I need Thai food. I NEED IT. Picked up some Tom Kha Gai (Steamed Tofu, Mild, White Rice, $13), Massaman Curry (Tofu Fried, Hot, White Rice, $15), a Pad Thai (Tofu Fried, Medium, $14), and the Gingerbread Thai Tea ($5).

The food was good. I thought that the spice would light my butt on fire but it's not very hot at all. No reports of intestines melting, chili peppers being shot out of any booties like bullets, crying dark liquids à la Billie Eilish, et cetera. I do wish they put peanuts in the Massaman curry but I get it. Food allergies and all.

Thai 2 Go will help fulfill any cravings well enough but it isn't the most authentic in terms of flavor. The portions are a bit on the smaller side as well. I would recommend Thai Chili 2go if you just want something quick.

Soup container bottom broke open leaking into to go bag .... Thank goodness the bag held the liquid!

*** Update: changed this from 3 to 4 stars. After reflecting on what happened. Just an fyi it wasn't the stores fault for a container bottom coming apart. They have been really nice to me every time I come in and even make sure on every order that everything is secure.

They have great food, so try them out.

The only issue is they stated I would get a credit towards my next order but have yet to receive anything...

The manager is also awesome for sitting down with me and discussing the issue I had with my mobile order earlier this spring.

I Had their Massaman Curry Mild In spice and it was not good at all. The vegetables were really undercooked and it supposedly had chicken in there but honestly I got very little. I also tried their Tom Kha soup and it was really watery and very unsatisfying. They gave me a side of hard under cooked or over cooked rice.

I ate in so it was no a delivery issue although maybe the food is supposed to cook in the AZ heat as it gets delivered?

It is the taco bell of thai food. It's alright bit its not the real thing.

I am a very picky eater so for a place to be able to accommodate all of my “no” foods is very rare! Thai chili to go is amazing at accommodating.

Tom kha gai soup was very salty. The cashier said that they don’t add salt it is the sauce which makes it salty. There is nothing she can do to fix it.

The soup also didn’t taste like coconut.

We normally really enjoy this place for a quick pick up, despite the high price. Tonight, my wife got a chicken curry though and it had ONE piece of chicken in the large bowl. A bit disappointing.

Super yum as always! Love the pad prig pao with chicken! Prices getting a little uncomfortably high, so I just have to reduce my visits…over $20 for the bowl with an order of 4 spring rolls. Fortunately, if I have the discipline not to gorge myself, I can separate it into two meals. Only a 4 out of 5 score on price, if it was an option.

The costumer service was not good. Got the pad Thai and it was mostly bean sprouts not much noodles and burnt chicken.

I haven't been to the actual store yet, but had this delivered as we were working on a remodel in the area. The green curry tofu is AMAZING! I'm finding myself wondering how I can get back to this side of town more often to eat here! Love the abundance of vegetarian options. Yum.

Ordered, got my Thai iced tea quickly, and then sat and waited for 30 minutes while the kitchen staff just chatted with each other and did not work on the numerous tickets coming through for pickup orders. Food was not worth the price, nor wait. Will not be returning.

Traveled to Chandler for a meeting. Had the chicken pad thai and a fried egg roll. Fast service and cooked to order Didnt experience any negative vibes or inconsistencies. So for visit I give a 4 star rating. Probably visit against the menu was easy to read and order from. Took menu's to my colleagues.

Like that each dish is cooked when you order, and that you can order on the app easy and pick it up usually within 20 minutes later. You can request no spice, medium, hot or thai hot or sprinkle it in yourself. Food is fresh and delicious, people are friendly. Lots of choices. My favorite carryout!

I just finished my second dinner from our take out order and still wasn't able to finish it all. My yellow curry (spice level medium) had a lovely creamy sauce with just the right bite. There was plenty of chicken and veggies in the dish and enough rice for two meals. We are seniors so your miliage may vary. I took off stars for atmosphere because the eat in environment is lacking. The music is too loud and really annoying and the tables are just tables - no atmosphere at all. Service was everything it needed to be and the dishes were ready in 10-15 minutes I think. Anyway, not too slow. I would order again for take out.

This place needs to seriously get rid of the cashier from today 10/20 at 2:30PM. The girl that was working today was so rude to everyone. She didn’t want to help or had any enthusiasm in helping. We just opted to use the kiosk to order. Once we got done we waited for 20-30 mins until we finally went to ask for our drinks. Mind you we opted for dine in. Poor guy in the back was cooking and packing all the food alone, while she walked back and forth doing stickers on the cups. Btw please give the cook a good tip, he was basically working alone at this point. Anyway back to my experience, she brought our food out, and tied the bags so tight basically telling us to go home to eat. She did not even acknowledge the fact that we wanted to dine in. Smh, not coming here again. Other patrons were even annoyed. The restaurant smelled like sewer when we walked in.

Very good Thai food. Not all of the selections you would get at a "traditional" Thai restaurant but what they have is very good. Even their Thai hot is hotter than most other local Thai restaurants will make it, if that's what you're into.

Food is incredibly inconsistent. Ordered curry with extra curry and no protein, and the container came about 60% full. When calling in to ask if that was the correct amount, the employee quite rudely stated it was correct. Interesting to pay full price for a half meal.

Edit: I went back last night, and ordered the same item. Last time, the employee said my container was only partially full since I ordered no protein. This time, I ordered protein and extra curry, and it was still at the same level. The inconsistency here just sucks, and nobody who works there seems to care. The food tastes good but after giving them another shot I’m not wasting my money here anymore

Great place if you feel like mediocre Pad Thai. This is the type of dish that I order at all Thai places just to get a feel about the food. If you can't give me a good Pad Thai then I don't need to try anything else. Service was fast with nothing to note but there are so many other places I would go for Thai before here. I don't recommend this place.

I was impressed with the food and portions! I have a favorite Thai restaurant I compare all other Thai to, this one compared well! Especially considering it's fast food. A bit expensive, you do get a lot of food!

My family and I often eat at Thai Chili, multiple locations. A new young African American vril was being trained by another girl and she was very pleasant and did a very good job. Food was excellent like always.

Noodle dish was bland, oily, and mushy. Not a good combo. Not to mention was $15 or something which seems like more than the competition for what you get. Wouldn't recommend. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because even though the noodles were trash, the customer service was okay as well as the egg rolls.

Ordered the Penang Curry and some rolls and they were both delicious. The only con was the pricing and when you are paying the very obvious screen that shows what you tip wasnt awesome. Employee to me felt like 20% was expected with the audible sigh when I did less for a take out.

First they won’t take a $50 dollar bill in the middle of the day for a $39 order, I ordered drunken noodles with shrimp when I got back to work I looked and no shrimp I called and they said they would refund great but I thought they put chicken on further looking what I thought was chicken was overcooked noodles broken up there was no protein this dish was a mess a $15 mess. The chicken bites have no flavor neither does the sauce that you supposed to dip in

Pretty good considering you are more like a fast food operation. Soup was a little salty but it watered down nicely with added rice. I literally got 3 meals out of this. Very nice and helpful staff. THANK YOU!

This place surprised me! I had the drunken noodles, yellow curry, and dumplings. When it first arrived, I didn't think it looked very good. But let me tell you, it was absolutely phenomenal. The flavors just blew me away. And I think it's one of the top on my list now! It was delivered hot and promptly. Yummmm!

I love this place, I would suggest ordering online before you go if you are in a hurry though. They make everything fresh when you order it, so it has taken 15-20 minutes to get my food, even with none else in the building. It is worth the wait! Try the pineapple fried rice!
