This was my 3rd time trying authentic Thai food, and I’m *so* glad I did! Every dish was bursting with flavor — you can tell they use fresh ingredients and real Thai spices. And let’s talk about the mango sticky rice… it’s hands down one of my all-time favorite desserts, and they absolutely nailed it!

The service here is top-notch — friendly, attentive, and always makes you feel right at home. The cozy atmosphere of this small gem of a restaurant is perfect for a relaxing meal. They also have amazing Thai iced tea and a variety of drinks that keep me coming back.

I seriously can’t get enough of this place. Can’t wait for my next visit!

Owners are so nice & always welcoming, Service is always amazing, food is always so flavorful & hot, I got the seafood stir fry with veggies & my rice was to the side. My husband got the loco moco & ate the whole plate - I had a bite of his & it was sooo delicious lots of mushrooms in the gravy.
We also love the soups too & make this a monthly stop when we go out to eat.

This looks like an unassuming place from the outside, but please go and try them out if you want authentic Thai food! They have been open since 2022, and have brought some traditional dishes to Fairbanks that you won’t find anywhere else. You won’t find any Fred Meyer sauces here - the owner freshly makes his chili paste each day. We ordered vegetable fried rice, pad thai, yellow curry with chicken, and the Thai noodle soup with beef. For dessert we had the sweet corn and mango sticky rice. Everything was flavorful and fresh. Nothing was overly salted, which you often find at Asian restaurants. They also serve Chinese, Japanese and Korean dishes here. The atmosphere was something similar to what you’d find in Thailand. Come support local business and enjoy an amazing meal! Service was friendly and they were so helpful.

Mixed feelings on this spot. We ordered the Khao Soi, pad thai, pad cha, and Korean spicy pork. The pad thai was brown and a different flavor profile than we were used to. The spicy pork was more like a sweet and sour Thai dish than any spicy pork we've had at a Korean restaurant. We did enjoy the Khao Soi, but everything else was mediocre. The service and location were good, but it was on the expensive end for Thai food.

Yes noodles is the conflict of two noodles. On one hand they added noodles to a delicious tomato kha (ordered hot), and on the other is a less than mediocre showing for pad kee mao/drunken noodles (ordered mild.)

Service was kinda absent but accommodating. Except when explaining the drunken noodles were bland and kinda gross the servers response was ‘you win some you lose some.’ Not great.

Overall the place is highly reviewed and I don’t get why. It’s not terrible but I experienced better foods in the area.

This place has FLAVOR! Absolutely blown away by the beef pad Thai, beef curry noodle and the Panang curry. Honestly, can’t choose a favorite they are all so good. The homemade chili powder adds a nice kick if you like spicy. Was not expecting to find this gem in interior Alaska! The service is also incredible. Cannot wait to come back!

I saw good reviews for this place and decided to bring my partner here for his birthday. I was hoping they would have pho since they have so many noodle dishes. They didn’t have any pho. Their menus are disorganized and outdated. The service was so slow and I had to get the waiter’s attention every time we needed something. I ordered the wonton soup and it was bland. There was also a hair in it. Really wasn’t impressed. I ordered the summer rolls too and the presentation was awful. They cut the rolls in half for some reason? So all the ingredients inside the rolls spills out when you try to dip the cut-in-half part of the roll, and the peanut sauce was spilled on the plate before it even got to me. Food was bland/gross, service was poor, and it was just a frustrating and underwhelming experience for me and my partner. We won’t be returning.

Although there are some very excellent Thai restaurants in the Fairbanks area, a long time ago I was stationed in Thailand. The wonton soup and the curry had the flavor profiles that instantly took me back! The only thing missing was the heat and humidity! Just outstanding food and service!!

Delicious loco moco with a quite nice mixed greens salad on the side. Welcoming and cheerful staff. Dinged one star for the booth seat with weak springs. Overall a win.

Just visited them tonight for the first time and I’m so happy we did! Their service was so friendly & kind. Their food was filled with exciting flavor and they had many options to choose from! A true gem in Fairbanks and we will definitely be back for more! I highly recommend trying their Wonton Beef Soup!

Best khao soi I’ve ever had. I crave this food all of the time. The owner is so kind and always very respectful and caring. The food gets done quickly. The place used to be the Diner and hasn’t been remodeled but don’t let that fool you. It’s our favorite restaurant in town 😊

This place is a fantastic find! We’re in town and stopped here on a whim. The owner was even kind enough to let us bring our bikes in. I had the Pad Thai and my husband had the Basil Fried Rice-both were delicious!!

We had a hamburger that looked like something was mixed in it. It didn't taste much like hamburger. When you look in the menu to order, when all is said and done they charge you more, when you pay your ticket. We probably won't return, the server gets on his knees at cash register, after he serves you and watches you eat. Its a strange feeling to be watched. The server spoke very little engish. We probably won't be coming back to this place again.

Went here with family of six, from age 15 through 70-something, with a picky eater in their 40s. We tried a whole variety of food. Japanese, Thai, Chinese, American, and it was ALL amazing. Mom didn’t want a big portion and shared a bit of all of ours. She said 10/10 on everything.

I had the Khao-Soi, a curry egg noodle soup with coconut milk and pork. The owner came by and gave a demonstration how to eat it with his house-made pickles. It was incredible. Definitely go here; you won’t regret it!

Price-wise it’s not cheap but not too bad for the area. We got 3 appetizers, 2 Thai teas, and 5 meals for $157. Most of us had leftovers for a second meal.

I can recommend the Crab Rangoons and Khao Soi for certain.

There is such a wide variety in the menu. From my experience here the soups and Thai food are exceptional. The family is most gracious and let us bring inside our bikes while we ate. Great experience!!

I have eaten at a majority of the Asian cuisine restaurants here in Fairbanks, and I can say with complete certainty that this place has the best soup in all of this city. Disclaimer: I have only had one soup (Wonton Tom Kha), but I was transported to a universe of flavors within the first sip of the broth. It was rich in coconut milk, with the acidity of lemon grass and lime leaf pushing towards the forefront of my tastebuds. A sweet chili sauce peppered the top of the soup as it hid the contents of the best noodles I've had in town.
The wonton was cooked to perfection, with a soft, bouncy dough filled with succulent pork.
Now the prices are definitely leaning more expensive, but you get a giant bowl of soup that I believe would be easy to share if you're out on a date.
The service was also very enjoyable. Our waiter was so kind and very fun. We were greeted with a "Hello friend!" and he shared menu recommendations and explained why those were his recommendations. He would also walk over with a song as he asked how we were. The atmosphere was just as warm, and calming as the soup.
The only thing that would have skyrocketed this place to the number one spot for me would have been eating this soup on a cold, winter day. All I want to do now is take a deep, deep nap as the warm broth lays comfortably in my belly.

My boyfriend and I came from Boston, MA and this place really hit the spot. Owner and staff are extremely friendly and the food is delicious. I got Chicken Pad Thai (how I gauge Thai restaurants) and the Thai iced tea, while he got the Thai fried rice. The pad Thai was sweet and nutty, but not sickening sweet like a lot of places. Meanwhile the fried rice had that nice seasoned wok flavor. The place was clean, and the staff accommodating. Highly recommend stopping by!!!

Is there a place with food to warm the soul that is pleasant with attentive service? YES! Noodles. The atmosphere is very easy going with plenty of tables as it gets rushes periodically. The beef soup is my favorite as it is what I order every time. It reminds me of the Vietnamese beef stew dish. The owner puts his heart into the food and service and it definitely shows. Add a little spice with the homemade Thai chili powder. If you’re in the mood for Thai and are visiting Fairbanks then it’s YES! Noodles.

We just moved into town and was craving curry and we found this place but it closed but the owner was kind enough to let us in. I’m so glad that he did because this place is my favorite restaurant now. My go to curry is the Jungle Chicken Curry I tried other places in town and by far this place got the best flavor and bigger portion and also the best iced thai tea. Very friendly staff too

Talk about a hidden gem! It looks unassuming from the outside and is in kind of a weird place but wow the food is fantastic! We ordered the pork rolls, khao soi, fried rice, wonton soup, and thai noodle soup and it was all delicious but the khao soi was the star of the show. The owner (or who I assumed to be the owner) even came out and thanked everyone for coming to the restaurant. The only downside was that after leavingmy clothes smelled heavily of fried food. A small price to pay for such an amazing meal! Support this business!!!

We got to Yes! Noodles a little earlier than they were open, they saw us come to the door and try to open it. We went to the car to wait and they unlocked the door to let us in, their curry was good and there Jungle Curry was the best we have ever tasted. We have been coming since they opened for good reason. The menu has expanded over the months, but I continue to always recommend people to get the curry noodle soup. The textures and flavours are consistently perfect. I have never seen an "off" day. The owner is an incredibly kind, jovial gentleman. Visiting with him always brightens my entire week. I love that his business has been successful enough to allow him to hire help, so he and his family don't have to work every single day.

Very homey little spot with excellent service. They have a very nice menu, and an extensive vegan/veg menu if that's your thing. As well as low carb options.

The service was so poor that I had to call the waiter for water after my food arrived. Next time, we should make sure to request straws too. Despite reading positive reviews about the service, I didn't expect it to be this. Additionally, we waited nearly 30 minutes for our order, which consisted of chicken drunken noodles and pad thai. The drunken noodles were satisfactory, but unfortunately, the pad thai didn't meet our expectations.

I ordered the tom yum spicy and sour noodle soup with tofu. It was the most flavorful broth I have ever had in my life! The fresh herbs and leaves used for seasoning, in addition to the chili spice, is perfect. There are also generous amounts of noodles and tofu. Ordinarily I don't leave reviews, but this soup is amazing!
The restaurant atmosphere is friendly. And it was quiet enough that my party was able to carry on a conversation.

Yes! The best noodles you can find in Alaska. The Tom Yum soup was so flavorful and perfect for below zero weather. OMG! Phenomenal! I loved every bite! I ordered the drunken noodles with shrimp with the Thai Hot sauce and the deep fried pork egg rolls! Let me tell you now, if you aren't a fan of spicy food, then don't order the Thai hot. If you are, please order the Thai hot! It is the best! Tay Tay is so amazing! Customer service was A1! I left feeling like u had the best meal in the world. 100/10 will eat here again!

It was my first time here and just the way we were greeted was exceptional. Since the moment I knew this place was an absolute gem. It’s a custom to ordering at the register and be given a table number, instead he ask us if it was our first time and proceeded to seat us and explain this beautiful restaurants menu. After some thought I decided to order the crab rangoon’s as an appetizer which did not disappoint and honestly are probably the best in town. My sister order the Pad Thai which was a 10/5 and I ordered the spicy pork (medium) which was perfect spicy as well since in not a fan of super spicy things. The sauce on the pork was delicious and a 10/5 as well. I ended up ordering a meal for my girlfriend as well, Avocado cheese burger and all I could think of is this restaurant has so much diversity and it all taste amazing for such a reasonable price. I will be back here once a week as my new go-to restaurant. Would recommend to anyone looking for some good food and better service.

Amazing how friendly the owner is and his staff is excellent. Food was awesome! Definitely recommend it!

I’ll echo what everyone else about how friendly the owner was. He greeted us right away, took time to explain the menu when he found out it was our first time, and let us take home a container of his custom chili seasoning.The Pad Thai was some of the best I’ve had, both in and out of Thailand. Tom Kha soup was delicious with plenty of fresh lemongrass. I wanted to keep eating, but I had to stop because I was so full!

When new customers enter the restaurant, Ta Ta enthusiastically beckons them to the counter to explain all the food types available. He is very passionate about his food and restaurant, and it is contagious. I love the feel and personality of this place! Ta Ta has Thai, Korean, Chinese, Japanese, and American food. The flavors are amazing, and all food seems freshly made. The portions are large and the prices very reasonable. The soup broth has complex and bright flavors, the main dishes are full flavored and beautifully seasoned, and the burgers are big, juicy, and amazing!
Yes! Noodles! gets a huge Yes! Try it out! I think you will find your new favorite dish!

Me and my friend went and it was amazing. The food was so good and the people there are very nice and welcoming. I recommend the Spicy pork and Thai iced green tea! I’m glad I went here and will definitely come back more often!

First off, we were warmly greeted by the owner of the restaurant and had asked us if we'd ever eaten there before. When we told him we were visiting from Texas, he got even more excited to share with us his menu. After he broke down his menu, he talked about why he offers a variety of Asian dishes, burgers, kid friendly dishes, and vegetarian dishes. He was very friendly and a really cool guy. We ended up ordering a bowl of noodles for my daughter with fried tofu and thick noodles, the Pad Thai, Shrimp Teriyaki and spring rolls. If you like spicy, I suggest you add his Thai chili powder to your food. It really adds to the taste. He makes it fresh by grinding the chilis in a coffee grinder to get it really fine. We have a favorite restaurant back home in Texas that we compare all Pad Thai to and no restaurant so far has come close, until we came across Yes Noodle. It was love at first bite. The noodles were cooked to perfection and the sauce and ingredients were amazing. I'd come back just for the Pad Thai. The shrimp teriyaki was also great and cooked perfectly and the spring rolls were good and tasted fresh. I would highly recommend this restaurant on the Pad Thai alone. Great restaurant and great owner!

Owner is very nice and the food does look good and taste very good. If your coming by with a empty stomach, come here and have a little fun. I got the avocado cheese burger and it is looking delicious and taste delicious. This is a 10/5 experience. :) oh and this is the Thai iced coffee.

Delightful and delicious. I suspect this will be our #1 go-to for year round take-out food, especially in the winter time when the spicy soup is perfect for cold weather. I was really happy with my Tom Kha soup with chicken and a side of rice, and my partner got the Tom Yum soup which I tried and was also extremely yummy. Both had a lovely, delicate, balanced flavor. We got medium spicy and it was perfect. I think even getting mild spicy would have a little bit of kick to it for someone who has a low spice tolerance (but I didn't try mild spicy, so I'm just guessing based on the medium spicy!). The staff was very kind, friendly, and helpful. We were very happy with our experience.

A true gem. Run by husband and wife. Husband (Tata) runs the counter and waits and the wife cooks in the back. Tata was so welcoming and nice to us. We ordered the soba noodles and Tom yum soup and both were AMAZING. My soup was a little too spicy for me and Tata took it to the back and added more broth to it so I could enjoy it more. He also brought us out more rice without us even asking. After finishing I asked to take the soup to go and Tata brought out a full to go container worth of rice with it. This is a true example of how all small business owners should operate. I wish him and his business the best!

This restaurant was an impulse stop last summer. So glad I did. From the owners genuine welcome and humble appreciation of his customers to the delicious food, I have been back several times introducing family and friends to this little gem. I will be back!

The food is phenomenal, but even better is the service. The owner makes you feel like home and offers great suggestions. Must try in Fairbanks!

Ok, so you probably hear this about a bunch of different places, but this place has the literal best food in the entirety of fairbanks. This soup will give you a new perspective in life, and the owner is one of the nicest people I've ever met. Beautiful decor on the inside with intricate hand drawn chalk menu and pleasant music. The food is cheap, delicious, and served with genuine kindness and warmth.

The owner is funny and friendly and breaks into song here and there. He is excited about his menu and very helpful and encouraging. Food is fresh and delicious. This is our second visit, I'm sure it won't be out last.

Family restaurant with a little something for everyone. American fare and Thai food and all of it is amazing. Owner greets you when you come in and answers all questions about the items.
Loved that I could get fries, onion rings, and a salad with my burger (with no additional fee). We came in hungry, left full and with leftovers.
We will definitely be eating here again in the near future!

Fantastic food! Attention to detail! So much selection including Chinese, Thai, Korean, and American food. The owner is very kind and helpful. We had Thom Khai and chicken pad Thai. It was absolutely amazing, perfect amounts of seasonings! We will definitely be back!
