I was visiting the area with my cousin who loves this place. We stopped in for dinner. They must have been understaffed that night as the service was slow. One person served and took orders for walk ins and diners, and packaged to go orders. BUT, the food was absolutely, DELICIOUS!!! Had we had enough time we would have visited again. We order a large Tom Yum soup with tofu, pad thai with shrimp, drunken noodles with shrimp, garlic and pepper dinner with sole, and rice noodle soup with sole. All of our meals were full of flavor. I do think they could have given more than 6 shrimp in the dinner portions. We spent $96 for the 4 meals plus the large soup. Other than that, no issues. The bathrooms were also pretty clean.

That was just so perfect. They service here is fantastic. We had everyone checking on us to make sure if we needed anything and kept the drinks filled. The restaurant was very clean as were the restrooms. This place was a wonderful addition to the fantastic Thai restaurants they have here in the Phoenix area and cannot wait to return.

The sweet and sour chicken with sticky rice was full of flavor. The chicken was fried perfectly. Teriyaki salmon is also a great choice. Salmon was cooked perfectly as well. Still flaky, good flavor, and the Teriyaki compimented the meal. The spiciness of each dish can be customized from 1 to 5. Since it was my first time here, I went with a 3, which i didn't consider spicy. Next visit, I'll do a 4.

They have excellent friendly staff, amazing ambiance, food arrived within minutes of ordering. Large portions, spice level was perfect for me and my kids. Lots of options on the menu. Honestly one of the best Thai food places I've been in years. The service was amazing. Everyone was so kind. The place is beautiful inside too. The patio looks amazing, but it's summer time so we will have to sit outside when it's a bit cooler. The masaman curry was outstanding. Can't recommend this place enough.

The food is very good. I prefer a little more variety, but they have the usual Thai stuff, so you'll probably find something you will like. However, nearly 90% of the time my take out order is incorrectly prepared. For example, when I ask for no mushrooms in my veggie soup, it always has mushrooms. The staff is very friendly but they just can't stop it with the mushrooms 🤣🙄🍄

Everything about this little Thai place is awesome! Food is delicious and plated very nicely. The service is fantastic they don't bug you too often but at every right opportunity. The food was served very quickly and the flavors were perfect. The heat scale might be a little bit off I got a 3 out of 5 and felt like I could do the 5 if the 3 felt easy. Located in a shopping plaza, the staff are welcoming and the restaurant and bathrooms are clean. We both had chicken Pad Thai lunch special (mild and medium). The salad was small but refreshing. The Pad Thai was average in taste.

The food is amazing here. Everyone I've dined with here thinks the same. The Pumpkin Curry is my all time favorite curry dish on the menu. I always get it with just vegetables (no meat since I'm vegan) and it's an absolute explosion of flavor.

My wife and I order from here often. We enjoy the food and that they are very consistent with getting our orders made correctly. They are also very quick with orders, in our experience. I think the only issue we've ever really run into is a bit of inconsistency with the spice level, but that's at most Thai places that I've been dined at.

Although I have never been to Thailand, I can only imagine that the flavors at Mama Thai Kitchen are a true representation of what Thai cuisine should taste like. While the Thai tea was not exceptional, it was still decent. However, the food itself was the highlight of the experience. It was undoubtedly the best I have had in years, and Mama Thai Kitchen has undoubtedly raised the bar for other Thai restaurants.

Amazing place to eat. Was cheaper than most places I go and they have an even cheaper lunch menu. There menu is online as well so you can find what you'd like. Has a small outdoor seating area with a tree area if you'd like to bring a pet with you. Our food was amazing 👏 one of the best places yet.

First time coming to Mama Thai kitchen and it was delicious! We ordered chicken pad thai pork pad thai chicken pad see ew orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. All were great and large portions enough to share between 3 adults and 1 child. Heads up the orange chicken tastes like actual oranges lol chicken satay and chicken wing appetizers also great. Best part is that the waitress was so friendly and helpful answered all of our questions. Will definitely be back and definitely recommend you trying it out

I love Thai cuisine. We went to Mama Thai Kitchen because our favorite place was closed and we needed to treat ourselves with some spicy and flavorful comfort food! We got Pad Thai chicken, fried spring rolls (really good) and Drunken noodles. First, the chicken was a bit rubbery and the noddles although perfectly cooked, did not have the flavor you'd expect from either dish, but it wasn't awful. The portion size was smaller than most places we frequent, but the price was about $2.00 less per meal than our usual haunts. Overall I'd rate it as a mid tier eatery and I might go again in a pinch and perhaps try something else.

I got the drunken noodles and I really enjoyed them. I got them with beef and medium heat. The flavor was good but I think it wasn't good enough. I think that there are too many options on the menu that compromise the quality of the dishes. I loved the food and the place is very lovely to dine in. I wish I came here more often before leaving town. I'd recommend this place try the tomkha it's excellent! They have vegetarian options. Price is typical not too high definitely worth it.

We went during their lunch special. It was a great price for quality, delicious food. They have varying levels of spice for their pad thai: Mild, Medium, Hot, and Thai Hot.

It seemed that they were short staffed or it was really busy but they still were accommodating and friendly. I appreciate people not cutting corners or letting the stress get to them. They were great to all the customers there at the time.

Finally visited Mama Thai Kitchen after moving around the corner a few months ago. I am sorry i waited - really good food! I am a Pad Thai noodle nut and theirs is awesome. Also had fresh rolls & Shu Mai. Support local and give Mama Thai a try.

I’ve been on the hunt for the best Crab Rangoon/cream cheese wontons in the East Valley. These are definitely some of the best I’ve had thus far. The filling is amazing. Has the perfect ratio of green onions, plenty of crab, and of course cream cheese. Unfortunately they are on the expensive side as you only get 4 to a order. Because of that reason alone I won’t be able to get them as often as I desire(because I would need two orders as pictured) however it will still be a treat once in awhile. They are amazing. I can’t wait to try some different things there!

Came here for a late lunch on a Friday. The service was great and the food came out quickly. We ordered the Pad Thai and a green curry. The Pad Thai had good flavors and the noodles were cooked perfectly, but it was too sweet for my taste and despite ordering it "Thai hot", the spice level was anemic. I still enjoyed the dish, but wouldn't order it again. The green curry was fantastic. I will be back to try some other items on the menu.

We’re excited to try this restaurant… We ordered the Boat noodles and cashew chicken. The noodle broth was on the sweet side, the beef was a bit tough…. The cashew chicken was overly salted (we specifically asked for low salt, low sauce, low sodium. It seems they ignored our request).

The Yum Woon Sen, crystal noodle salad with seafood, could use more flavors. It would be a good dish for a hot summer day, if its dressing had been tastier, not just spicier.

The Masaman curry with beef could be better if the meat was cut into smaller pieces so they could absorb the seasoning and flavor of the sauce.

The food, overall, was really delicious. However, the portions were tiny, we ordered 2 x chicken fried rice and only recieved one small box (not full). The yellow curry had little to no flavor. Pad Thai excellent. The food order took 80 minutes on a Tuesday night ordered at 6.30pm, that seems like a long time, considering we only live 0.7 miles from the restaurant location. Also the prices are extortionate compared to the portion sizes. We order 9 items (4 of them Appitizers) and it was over $150.
Very disappointed with this as the reviews for this place were the best.
If you order from here expect a long wait, small portions and large prices.

Small portions for a higher price than other Thai restaurants in the area. Pad thai was dry and the tofu rubbery. Red curry had good flavor but was mostly green beans. Sweet and sour entree was watery and very bland- all sweet with no sour or complexity. Better than TC2G if that's your standard (I don't understand their popularity), but I don't think it was worth the price

My daughter and I were very happy with this hidden gem. We came here for lunch and enjoyed their drunken noodles and red curry. The portions were decently sized for the price. The food was served quickly and tasted fantastic. We definitely will be returning here with family and friends!

Ordered first time , phoned in for take out . Pad thai with chicken, very good . Mild spice was perfect for me! Able to split meal with filling us both. Shared an order of shrimp Fresh rolls (2) cut into 4 pieces, peanut sauce on the side and they accommodated my request for plum sauce also. Friends had Orange chicken and sweet and sour chicken with white rice . Large portion . Had full container of rice left over and part of their meals. They were pleased with their choices . Will order again ! Especially since it's close to friends home . Prices are comparable to other Thai restaurants I have visited. $11-$12 . Fresh rolls $8.00, a little pricey but I liked that they didn't overdue the rice paper. And the peanut sauce is not thick, more liquid and with chopped pnuts .

I've had this delivered quite a few times from DoorDash. It's the best thai food I've found in Arizona. I've been to about 8 or 9 places around the Valley. Everything here tastes PERFECT. The Tom Ka soup is delicious and is equal parts of sweet and sour. The Pad Thai isn't too saucy and is well balanced. Chicken Satay is flavorful and tender and the peanut sauce isn't too sweet. I wont go anywhere else for thai food! I haven't found a thai place this good since I moved from Seattle. Love it here!

Best Thai food I've ever had!! I've been going here for a long time and they never fail to make a fantastic meal! Everyone at the restaurant is so nice too! The patio is beautiful! This is my absolute favorite place!

Great restaurant and sweet service. The lunch special was pretty tasty. It came with a tiny egg roll and a delicious salad with peanut sauce. The place is clean and modern and I recommend this authentic Thai experience.

Food amount is small. There is just a few pieces of beef in red curry which costs 12 dollars? Plus, I feel the food material is not fresh, a little bit sour.

We used to drive from Chandler to Tempe for good Thai food. This is now our go-to. We had yellow and red curry dishes and they were both delicious. The service was excellent.

Best Thai restaurant around. They make their sauces from scratch, so you can order them without chili pepper! Plus it's so delicious!

Giving them an extra star ONLY for the excellent service. The food was TERRIBLE. Ordered chicken wings and fried tofu as appetizers. The tofu is very bland. Had to wait for the chicken wings until my meal came out and when they finally did, the wings were beyond dry. My mom then had to wait another 10mins after i got my food already to get hers, when there was only a couple other people in the resteraunt. The "medium" spice is wayy too spicy and the peanut sauve lacks alot of flavor. Please hire new cooks.

My boat noodle soup was amazing! The Mr. had teriyaki salmon and it
was also excellent! Friendly service making this a regular for Thai cuisine.

The Pad Thai, green curry and drunken noodles were so good. The portions were generous, fresh and nicely presented! Can’t wait to go back.

Could not be more happy with the quality of food at the new Mama Thai Kitchen! My family ordered a bunch of items from the pumpkin and green curries to spring rolls to terriyaki chicken...all delicious! Service for takeout was very fast but the dining room and outside patio area looked charming as well. Would highly recommend!!

This newly opened Thai restaurant is a gem in the Ocotillo area! We stopped in for dinner and enjoyed delicious Thai food with great service. Restaurant is a great setting for a nice or casual dinner and they serve Tom Yum soup, curries, salads and noodle dishes, or if you are just in the mood for “Asian food” they offer spring rolls, chicken satay (skewers) and orange chicken. Recommended!
