I ordered the Pad Thai and egg rolls for takeout, and both dishes were wonderfully simple and mild in flavor—in the best way possible! The Pad Thai had a balanced taste that wasn’t overpowering, and the egg rolls were crisp and satisfying. I also really appreciated the thoughtful touch of the staff calling me when my order was ready. It made the experience seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend for a tasty, no-fuss meal!
Went after they'd been open about 2 months, we were the only ones dining in so the service was fast and friendly. I really liked their curry noodles and cucumber papaya salad, the pho was good too. They were a little slow on the Thai iced tea but she apologized and told us that they were making it fresh. The front door is super heavy or kind of stuck so pull hard on it, my elderly father had a hard time exiting. I will be back again, I've supported them since their Broadway location and will continue to do so.
My first time here and it was great. Prompt and friendly service and delicious food. Me and my family had the Pad Thai, Drunken noodles, and Egg Rolls. We loved all of it. Also, you get a good amount of food for the price.
Their Thai style papaya salad is soooo good. Super fresh and crunchy with perfect sweetness and just spicy enough for this white guy. The stuffed chicken wings were a menu special so I had to get one and it was delicious. Service was great and food came out quickly. Can't wait to go back 😋
This place can be described as unassuming and delicious.
A lot of Thai inspired flavours but not truly Thai. The Se Ew means dark sweet sauce, and it was light with a thick noodle, closer to a Chinese style.
The Pad Kra Pao was absolutely delicious and with th condiments on the table you can make as spicy as you can want.
The egg roll was flaky, clean, and filled with veggies noodles, and a good amount of pork.
The Laab wings lacked a little flavour and was the only "eh" thing.
Give them a try. The staff is courteous, and take their time to prepare your meal.
I absolutely love this place!! All the dishes I’ve had so far were amazing! I highly recommend the chicken wing laab, pork belly laab, and the cucumber salad. These dishes were so delicious and flavorful. Definitely a big fan of this restaurant and the service was very nice!!
They're trying you can tell...things are very unorganized and the food does not look even close to the pictures. Food did not taste great like I remembered... Bathrooms super dirty poop stains from the other nights or even last week on the toilet. I'm rooting for yall. It's going to be tough. Get some assistant/guidance from someone who knows how to run a shop. Keep fighting...

Lowkey, and amazing. Typically pick up, when ordering from here

Raw chicken curry wings and hair in my pho and the cucumber salad tasted like fish tank water 🤮
Food was very delicious and service was very quick and friendly. I would recommend the Pad Thai, definitely coming back.
Terrible service. The 2 young ladies working at the front, I'm not sure if they're hired employees or if they're the owners daughters. But they are so BAD at not answering the phone. Me and my sister wanted to call to order some food in advance and all the phone did was ring. We called 3 times and there was no answer. Me and my sister thought they were just busy making orders, but when we walked in the lobby was empty and they were just sitting in the front desk talking to each other. Me and my sister just thought, "Well they probably just got done making the orders" But when we ordered and waited for our food at a table, the phone began to ring 4 times and they muted the phone or hung up. They didn't answer it. There was also another time where we ordered Sticky rice. I EVEN made sure to ask the girl at the front "It's sticky rice right? Not regular rice?" And the girl said "Yeah" When we got our food, we went home and looked at our food it was regular rice that you could make at home. So of course I called them and told them they didn't give us our sticky rice and it was just regular rice. She apologized, told us we could come back to get sticky rice, but again when we checked it it was regular rice. If I knew that this place had just regular rice I would've just stayed home and made it and never ordered from here. I don't mean to sound like a Karen but the employees at the front are LAZY. How are you that lazy that you can't even pick up the phone when a customer is calling? Seriously it's terrible. Contemplating on ever ordering from here again.
We were from out of town and starving and just googled the nearest Thai Restaurant. Not pleased with the food even the presentation is not appealing . Found a strand of human hair in their food 😮

Tried it once and tasted bad. Never going back.
First time ordering from them. Picked up crab rangoon and pad thai. Neither dish was good. The pad thai was nothing like a pad thai I have had and I love thai food! So unappealing. I paid $30 (with tip and 2 sodas) for these dishes and I will have to find something else to eat because this was inedible.
Great place for some Thai food, I've been to Thailand and it's hard to find decent street food from there that taste like it should, now with that said this restaurant is doing the best job I've seen so far to get that delicious food at a decent price in this area, I definitely suggest checking them out and grabbing some pad thai or other noodle dishes as they are doing a great job of getting that thai experience!

I couldn’t say for other dishes but please please save yourself from their beef rib pho. For 23 dollars you are gonna get a giant rib bone with 90% fat on it. The rest 10% lean meat tastes like rubber. I cannot imagine how they can cook such a fatty rib to something so hard to chew. Service is quick though

Best pad Thai I’ve ever had and amazing Thai iced tea
Food is delicious. I did feel like my pork belly laab was almost all fat and no meat. Maybe I got a bad portion of the pork belly but I was a little disappointed. The cucumber salad is good, I just personally don't like the new way all the restaurants are cutting it now. The cucumbers were literally in chunks and way too thick. Pho boat was delicious.
The owners are friendly and the food is soooo delicious.

Had the drunken noodles when we visited, they were very good and hit the spot!
Called for a pick up order and the wait was said to be about 25-30 minutes. After 30 minutes I arrive to pick up my order and I’m notified that they haven’t even started the order yet, I ordered two items. Not worth the hassle of waiting another “30” minutes. What a bad first impression. Will not waste my time here again.
Was not open on Monday. Needs to update hours to correct times.
Really good food.
Glad to see Arkhan is opening again in a new and improved location. Lunch was awesome and service was friendly . Some reviews said it was slow but got my food in under 10 minutes , I'm thinking those reviewers were there the first couple days when they were super busy. Loved the Pad kra pao and egg rolls!
So glad to have this restaurant back, they were so missed. The food is amazing the staff is so personal. Every time I go in the owner comes out to greet and acknowledge her guests. Definitely a hidden gem here for Green Bay.
Great food! We have been eating at Arkhan since they were on Broadway, still the best in town.
They just opened on Military Ave, still getting things figured out I think, and a bit shorthanded at the moment. from my experience are swamped by in house and to go orders, expect a small wait, well worth it, it's because the food is fantastic.
Go there!
Authentic Thai/ Lao/ Hmong food. If you like Pho you definitely should try the Pho Boat, Arkhan was the first to offer this Thai style Pho to the area, no need to add anything to it, the broth is super flavorful and delicious. I see other reviews complaining about wait time but that can be expected when a restaurant just opens. I went in today and had my order in about 7 minutes and service was great and food was hot !
Food was absolutely tasty and worth the wait will definitely come back and the staffs were super helpful and friendly.
Tried out this new restaurant feel me THE BEST EVER although it took sum time trust me folk it’s worth the wait and the water was refreshing as a mf unlike them tap ash water other restaurants be givin the workers there was very kind and patient but all in all 10/10 would recommend comin
Very good!
The food was excellent. They took our order right away, but we had to wait a long time for our food.
Was not even greeted..waited 1 hr and the people acted like they didn't even notice people in line. No one was at the front to take orders. Waited another 35min for pho to come out. Pho tasted like old sour broth. Not worth the wait or money. Will be 1st and last time.
super good ! i loved my meal and drinks!
