Authentic Thai Food in Mesa. try our specialties such as Khao Soi Curry Noodle, Yellow Curry , BBQ Pork, Pad See Ew, Mango Sticky Rice , etc
Love this place, if I lived in Mesa I would always be here. They have the best Pad See Ew 😋 they also have really yummy mango sticky rice and really yummy crab puffs. I love thai tea so when I found out they had an alcoholic thai tea drink I got that and it was so bussin 😩 I would’ve got like 5 of those if I didn’t have to drive. Last time I went they were playing majestic beautiful thai music it was lovely, I added below some photos of my recent visits there
Spices here at Thai SPICES were on target but lightly flavored, would have liked more flavor for everything. My favorite was the yellow curry with chicken which had large chucks of potatoes. The beef & eggplant was good and fresh, and the tom yum soup with shrimp was on point. Service was efficient although being first timers here it was difficult to get assistance with selecting from the menu. I think it really makes a difference who your food server is here and how motivated they are to be friendly & help you. Overall, food was decent but I’ve been to more welcoming & better places.
Updated: This is one of our favorite restaurants! The food is ALWAYS AMAZING along with the service. We have our favorites but have tried some new things too... there isn't anything we haven't enjoyed. Please stop in and support this small business and hope that you enjoy them as much as we do!
Love this restaurant! The flavors are amazing, portion size is large so you can share, authentic dishes, friendly and attentive staff, just amazing. Our favorites are the Lemongrass Chicken, Pumpkin Curry, Crazy Crab Puffs, etc..
We had the veggie spring rolls which were the very best I’ve had in any Asian/Thai restaurant from New York, Boston and California. Their shrimp Pad Thai was authentic and not loaded with the sweetness other Pad Thai dishes are. We also ordered the BBQ pork which came with sticky rice, a fresh salad and tamarind sauce. By far, this was my favorite dish. If you’re so inclined, order the Holy Basil Chicken, which was scrumptious and generously accompanied with nice slices of vegetables. The ambiance of the place beats most hole-in-the-wall Thai restaurants. Go. Enjoy. Eat. You won’t regret it.
Never a bad experience! 😊
Come here all the time. Food is always so good
Amazing restaurant! It’s always so great!
Their spicy catfish is to die for and their specialty kang hu lai it reminded me like what my grandma used to cooked. The meat are so tender. Will definitely go back

The food was incredible!
Good everything
It’s almost good every thing, recommended
Entire party was charged 20% gratuity. One meal never even hit the table. Had to cancel the order to prevent them from charging it.
Great food, service and nice place.
Great customer service!
One of the best Thai places I have been to
Loved the seafood pad cha. Great food, atmosphere, and service!
Thai spice is hands down the best thai food you can get been taking my family here for years and it has been so consistently good throughout those years. Not one incorrect order , no hairs or anything else ever been found in our food, and the taste just gets better and better. no complaints .
My favorite Thai restaurant. I love the pineapple curry💛
Loved this place! The food was amazing. I highly recommend the tom kha and pad thai!
Yummy Thai food in Mesa
Awesome food and ambience
The fried cat fish is one of my favorite dishes and they nailed it here.
There is a big selection of thai dishes including boat noodles and khao soi (can be made with tofu).
Legit thai herbs and spices are used here. Many places don’t have the real thai herbs for their dishes and that’s a big win.
Highly recommend for good thai food to dine in or takeaway.
The food is always delicious. And the staff very nice and attentive. Madam Curry is my favorite, but anything you try is a delight! Absolutely recommend!
Never heard of this place. Do not know who used my Name with a 5 star review
I love the pad thai, and thai tea it's so good.
Delicious food 10/10
Nhà hàng Thái ngon nhất Arizona 😊

Great atmosphere and food!
Lovely service and bright atmosphere
One of the best spots I’ve had eaten out at in a long time. Past few times I’ve had friends out of town, I always bring them here and never had a disappointed guest.
First time here - Best Thai food I’ve had in a long time! The staff are very friendly and the restaurant is clean and well decorated. Highly recommend!
My husband, brother, and I came here a couple years ago and we’ve been excited to come back to Phoenix to visit and eat Thai Spices! Delicious food that tastes authentic, and made Texans excited to come back for more. The mango sticky rice is a must! The pad Thai and orange chicken was also *chefs kiss*
Very delicious food, calming atmosphere, and an overall fantastic experience!
Some of the more authentic Thai food in the valley. They don't hold back on spices either. Lots of good dishes that are hard to find, like the boat noodles.

Delicious as always! I’ve been here countless times with my boyfriend and it’s one of our favorites Thai restaurants.
Loved the food! Excellent service and the space is very nice! We came two days ago for lunch and liked it so much we had to come back again for dinner. We will be returning again!
First time here and the place is very nice. The food is excellent. I ordered the yellow curry and vegetable spring rolls. The spring rolls are amazing!! Definitely recommend trying them out.

Went on a date with my boyfriend here, and it was our first time trying this restaurant! From the moment we walked in, the delicious aroma immediately caught my attention. The food was amazing! Very flavorful, with generous portions that left us satisfied. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the service was great. Our server, Dina, was so sweet and attentive—she really made our experience special! I ordered the calamari as an appetizer, and the Sriracha sauce that came with it was incredible. For my main dish, I had the Pineapple Curry, which was perfect. Mouthwatering, with just the right amount of spiciness! We can't wait to come back! ❤️
Good Thai food in a really convenient spot in Mekong Market.
This is our favorite place to eat with family. my son loves the fried rice we love the soup and Thai food. We Highly recommend this hidden gem
My favorite Thai place! Highly recommend
Great food and very nice people!
food is good but I don’t like service 😌
First time coming here and i definitely will be back! The portions were very shareable and i loved the pad thai. Net knew what to recommend and made sure we were taken care of!
amazing food and great service! always clean and quick
Great food, great service!
Order the Tom Kha and Pad See ew! Must try place!
They have great Thai tea! The Massaman Curry is the best in the area. I would check this place out.
The Thai iced tea is amazing and are the sizzlers! Must try!
Dropped in while visiting the city from Colorado. Service was prompt. Very large selection. Just ordered, the food is delish and you get A LOOOOOTTTT of food. Definitely recommend.
Authentic, good Thai food, and nice atmosphere.
One of my favorite places in the world I've been to many Thai restaurants none beat this spot
Probably one of the best Thai restaurants in AZ. Inside the Mekong plaza, food is consistently good and service is excellent. Try it.
My favorite Thai restaurant! Amazing food, lovely ambience.
Absolutely amazing place for Thai food. I've been coming for 16 years and have never been disappointed.
Very cute and clean restaurant. The staff was very kind. The food and drinks were all amazing too! Highly recommend the passion fruit lemonade and Thai tea!
A very intimate atmosphere with some hecka delicious dining
cute thai restaurant with quick and friendly service
Great food, great drinks
This is my favorite Thai place! They have the best pineapple fried rice, and when you ask for spicy it comes spicy!!
Food is amazing, love the spice levels that are good for everyone.
I love the the thai basil beef plate!
Fast service, good food, nice atmosphere 👍
Delicious food!
Amazing service and atmosphere and food
Always such a great place to come and eat and the food is always delicious! The service is quick and the place is always clean! Highly recommend!!
Love the authentic taste of the food! It taste like Thailand. Especially, love the Khao Soi.
Amazing again!! This is becoming our new go to spot. Food delicious and sweet service. We love it here!
I can’t say enough good things about Thai Spices! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere and friendly staff who go above and beyond to make your experience enjoyable. The food is absolutely incredible—every dish is packed with authentic flavors and perfectly balanced spices.
I highly recommend the Panang Curry and Pad Thai Shrimp —it’s hands down the best I’ve ever had! The portions are generous, the presentation is beautiful, and everything tastes so fresh.
If you’re looking for a true taste of Thailand, Thai Spices is the place to be. I’ll definitely be back again soon!
This place is amazing! The food is tasty and fresh. The lunch options are great! The customer service is phenomenal! The place is very clean. Only place I go for Thai!
The food is very good and the service is great. They are very friendly and accommodating
I have been ordering takeout here for over a decade. I'm so glad I found this place. They have the best Thai food ever! I have only ever ordered the pad thai with tofu, chicken, and shrimp. And then I have also ordered the yellow curry. Everything is delicious!
Had a magnificent lunch here on our celebration of my brothers graduation.
By far, this is one of the best Thai restaurants I’ve ever dined in. Each dish had great flavor, the spice level was just right, and the Tom Kah, especially, was immaculate. I would absolutely return here when I visit Arizona again. Thank you so much for a fantastic experience 🖤
Food was great and the atmosphere was wonderful. Definitely coming back again.
Fast service, clean and inviting atmosphere, and some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had!
Top notch Thai spot! The papaya salad and Tom Kha is always spot on.
Love the curry here!
I love this place
Kao soi soup and green curry are my favorites!
Service was great. Special thanks to Leo
Our food was delicious and the service was wonderful. Highly recommend the green curry
Food was good fried rice was my favorite!
Music was nice for the holidays
Nice and clean we will be back
I have been here many times and never had a bad meal. My current favorites are the khao soi, yellow curry, and chicken satay. Love the lemon Thai tea as well! Our favorite takeout Thai food. Very quick service and they always package it up well. A little pricey but worth it, and the servings are very big. We always have leftovers.
Best Thai in Mesa this is our favorite place to come
Super yummy food
This place is amazing the orange chicken is 5 BOOMS!!! 5/5. And the price is amazing! Your wallet is going to be happy.
so delish highly recommend
Great bbq pork and yellow curry. Thai iced tea is one of the best I’ve had too
Great place!! One of my favorites in az
Muy amables, muy buen servicio. Es accesible también. El Thai panang curry con salmon due nuestro favorito y el Thai tea también!
We love this restaurant. They give a lot of food and it tastes authentic thai food. Definitely recommended!
Portion sizes are perfect, please don't ever change the portion
We ordered the pad se ew, yellow curry and Tom Kha soup!
Excellent food and service
Great customer service food was great and friendly . Would recommend to stop by
Very good food and service!
been coming to thai spices for 12 years.. My favorite spot to get my Sea Food Fried Rice Kick
Absolutely love the chuchee fish, its cooked perfectly, I get it every time I go.
The yellow curry is delicious! I got a spice level 3, and it was the perfect amount of kick! Sometimes I'm nervous to order chicken at restaurants, but this place thinly slices the chicken, and it has such an amazing flavor! The lunch special is such a great deal for the portion they give you. We also ordered the appetizer sampler, which was super tasty! I'd highly recommend this restaurant for lunch or dinner!
This place seems to have gone downhill a little. They took off some of their classic dishes which were my favorite. Food was out within 5 minutes of ordering it which is great but it didn't have much variety. My friend ordered mild and I ordered spicy and they were exactly the same heat level. All in all it's fine but nothing great with so many choices available.
the service was so good, food came out fast and it’s the best thai food i’ve had in arizona! so yummy my husband and i always look forward to coming here. Definitely try the thai boat noodle and the yellow curry!
This is my favorite Thai restaurant in the Phoenix metropolitan area. The food is incredible, the menu has some unique options, and the mango sticky rice is to die for, especially with coconut ice cream. Highly recommended!
Authentic Thai food! Khao Soi in USA!
Staff was very friendly and food was amazing
Last Saturday, we walked in at 2:20pm, after a few minutes of waiting they took our order, at 2:45pm they bring us our $150 bill and asked us to hurry up because they close at 3pm. I asked the lady why didn't they let us know before we placed the order we could have left to a more welcoming place. I told her that we have been going to that restaurant for more than 10 years and her answer was that they've been closing at 3:00 for more than 10 years. She was extremely rude, Even if the food is delicious, I will not return to spend $150 and get treated like garbage. No thank you!
I love Thai food and I had really high hopes from this particular spot however this restaurant didn’t make it to my favorite list!
The service is good and so is the ambiance with a very good location (Mekong supermarket in the same complex) but I was disappointed with the food.
I ordered red curry which barely had any flavors or spice despite of me asking for extra Thai hot. My husband ordered the khow suey with chicken which didn’t taste good at all and had a very overpowering taste of one herb due to which he couldn’t eat it at all.
My wife and I loves this place. Been a customer since it opened many years ago. Our usual order are Salmon mango salad, seafood pad cha, three flavored fish (our kids faves), chicken satay, & seafood masaman curry. Not all in one seating, but we choose and pick 2-3 items per visit. Highly recommended.
I love Thai Spices so much! I came here for dinner and I was very impressed with the quality and taste of the food. The price is very affordable and the portions are very large. My favorite is the Pad Thai with chicken! We are huge fans and we will back again!
The food was great. The service was pleasant. They have good portions. Clean and in a good easy access area.
Had the pad see ew. Good Thai food. Should give it a try when you near there.
Ordered drunken noodles 2/5 spice. There was 0 spice at all, no exaggeration. I've ordered this dish from at least 20 different places across the US and this is by far the worst I've had.
Drunken noodles are supposed to be spicy, even at 2/5. Dish was extremely bland with very little flavor. Half of it was vegetables! in DRUNKEN NOODLES!?
Highly recommend staying away from this restaurant. Was $20 for a small container. Extremely disappointed.
I'm 1/2 Thai and frequent Thai restaurants in the valley frequently for a "home cooked" style meal. Spicy catfish was decent. Like to practice speaking Thai with restaurant employees. How you gonna have a server that don't speak Thai?
Always a great experience.
Great tasting Thai food and friendly staff.
Used to be my favorite Thai restaurant, very affordable and yummy! Would eat there 3 times a month... Now the prices have jumped, my favorite dish (lemon grass chicken) was taken off the menu, and I think they may have a new chef, since the food doesn't taste as good as before. Oh, and they got rid of happy hour!!
Thai Spices is located in the Mekong Plaza at the corner closest to the grocery store. If you enjoy Thai food, add this location to your next place to try out. The food is served in large portions that will leave you with some leftovers to enjoy the next day.
We ordered the "Crazy Crab Puffs" and one thing I want to say is the dipping sauce stands out to me as it is not your typical sweet and sour sauce. Yes, it tastes similar compared to other Thai restaurants but with its own little kick and I don't mean spicy. You just have to try it.
My main entree is the Pad See Ew and love the wider rice noodles and the veggies thar came with it. You have options for protein but this visit, I went with the tofu option and level 3 spicy. If you love spicy, I would go with level 4 as it did not give me the spicy kick I wanted. It had the perfect amount of sauce and not drowned in it or not enough sauce.
The chicken yellow curry was really good for anybody who is not familiar with curry, I recommend the yellow curry for beginners but my personal favorite is the red curry (will try on my next visit). I love the amount of sauce and I usually just pour my whole bowl of rice into the curry but I know everyone has their preferences. I was able to try a few bites of the chicken and the chicken was not dry at all and was delicious mixed with the curry and rice. I would recommend it to anybody.
The staff was friendly and helpful. They check in on you to see if you need anything or your drinks are refilled, however, the place does get a bit of a dinner rush and I only notice two servers so please be patient during the rush. I notice they try their best and will acknowledge you if you need something. Even during the rush, they still make sure we are happy with our dinning experience.
Love the decor and the atmosphere that will have you feel relaxed and comfortable while eating and socializing. The place is clean and maintained.
The menu have your usual Thai entrees but we notice there are some plates that we never seen in other Thai places that looks interesting. I will definitely return to try my favorite Thai entrees and the new ones I am not familiar with.
The flavors, the portions, the service...amazing..!!
Decided to try this place with my girlfriend as we saw this place pop up on Instagram. Enjoyed looking at the art design on the walls and the restaurant had a cozy vibe. Tried the tom yum noodle soup and a dish with seafood. Food was savory, had the perfect amount of spice, and complimented well with the rice. Will be coming back here again.
Great pad Thai and solid eggplant.
Authentic and very scrumptious
Avoid this restaurant if you are expecting to order an entree or drink and actually receive it. We were in a party of 8. Parties of 6 or more are automatically charged a 20% gratuity. In the past, gratuities were based on the type of service received. Apparently, this is not the case post 2020. The gentleman began taking our order after waiting for 15 minutes. My wife and Ieach ordered Panang curry, hers with chicken, mine with tofu and vegetables. We also each ordered a Thai tea. Ours was separate from the other 3 Parties we were with. The meals were randomly served to each person after another 20 minutes. It took over an hour, and each meal was served about 10 minutes apart. Thai teas were brought out, but mine was given to someone else who didn't order a Thai tea. I didn't realize this for a few minutes because the meals were being brought out sporadically. I received my meal, but my wife didn't receive hers. We didn't realize they were done serving until they brought out the bill for each party. We asked the server, and she didn't seem to understand, even though there was no plate for my wife. The gentleman that took the order finally came over to see what was wrong. I told him that she had never received her meal and I didn't receive my Thai tea. He was going to make my wife's meal, but by that time, my wife was done with this place and told him never mind. He brought out our bill, which had the $2.99, 20 percent gratuity, even though he knew the service was terrible. If he had not been this greedy, I might have given a better review, but Thai Spices deserves this one-star rating. There are other Thai restaurants in the area that have similar quality food and much better service. This place must survive on takeout and delivery. I can't see anyone putting up with their tone deaf attitude, and greed.
The atmosphere is great, service was great, drinks are great, food is remarkable!!! My honest review, this place is definitely worth the visit.
Great food, yellow curry and the cashew chicken. Delicious! Reasonable prices.
Ordered a mild tofu Pad Thai and medium double tofu Pad See Ew for pick up. The pad thai had basically no sauce, so it was flavorless. The pad see ew fared better, but mostly tasted of spicy burnt oil. Both are technically edible, but were far from good Thai food. Would not recommend.
Ordered pad thai and pad see ew for takeout, and both were unrecognizable as the dishes we ordered. The pad thai was pale (no pad thai sauce) and just tasted like oil. The pad see ew tasted like burnt oil. There were vegetable added/missing so we thought they gave us the wrong order, but what we got doesn't seem to match any other menu item, so we think they just messed up completely.
If you get take out, check to make sure you got what you ordered.
Love the foods but the ceiling fans need cleaning and the bathroom blower and ceiling as well fire hazard.
Had a great meal here with my girlfriend. The beef pho was huge portion and well priced. Didn't get my servers name but she was nice and recommended me the meal. Compliments to the cooks. The place is comfortable and welcoming with great music easing the atmosphere. Will go here agian and recommend it to anyone.
Not sure if they changed the chef during the pandemic but the food doesn’t taste like it used to. Just a shame cause they were my go-to in the valley.
Many positive reviews and I was not disappointed. Their spice levels are spot on Hot is Hot, Thai Hot is Thai Hot perfect!!
The Tom Yum soup was very good as was the green chicken curry.
Great ingredients and as mentioned the spice levels were terrific. Hot with flavor, great combo.
Nice restaurant and was busy always a good sign. Service was friendly and good.
Will be back!
Really nice Pad Thai. Noodles are an art form, and theirs were spot on. Stop in and show 'em some love.
Thai hot fried rice is just white rice mixed with red chilli sauce. Rice is NOT fried. And here is the STRANGE thing: when I mentioned this with the staff, they replied I am not the only one who said that. Worst fried rice ever
Some of the best Thai curry we've ever had! The Penang curry had a wonderful array of veggies, good quality chicken, and a flavorful curry sauce. Veggie spring rolls and the soup that came with the lunch special were also delicious! Our waitress made a couple of mistakes, but overall, we had a very good experience. We will be back!
Wow wow wow!!! I’ve had Thai food but never this quality before!!! I had ‘Northern Curry’ for the first time and it was AMAZING!!!! Also, the pumpkin curry (red) and the green curry were TO DIE FOR!!! The service was personal, attentive and on top of everything! We barely had enough room in our bellies, but had the mango sticky rice with coconut ice cream for dessert. Oh wow! 🤤 If I hadn’t eaten so much curry, I would have eaten two of the desserts!!! This is a top ten, home run, can’t-go-wrong restaurant! We’ll be back! Enjoy!!
For having me wait on my Door Dash order and it was already ready. 10 mins.....time is $
The food is fantastic. All of the fish dishes are great!
