from the 'garcon' that brought us the appetizer let us know from across the restaurant "we would have to wait for them to wash the dishes" to receive plates and utensils. First time in thirty years I have EVER received such abject lack of any level of service much less had to walk out and then pay for my half drank Thai tea, which the owner was there befuddled as to what was happening could not even offer a syllable of protest or question as I explained why we are leaving while her flustered and snoop dog T-shirt wearing server was frantically trying to give me change. I'm not bitter, I don't want any apologies, consider this a lesson to grow on by two people who have been in high end service in the food/restaurant business for over thirty years. Godspeed.
Such a lovely place!! Super clean and cute. Service was really good and everyone's super friendly🩷
So yummy!!!! Got the pad thai and also dumplings... probably the best I've had in Fayetteville.
Best Thai in Fayetteville!
This was our 1st visit. January on a Tuesday night.
We ordered the 2 glasses of the house Chardonnay & Fried Veggie Rolls for appetizer. Appetizer came out HOT!
For entree's we had the Pad Ga Prow w/chicken, 4 stars, & the Basil Fried Rice, Beef, 4 stars. IT WAS OUTSTANDING! Spicey! Just the way we like it! $54 + tip. Worth every penny!
Restrooms were very clean. Will DEFINITELY return!
Only critique is I would replace the bright white light bulbs inside with warm white and dim them to create a warmer atmosphere.
Hands down the best Thai food in Northwest Arkansas. I eat here weekly and it’s consistent, fresh, and properly spiced. Highly recommend!!
Best Thai food in NWA. The fried pork roll are fabulous as is the Pad Thai and all the curries. Complex flavors and prrfectly cooked vegetables- really fresh.
Having read the great reviews about Siam we decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed!! As others have said, it was the best Thai food we had in NWA. Two members of our party had vegetarian options and those veggies were fresh and plentiful. I had the Mussamam (sp?) curry with chicken and I couldn't have been happier! We had the fried rolls as appetizers and thought the entire meal was the best we had had anywhere. Can't wait to go back and highly recommend that you give this place a try. Super clean restaurant and very attentive service.
Best Thai in NWA! Super-fresh food, not drowning in grease, seasoning/spice done to taste, tons of vegetarian options (and the vegetables were perfectly cooked and plentiful, which is rare--most places do veggies as a mushy/overcooked afterthought). Non-vegetarian options were excellent--best Pad Thai we've had almost anywhere, including NYC. Also, the place was sparkling clean and the waitress (owner??) was attentive and very helpful in explaining dishes to us. A winner--will absolutely return.
Hot and sour soup is enough for 2 people with the spring rolls(fresh and delicious) entrees fantastic! Service! Top notch! Must try!!
This is hands down the best Thai food that I have ever had.
This the best Thai restaurant in NWA. The food is amazing right along with the service I eat in or take out at least once or twice every week. I highly recommend this particular restaurant. If you are looking for Thai food or just a great meal. Please check it out, you will not be disappointed trust me.
Great Tom kha! Wish I lived in Fayetteville, I would eat here all the time.
Really enjoyed the vegetarian fresh rolls and vegetable red curry.
Best Thai food in Fayetteville (and we’ve tried almost every restaurant). And the service was excellent!
Ultra mega supper good food
Great food, fast service. Everything was quite good.
Fabulous alternative to cooking for guests! She suggested dishes we could share and it was ALL GREAT! Thank you Siam Thai!
👍🏼
Really nice waitress, the Drunken Noodles were outstanding, hence my post of the empty plate. We will definitely be back again, probably this Friday, actually.
By far the best Thai restaurant in Fayetteville and NWA. Wonderful owners, and they actually make the food spicy!
Best Thai food in NWA without a doubt - fresh ingredients, quality service but also brings me back to Thailand and Asia. 100%!
This. Place. Is. Fantastic. The dumplings are incredible, and the drunken noodles were perfect and spicy (the 4 is actually a 4).
The service was amazing and the food was fresh, well plated, and very tasty. I am convinced this is the best Thai food in Fayetteville, if not all of NWA. Don’t be afraid of the spice levels 1-5; I asked for a 4 and it was not very spicy. As a rule of thumb, I don’t ever get 5 level spice (the establishment will usually prove to you that you made a mistake lol) but I might get a 5 next time I come here…
As a huge Thai food fan I will say Siam has some of the best Pad-See-Ewe I've had in the area. I ordered delivery and it only took about 20 minutes to get my order.
Best Thai food in fayetteville! The food always taste so fresh and so far I’ve enjoyed everything from the menu and the lady is so sweet!
Takes a bit but it's made from scratch
I had to go all out and give 5 stars. Every time I come to Fayetteville this is my go to spot. The atmosphere is always calm and the service is welcoming and the food is nice and hot. 🍃🎶🍃
Authentic, simple, elegant. Give it a go!
Fantastic Thai food! This is the place I would take someone who has never had Thai before. Excellent service, all the favorites but not an overwhelming menu, and the best oolong tea I’ve ever had in a restaurant
Some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to Thailand… 👌
Had the Pad-Kee Mao, Drunken noodles, and it was fantastic. Very polite staff, nice calm dining area, and the egg rolls were also amazing. Definite recommendation.
The food here is all great and service is incredibly nice. They also have a LOT of gluten free options!
Great food, underrated iced coffee, & very friendly staff!
Absolute perfection! Great food. Great service. Cozy little restaurant. Fast service. Owners are super sweet. Prices are outstandingly reasonable for the amount of food you get. The restaurant is never very crowded either, so I always have a relaxing time there. It's my favorite place to eat in Fayetteville, hands down.
Tasty food and lots of veggies with the eggplant chicken. Clean and new I side. Very good experience.
Delicious food and wonderful service.
Some of the best thai food i've had
Best Pad Thai I've had in NWA. The service was great, staff was friendly and overall a great experience.
Excellent. The spice level for 5* Chicken Pad Thai was great. AND they added extra spice in a container to my to-go order in case I needed it. How thoughtful is that?! Owner offered me extra sauce for leftovers when I ate-in too. That is just next-level service.
The owner is very nice, and has a good sense of humor. Ordering takeout over the phone is easy. I am very impressed. This is my new go-to in Fayetteville!
Incredibly delicious. The pad Kee mao was great!
Yummmm
Wonderful presentation of food and very sweet people
Holy cow. Best in town. Period!
Do yourself a favor if you’re in the mood, or not (food is too fresh and tastes incredible not to like), for Thai food and grab a bite from this place.
Amazing food! We ordered drunken noodles with chicken (spicy level 1) and it was delicious. We love this place
Best coconut soup, service, and location in NWA
Absolutely superb fried rice, would recommend
Everything definitely tastes fresh.
Red curry at a heat level 4 was tasty and not crazy hot. I didn't sweat but it is January. I had shrimp in it. The shrimp, maybe 5, were large and not overcooked.
The pork spring rolls were made with care and filled nicely. They were spot on.
The chicken wings are breaded and the combined drummette, Wingette, and tip. Chicken was juicy. There was lots of sauce and it is sweet. I recommend asking that they drizzle the wings with the sauce or get the sauce on the side. It's good but some may not want the wings as sweet.
The pork dumplings and dipping sauce were very full of flavor.
My wife got the mixed vegetables with pork and she said the meat and veggies were cooked perfectly and there was plenty of meat.
Cute place, they were super nice. They accommodated our large party and food came out relatively fast and all was good! They gave us egg rolls as a freebie appetizer which was a nice surprise and delicious. Everything smelled good. I enjoyed a stir fry that was recommended
Had multiple dishes, the Yellow Curry was the best in town, tasted very fresh with perfectly cooked veggies and tofu.
The salmon panang is awesome. The green curry is ann excellent choice as well. Great service.
The best pad Thai and the best Egg Rolls in town.
Food was great and service was fantastic. We had the yellow curry, Thai fried rice, and pad see ew. All we very good. Also the iced Thai tea was delicious. Well worth the visit.
The food and service was excellent we even got free vegetarian rolls which were very delicious I would definitely keep coming back
Excellent service and great food
The nicest people and some of the best Thai food in NWA. And that's saying something, because for some reason there are a lot of very good Thai restaurants here. This is one of the best. Please bring back the Hainanese chicken rice!
Simple atmosphere. The food is what is special about this restaurant. The service was great, like an aunt bringing food that your Thai grandma cooked for you. I had the Drunken Noodles, my lady had the yellow curry. Outstanding!
The price is right also, real value.
We will return to this establishment.
I don’t branch out very often with food, but I am glad that we decided to visit Siam. The Thai Tea was amazing and the food was awesome. I tried the tofu and vegetables since I am a vegetarian and the tofu was like eating eggs (so good!). The owners are incredible and are so sweet! Definitely a place I will be recommending from now on!
The food and service was absolutely amazing! There was one lady that was doing the table service and the register and she did amazing and was so sweet. We got good portions and it all tasted great. I look for to going back again. We had the yellow curry, pad thia, fresh rolls, dumplings and wings.
Siam is my new go to for Thai!! Everything was fresh and hot even with DoorDash delivery. Excellent! A++
Late lunch at 2pm and had the place to myself. Started with the chicken wings and only wished I didn’t have to share them with my friend. Shrimp Tom kha soup for my main. My friend had the Thai fried rice. Our service was excellent and the mains came out a respectable time after the appetizer.
Might be my new favorite Thai place. The fried veggie rolls and masamun curry were both very good!
Amazing flavor with the Larb! My favorite
Busy place but a little chaotic. Almost like t they opened before they were ready. Food portions are good, a little bland for Thai food. Staff is pleasant but a bit harried.aybe try again after they are all together and ready for business.
I really like this place. The team is very nice and the food has been fresh. I actually like their tofu pad Thai.
The best rice noodles I've had in town!
I've been chasing the high of big, floppy rice noodles since I moved to northwest Arkansas, and Siam nailed it. Their vegetables are all super fresh, their flavors and spice level are spot on, and the noodles are SO GOOD. Please go eat here and please order the Pad Kee Mao when you do. You'll be doing yourself a favor.
I am rating this 5 star for flavor and service.
The flavor and spice was fantastic. I had the peanut curry at 4 star. I normally order the hottest they have, but I'm glad I toned it down here. I broke a sweat at 4 star! Don't get me wrong, I loved the heat. It was just above the normal for my nwa experience for Thai. My kids all got chicken fried rice and left their plates empty except for tomatoes, but they won't eat those anywhere.
The service was friendly and our water glasses never got empty (they give you a pitcher and refill it rather than your glass). Order was taken promptly and food was delivered hot and in a short time.
The only thing I'd warn of is that the meal is not cheap. I was full and kids were too, so I was ok with the bill. Just be wary you are paying for the flavor, so don't expect a cheap meal.
One of the best restaurants in Fayetteville!
I had the garlic shrimp and it was packed with flavor and perfectly cooked.
Some of the tastiest meals we have found in fayetteville. A must try!!!
Excellent pad see ew and fried vegetable egg rolls. I used to live in Seattle and miss good Thai. Really friendly and large portions for the money. Spice level is on point.
By FAR the best yellow curry I’ve had in a long time!! Staff is super friendly and helpful. 10/10 experience! My fiancé got the Larb as well and it was phenomenal.
Massamun curry was wonderful, garlic and vegs. also good. Pork fried rolls were tasty, but oil seemed slightly stale. Service was very good.
Amazing food. Ask for Jessica she awesome, knows all good allergies too!!
Delicious!!! The Yellow Curry was amazing!
Amazing fried rice. Very friendly staff.
Delicious green curry and drunken noodles! Quick service even on a Saturday eve. 3rd visit. Highly recommend!
Curry tasted very vibrant
Genuine and authentic thai food. Best red curry I have had in the US.
The drunken noodles passed the breathalyzer. They were not drunk at all. The noodles were kinda dry and it was a small portion. Other Thai restaurants provide way more food for the price. Good service, but needs some improvement on the food.
Wow, I found my dishes to stand out from other Thai restaurants. Very savory with depth and super fresh ingredients. Ordered Tom Yum soup, fresh summer rolls and Massamum curry. The flavors were suburb, - curry coconut sauce amazing!
Wow! Was not expecting the food to be out of this world good! I’ve tried almost all Thai restaurants in Fayetteville and this is the best! If your are reading this, stop and go to Siam!
food was way too salty.
Probably the best curry I have ever had.
Good food, friendly staff. Nothing more to ask for.
Great food, great prices, great service.
I was excited to see this place open and even more excited after eating there. The food was delicious and the customer service was great. Best Thai restaurant in Fayetteville!
The food is excellent and the service is great! Highly recommend. This is my new go-to Thai spot in Fayetteville!
