My first time here inspired by a friend’s experience. The food is very good. My appetizers were the Thai dumplings (they were 🔥), and the spring rolls (they were delicious). For an entree I had the Drunken Noodles, mild (still spicy), with shrimp (8 pcs for an up charge) that was very good. It’s not a true restaurant designed for dining in with table service. You place your order at the counter, and it’s packed ‘To Go.’ That brings me to my only question of “how do you tip?” I’ll share photos of my receipt with the food. I’m old school. If I’m getting my food ‘To Go’ after ordering for it like any other fast food, I’m not tipping. And when I do tip, I’m tipping before tax at 20%+. Look at my total on the receipt; look at the ‘Suggested Tip’ at the bottom; and ask if any of that makes sense? It’s confusing, but I see where you’ve taken the tip percentage and added it to the total after tax. It could just be left to the tip suggestion based on pre-tax. Yes?

PROS
- I was greeted when I walked in
- The menu was pretty easy to understand
- The order kiosks made ordering very simple, I almost wish I would have started there instead of staring at the overhead menu for a few minutes
- PORTIONS - WOW! When my order was handed to me it felt like 3lbs. of food! Definitely enough for two people, but don't let that stop you from ordering multiple dishes
- Delicious food! Absolutely satisfied my hankering for delicious curry
- I thought this was really cool, the attendant handed me a little cup and said to help myself to the soda fountain while I waited. How cool is that?!
- Food only took about 5-7 minutes before it was ready. On a tight lunch break that's important, so I was very grateful

CONS
- If you're a meat lover like I am, the prices for adding meat are a little high. That being said, when I saw how much food I got for what I paid, I was no longer disappointed in the price of the meal
- Not a lot of seating room. This is definitely a "To Go" joint, as the name suggests, so there's like only 3 tables with chairs inside. Didn't affect me since I was getting my food to go, just a warning against those who might be wanting to dine in for a date night. Doesn't affect my star rating.

Thai Gai Rolls highly recommended. We ordered take out Beef Pad Siew and 2 Chicken Thai Chowmein items were cooked to order everything was cooked fresh and to order and was ready on time for pickup.

Place used to be good, but sometime ago they changed their menu from offering bowls to offering "noodle bowls" with large flat noodles. There's 3x the noodles as beef/veggies. I'm paying more than I used to while getting less of the good stuff than I used to. Won't be going back again, a shame too because I used to love this place

I'm a huge fan of this place. I have had many of the menu items and have found them all to be delicious. The food quality seems high and the dishes are consistent in flavor and appearance between the few locations I've visited. The portion sizes are large; we typically get 2 meals for two people when we order two entrees. It's never a bad day for Thai Chili 2go.

From the smiles i got as soon as i walked through the door, all the way to the trashcan with plate completely empty because of how delicious it was, the service was perfect. I live all the way in buckeye city near verrado, ill drive all the way out here to this specific location any time of the week because of my experience. Thanks to the young lady up front and the awesome chefs in the back!

UPDATE: I was contacted directly by Jim, the DM, in response to my review/photographs. He was very apologetic about my experience and made it clear this situation is not to company standard. I didn't ask for a refund or credit, but he insisted on taking steps to make my next experience a better one. Really respect his efforts and desire to improve the customer experience.

Ordered the Wonton Soup and the Family Size Tom Kha via Uber Eats. Both soup containers basically arrived half full and the flavor of both soups were very watered down. I love Thai food... but alas this is in not it. I even called the store to verify if it was normal for the soup containers to be half full... the girl I spoke with on the phone said "Yes, that's normal. The soups condense down when they cook". Paid almost $40. Lesson learned. Won't order from here again.

Recommending the drunken noodles with chicken and the fried rice is so nice. Generous portions, there's always enough for at least 2 large servings. Fun to share.

Greedy, lazy business. Go elsewhere.

Below average thai food, super expensive for what it is, notably small portions.
They upcharge for everything on the menu, it's absolutely ridiculous.

Seems lately they've raised prices even higher. Adding two proteins to a pad thai costs $13, when you don't get any protein included in the standard dish that's already pricey. It's a joke.

I don't know if they're just trying to capitalize on the highway location and trick people who don't know better, but I'm done ordering from here.

Also, for a place that prides itself on "to go", they're super slow to make simple bowls. I'm talking 40 minutes for a noodle dish.

Lastly, the employees are super careless and rude. It's not often that it stands out how much the people behind the register don't want to be there. It's a cold place in there, even when its over 100° outside.

How does this place have more than three stars!?
The pad Thai is basically under cooked wet rice noodles with pre-cooked protein mixed with McDonald's sweet-and-sour sauce. All the fried appetizers are not made in house it's just stuff that you could buy at the Asian supermarket and fry yourself.
When I showed up there was no one there in a very busy plaza so I think I must've been the last one to get the message about this place 1/10

So I stopped here a couple of weeks ago and I can not get enough of their food. Everything is so fresh and the flavor is phenomenal. I highly recommend stopping here. The pineapple fried rice with some spring rolls and dumplings are to die for. Excellent customer service as well.

The food has always been good. I’d say they’re heavier on the meat (!) and lighter on veggies than some, so I add broccoli to my orders. It may seem a bit pricey at fort, but not if considering the portions are large and I always have enough leftover for lunch the next day. It fits the bill for quick, convenient, Thai takeout in this area.

We've gone to several Thai Chili 2 Go locations around the valley. When we first picked up our order of pad thai, it was almost flavorless. However, when I called in, they remade them without a question!

The remake was so good/flavorful that I was able to add the previous noodles to it and it revived them!

Anytime I go to Phoenix I always stop here and bring home lunch. It’s great food, every time. They do have tables and space for dine in, but we never do. I love their Curry dishes but have tried other things and nothing is bad. Always good quality. Pad Thai and Red Curry are great as well as some of the other things I’ve indicated below.

Very disappointed with the menu changes. The Pad prig pao now has fat noodles in it. It was much better served with rice.

The food is good. Super easy to order online and pickup.

TC2GO is a great local option with quick food. The curries are quite good with classic chunky ingredients and if you order an extra rice the portion for each curry order is big enough for two meals. For vegan options, TC2GO has that covered too.

This has to be my favorite fast food joint because it’s fast but it’s not really fast food. It’s fresh it’s bold it’s zesty but most notable they are painfully consistent.

Loved the convenience of ordering on the app and swinging by to pick up our meal. We ordered both our dishes at medium heat, not very spicy at all. Definitely doctored the dishes when we got home but overall enjoyed the ease of the process.

I got the pad thai with chicken on medium spice level, and I am no spice lover but Im not a wimp either and I think hot would have been perfect. Service was good, but the food lacks enough flavor for the price it costs. We had the shrimp pad thai, chicken chow mein, white rice, 10 piece chicken, and beef fried rice. The beef dowant taste like its marinated and lacked flavor. The drink machine was out of service. Overall we would not return due to there not being much to taste in the food.

I loved the food! Pad thai was very good and fresh for takeout, and not too spicy, which I liked. The Tom Yum soup was yummy (pun intended). It was very earthy and lemony and had large chunks of chicken.

23 dollars for a drink ,Thai pad noodles, 4 spring rolls. It's good I just don't like the shrimp.

Pretty meh. Base dish is 11 and adding meat is another 2. That's pretty pricey, especially when the meat you do get is pretty skimpy.

Red chili was pretty good. The massaman curry was abysmal. Veggies were barely cooked and the potatoes were completely crunchy. Never seen anything like it.

They also got the order wrong. Got brown rice instead of white. Probably won't be back.

Great 5star taste, quality, and portion on all dishes we've tried, which is nearly entire menu so far. My Chinese wife is picky about her Asian food and she gives 2 thumbs up.

But it's so expensive now -- I bet prices are 30% higher than last year. As if dining in price is same as the inflated door dash price. And there isn't the rewards or email deals anymore. So instead of weekly we do biweekly and started to rotate to other places in-between. So minus 2stars for poor value.

Note that I leave the same review for all 3 Thai Chili locations we visit, so maybe someone will take notice and reconsider pricing or loyalty incentives this year.

The food was fresh and hot and I asked for it to be Thai spicy and it was definitely very spicy. I only scored it low because the serving size. I got a half a bowl and the price was $11, and I didn't add any protein which would have been two to four dollars additional. You can go to just about any traditional Chinese sit-down restaurant and get a full meal with a protein and a side, and usually with soup, for about the same price. I get that there's inflation and prices are going up, but the amount of food especially an inexpensive food like noodles for $11 is ridiculous.
