A great place if you’re looking for a nice and quiet place to eat. The servers were all very welcoming and attentive. Lots of vegetarian options too! I ordered the fried tofu to start and the salt and pepper tofu (there’s a modification from the shrimp version of the entree). The fried tofu was absolutely delicious and came out with a really good looking presentation. My entree was absolutely delicious and fresh. Loved every moment of my meal. Highly recommend.

What a wonderful Thai restaurant! I REALLY like this place! Upon entering, you see astonishing Thailand decor and hear settle music. Within a few extra steps, you are greeted with smiling faces waiting to get you seated and served! My fiancé and I ordered Sweet Tea, Thai Rolls, Crab Rangoons, and (2) Tom Kha Gai Soups to start. Everything was divine! We do wish the Crab Rangoons had more filling though, but it was still good, and we will order it again! For our entrees, my fiancé got Chicken Pad Thai (not pictured - sorry!), and I got Chicken and Fried Tofu Spicy Drunken Noodles - add Broccoli. The Pad Thai and Drunken Noodles were delicious and fresh. SUPER YUMMY! I would have liked to see a little bit more sauce on the Drunken Noodles, but that’s just a personal preference. All in all, we had a great time and cannot wait to return! Oh, and also, the restrooms are clean!

The Pad Thai was Delicious!!!

Very good food & substantial portions. I had the Khao Soi daily special, and it was delicious & filling - fairly spicy, but I like it that way, so I wasn't disappointed. My wife had Massaman curry and proclaimed it very good. Service was friendly & attentive without being intrusive. We were just passing through, but if we lived here, we would dine here often.

So, I travel for work and I always seek out Thai restaurants ....I absolutely loved Thai House. I went the first night and had Larb Gai and Thai Beef Salad - their Thai beef salad was different from all others and amazingly good. It had sliced apples for a sweet favor along with the Thai spicy flavors.
Tongiht, I went back - same server who happened to be the owner, Nathan, and I ordered Nam Sod and Tiger Eye and the Thai Spring Rolls. The Spring Rolls were served with a pineapple sweet & spicy dipping sauce that was so yummy!!! My salads were amazaing.
So, I told Nathan (owner) that I travel for work and when out of town I look for thai food so he asked me - "you are the first customer to come here and order all 4 salads, how do you rate them? " My response....
1) Tiger Eye - with cabbage, not Romaine
2) Thai Beef Salad
3) Nam Sod
4) Larb Ga
And yes, get some Jasmine rice on the side - not to fill your belly, but to absorb the delicious flavorful sauce - nothing goes to waste.
If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would!!!

My wife and I ate here here earlier this year and I should have reviewed then. Nonetheless, staff and owners were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The food was exceptionally good. I am a vegetarian and my wife is not so she can easily pick and choose. In my case it’s difficult to find vegetarian meals - good or bad. Thai House had a lot of choices, all of which were terrific.

Let me be clear. I don’t like writing reviews, but this restaurant is one that I have to write one for. When you first walk in, the atmosphere is so wonderful. The decorations makes you feel like you are walking into a very expensive restaurant (like $$$), but it was really about 10-20 dollars per person. The food tastes like it is made of high quality ingredients, and the food is presented so beautifully that it felt like each plate should be worth 40-50 dollars. The service was also so wonderful as well. When I was having trouble sitting my son, the staff came over and helped, unlike other restaurants I have been in. This is truly a place worth going to, if you want good time.

I will not exaggerate here. This might actually be the best Thai food I’ve ever had. And the fact it is in Dothan Alabama kind of blew my mind. But seriously, the food was absolutely incredible. So far I’ve tried the crab rangoons, pad Thai, and drunken noodles and all of them have been incredible. Not to mention the service was incredibly fast and friendly. 10/10 recommend. If you come to Dothan and don’t come here, you have done yourself a disservice.

Absolutely appalling customer service 3 times in a row. Ordered online through Postmates this evening and got 3 outta 4 items. When I called up and asked them to fix the issue they made me feel like it was my problem and told me to call Postmates or come pick it up ourselves with no compensation or reimbursement. Do not order online from here.

Food was amazing. We had the pad Thai and the volcano chicken. I asked them to lower the spice level to a one, which they did. It was still pretty spicy but delicious!! It was a little more expensive than I would have expected

Having visited 38 states and visiting more restaurants that I can count, it is a fact to state that Thai House has the best Asian food I have ever tasted.

The quality of the fresh ingredients that are utilized at Thai House are amazingly wonderful. Their dishes are prepared to order for each individual Thai House guest.

The atmosphere at Thai House is serene, wam and inviting. The staff is kind, professional and accomadating.

The flavors incorporated into each recipe are far superior to anything I have ever had the pleasure of sampling. I am looking forward to returning to try everything on the menu!!!

The food is always amazing…whether dining in or taking out. I always want a little of everything! Lol Right now, my fave is Chicken Fever. But the fried rice & yellow curry is always a go-to as well. One of Dothan’s nicer spots. Great for a girls night or date night or solo lunch/dinner…it’s a cute little vibe!

Guy at the front desk is not supposed to be working in a service sector.
I had my 1 year old child with me and people ahead of me allowed me to order first as my child was crying. But the guy there didn't even care. I thought he was probably preparing check for the dine-in customer. He went inside and came back to the front desk. Still he didn't respond. I asked help and said please take my order.
He rudely replied you still have to wait.
I waited for some time and then went to another Thai restaurant in the town.

Absolutely delicious! We got the drunken noodle with steak added, Thai rolls, and spicy steak entree. The steak was tender and cooked to perfection, so many flavors and the spice was on point. We will be back regularly!!

Superb!!! Tom Kha Gai soup followed by Chicken Fever with sticky rice is a must have. If you feel the need to have a real punch of sweet heat try the volcano chicken or shrimp... you will not be disappointed!

We are from out of town and asked the hotel manager where we were staying for a recommendation and he recommended this place, so my husband and I decided to give it a try. We ordered 2 appetizers and one main dish. The appetizers of spring rolls and steamed dumplings were good but before we could finish them they brought out our shared main course of garlic combination and it was cold. I had the waitress touch the broccoli and she agreed and took it away along with the food that we had put on our plates. Usually when this happens they redo the dinner but not here. They just microwaved it and brought it back with only 1/2 of the dinner and it was still cold. Also I ordered a glass of wine and it was “corked” and supposedly the manager agreed but I was never asked if I wanted it replaced. Plates were never cleared away till we were ready to leave and it was a really rushed dinner experience. I let the manger at our hotel know what a disappointment this restaurant was.

Was pleasantly surprised by the very tasty dinner I enjoyed here. Pad Thai and Chicken Volcano were just perfect...I mean, fresh and crispy and crunchy and spicy perfect! The satay as an appetizer was maybe a mistake, and not even really needed, given the size of the main dish. The tvs playing Wheel of Fortune were the only distraction to a wonderful meal.

Pad Kee Mao with pork spicy 3/4 to go. Yesss! Super good flavor. Loads of green and white onion. Great noodles and sauce. Prices gone up some, but this is a treat.

I really really wanted to love this place. Decent food and friendly people. But the price is outrageous. Much much higher than bigger, similar size cities I've been to. An order of duck (probably 1/4 of a duck if even) was $36. Ive to places that sell a whole roasted duck for that price. A wonton soup was $19. A takeout meal for 2 was $80 for such simple food. It's unfortunate because I thought the food was good. Also, the volcano chicken is overrated! Straight up chicken strips with sweet and sour/chili sauce.

* I NEVER ordered 3 wonton soups and REQUESTED them in a bigger container! I asked for large wonton soup. The receipt said wonton soup - $18.50 . You need to get your facts right with your staff before accusing your customer :). Such a great way to take criticism from your paying customer.

Oh my!! The Fried rice is AMAZING!! One of a kind. A must eat. Wonderful customer service. We appreciate this business.

The inside was very clean and nice. The servers were great. The food was not what I expected and I've eaten at a lot of Thai restaurants. I got the Pad Woon Sen with pork. The portion was pretty small for the price. The vegetables and pork were cooked well. I think they may have forgotten the sauce as it tasted like a straight pan stir fry in oil with no seasoning. Usually it's cooked with a soy and fish sauce based sweet sauce. They did provide a bowl of hot sauce with it which did help, but undermines the sweet that should be with the dish. The glass noodles were also all stuck together in big chopped up clumps.

My wife got the appetizer sampler. Turns out everything was fried. This came with fried wonton, crab Rangoon, spicy golden triangles, fried spring rolls and firecracker shrimp. The Golden triangle was not to our liking, it appeared to be canned chicken and lemon juice in a crispy wrapper. The menu says spicy, but that was not the outcome. The rest were decent, but you could very much taste the oil they were cooked in, and it tasted old and a little rancid.

We spent almost 50 dollars for those 2 items and a Thai tea. While the menu had a disclaimer about prices changing due to COVID, having the sampler go up from 15 to over 23 dollars, and the Pad Woon Sen go up from 13 dollars to over 18 dollars was quite eye-popping, especially with zero warning. At some point you need to reprint your house menus as it is flat out misleading with that kind of difference.

My stomach this morning tells me I should not go back. My wallet agrees.

The interior is peaceful with a lot of simple Thai touches and the tables are spaced well so you don’t feel clustered. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. This however is nothing compared to the food. There is a little bit of a wait for the dishes to arrive, however everything is simply delicious. With the noodle dishes you can taste the umami of a well seasoned wok, something that is often lacking in most Asian restaurants. Cap your meal off with the warm mango rice. You won’t be disappointed.

Food is really good. Servers were really nice and prompt. Food came quickly once we ordered. We got the calamari appetizer and the Spicy Chicken Volcano as our main dish. The only problem is it was hot! I'm not sure if the air conditioner was not working properly or what, but it was almost unbearable.

Everyone leaves the place smiling… that smile you have after a great meal. The only time I’ve seen disappointed faces is when people arrive to find the restaurant closed. Great service! This our favorite Thai restaurant in Dothan! The food is always good. Whatever you get, if you come back and get it again, it tastes exactly the same. You can get different spice levels if you like, or just get it as it comes. Our personal favorites are Golden Triangles, Volcano Chicken, Chicken Panang Curry, and Chicken Pad Thai with Glass Noodles. The lunch experience is slightly different and a little less expensive. I recommend that if you've never been. If you go with friends, try ordering different items and share. Thai tea is our favorite beverage. If we could afford to eat here several times a week, we probably would.

Although I ordered online, I was notified that my order would be delayed because the restaurant was extremely busy. Unfortunately, I was extremely hungry.
The food was very good. I have noticed however that the portions with carry out for the entrees are smaller than when you dine in and, while the quantity of protein was more than sufficient, the vegetables were scant.
I am sure they are, as are many business establishments, suffering from lack of help and supply chain issues.

My wife and I along with our friend Love the Thai house, and we feel it’s one of the best restaurants in Dothan Al. The waiter and waitresses are always very attentive making sure our glasses are never empty and the food is second to none, with great flavor and appearance.We eat there at least once to two a week. Our main stays are chicken satay, pork skewers and crab ragoons for appetizer, for the main meal we enjoy the red curry with chicken, the duck and the spicy fried rice along with chicken fever. I have never had anything that was bad. It is an excellent restaurant

This is my absolute favorite restaurant hands down! The food is delicious! I normally start with crab Rangoons and then order either pad Thai or yellow curry with Thai jasmine rice. Everything is always fantastic! Thai house has the best crab rangoons I’ve ever had! The wait staff is always extremely polite and kind! Snook is normally our waiter and provides us with excellent service each time! One of my favorite things about this place other than the food and service is the traditional asian music that fills the dining area. It so much more refined than other asian restaurants in the area that play modern pop or country music. It’s always a great experience!

Ordered a Togo meal and the menu prices are out of date due to COVID-19. So then make new menus! You don’t know what you’re paying until it’s rung up. Anyway, my sons meal ended you costing $20 for lunch. Does this look like it’s worth $20? It doesn’t to me and I don’t think you’d pay $20 for this either.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The fold was good. The Pad Ze-Ew was sweeter than I expected but it was still delicious. The steak was flavorful and cooked well.

Their pho had celery. 🤔 That was the first and last time for me.

Very nice atmosphere. My waiter was attentive and sweet. Though some other employees were a bit loud and disruptive. I ordered the dumplings which were ok and the yellow curry with chicken which was really nice. It came out in a little heating contraption I have never saw before and I thought it very cute and interactive.

This is my favorite place to eat in Dothan. The Thai Basil Chicken is fantastic, and the Mango with Sticky Rice for dessert is heaven. Definitely a must-go place if you're ever in the area. The staff is friendly & prompt.

Serve was very good, friendly staff and very attentive. Food was excellent, had appetizer platter and spicy pad Thai with glass noodles. It was the perfect amount of spice. Will definitely be back to try other dishes. Prices were good for the amount of food we received.

Friendly, casual dining. Clean and open dining area with excellent service. Classic Thai menu offerings. Pad Thai w/ glass noodles , seafood combination and spicy thai sauce on the side was delicious. As was the Thai tea. Spicy sauce had plenty of flavor, heat was notable -as it should be. I would rate it about halfway up the Thai heat scale. Maybe. Easily controllable by being offered on the side. I used the full portion and fully enjoyed my meal. Recommend and will visit again when in the Dothan area.

HUGE portions. We got the panang curry and an appetizer, but would have been fine sharing the curry. Next time we will add both vegetables and a meat, since veggies are not included.

Good ambience, nice staff but slightly delayed service. The sampler appetizer was good but my spicy fried rice was less than par. I’d be willing to give them another chance.

Very good food! Tried the Drunken Noodle, Thai Basil Chicken, Tom Kha, and Tom Yum, and all were so good. Ambience is nice and service is great. Definitely recommend!

I love their wonton soup, just wish it would come in a larger container.

Wonderful atmosphere, great service. The pad-see-yu and the beef w/basil will knock your head off, while the Thai tea will finish you off.

Cute, quiet, Thai restaurant with friendly staff. They have high chairs and chicken tenders and macaroni options for toddlers- no kid silverware or cups. But a nice place.

Best Thai in Dothan and the surrounding cities. Service is 10/10, courteous, prompt, and check in on you. Pineapple fried rice, Thai tea, and sushi are all really great, every bite was superb. Also saw they are now serving Pho, which I am excited to try. New fav place in all of Alabama to eat.

My husband and I are new to town and ordered from Thai House last night. I considered going to the hospital at 2 a.m. because the food poisoning was so severe. Luckily, my husband was not sick but we had ordered different things (I ordered pad thai). I know I was sick from my dinner because I was fine all day, then about an hour after eating the gut cramps began. I've been throwing up (among other things) since.

I got food poisoning from some food I ate here. First of all, they gave me the wrong food that I ordered, then the food I ate tasted like it was cooked on a dirty skillet/pan. I WOULD NOT recommend this place. I had horrible food poisoning with stomach cramps, body aches, nausea, and vomiting almost immediately after eating this food.

Pleasant surprise to find such an authentic and fresh Thai food option in this part of the country. Amazing food!
