I wanted to love this place, but it was a complete rip off. For thirty bucks my spicy fried rice was in an unusually small container, and my ten dollar soup featured frozen broccoli and frozen carrots. I'm not understanding all the great reviews for this place, the food had some good flavor, but nothing compared to the great Thai restaurants I've eaten at before. I ordered it spicy and it was not spicy at all. That's a major sad face for me, because Thai food is supposed to be spicy even when you don't ask for it that way. Anyways, I guess if you just want some Asian food and have no expectations, maybe. But if you know good Thai, that is not what you'll find here.
Stopped in to visit family and they brought me to their favorite restaurant. I completely understand why they love it! Best Thai food I've had in a very long time.
You will need to ask for spicier if that's what you like, because I think they make everything at a spice level 1 by default. Level 3 is the perfect amount for me!
Highly recommend the tom kha Kai (basically coconut soup), the spring rolls, and vermicelli noodles.
I have been coming for years, try the yellow curry chicken and the Thai tea and I'm sure other, stuff is great as well.
The owners are very sweet people and have always treated my daughter,my fiance and me, with so much respect for years now. The atmosphere,is never noisy. And the server's don't bug you, each time, you take a bite of food, like they nearly,do everywhere else.
Thai 66 is fantastic! It doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside this intimate restaurant is serving up awesome dishes. My bestie ordered the pineapple fried rice which looked as good as it tasted (yes, I snuck a couple bites). It is a bit curry forward, but the sweetness of the pineapple and dried cranberries balanced it out perfectly. Glass noodles are among my top three favorite Thai dishes and Thai 66's Pad Woon Sen was so good. The noodles and fresh veggies were cooked to just the right tenderness. Thai 66 is absolutely worth a visit.
Very happy we found this place. We went for dinner and it was very crowded and there was only one older gentleman serving and clearing the tables. It would have been nice if he had some help as he was trying very hard to cater to everyone. But his service was great!
We had the fried rice, Spicy Fried rice and the Red curry which came with a bowl of white rice on the side. To drink, I had the Thai Iced Tea. It was too sweet for me as I prefer less sweetness, but it was still good and refreshing. The food tasted great and the Fried rice came out fast. It might not seem great from the outside, but try this if you are in the area!
Stopped here to have lunch with friends. Although we did not expect too much from this place but it overcome our expectations.
Service is pleasant, we got our glasses of water refiled without even asking. Looks like it is some difficulties with communication but it was managable.
Atmosphere is quite cozy. But some smell has that small negative vibe.
Food was delicious, we all agreed that all
meals was top notch. This is the thing that makes you to want come back.
I really recommend this place because of food. But don’t get much expectations from service and atmosphere.

Overpriced..not bad food ..just doesn't feel authentic,,more feels like Chinese.. portions are small ..but am guessing some ppl like this place

Great Panag Curry.
This hole in the wall spot serves flavorful, delicious and authentic Thai food.
The owner is very welcoming and nice. I’d eat here again.
The waitress is super rude and impatient. They raised the price on the menu without informing us. So we only found out as a surprise on the bill. The food tastes ok but the portion is super small and doesn’t worth the price at all. We are a family of 4 with 2 kids and we order 4 main dishes but they are not enough to fill our stomach. I would rate it as a zero star if I can.
Very filty place & dirty the food isn't good, never comeback .

It's a small Thai restaurant. The food is excellent quality. There was a very nice lady that looked to be the owner or manager, she was such a great and funny lady! This place is really great. Definitely a gem in the desert. Will be returning next year with my wife and daughter.
Highly recommended.
Excellent restaurant with wonderful people managing it.
Appetizers fantastic
Overpriced and not happy about the place! Been charged $20 more than what should have been ! Didn’t taste anything like Thai food! Meat undercooked had to set aside food it was not cooked properly! Portions were very small! Atmosphere was horrid! Felt like I was in a warehouse closet! Wasn’t all that friendly! Had to shout the menu across the room because she didn’t come to the table! Very odd to me! Only five items added to $60 when it should be $45 so I don’t get the extra $15 surcharge!
The food was very good, and the vibe of the place was nice.
Teriyaki chicken had a wonderful flavor. Loved that the chicken and sauce was served over cooked veggies. I did have to watch out for some cartilage in chicken. My companion had vegetarian with tofu. He said it was excellent. Language was not the best but I'm sure it will improve.
As followers know I judge Thai by their Tom Ka Gai soup
This one was really good.
This little hidden gem has some of the most wonderful food in the area. Its unassuming exterior may make you think it’s not good, but the food is wonderful. Inside, it’s small and clean. I had always gotten Pad Thai or Orange Cicken, but just recently became a fan of curry. Their red curry is so good! My husband stuck with his usual of Pad Thai. He has eaten at several Thai restaurants in the country, and says the Pad Thai here is the best. Looking forward to my next meal there.
Great little Thai restaurant
Amazing food and service! Always go out of our way to come when we are in town.
We had takeout and the food was good. The gentleman in the front was quite friendly and nice as well!
Forks were dirty, food was so-so compared to other thai places we have been, swamp cooler smelled like rust and old seemed like it was from the 70s dishwasher personnel from the back came out to take orders, idk the place feels dirty, chicken satay was half cooked when i bit into it had to be returned so they can cook it more. Not coming back
Extremely good food. We stopped here to get lunch on the way back from Havasupai trip and God did we feel amazing after eating here. We got the house spicy fried rice and spicy eggplant. The fried rice flavor was authentic, and the eggplant sauce had such light and tasty sauce!
Nous avons très bien mangé (spicy salad, pad Thai porc et pad Thai tofu).
Restaurant chaleureux, serveur qui parle peu anglais mais très sympathique. Addition pas chère. Nous vous recommandons le restaurant !

A cute mum-and-dad establishment that I feel good about supporting, and the food was great. But I experienced some communication issues that prevent me from recommending this restaurant to people with even the most common dietary requirements. They have 'chicken or tofu' satay on the menu, and I literally asked three times to make sure they brought me the tofu satay. When they brought out what looked like chicken, I had to follow the waiter to get his attention and ask whether it was really tofu. They said they don't actually have tofu satay!
It all got sorted in the end, but since I often travel with people with allergy issues, I know that these misunderstandings can cause real health problems for people. So, enjoy the meal and dining on the historic highway, but be careful.
Went here yesterday. The place I used to go to is permanently closed.
*updated* unfortunately since my first post, we’ve been back many times. They changed their server and their cook which has caused both service and food quality to go down. Additionally they’re now closing outside their normal hours without telling anyone.
I tried the pad ki mow and their chili garlic edamame. I must say that it was absolutely exceptional. I am thrilled to have found a Thai restaurant, in our little town of Kingman, that has exemplary flavor. There’s nothing I can suggest that they do better, it was great. From top to bottom. I’ll definitely be back often. This is my new favorite spot.
Very tasty authentic thai food!
Great place! I had the combination chow mein and my husband had the beef pad Thai. I think the place is owned by a man and his wife and they are super sweet! They cook it fresh so we ate as it came out from the kitchen with our family of 5.
Food was excellent service was a little slow but not bad.
Overall it’s a nice place. The food is great and the service is fast. It’s nice and quiet, I was 1 of 2 groups there in the whole restaurant. The server was having a hard time understanding English when I was trying to change my dish to take off something, but he was sweet. I’d recommend it. It’s cute and the people are nice.
Great Thai food
Awesome experience !!!
This is my third visit and I'm pleased with the food. I love the Pad Kee Mao. I'll keep coming back in spite of the poor service. It is friendly service—when you get it—however there is a complete lack of knowledge about table service standards. It is a small space but nobody will check on you with regards to water or quality of food. Plates are not removed. On this visit, I decided to test how long I would have to wait for the bill or a glass of water. Too long for my expectations. I hope there is improvement because I want to tip generously!
Delicious Thai dishes that are comfort food away from home. Thanks 🙏🏻

Pretty decent and affordable Vegetarian pad kee mao. The service was lovely too. Seating is kind of basic.
A great Thai restaurant with excellent food and service. The Pad Thai and the green curry were delicious ! The waitress kind and nice…recommended
Hidden gem in Kingman, AZ for Thai food. Excellent quality, good spice level, cashew beef, garlic chili edemame is off the hook, veggies are fresh! will stop again when stopping through Kingman.
Excellent food. Don't pass it up when in Kingman
The new crew has got it down .great food and service
The appetizers were delicious. We had crab rangoon, pot sticker and egg rolls. The chicken fried rice was also very good. My absolute favorite here is the spicy pineapple curry. So good I will order it every time. Thank you for the wonderful service.
Excellent
Love this place!! Good Thai and affordable
Their curry used to have a lot of meat and veggies but now it's just mostly curry soup.
It's OK to taste if you haven't trying it .
Service is good, but the food is not.
Do not order out from this restaurant. I have ordered out many times before in kingman and passing through. Today I ordered out and the gentleman who charged my card specifically showed me my order and the price when I arrived. I gave him my card and he charged me. He charged me $5 over. I confronted him in this and he said this was a mistake. I cannot think that this was a mistake and a play to get $5 out of me. I left saying I would never return. I don’t want to hurt this business, but I cannot help but to think he tried to play me. I ordered one item and had every intention to tip. Until their mistake.
Place was a little old timey, but the food was amazing and the workers were very nice. Spicy fried rice was to die for and I'm not normally a fan of Thai curry, but theirs was very tasty!
The yellow curry was pretty good.
Probably the best Thai seafood soup I’ve ever had! Excellent service as well. I’m from out of town but come through Kingman several times a year. This place is now on my MUST stop list!
Very tasty authentic Thai food and great service from a gracious host. Wish we had another day in Kingman to sample more dishes.
Run by a family. Service wasvery fast and food was great. 👍🙌👍🙌
Per cambiare dai soliti hamburger americani ottima soluzione. Cibo ottimo (pad Thai e green curry), servizio gentile e rapido.
The food was absolutely amazing, genuinely wonderful Thai food
Best thai food in the middle of nowhere
Niente di speciale
An awesome little place! Real family cooking, quick and friendly service, and most importantly - delicious Thai food!
We had several starters - egg rolls, wantons, and Chicken Satay - all were super yummy.
The Thai Chicken Noodle soup was easily our favorite, with a hint of Anis and perfect balance of flavors.
We also took the Pad Thai which was excellent, and the pineapple curry which was hot and delicious! The orange chicken was 'just' good :)
Bottom line, five big shiny stars, and we only wish we had another day here to try a few more dishes from the selection...
Very affordable, too. We shared these dishes between 5 people, family style, and were peasently full in the end. Very highly recommend!
Excellent restaurant familial ! Service rapide et avec le sourire ! Nous nous sommes régalés !
Does feel like Thailand 🇹🇭 when you walk in.
There is a rush hour, so watch out for that.
We went 2 hours before closing. Parking is on the left side, only one entrance. If you have a large party, try to call a head of time, max, is 20 people, imo before the room gets too crowded. The food was great and fresh. The only thing that took the ratings down is cleanliness. The bathroom had no soap, and the place had a smell to it, but we went during Hillary strom. There is one more Thai place in town that is cleaner but hasn't been open. If you are looking for last-minute Thai eatery.
My gf and I had dinner in this little cozy place and the food was really good with a real taste of Thailand. Recommended! Thanks for this jump into Thailand’s flavours
Really authentic atmosphere! It felt like we were invited to someone's home. The food was delicious and the man working here was very nice!
Good food quick service, I try to go to family-owned businesses. If you go to this don't expect a fancy high-end place because it's not. Good service, good food, and prices are real fair.
They're charging higher prices to pickup orders. Food isn't even close to worth the price. They're adding another dollar to every item we ordered on top of what the new (post COVID) menu says. When I complained, they said the newly printed takeout menus did not show "new" pricing. The food isn't even close to being worth $10 for an appetizer (cheap egg rolls that taste like frozen egg rolls) and $15 for chicken and rice. It's just cheap food you'd get at a fast food place in a mall, which would be fine for half the price and no hidden markups. And no they didn't honor the prices on the stack of newly printed takeout menus they had sitting there.
We ordered fried wonton but they had barely any filling. The BBQ chicken was dry and still had feathers on it. Very disappointing and we will not be returning.
Very dirty tables and cloth tablecloths and no A/C. Do take out if want their food which was decent but nothing amazing.
Una sorpresa genial!! Fuimos a cenar y el aspecto exterior no daba mucha confianza. Todo lo que pedimos estaba espectacular, el servicio muy atento. Os lo recomiendo!!!!
Amazing restaurant to have well-priced and tasty, original, Thai food. Having visited Thailand before, the food brought me back to my trip after the first bite. One can tell the love in the home-made meals and homey ambience. Also great staff, and food was served quite quickly. No complaints.
Definitely a hidden gem!
Great little place! Food was delicious, really authentic. I recommend it to everyone who had enough of burgers and diners while on the road.
Favorite
Great to experience some proper Thai food. As we were waiting on our take out order out came a number of well satisfied customers. A real gem of a place and highly recommended!
not for me...went there cuz the add said sweet n sour soup on google map. they dont have it and should take it off the menu. sorry but worst $80.00 i ever spent. dumplings raw n cold, pot stickers? should call them something else cuz never had them like that before. shrimp noodle stuff i left it and eat shrimp after i added mostly done rice n soy sause. so sorry maybe i just dont like thai food . no coke sprite n tea made with tap water, ok for some. the people seamed nice. thats all i got to say about that.
Great food made by great people.
I had the Pad Thai and I'd say it was 6.5 outa 10. My grandson had the Orange chicken and gave it a 7. I tried his orange chicken and it was amazing! Service was excellent. The atmosphere was on the warm side...meaning the AC wasn't turned on.
We made our way here on the way to our hotel in Kingman. I had decided against dinner from any chains, so gave this a try.
The staff were lovely and greeted us on arrival. Although the outside of this restaurant may not look the way you would expect a Thai restaurant to that made no difference once the food arrived.
Egg rolls for starters, crisp and with a burst of flavour they were certainly the best I've ever tried. The accompanying chilli sauce was great too.
I had the duck special curry and my partner a spicy eggplant and Tofu. I tried both, and the flavours were spectacular. Enough spice to taste but not overpower the duck or other flavours in my dish, I was delighted when the pineapple had a fruity twist to the spice. I was glad that the portion sizes weren't overdone like many places do as I hate wasting food. The whole time, the server was attentive, filling our drinks and ensuring all was ok.
If I'm ever back in kingman I will return.
Would strongly recommend to others!
We ordered Panang Curry, Duck Curry, and etc. As an Asian stomach, I would say the taste here is at the top level of the US among the family Thai restaurants.
Awesome find!
Ordered the red curry with beef and Thai tea with two bottles of water. Loved the curry but maybe not on such a hot day. Tea good but different than I'm u to.
Really good thai food. We ordered on the phone and picked it up. The yellow curry is delicious. Their "mild" spice level still has a little kick to it, for someone who loves spice.
Family-run restaurant with AMAZING food. Would recommend to anyone who likes Thai food.
Very happy we found this place. We went for dinner and it was very crowded and there was only one older gentleman serving and clearing the tables. It would have been nice if he had some help as he was trying very hard to cater to everyone. But his service was great!

It might not seem great from the outside, but try this if you are in the area!
Good Thai food in Kingman, AZ? You bet, among the best I’ve eaten. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavor was outstanding. I highly recommend the Penang curry. This will be the first place I’ll go to when traveling through Kingman.
Authentic as they come!
A throw back that has great food. Feels like you are eating at someone's home.
Great food for a family run restaurant. Always clean, always welcoming. My family and I love coming here we know that it's always wonderful!!! The tables are a bit crowded.
Cute little hole in the wall restaurant. Food was great- hot and fresh! We got the chicken pad Thai and teriyaki chicken with veggies. Staff were very friendly!
They had the food ready, when they said and packed still hot, getting home, 15 mins later. Friendly and accommodating, no matter what.
Great prices, excellent Thai food and perfect service!
Delicious.
Chill place locally run management and food are a 4/5 however
We shared Penang Chicken Curry and Shrimp Pad Thai. The curry was to die for but the pad thai was a tad sweet.
Service was definitely above average.
We got the only table in the sunshine but it was still cold in the seating area.
We stopped for lunch on our way back to Albuquerque from Vegas. This is an excellent little Thai restaurant that we would visit again. It was New Year's Eve and super busy, but they let us sit at their kitchen table so we could eat here. The food was delicious!
From the moment I walked into the restaurant, I felt like I was in my (non existent) Thai grandmother's living room and I absolutely loved it. It feels cozy, the owners are incredibly sweet and the food was great. I ordered the pineapple fried rice and the flavors really surprised me, and the veggie spring rolls were some of the best I've had. Would definitely recommend!
Good autenthtic food, and the owners were super sweet to! This is one silver nugget you don't want to miss!
This place was great. I had the pad Thai and fried wontons. They had chili for me too since I like things more on the spicy side. Could not recommend this place more.
Food so so, they gave so little food for the price you pay, will not come back again. For two Thai signature dishes, we were told they don’t have fresh ingredient, so not being served: one papaya salad, two mango sticky rice. For pineapple fried rice, they use canned pineapple, no flavor at all. Almost no meat in the full price soup.
Very Good food
Casual no frills but comfortable location, friendly service, delicious food. Seriously very good food, handmade by an elderly couple who clearly take pride in their work.
Great little place. Everything is always delicious, yet the spice levels....are never the same each visit.
Great Tai food and service.
We were looking for some curry and found this place. It's a very small place but the food was very delicious. You should also try the Thai coffee.
The meal tasted good but it seemed like it wasn't fresh made as my rice noodles were very chewy. Service was good.
Just the right amount of heat and aromatic flavor. If something exotic you crave check them out.
Thai 66 is delicious everytime we eat there! Their service is great! They have a nice menu to choose from as well.
Well the portions were small but you know we were explained by the server that it's because of the cost of food but overall it was it was nice
Surly waiter, food was bland--had to doctor up the cashew chicken. Very few cashews.
Prices high. Service good. A lot of
WE ARE OUT
on the menu. Some dishes not like other Thai restaurants. Curry thin sauce.
Portions have become smaller
Bangkok Thai is really better
So my daughter and I gave this spot a chance. Well they'll only have this time... got the BBQ chicken it was so dry like it had been sitting there and they just reheated it and pad see-ew noodles and they disintegrated as soon as you took a bite and the broccoli was old. The place is not clean looking needs major spring cleaning and was so hot in there could barley take it. Lost $30 today..
As stated in some of the other reviews it is a hole in the wall kind of place. The waiter was a tad weird, the menu was a mess of hand written corrections, but the food was excellent. Spice level was right on. Would absolutely return.
They said it was 2 minutes before they open and I would have to call back.
Very friendly staff with smiles very helpful with everything they are always so quick to get everything ready when I go in for my order one of my most favorite places here in town and their chai tea is the best
Food was mediocre at best. I ordered spicy eggplant, which wasn't spicy at all and barely had any eggplant. Had to sit outside in the dark patio because they didn't allow me inside with my service dog. Wouldn't go back if you paid me.
Great place to eat and feels very homey. Great food and friendly service! Thank you!
The building of this restaurant looks so shabby that my husband didn't really want to go in. But the food was great and well worth it our waitress Corey was very helpful I ordered the spicy eggplant my husband had the pad thai and wonton soup and big old glasses of delicious iced tea American style we didn't go in for the Thai tea which is super sweet but all in all we're so glad we stopped here for lunch. so glad we didn't go to a chain
I’d have added a photo, but I ate it too quickly. The chicken satay has my favorite Thai place back at home beat! This will now be my go-to pit stop on my travels. I’d have given it 6 stars if they had root beer though (:
Eh the food was alright. The vegetables did taste fresh but it seemed like they give you just enough to eat nothing more or less. Price is reasonable and seems like you are eating at someone's house.
Food was surprisingly good, first time trying Thai.
Great food, friendly staff, but the a/c doesn't keep up in the heat of late afternoon and evening. All the usual Thai favorites.
อาหารอร่อยมาก
Amazing food. Option to choose your spice level. Best of all vegan friendly.
Prices gone up. Portions definitely smaller and quality of food definitely slipping. So sad it used to be pretty good. If you want really great Thai food close to Kingman you have to try "Me You" Thai in Bullhead City. It is absolutely wonderful.
I didn’t expect much coming in. It was a small restaurant yet the experience that I got out of it was phenomenal.
Server was super helpful and polite.
The food is good at a reasonable price.
Definitely worth a try on your way passing through AZ.
Friendly staff, very tasty
Service from the male server was great..food not so the best. Thanks server!
The Pad Thai with pork and the fried rice with pork is absolutely delicious!
We came here for the first time after hearing good things from some friends, we weren't impressed. We ordered for pickup and once we got home we realized our order was wrong, so my wife called to let them know and had to argue with one of the workers who didn't believe here that our order was wrong. Then I drove back to go get the correct item, and waited for 10 minutes while they get it ready.
Another thing that bugged us was all customers were required to wear masks but I didn't see a single employee wearing a mask at any point in my two tripped here.
All in all I won't be coming back.
Let's start with the outside. ..I almost turned around when I walked up because of the nasty looking motel attached to the restaurant and overall old and dirty look of the place. Going inside felt like walking into someone's old dirty house. The server, an old surly man seemed put out that I dare order takeaway 30 minutes before closing. Got instantly shot down when I asked to sub something. Pad thai was overcooked mush and red curry was tasty but had 6 tiny pieces of chicken. I would give it zero stars if possible.
The food was pretty good. Enough to sate my appetite as well.
The food was sooo good. The servings were small but honestly they are probably the correct serving size, I’m just use to having left overs. The spring rolls were super good!!! The service was nice, we got it to go and the person taking our order was helpful! I have no complaints at all.
Excellent service and good food very enjoyable place to go and eat
My party ordered takeout; two orders of Pad Woon Sen, one with chicken, one with shrimp, and one Pad Thai with beef. The total was $40 which is a little pricey, considering they did not even make our order correctly. We got two orders of shrimp and no chicken. The shrimp were not de-tailed, and there was a pebble in my order. The only deeming qualities of the place was the decent noodles and speedy delivery.
food is really good most times we’ve ate there. just wish they had better service. just about every time i’ve gone or called, the waiter was pretty rude.
The pad Thai was delicious and the wonton soup was mild and warming. Better than we expected in the middle of Arizona! Our server (I did not catch her name) was so welcoming and really interested in making sure all her tables were well cared for throughout the meal.
The food was just ok. I was excited to see they had some vegan options. They charge extra $2 for brown rice . Not a big deal but the box wasn't even filled to the top . 12 pieces of tofu for almost $16 . Next time I'll just go down the road to Carl's Jr for an impossible burger. Carl's would have been half the price for more food .
Very small portions, and it really wasn't all that good.
Everything is so nice. We ordered Duck curry, fried wontons, ginger and mushroom. So delicious. Also warm service here. Your best choice on Route 66.
The pastrami sandwich was outstanding!!
They should move to Waco Texas and northern AZ
