The food carries the day. There is nothing fancy here and they were a bit understaffed, so the service was fine, but not special. But the food. While the menu had a little mix of other Asian treats, the Thai food was absolutely great. We did start with egg rolls which were really tasty. I had the Spicy egg plan with beef (heat level 4). It was very spicy, but not so hot that I could not make out all the complex flavor of the sauce. Mostly egg plant with some peppers and onions and beef, it was just great. My wife had the Gang Ka-Ree (Yellow Curry) with tofu. While tofu is not my choice, the curry sauce was just splendid. Rich and deep, it was so good, I even tolerated the tofu. We will definitely be back.

Cute little place with great gluten free options. Was told they can make almost everything on the menu excluding the appetizer section gluten free because they can modify the recipe to use gluten free soy sauce ect instead. I asked about the orange chicken and was told they still could it would just be steamed chicken instead of breaded. Was a HUGE portion that also came with rice.

This place is literally the best Thai food in the valley. We went to a bit of a fancier Thai restaurant when we first moved to the valley and got much lesser quality food and paid at least double. When we heard of this place and went for the first time we were in love.

A friend recommended this chain at the Scottsdale airport location, but we visited the Shea location for dinner. We ordered the Tom Ka Tofu, and while it came with fried instead of steamed tofu, it was very good.
Our entrees were panang tofu and masaman chicken curry. They came with an enormous bowl of rice and the entrees themselves were huge. They were absolutely delicious and full of substance not just bowls of broth. Each portion will easily make two meals.
I have been to MANY Thai restaurants and my standards are pretty high for quality and cleanliness. The only thing I didn't like was the iceberg lettuce in the soup, but other than that, everything was excellent.
The waiter was a pleasant young man. I asked for his opinion on choosing between the panang and another entree. He helped me make a good choice.

We're here twice a month. Best place in town for taste, service and authenticity!

Excellent. The Pad Sew Ewe was on point, flavorful with each bite. Level 2 spice has just a little zing, broccoli was tender crunchy, rice noodles were soft yet firm l, and the tofu just the right size. My friend's pad su rha? Tasted like Drunken noodles, super tasty. She loved it. My other friend enjoyed her lunch special Panang curry with rice and salad.

We finished with mango sticky rice. The rice was firm and cake like with coconut cream sauce. The half mango sliced for easy sharing.

We all enjoyed our meal and Veronica took great care of us topping up our waters. Open, spacious interior, a welcome space with 80s music.

We ordered through Uber Eats. The order was not complete and another item had the wrong protein. The communication when we called in was very difficult. The worst part was that “Kenny” insisted it was all sent and basically said we lied…so many lost future orders…

I enjoy exploring Thai restaurants and was drawn to this one because of its decent reviews. However, I can't understand the hype—our group's food was disappointing.

We had a variety of offerings, but I always order Pad Thai on my first visit to any Thai restaurant to judge their execution of a simple dish. Unfortunately, this restaurant's Pad Thai was a letdown. The flavor was bland—worse than the jarred Pad Thai sauce you can buy at a store and toss on noodles at home. My group all said the same with their dishes..

The service was non existent. The staff seemed overwhelmed by takeout orders and neglected the dine-in customers, who are the ones tipping the waitstaff.

Honestly, I'm convinced that anyone who gave this place a high rating doesn't know what good Thai food is.

The best Thai tea. Great place to bring a toddler. Very quiet and clean. They’re orange chicken as one of my child’s favorites.

Thai House is my go to for Pad Thai and curry. Any of their curries are delicious. My go to curry’s are their Panang, mus-sa-mun, and Yellow. Always a great from our favorite server Veronica.

Have visited Thai house on Shea last week dining in. I liked the food but not the service.
Seronika was serving us, and haven’t liked her service. So I have decided not to tip and just made the payment along with taxes for my order.
And then i realized after a day, that I was charged 13$ more than my order value. I see that she had tipped herself without admitting it in front of me.
I have a called the restaurant and she is the who picked the call, was being sarcastic that I haven’t tipped her living in the US.
I asked her to transfer the call to manager and says she is the incharge.

This is extremely ridiculous, “TIPPING IS TOTALLY A CUSTOMERS CHOICE”
And cannot loot additionally if the customer is not happy with the service. This is extremely wrong on the restaurants side supporting this kind of behavior.

Request the manager to take a look at this immediately and tell all the customers visiting to be very careful.

Just arrived in Scottsdale and after a long day of driving we ordered dinner. Door Dash delivered to our hotel. The food was hot and delicious! Everything was so good. The eggplant melts in your mouth, the shrimp and beef was perfectly cooked, and the vegetables were so fresh. We look forward to our next order.

I picked up a “To Go” order. It was ready when I got there and the Orange Chicken was very good, the Yellow Curry wasn’t very good. The curry was very thin, like water. Not much flavor, we threw it out. Had we been there we could have sent it back.
