Loved the dim lighting and the whole interior design. The place is small and intimate. It sets the mood for a nice romantic date. My wait was not long, unless you're icked by waiting 5 to 10 minutes with a reservation. All the staff are very kind and courteous. The host acknowledged and greeted my husband and I right away. Our waiter made sure to check in on us just enough and was attentive to our needs throughout our dinner.
I ordered the chicken drunken noodles and I believe my husband ordered the wagyu pad kra pao. They are very delicious and enjoyable. My criticisms are that both dishes were slightly too salty for my palate. The drunken noodles also seemed exploitative of a price for using packaged udon, it seems. But, my husband enjoyed them both without complaints. The most delicious and mouth watering dish that was the star of the night for me was the pink lady roll. It was well-rolled with proportionate filling and not overly compensated in size with rice. Expect a full blend of flavors in your mouth with a beautiful soft texture from the salmon and perfectly cooked rice, while getting a release with the crunch of the cucumbers and a hit of umami with the eel sauce. Can't fault that sushi roll at all.
We also had the spicy salmon tartare and calamari appetizers. Both were excellent, although portion size for the spicy salmon tartare is definitely on the skimpy side. The taste was full of depth though, and well balanced.
In a general sense, this place was a great explore. Although, I find it hard to desire a return just for the food alone with the thought of the prices weighing quite heavily on the expensive side for just satisfying-enough dishes that are served with a little more eye-pleasing flare. Still a great experience and would recommend for anyone curious to check this place out.

Atmosphere was warm and unique but the food was very average. Based on other's reviews and how difficult it was to get a weekend reservation, I expected more of the food. It was nice to try once but would not be my top recommendation for Thai.

Amazing food and service. Will be going back. The best Asian food I've ever eaten around here. Everything was Outstanding

I was very excited to check this place out, the posts of the pictures looked mouthwatering from the start

We waited an hour for a table which is never unusual in downtown Milwaukee, the atmosphere was very low lit & comfortable to have a nice discussion in a romantic setting.

Our drinks were pretty decent, the presentation was great also..

When it comes to the food 3 out of the 4 dishes we absolutely enjoyed, we ordered the “purple” dumpling dish (I do not know the technical menu item) which I personally was very interested in because the pictures looked outstanding, but to be frank it was very disappointing. Not only did it come in 4 small (size of a quarter) dumplings but we actually got accused of getting them to our table already.

After asking the server when we’d receive them he sent over two very invasive people who stood over our table, yes I mean over our table to where I had to move back in order to keep some space in between & passively again said “you had this already” which she was actually referring to the curry like dish we ordered prior..

It felt very judgmental of our character and just off putting to say the least

14$ for a dish of 4 quarter size purple dumplings that actually came out blue.. a fuss over that?

The server didn’t seem to be knowledgeable of the dishes. Told us there was actually tofu in a dish that had crab.. I hope vegan and vegetarian guests have more knowledgeable service to avoid troubles in ongoing future.
Update, came this evening and everything was MUCH better. Lily was awesome

Rooms Service lives up to its name with excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. The location is perfect for an intimate dinner.

The food selection is numerous and has a diverse range of options.

I appreciated what they are trying with pushing the Southeast Asian flavors. This wouldn't be a good place if you wanted the more toned and traditional flavors. But if you want to expand your palate and try some unique pairings and flavors, it's really worth it. The experience itself is worth it as well. The presentation is excellent. The wait staff were also very nice.

I definitely will return bc I did not get to try all the foods I wanted and was already full.

Diner Review №12

I visited Room Service on February 7th at 9:30 PM for my birthday dinner with my boyfriend, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing due to poor service.

From the moment we arrived, things felt a bit off. As we were being seated, the host made a point to tell us how hard it is to get a reservation and advised us to book in advance next time. While this might have been meant as helpful information, it came across as unnecessary and a bit unwelcoming—especially since we had clearly managed to get a reservation that night.

Our server, Sophia S, never introduced herself—we only learned her name from the bill. She initially asked if we had been there before and if we were celebrating anything. When I mentioned it was our first time and that we were celebrating my birthday, she showed no acknowledgment or enthusiasm.

She didn’t go over the menu with us, and when I asked questions, she seemed unsure of the answers. After placing our order, we waited a long time for our food, but she never returned to update us on any delays or check in. When our food finally arrived—brought out by a runner—we noticed that a Sprite was missing. We didn’t mention it, but we were still waiting on our sushi. I had to call out to her to ask about it, and she simply gave me a blank stare, pointed behind her, and said, “They are making it right now.”

She never checked on us to see how our food was. However, she did return to let us know it was last call for food and drinks. I asked if we could still order dessert, and she assured us that wouldn’t be a problem. But when it came time to wrap up dinner, she never returned, so we had to ask for the bill ourselves. She also never followed up about dessert or asked if we needed anything else.

What made the experience even more frustrating was that the table directly behind us was also celebrating a birthday, and we saw how the restaurant—and Sophia herself—went out of their way to make their celebration special. Seeing the level of attention and service they received compared to us was extremely upsetting. I don’t believe it was intentional, but it definitely felt like we weren’t being treated the same way as other guests, which left a bad impression.

That being said, the crab rangoon and curry chicken we ordered were delicious, and I appreciated the unique touch of providing an expanded towel to wash your hands—a small but thoughtful detail. However, good food and small perks can’t make up for poor service, especially in a restaurant like this, where hospitality should be a priority. Unfortunately, that was where they fell short.

Overall, while the food had its highlights, the lack of attentiveness, poor communication, and inconsistent service made this an underwhelming and disappointing experience, especially for a birthday dinner. The restaurant has potential, but the service needs serious improvement.

We were lucky enough to sneak into this place without a reservation- coming from out of town and didn’t know what time we would be able to get there. The food was ah-maxing, we had the pink lady sushi roll and the Pad Thai was the best I have ever had. Bonus points for the huge variety of vegetarian/vegan differences.

Points off for 2 things: our waitress was very attentive however at the start seemed a bit cold, maybe because we came in later (just over an hour before close) to a full and busy restaurant which is fair. We sat at the sushi table with gorgeous seating with backs, but with people walking right behind me I was constantly getting lightly bumped. It’s close quarters with those chairs, the lady I sat next to and her partner gave me dirty looks the entire time because we took up her extra elbow room.

Diner Review №15

Took 4 weeks to get a reservation only to arrive and they had run out of all their Sashimi in the middle of the week. Honestly don't get the hype. Atmosphere very nice but food was average Asian fusion at best. Nothing at all noteworthy. If good Asian food is your goal then ordering off the chinese menu at Fortune is still your best choice

Diner Review №16

Told them I had a shellfish allergy when making the reservation and the staff were extremely on top of that and accommodating. As soon as you walk in you can appreciate the intimacy of the low lighting and while full, it was not noisy. The cocktails were interesting and the beer is good. We shared several small plates- I enjoyed the Osaka goyza dumplings but the Royal flower dumplings (chor muang) were my favorite. I got the beef drunken noodles medium spice with our waitress Carley's help with determining spicy level; it was spicy and delicious without being overwhelming and I like spice. The yuzu (lemon) cheesecake was fantastic and my friend enjoyed the flourless lava cake with vanilla ice cream. Carley took several of our group photos for us, both at the table and in front of the sign. Would 100% recommend and come again

Diner Review №17

Drunken noodles were excellent. Hard to get reservations, but occasionally has walk-in seats at the sushi bar.

Diner Review №18

Maybe my expectations were too high given the hype of this restaurant. We had a reservation (that had to be booked a month in advance) but still had to wait an hour for our table. The atmosphere in the restaurant was nice, except for the creepy Halloween statue/child in the restroom. Vegan options were minimal (however I’ve heard more options have been added). I had the Ka-phrao impossible, which was basically white rice with impossible beef. This wasn’t worth the wait or price.

Diner Review №21

The atmosphere and the blue buns were excellent! My wife's food was really good too.

However my pork curry was dry and did not have nearly enough rice. The sauce still tasted good, but for $34 it was underwhelming and not worth it.

The servers also stopped by the table far too frequently (I can pour my own water and prefer not to be disrupted) and were trying to hurry us out after only an hour even though our reservation was for 1 and 1/2 hours. She also took my drink away before I was completely done with it.

I know these complaints are nitpicky, but for a $150 bill these things aren't acceptable.

So you should plan ahead to come here. I made my reservations three weeks in advance. The food was so delicious. The customer service was amazing. I think my server name was Patty she was nice. We also got drinks, and the pink lady sushi I didn’t get a picture. This place was cute, and intimate perfect for date night. Also for everything we got the prices are so affordable. I usually don’t make reviews but I really enjoyed myself.

Diner Review №28

Pretty damn good!

Diner Review №29

Their voicemail box is full and the last 3 times I have called the line auto hung up.

Diner Review №30

Very, very below average “upscale” restaurant. You really don’t want to go here. Service and the food were both fine but priced for top class.

Diner Review №31

Jocelyn was great; dessert was also divine. Get the matcha creme brulee.

Diner Review №32

Very hip place. Dinner service is fast. Service is excellent, would rate it just under the level of fine dining which I am meaning as a compliment. Food is varied and very high quality.

Food is elevated traditional…. crispy pork in your food will be fatty and actually have crispy skin attached. That was a surprise to one of our diners in a good way. The crab curry was the favorite at the table other than the matcha crème brûlée. Would recommend, would go back.

Diner Review №33

Service was great, ambience was magnificent. My drink was not good, Thai tea. The dumplings and crab rangoons were TINY as in miniature version, kinda comical.
The entree was not bad, but I ordered a shrimp noodle dish and all I got was a huge shrimp and nothing else. Like a HUGE shrimp, that thing looked like a lobster. The dessert was not bad but nothing out of this world. I think the place is overrated, not worth the months long wait as it's impossible to get reservations within a few days notice. Would not return.

Diner Review №34

It’s quite strange that they require a credit card to make a reservation. This isn’t something even the top restaurants in Milwaukee do. What’s even more surprising is that if you don’t show up for your reservation, you’ll be charged. That feels excessive, especially for a place that isn’t even fine dining. I understand policies are in place to prevent no-shows, but this seems a bit over the top for a place. I’d advise anyone thinking of booking here to be aware of this upfront. It just leaves a weird impression. Thank you.

Diner Review №35

Fantastic experience all around. Great place for celebrating special occasions or just a luxurious date night. The food is equal parts delicious and well-presented.

Diner Review №36

Room Service is an absolute gem in Milwaukee! I stopped in recently for a casual evening and was blown away by the quality and vibe. It's very hard to get a reservation, so we walked in right when it opened and were able to be seated at the bar.

The craft cocktails were a standout--beautifully balanced and creative. I tried the One Night in Bangkok, which was a delightful mix of flavors and perfectly refreshing. The show with the smoke was beyond!

As for the food, the gyoza and crab Rangoon were incredible. The gyoza had a crispy, golden exterior and a savory, juicy filling that paired wonderfully with the dipping sauce. The crab Rangoon? Easily some of the best I've ever had--light, crispy, and filled with a creamy, flavorful crab filling that was nothing short of addictive.

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with a modern, chic aesthetic that made it the perfect spot to unwind. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and it's clear the staff takes pride in what they do.

Room Service is a must-visit for anyone in Milwaukee looking for excellent food, creative drinks, and a relaxed yet stylish vibe. I'll definitely be back!

Diner Review №37

Service, food, drinks, ambiance all 10/10!! Feels like a high end experience for a decent price.

Diner Review №38

Finally, Wisconsin has an elegant authentic Thai flavor with high-end service restaurants (can't comment on the Japanese side).

Foods are amazing plated. The service is superb as a high-end restaurant should be - personable, personalized, and timely.

Best Thai food I’ve ever had in WI.

- -

My personal thought:

- The flavor is on the sweet side.
- The spicy level is higher than the Midwest standard but not yet as in Thailand, which is reasonably understandable.
- Papaya is soggy.
- I think Papaya salad dressing has chilis sitting in it for a while, and it makes the spiciness come later after tasting. VS Authentic papaya salad - the spiciness comes first because chilis are added when making the salad.
- Khoa Soi curry can be less creamy & more garnished.
- Sashimi salad needs some chili or spice or jalapeno.

Diner Review №39

Great food and taste- expensive and small plates. Was good to share and was delicious but portions too small- too popular to change. Drinks were great! There is a Forced turn around in 1 hour 40 minutes on the weekend, which was enough time for us- but FYI.

Diner Review №40

this pad thai sent me to heaven

Diner Review №41

The best place to dine in 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 love love love

Diner Review №42

I have had my reservations canceled twice now. Why give business to a restaurant that won’t uphold their reservations made months in advance. Go elsewhere.

Diner Review №43

Everything about this place was great. Will definitely be returning.

Diner Review №44

Went for a girls night out. Our server Carly was great, everyone liked the food they ordered. The food was good, but I think the overall hype of the place put my expectations a bit higher. I’d go again, but I felt it isn’t going to be a go to place for me. The royal flower dumplings were delicious though. Also, with multiple dietary restrictions for people in the party, everyone had options.

Diner Review №45

our food was fantastic - everything we ordered was shared and was delicious. However, the manager (?) rushed our payment. We were never offered dessert and were told that 6 other people had been waiting for our table for 1.5 hrs. He was very rude.

Diner Review №46

wow, Wow, WOW... From amazing service to incredible food, killer ambience and decor and so much more. This was a flavor and senses experience to the max and to top it off, the famous Donald Driver was there having dinner next to us. Highly recommend this carefully curated menu by the amazing chef as the love she puts into her food is nothing short of spectacular. Can we provide 6 Stars?

Diner Review №47

An absolute all star experience all around. Friend was visiting from out of town and a colleague recommended this place. What a memorable meal. Restaurant is decorated nicely for the holidays and has a very modern and fun feel to it. The service was very good. And the food was absolutely excellent. The star of the show was the Kinnickinnic crispy shell tacos. One of the more memorable bites I've had in my 3 years living in Milwaukee area. The Royal flower dumplings were excellent. The drunken noodles with chicken was a fantastic dish! It had so much flavor and I enjoyed it thoroughly. My friend really enjoyed this short rib. We also had the crispy rice salmon which I thought was good but not great. We also had the char siu bao buns, which were very good. For dessert, I had the green tea creme brulee and I thought it was absolutely fantastic. The service was really good as well. I can't wait to come back!

Diner Review №48

Loved our meal here! Everything we had was delicious, and it was really fun ordering many things on the menu since the prices are reasonable. The staff was very accommodating allowing us to move to a bigger table with more room. I just wish the menu was easier to read on my phone, I had to zoom in and had to continuously scroll left and right to read everything. I got the Crispy pork, the samurai sampler and the last train to chaing mai. All fantastic!!

Diner Review №49

Best new restaurant in MKE!

Diner Review №50

Went here with my husband for my birthday dinner on Thursday night. I had high expectations with the rave reviews and lack of availability (had to book 1 month in advance) so I was excited. And honestly it does not live up to the hype. *Full disclosure I would be classified as a "foodie" well traveled with dining at 3 Michelin stars down to excellent street food* The atmosphere and mood of the place is 5/5 even with close tables. However the service was average, also never asked if were celebrating anything (despite noting it on the reservation). The food was tasty but not excellent and lacked creativity. I will say the prices were good for what you got. I think they need to decide what type of restaurant they want to be. Do you want to be upscale/creative fusion restaurant? or just above average fusion food restaurant. They are crushing the latter. Try it out, but lower your expectations. I will not be returning, too many other good restaurants in Milwaukee to explore.

Diner Review №51

Wow! Such a delicious meal. The presentation, flavors, and overall experience were amazing. Definitely hope to be back sometime soon.

Diner Review №52

This place is an incredible addition to the Milwaukee food scene. Haven’t been a fan of Asian cuisine in the Milwaukee area and this was worth the hype. The ambiance was small but cozy and upscale. Our server was attentive, conscientious, and sweet. Craft cocktails were unique and imaginative. My partner and I had the gyoza, flower, dumplings, and sliders for appetizers and the short rib and crispy pork and beef bowl. Everything was flavored well; the meat on the short rib fell off the bone, it was so tender. Ended the evening with the matcha crème brûlée, also a 10/10. Will definitely be returning.

Diner Review №53

Everything was wonderful…the food, the ambience and service! Can’t wait to go back!

Diner Review №54

Phenomenal eats

Diner Review №57

It's a dream come true to find a new Thai restaurant in Milwaukee Wisconsin that serves delectable food with impeccable presentation! The opulent ambiance is a delight, and the prices are refreshingly reasonable. The service is exceptional, and the flavors are outstanding. While reservations are a must due to its immense popularity, it's a small price to pay for an unforgettable dining experience. With its remarkable success in just a few months, it's no wonder this restaurant has captured the hearts of foodies. The owner's unwavering passion for culinary excellence and commitment to outstanding service are a shining example. For those seeking traditional Thai cuisine with a sophisticated twist, I wholeheartedly endorse this restaurant. Its grand opening drew impressive crowds, and I urge you to try it during your visit - it's an experience that will leave you wanting more, and I'll certainly return!

Diner Review №58

This has been the most exciting and enjoyable dining experience I’ve had in Milwaukee in maybe 10 years. I went twice in one week because it was that good! Planning my return so I can work through the menu. Milwaukee was in desperate need of a place like this. Beautiful building, thoughtful experiential moments built into the dining experience, and an attentive and knowledgeable staff.

Diner Review №59

My wife and I dined in and had high expectations based on the reviews. Being former Bayview residents, we’re excited to try it! Here are my takeaways:

-Restaurant itself is beautiful and overall good atmosphere inside. It was lively.

-QR code menu was annoying and felt cheap for the price point of this restaurant. It forces everyone to look at their phones which kills ambiance amongst tables. It’s questionable decision considering the really big menu that is hard to read from a phone.

-Food was really good overall with good flavors and ingredients.

-Some things on the menu felt gimmicky. It felt like every other table had some sort of item that came out covered in smoke or fancy device/contraption that came with it….which is fun at first but does that mean the food is good?

-Our waitress was very nice and the service was attentive. Sometimes it was too attentive, however, as there were 2 different times when a wait staff came by and tried to take a dish away before we were completely done.

-We were rushed to pay our bill or continue to order food. We were at the restaurant for just over 1 hour and spent almost $180 for 2 people. Once again, at this price point, you would expect to not be rushed at all.

Diner Review №60

Great food and service

Diner Review №61

I visited on a Sunday evening about an hour before closing. It was still pretty packed but you could tell that a lot of tables were finishing their dinner. I was impressed by the wide of range of options for dinner. The food was great. I had the Samurai signature hand rolls and the Harajuki roll. I wish I had more of an appetite to try more items.

There was an annoying gnat that kept trying to join me for dinner but it was probably because the bar had already started breaking down and cleaning.

If I'm ever in town again I will definitely be back.

Diner Review №62

Carly was our waitress and was wonderful, helpful and friendly staff overall — will be back to try more. Restaurant was definitely stuffy when full, close quarter seating. Food comes out very quick.

Diner Review №63

Wow, this place is good. I can understand why you really need reservations and they book far out. We got the chashu bao buns, royal flower dumplings, khao soi, drunken noodles, and lava cake for dessert. The flower dumplings were packed with so much flavor - truly awesome. The entrees both were stand outs. Loved the ambience too.

Diner Review №64

Everything about our meal at Room Service was wonderful. We called last minute for a reservation and they were extremely accommodating. Highly recommend!

Diner Review №65

Every single bite was amazing! First time here. Will definitely be back. Atmosphere was great, not too crowded but definitely every table was almost occupied at 0830pm so reservations needed and a head of time, like weeks in advance.

Every bite of food was consistent, well seasoned and there was different textures to the food but nothing too over powering

There are more items I want to try for next time but highly recommend this place

Diner Review №66

Wow, what a wonderful place. The food is unique, somehow modern & classic both, the setting is gorgeous, including the rooftop. The craft cocktails are unusual and amazing, and a real fuss is made over them. I've been back 8 times since I first wrote this, entertaining guests from out of town and dining alone. It's always great. The sushi and tuna are particularly favorites, but the menu is uncommonly big and deep.

Diner Review №67

The service was wonderful. Our waiter was so attentive and accommodating.

Diner Review №68

I made a reservation for four and called and spoke to someone on the phone about arrival times he was very kind and flexible. Our table was ready when we got there and we were greeted and served water pretty quickly after arriving. We ordered quite a bit of food and everything Was very beautiful and tasty. I had a Thai iced tea and it was very well blended sometimes Thai iced teas can be really sweet, but this one had a great balance. We also had the chilled, silken, tofu delight. I had never had silken tofu, so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. The kimchi on top was very flavorful tangy and crisp. The royal flower dumplings were very beautiful and well presented, but I wasn’t a big fan of them. Although I read the description of the dumplings, I wasn’t expecting them to taste so overwhelmingly nutty. The crab Rangoon were delicious and had a good seafood flavor and were very creamy inside. I was not a big fan of the Kinnickinnick crisp shells. The meat did not really taste like beef. It kind of reminded me of tuna tartare wonton taco. The flavor was a bit off for me. One of my favorite things that we ate that night was the Thai style calamari. It was fried so well, very light and crispy and the seasoning on it complemented very well with the dipping sauce that came with it we had the samurai signature hand roll set that was very fun to eat and everything was very fresh. We ordered the room service pad Thai in the classic pad Thai they were beautifully presented. It was also a fun experience to pull the seafood from the shells and divide it amongst ourselves. For dessert, we ordered the Yuzu cheesecake, hazelnut cake, and lava cake the ice cream on top of the lava cake looked like it might have been homemade and was maybe kept in plastic wrap in the freezer to maintain it shape. The Yuzu cheesecake was my favorite. It was very bright and had a summery taste. The berries complemented the citrus and cream taste very well. I’m giving the food four stars just because some of the dishes were just a little off for me. Otherwise everything was fantastic and we had an amazing waitress. Her name was Jocelyn. she was very well-versed on the menu and made a great recommendations and guided us through how to eat the different dishes that we ordered.

I’ve only heard great things about this place before stopping in. I was a walk-in, sat at the bar top. Asian cuisine is my favorite and this was amazing. My server was so kind, the bartender was nice! There are so many little touches here that make the experience memorable. I was in and out in only around 40 minutes. I will absolutely become a regular here.

Also referencing the picture; I ate two of the five rolls before pulling out my phone because I was too excited. Well worth the price.

Service is 10/10, food is 7/10, and the experience 9/10. This restaurant differentiates itself from other in Milwaukee because of the great service, and originality on serving the dishes. I personally did not like the food but that variates on taste.

WOW this place is amazing. Atmosphere is top notch. Reminds me of the swanky, classy rooftop restaurants my boyfriend and I dined at in Bangkok. Besides the authentic, elegant atmosphere, the food was mind blowing good. We got the drunken noodles, ocean fried rice and two apps. All were the BEST I’ve ever had— and I am very picky being Chinese and growing up with authentic dishes and having traveled all over Asia and across the world.

This place is fire.

Possibly the best restaurant I’ve been to in MKE. If you love Uni, this is the place for you. Everything we had was near perfect. Their hand rolls are fantastic, definitely the best sushi around. This is an absolute must for foodies, and their MO of refined Asian fusion is not a gimmick at all. Highly recommend for special occasions, but reservations are a must must must. For parties larger than 2, definitely think 2-3 weeks in advance. Cannot wait to dine again.

Diner Review №83

This might be an unpopular opinion based on other reviews, but the food was underwhelming, and everyone I went with felt the same. We tried three appetizers:

- Crab Rangoon: Not good at all.
- Thai Calamari: Okay, but ironically, the best thing we ate was the bed of kale it sat on.
- Lobster Sauce Roll: nothing special, does not compare to screaming tuna, or even pick n save

For entrees, we had:

- Classic Pad Thai with Shrimp: Extremely disappointing. The shrimp was unseasoned, and the overall flavor was bland and lackluster.
- Drunken Noodles (one with shrimp, one with chicken): This dish has more flavor spice with basil. It was good. Was it good enough to make me come back? No.

Service: The service was dry. Our waitress was monotone, gave us choices of water (oddly served warm), and brought out a wooden block with an expandable napkin and water—which we had no clue what to do with at 1st. She didn’t offer suggestions or explain the menu, which would have been helpful.

On the plus side, the ambiance is beautiful, and the food presentation is pretty, but unfortunately, the food itself didn’t live up to expectations.

Diner Review №91

We were so looking forward to our visit here based on public and friends’ reviews, but Room Service left a lot of room for service improvements last night.

We had an 8pm reservation and weren’t seated until 8:50pm. We spent the time upstairs on their rooftop patio enjoying a cocktail, but were provided no updates unless we went downstairs to ask about the status of our table. They attempted to seat our party of 6 in a corner booth that was designed for 4-5 people. Eventually they reconfigured the tables to accommodate six diners.

The food is delicious, and the room is very cool. Those are the reasons one would enjoy this restaurant. Our server was scatterbrained, literally ignoring us and walked away twice when we tried to ask a question about the menu and then order. Speaking of the menu, they don’t have any (or at least not enough). We were given a QR code so we could peruse a 24 page pdf menu on our smartphone.

This feels like a place that should be in Vegas, where you are willing to spend money on tasty food and drinks and don’t really care about the service because you’re on vacation. But we weren’t on vacation, we were home. I’d gladly order their drunken noodles for takeout, but I’m not racing to make another reservation anytime soon.

Maybe my favorite restaurant in Milwaukee currently. Amazing dishes. This is the type of restaurant Milwaukee has needed for a long time. The inside is gorgeous. Expensive-ish but worth it. Also the bartender guy will make you a custom cocktail.

Diner Review №101

Wow. I’ve been to Michelin star restaurants and I’ve waded through open food stall in Bangkok and Room Service straddles that line well and elevates the cuisine and the experience on a totally different level. Our service Jocelyn helped us navigate the menu letting us know that for our part size the number of apps and starters to look at. She was also very helpful in steering us towards the plates we were thinking about really honing in if we were eating individually or more “family-style.” Try it all. Then make a reservation to come back and try it again. The one thing that I will say is that the menu is robust and there are many great offerings. Having the menu on your phone in an e-read format is slightly tough to navigate if you have the memory of a goldfish. In my opinion, it’s best to discuss what looks good to your eyes and stomach on a page by page basis so you and anyone sitting with you can make decisions and share foods if you wish. Huge thank you to Jocelyn, our service and the crew there. You’ve elevated good food and dining to a different level.

Very nice staff, manager is amazing and food is outstanding. Whenever my daughter and I go here they always go the extra mile to accommodate us. We really appreciate it.

Diner Review №106

The food was excellent, but I would have to say they need to improve their wine list. We will go back again. The food was unbelievable.

I've been twice and loved it both times.

Diner Review №108

We've visited Room Service several times, & each experience has been consistently excellent. Our most recent visit was for a dinner with 12 guests, a mix of returning patrons + newcomers. The service was outstanding—Jocelyn was attentive to each individual, accommodating to the pace of our gathering & exceptionally responsive. The menu offers something for everyone, including vegan options & accommodations for food sensitivities. The food was beautifully prepared with each dish earning compliments & a consistent “wow” factor—perfect for a celebration. We highly recommend this restaurant for both an intimate night out or a larger event. They truly deliver an amazing experience.

My Husband and I couldn’t get a reservation here but were told to come around 8:15 so see if there was a chance we could be seated. When we got there we were greeted by such incredibly nice people. They let us know that unfortunately they wouldn’t be able to accommodate us that night which was totally fine! As we were walking back to our car one of the host staff literally ran across the street and down the road to come and tell us that he had a table opening and a reservation that canceled. Never would I have expected someone to go that above and beyond! We were so happy and got a beautiful table outside. The food was seriously incredible. The experience was amazing, service was great, and every single person working there was so friendly. We had an amazing time.

I might have names of dishes off but we had crab ragoon, dumplings both and the purple ones with peanut butter to die for, fried chicken, short rib and drunken noodles, all excellent!
Service was great, drinks great but pricey. Atmosphere great.

With it being a new restaurant you may have to book your reservation 30 days in advance but this restaurant did not disappoint! We had a party of 4 and all of us couldn't stop talking about how great the vibe felt. The table was a little small but our waitress, Sophie (or is it Sophia?) was very accommodating and brought a little table up next to us so we can put some items on there to free up the big table for our dishes. Our waitress was very knowledgeable of the restaurant and the dishes. The drinks were delicious and the food was spectacular! We're already planning to come back to check out the place at night.

Delicious food with amazing service and a great ambiance!

We ordered the Ka Phrao Moo Krob, room service pad Thai, khao soi, somtum and gai hatyai. Everything was great, the khao soi was the only thing that fell a bit flat in flavor and the sticky rice was very hard

Diner Review №131

What a welcome addition to Milwaukee the Bay View neighborhood! Beautiful atmosphere, wonderful regional Thai food and very attentive and generous staff. The silken tofu was excellent with good texture and fresh kimchi, the namyapu crab noodle curry was cooked perfectly with very fresh serving of crab and the Issac had some of the best chicken (fried crispy on the outside but juicy on the inside) I’ve had in a long time. The papaya salad was nice and spicy and with very aromatic peanuts and it the rice perfumed of the steamed banana leaves. Refreshing to see a staff and chef owner care so much and also serve Thai food as hot as it should be without asking the guest how hot it they prefer it. Dessert was also superb - the mango was perfectly ripe and the salt was a nice compliment to the coconut and sweetness of the ice cream. Key criticisms: the lighting overhead was a touch bit bright but the staff had lowered it after bringing it to their attention and I wish there was a physical menu instead of constantly scrolling through a long digital menu and everyone being distracted from the dining experience and each other by their phone. Definitely worth checking out!

Diner Review №132

A really amazing recommendation we got from my in-laws to go for my birthday.

We generally make an annual trek from Chicago to Milwaukee to stay for the weekend and attend the state fair. We came to Room Service for dinner the night before the fair.

It happens to be a very pretty restaurant, that is very modern, but feels warm anyways. It was a beautiful evening, so we decided to sit on the front terrace.

From the beginning to the end, the service was very good. However, I brought a really nice bottle from my cellar, and I don't think they knew the liquor law or didn't have a corkage fee, because they did not allow us to drink it. Not a huge deal, I will chalk it up to my lack of asking first...

They are Sushi/Thai/Etc. fusion and their menu really shows a very creative take on some classic Asian dishes. From the sushi to the Thai tower with fried chicken and sticky rice, everything was delicious. They were out of Uni that night, and that was disappointing, but since I was the only one of the four that enjoyed it, it wasn't a big deal for the whole.

We were so full by the end of the meal, they made us a lemon cocktail for dessert and had it come with dry ice.

We will definitely return and try some of the menu we weren't able to because of being so extremely full.

Diner Review №133

Best Asian restaurant in MKE!! Food quality was impeccable, service exquisite and atmosphere 5 stars. I had the vegan sushi set and my husband ordered the chicken drunken noodles. We shared the asian egg rolls and parmesan fries. Staff is so smiley, professional and friendly, they offered us delicious free desert as they were celebrating someone’s bday. Highly recommended. Definitely coming back!

Wow - a next level place - food is gorgeous, creative, delicious and fairly priced - very attentive service with shared enthusiasm for the food - I asked for a physical menu and it had beautiful/accurate photos of many of the best items - (personally, I've had it with QR code menus - it flashes covid as well as cheap casual dining vibes, time to move to physical menus ASAP) - outstanding build-out with exciting atmosphere, great music - we sat at the sushi bar near the kitchen and watched all the food coming out - "hey we have to order that next time" - we'll be back next week!

Diner Review №136

It's good but nothing that you can't get at any other Asian fusion restaurant. Cocktails were fabulous. Warm sparkling water was served. The menus are digital which is super annoying. Service is friendly but inexperienced. Atmosphere is nice but music is just below nightclub level for no reason. Doesn't live up to the current hype, but it's worth a visit. I'll go again in 6 months when it fades off.

Real, Authentic, Inspired, Gorgeous, Proper, Delicious Food made with Top Quality Ingredients and Resplendent Presentation.

Impeccable, Generous, Professional, Outstanding, Formal Service.

Beautiful, Comfortable, Modern, Chic Atmosphere.

Price reflects an amazing value considering all of this.

This is not a bargain restaurant serving cheap, pig-trough-sized portions of pandering, americanized, over-sugared, deep-fried, over-salted slop.

This is a modern, upscale vision serving real food, with beautiful presentation and service, in a trendy and comfortable atmosphere.

Disregard negative comments on food quality, portions, or price. Anyone who didn't love the food is just wrong and, respectfully, ignorant. This food is done right with clearly very high quality ingredients and the price is a steal considering that and the amazing level of service you get.

I hope Room Service sticks to their guns and stays true to their vision, disregarding any of these very white, very Midwestern, less-than-cultured negative comments on food quality/price.

Room Service is making Milwaukee proud.

An unforgettable experience. All of the food we ordered took us to Thailand. The flavors were authentic and on point. Will be coming back soon to try more items on the menu.

Diner Review №154

Great place for a date, the food is pretty good, but don't sit at the bar and ask for a physical menu!!!

I ordered the braised ribs. It was well done, plated nicely, and came in a decent portion size. It was a bit salty by itself but pairs well with rice. Everything we ordered was delicious. However, the appetizer we ordered was never brought to the table.

I sat at the bar near the restaurant entrance. This bar counter top only extends 2-3 inches from the wall. It was extremely uncomfortable having my knees push up against the wall and leaning over to eat.
I felt like I was flying Spirit.

We didn't get a physical menu but used the QR code. The menu looks pretty on a phone screen but it's not designed for mobile. It was a bit frustrating trying to read the tiny texts, zooming in, and scrolling. I ended up giving up and just pointed at the pictures - which happened to be the braised ribs.

Diner Review №155

The dumplings and the Thai crab curry were the highlights. Wish the cocktail selections were more exciting.

Diner Review №156

Celebrated my daughter’s birthday here and what an absolute culinary experience! Not only is the food like no other, but the service matches the flavorful dishes and the presentation is what takes this experience over the top! Do not miss this experience!!

Diner Review №157

One more birthday dinner. Friends and fam have really gone above and beyond this year! Room Service Bayview is a total experience. If you love Thai and/or Japanese food. Get there! The One Night in Bancock had both gin and vodka…not mention a dramatic aromatic cloud. If you are a texture person, the chilled silken tofu will really do it for you. Kimchi!! The royal flower dumplings were not only beautiful but porky, peanuty goodness. I could have eaten like 12 of them. The Lanna Khao Soi Kai (braised chicken coconut cream curry soup) was soul satisfying with enough spice to get your attention. I’m going to try to recreate that one. It felt wrong to leave without a little sushi. We tried the Malibu Bay Roll. Sesame yuzo mayo should just be on everything. Our server, Sophia, was so good we tried to convince her to quit her job and eat with us. The menu is HUGE so bring many friends who love to share.

Diner Review №158

All I can say is wow! What a great experience dining at Room Service. The atmosphere and menu is perfect for a date night. The menu was a bit overwhelming having to look at on your phone - but overall provided great options. The waiter also was very knowledgeable on the menu and answered many questions for us, and provided us solid suggestions on what to get. Would highly recommend the Royal Flower Dumplings and the Crispy Pork entree, though I highly doubt you could got wrong with anything on their menu!

Photographed are Shishito Peppers and Royal Flower Dumplings, Kai Tod Hat Yai, Crispy Pork entree, Mango Sticky Rice and Chocolate Lava cake!

Diner Review №159

Room service showcased an excellent Asian infused fine dining experience. Majority of the fine dining consists of steak and seafood. I'm happy to know that Milwaukee has a restaurant that can showcase Asian cuisine as fine dining. We ordered the shishito peppers, they were delicious and perfectly salted. Other restaurants I had tried would typically always over salt the peppers. We ordered the Tom yum prawn and I can say the broth was delicious. It had a terrific amount of spice, lemongrass and lime. Next we ordered the short rib, it was tasty! Meat was soft and would fall off the bone. The somtam Kaitod was delicious as well. The fried chicken was perfectly cooked and had the right amount of seasoning, the papaya salad was tasteful, I was prepared for them to cater it to the Americans taste buds. I'm glad they are able to keep these pungent flavors and umami taste. The sauces as well were made well. We also ordered the sashimi showcase, it tastes fresh, however the cut was thicker than usual. Tried uni foe the first time, it wasnt bad. I cant compare it to anything else since its the first time having it. The mango coconut ice cream was delicious. Mango was cut into pieces which made it easier to eat with friends. The coconut ice cream taste fresh and light. The drinks it self was delicious and had really cool aroma to it. Love that they would make us smell some of these aroma. Just throws a different experience into fine dining. The host, golf was so great. Kind enough to show us the balcony layout. Overall, this was a great experience to dine and definitely would love to come back and try other dishes. Highly Recommend.

Diner Review №160

Highly recommended, no other Asian Fusion place like this in Milwaukee! Fresh ingredients with nice balance of flavors, nothing was overly salty, which is so common in many restaurants in Milwaukee.

Nice new spot! I love the food and atmosphere. The presentation of the food and drinks is beautiful and delicious. The staff were amiable and attentive. I would come back for sure.

Diner Review №165

Our waitress was terrible. She was chewing gum, disinterested. Her attitude turned our birthday celebration into a very unpleasant experience.

The food was mediocre and overpriced. When I ordered the Fiesta Vegetables, I thought it would be more than just some bok choy in sauce, for the price there should have been more to the dish. This is not the place to go for vegetarians, other than a few noodle dishes, the menu is very limited for vegetarians.

There are many better Asian Fusion restaurants around with less ridiculous rules( you can't be seated until your whole party is there, even if you have reservations), better service and better food at reasonable prices.

Diner Review №167

Awesome ambience, the drinks were great, food was on point. Did have to wait 10 minutes past our reservation, but the staff was great. Great rooftop bar too. I would highly recommend the veggie spring rolls.

Diner Review №168

A series of unfortunate events is a good way to describe last night at Room Service. I had very high hopes for this experience after reading all of the previous reviews. Unfortunately, our night was not like these past guests. We had a reservation for 4 at 7:30PM and arrived about 15 minutes early. Our table wasn't ready yet, so the host walked us upstairs to the rooftop to wait. The bartender up here is amazing and was working extremely hard. The space itself is bizarre and while I get the vibe they are going for; it is not practical. The majority of the space is filled with beach lounge chairs. Fun, but doesn't really make sense for people choosing to eat/drink up here or just wait for their table to be ready downstairs. We waited around another 30 minutes past 7:30 to be seated. Our waitress, Carli, had an attitude with our group as soon as she walked to our table. She didn't introduce herself to the table or welcome us to the restaurant. The only reason I knew her name was from the bill, given at the end of the meal. She didn't ask if we had been to the restaurant before or help go over the menu. She didn't even tell us menus were only on the QR code at the table. These are all basic things that are done at a sit-down restaurant. We were being thoughtful in asking for her to split the bill 2 and 2, upfront, to not make it more difficult for her at the end. Asking this was clearly not the right thing to do. She appeared offended in us asking her this and said that it makes it more difficult for her, so she would rather not do it. We didn't push it since she did not seem inclined to split it up for us. She came back around and placed four small trays with water on one side and a rolled-up towel on the other. She said nothing to us and walked away. I figured it was for washing your hands before the meal, but as part of the experience here, the waitress/waiter should probably explain that to the group instead of saying nothing, assuming you know what it is. One of us ordered sushi and while everyone else got their entrees in a timely manner, the sushi took an hour to come out. She claimed, "this has never happened before." The host ended up taking the sushi off the bill and treated our friend to a dessert. Funny thing is that they ended up adding the dessert, we did not order, to the bill, which we had to then ask to have removed. We were at this dinner celebrating two birthdays and my fiancé not only mentioned this in the initial reservation, but he called the day of, as well as mentioned it again once we arrived. While we didn't expect to have the whole place stop and sing us happy birthday, nothing was ever mentioned to us about our birthdays at all. Not sure what the point of having that as an option on the reservation form is then. It was even more disappointing to see that the other waitresses around us had excellent attitudes, being smiling and being so friendly to the tables they were serving. The entire meal, our waitress had such a disposition as though we were inconveniencing her by being there. We ended up still leaving a 20% gratuity since we know some establishments share tips with the bartenders, bussers, and cooks. If that is the case, they shouldn't get punished for her actions or lack thereof. If she got that entire tip, that is unfortunate, since she definitely did not deserve it. The space itself is gorgeous and everything was decorated with a very modern aesthetic. It is very dark inside and the only light available is from very tiny lamps on each table. I personally thought the music was too loud and that it did not fit the establishment. All in all, while the food was good, because the service was so bad, specifically because of this waitress, we will not be returning to this restaurant again.

Diner Review №169

Room Service is certainly going somewhere.

The ambiance and decor created a pleasant, upscale atmosphere. However, the tables were quite close together, making it somewhat awkward for serving and moving around.

Unfortunately, our table wasn't provided with certain cutlery and dinner sets like others were, and a few items were occasionally forgotten, which could have enhanced the experience had I had them.

Might be my oversight on the norm, but I feel that guests should be informed about the cost of water options before making a choice, rather than being offered tap or sparkling right away.

Regardless, our server was very kind and welcoming!

On a positive note, the food was truly excellent. The dumplings were rich and nutty, the Tom yum soup was perfectly balanced, the short rib was incredibly tender and delicious, and the crab curry was packed with flavor.

Overall, while there are clear areas for improvement, I did enjoy my visit. I look forward to returning in a few months to try again!

Everything pretty and new, but honestly- not terribly comfy (we had a booth). I loved my pad thai and sisters both liked their dishes (one was a pork belly bowl and one was a crab curry-got to try both and pretty tasty). Service was top notch. Very attentive staff. Did not enjoy my drinks, but not badly made I just did not care for it. Apps were all good- crab Rangoon, veg rolls, and crispy rice cake with spicy salmon was super delightful. Want to go back cause so much more I would try on their menu.

Diner Review №177

Room Service was one of the best overall dining experiences I've had lately. The quality of the food and service here is simply unmatched. I'm truly impressed. Easiest 5 stars I've given this year. Reservations are required at this point (Summer '24) and they are booked for weeks in advance.

I'll start with the atmosphere and ambiance. The interior decoration is great. The table lighting compensates perfectly for the overall dim lighting. The layout is thoughtful and utilizes the space in a genius way. We arrived early and were escorted to the roof to wait for our table. The roof was chill and you could order drinks from there. I didn't like the roof chaise lounges but they also have normal chairs.

My experience with the food was beyond satisfactory. We over ordered because we wanted to try out different things. Everything was great. The Room Service Pad Thai was flavorful and delicious. The "Ka- Phrao Moo Krob" (Crispy Pork ) was balanced and rich. Really really good. The "Kai Tod Hat Yai" (Fried chicken appetizer) was top notch. Kinnickinnic Crisp Shells was probably the best appetizer I've had in a very long time. Everything was great. Most of menu items were spicy so keep that in mind.

Every interaction with the waitstaff was pleasant. The host was helpful and the roof server was very nice. Our server Sophia went above and beyond. She took the time to explain menu items and did not rush me to choose.

Overall, Room Service offers a premium experience for a high yet reasonable price all things considered. I can see myself coming here once or twice a year.

Diner Review №180

Imagine going to a stunning, new restaurant they construct a dedicated building for called "Room Service" and not receiving extraordinary attention to detail. However, his place did not disappoint as I knock over a bronze spoon and a new one is placed on my table before I can even register what's happening. You will not ask for this but they will bring over little towel wafers that hydrate and expand which remind me of flying first class.

Room Service retain all the elements of fine dining while feeling more like a vibey night spot that's hard to get into (and by Milwaukee standards it was hard to get a reservation). The dining room showcased a clubby Thai, Japanese aesthetic a la Crazy Rich Asians. I felt like I was in Brickell or the West Loop, not Bay View.

As far as the food and the amazing cocktails go, well at times they were a 10/10. That said there was one hiccup. Maybe it was the texture, but there was one Tamaki roll seasoned with cumin that didn't strike the right chord with my Western palate and detracted from an otherwise fabulous set of offerings that at times simply burst with crazy, rich flavor. I can't wait to come back and taste the Chiang Mai and Bangkok side of the menu.

Best food I’ve ever had in my life. Atmosphere is unique, not only for Milwaukee but any place around. Service was great as well

Diner Review №183

We have been excited to try this place since it opened, and it has been pretty busy since then! We set up a reservation a couple weeks out, since we heard it can be hard to get a table. We probably would've been fine with just two of us to get a spot at the bar but could've been waiting if a spot wasn't available. They are still in their soft opening time as they narrow in on the menu and train staff but you wouldn't be able to tell the difference. The staff was all very friendly and helped elevate the whole experience!

The restaurant is gorgeous inside and out, tying together the Thai and Japanese cultures. A slightly intimate setting with lower lighting, but closer together tables. It was nice to scope out what other tables were getting before we ordered.

The menu was available by QR code at the table, but did have physical copies available upon request. I enjoyed that the menu included pictures of the food, but not for all of the food. We were excited about everything wanted to try a bit of it all. The main part of the menu is split up by Thailand or Japan inspired dishes, pulling in the flavors of each country.

DRINKS
We all got something different and were excited to try the specialty cocktails. One Night in Bangkok (18)
From JFK to Tokyo (15)
Walkin' in Milwaukee
Each of the drinks were so unique and delicious.

APPETIZERS
Osaka Gyoza (12) - delicious, traditional type dumplings with pan-seared butter to top it off
Royal Flower Dumplings (14) - comes with four dumplings, sticky outside and accompanied with lettuce, delicious and savory, loved the crunchy sweet and peanut filling
Miso Soup (4) - something my husband and I try at every Asian restaurant, I thought it was delicious, nothing out of the ordinary - in a good way
Tom Yum Soup (6) - Friend had the soup, little bit spicy but delicious

MAINS
Hung Lay Short Rib (28) - Chianmai Inspired (Thai) - the meat fell off the bone
Pad Kee Mao (Drunken Noodles) (14-16) - Bangkok Street Taste (Thai) - a good about of spice and beautifully cooked noodles and meat
Lanna Khao Soi Kai (21) - Chianmai Inspired (Thai) - a good amount of spice and large chicken thigh
Pink Lady Roll (19) - HUGE sushi roll, it was fantastic - we all split it

Overall we loved our experience! It was elevated by the non intrusive staff attention. They would clear off the table and refill waters regularly. The food and drinks were unique and delicious! The prices were right in line with what was served other restaurants in the area. The food was elevated and fantastic, we were pleasantly surprised with everything that we ordered.

We can't wait to go back and try more!

The atmosphere and decor are absolutely stunning. It's a great date spot with a bar and a sushi bar. if you're wanting drinks and a quick bite. They serve Thai and Japanese cuisine, and they do it so very well! The service and food were incredible. Every bite had us ooohhhing and ahhhhing. You would never tell it's a soft opening. Our host took us to our table and even pulled the seat out for me. Our server was very attentive and always smiling. We started off with cocktails. We both ordered the Last Train to Chiang Mai. The taste and presentation were beautiful. We started off with Crab Rangoon and Nobu Spicy Salmon Crispy.  For our mains, we tried Lanna Khao Soi Kai, which is their signature dish that's super creative, tasteful work of art that was an explosion of flavor and spice. I'm not the best with spicy, but it was just enough that I could handle it. This is a must-try limited batch dish! The other dish was the Angry Lobster Roll. It was filled with kani, avacado, and topped with a spicy lobster salad, shrimp tempura, spicy mayo, and eel sauce. One of the best sushi rolls I've had. The roll is pretty big and very filling. There is so much on the menu I'm excited to try. I look forward to coming back many, many times. It is one of the best restaurants in Milwaukee.

I hope someday I can update this review. I approached my planned visit to Room Service with great anticipation since they opened, drawn in by their innovative Asian fusion menu. Unfortunately, my experience was marred before it could truly begin. Despite having a reservation, I was abruptly canceled under the pretext of not having a children's highchair available. Overhearing a background conversation, it became apparent that the real concern was accommodating a large party that included children. This oversight not only inconvenienced us, as we had family visiting, but also overlooked the potential to cater to and impress a diverse clientele with influence. As someone who appreciates the nuances of dining culture, this was a significant letdown. Maybe someday I will change this review to a positive one who knows.

Great food, Great people, Amazing ambiance.

My partner and I decided to go here for our anniversary dinner. It's a beautiful venue and feels very high end. I am not a fan of the QR code menu- its really tedious and it feels weird to see so many people scrolling on their phones? Anyway, the cocktails were exceptional - I would highly recommend the Last Train to Chaing Mai and the From JFK to Tokyo. We ordered the aesthetically stunning purple Royal Flower Dumplings but they left much to be desired- they were pretty small and the filling was dry. They need something else! We also got the Somtam-Kaitod , Classic Pad Thai and a Lobster roll. The presentation of the food was gorgeous and the food was "good" but not as exceptional as you'd expect from the fancy presentation which left us feeling a bit let down.

We loved this place so much we went two nights in a row! The food was spectacular and we didn’t have one bad meal. The Temaki was amazing, with our favorite being the uni and the yellowtail. We had a tuna sashimi special one night that was to die for.

We had gyoza one night and the calamari the next. Both were delicious, but the calamari was the best I have EVER had….so tender and the breading and dipping sauce gave a little heat.

As for entrees we had the drunken noodles (amazing), crab curry (delicious, but spicy level 6/10), crispy pork (sooo good!), and pad thai (yummy).

Amazing drinks, and the service was impeccable. We can’t wait to come back and feast again!

Everything from the environment to the food all look aesthetic and nice, but the spacing between you and your neighbors and the food on your table are all very cramped. The food itself is just average. The presentation of the food makes it look better than it actually is.

Service when calling and first walking in was great. I had called ahead to reserve and the guy picked up on the first ring. When I got there at my appointed time, he greeted me by name. Table service isn't as quick, but understandably so as they have a lot of tables to serve.

We have been really excited to visit after hearing only good things from friends. We came for my wife’s birthday and it absolutely exceeded expectations. Beautiful space, warm service, (I believe our server was Sophia?) and the food was perfect. We will be back soon!

100/10
The Service, Atmosphere, Drinks, Food are all Excellent. I legit could not find one complaint about Room Service. I've never had such a good dining experience in my life and have tried restaurants all over the country and out of the country. We can't wait to come back. Do not change anything about this place, Milwaukee needed something of this caliber.

Had an unexpected stop at this new restaurant. What a delight. Beautiful decor.
Unique dishes. Can't wait to come back and get more. Bartender suggested the short rib as one of his favorites. The presentation was high end. Excellent dish.

Well done Room Service, you will be a number one restaurant before you know it.

Lily was an amazing server and brand ambassador. Offering insightful suggestions and descriptions. Everything we had was divine in taste as well as plating. Also food arrived rather quickly. Would recommend the gyoza and tuna guacamole nigiri!
