Korean Bulgogi Pot stickers. I ordered them fried. =Phenomenal! Fresh, hand made, crispy, moist and flavorful on the inside.

I ordered the Beef Red Curry as the entree with the halal upgrade. The curry was creamier than expected but it didn't detract from it. It was also delicious and very comforting on a 20 degree day.

Ordered delivery. Best drunken noodles in town. Our BBQ pork Bao buns were delicious and so was the beef and pork fried rice. Prices are expensive but the portions are massive, one order is definitely enough for two people. I did the 2nd spicy level “self-control” and it was perfect.

Atmosphere-2 Stars- This would have been higher however just outside the main entrance to the restaurant are about four to five trash cans that smell really bad - not sure if these belong to the establishment or not but it’s pretty disgusting and should be moved. Inside is clean with plenty of seating. It’s little strange at first because there is no hostess just signs explaining how to order and to seat yourself.

Service- 2 stars- this is hard to rate because it’s basically your on your own until your food comes out. You can either order online, at the kiosk or in the back of the restaurant you can look for a cashier and order. You get your own drinks, seat yourself and you’re still asked to tip- a little strange to me.

Food- 2 stars- I got the Firecracker Chicken. It was a very large portion and looked pretty good and it wasn’t bad except the chicken was basically crunchy breading- couldn’t find the chicken inside it. We also got the Pineapple Fried rice with chicken and this was a little better. My wife got a Pure Leaf Unsweetened bottle tea and it had expired in March (picture below). The best part of the meal was the appetizer- chicken fried dumplings. I probably wouldn’t go here again with saying that if you’re a college kid going to WVU here then the portions are big and you won’t go hungry.

Vegetarian/vegan options are stunning. We’ve eaten all over the world and this is our favorite stop in Morgantown. It’s fresh, fast and the owner is friendly and welcoming.

The portions are ample, the food is always of the utmost quality, and the flavor is excellent. Zero flaws whatsoever. The service is always extremely nice as well.

Any time we have been in here, it’s been awesome. We were greeted as soon as we came in. The owner showed us how to use the touch screen and showed us all of the specials. The food came really quick and was delicious. Hands down one of our favorite places to eat in Morgantown.

After moving here from Philly, I was very pleasantly surprised to find a quality Thai resturant down the street from my office! It's now a very regular spot for myself and the Astro Group at WVU. From the ability to seat lots of people to selecting exactly the right amount of spice (I always go for 7-9). Plus, during the summer, the patio is absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend stopping by and having some Pork Pad Thai!

One of our favorite places to eat when in Morgantown. We live about 45 minutes away and it is worth the trip. Great Thai food, good place for carry out or to sit and eat quickly. Friendly staff and owner. My favorite “fire cracker chicken”. My wife “pad see ew”.

Best tofu/vegetarian food in Morgantown!

I just recently came back from studying abroad in Thailand for gastrodiplomacy. My favorite food is Pad Thai and since having it from Thailand I feel this restaurant does a very good job at replicating the taste here. The staff and owner are so friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend!

Never have failed to serve great tasting food!

Getting delivery service was terrible wasted about an hour or two waiting for the driver to show up. Toast had delivery unavailable and Uber eats canceling after the time. I was within business hours because I had to go get the food by ordering via kiosk. Wasted more time and money in a meter to go get it. Food was fine. They need to work out issues with third party because they're wasn't many customers dining in when I was there.

My husband and I ate dinner at Chaang Thai on a Monday night in late December. We were traveling through WV on I-79 towards home in Baltimore and stopped in Morgantown for the night. Downtown was quiet during the holiday season with most WVU students out of town. We were happy to find a few restaurants and shops still open, and Chaang’s was recommended by one of the shop owners. Ordering was easy and efficient on a computer kiosk at the entrance. The kiosk ordering is extremely detailed so those with specific dietary requirements are able to ask for exactly what they need. We dined in the restaurant, which was comfortable and clean. Our order was delivered quickly to our table by friendly staff. We both had the red curry chicken, which was delicious - perfectly flavorful with fresh vegetables. We also had a matcha boba tea and a Thai tea, both were great. Chaang’s Thai is a fantastic restaurant, we definitely recommend it and will eat there again.

Chaangs has the BEST pineapple fried rice you’ll ever eat anywhere, and I’ve eaten a LOT of Thai food! Also…the dragon eggs are the best fried dumplings I’ve ever had! Lots of cilantro and the best sauce of all time!! A+++++++

Love Love Love their food; I often order for family gatherings and a favorite. Their service ranks low in the less than average because of the way a customer cannot communicate with them (can't call in orders) and everything requires you to read ten signs when you go in to order. But their food is the best Thai we have found in many states!

This was our first visit to ChaangThai and we were not disappointed. We were met at the door and when we told them this was our 1st visit he went through the menu with us and made recommendations based on our tastes. I had the pineapple fried rice with a "heat" of 1. Husband had Pad Thai also heat 1. Absolutely amazing! You definitely need to try the Singha beer and Dragon Eggs appetizers!!

I love the customization options and how when you need something you can ask to get it. The atmosphere is calming and the music isn't overwhelming! I always come here when I want good food and a nice place to eat it.

This is one of my favorite spots to visit for lunch with my friend when visiting downtown. The menu has a great selection to choose from and there are many options to customize their main dishes based on your preferences. We had pork gyoza, spring rolls, salads, roti, coconut curry with shrimp, drunken noodles with chicken, and tofu stir fry. I wanted to sample a few things because I always get the same thing, drunken noodle (it’s just that good). I was very happy with everything we had. Everything was very delicious and I look forward to coming back. Staff is friendly and the service is quick with tasty consistent results. I regret only getting a picture of the drunken noodles, but we started to dig in right away.

My partner and I drove in to Morgantown on our 6 day road trip from RVA to Niagara Falls, down to Morgantown, we randomly stopped in to Chaang Thai, and I was blown away. It was pretty enough to sit on the balcony. We had an amazing lunch. I got the green curry soup with beef, my partner got the Duck soup (like Pho). It was delicious! Highly recommend if you pass through this super cool town. The service was also excellent. I’m pretty sure it was the owner that waited on us and he was very nice and informative. Go try it out if you are in the area, you won’t be disappointed!!!

Chaang Thai is one of the best restaurants in Morgantown, West Virginia. I highly recommend their Crazy Spicy Noodles! They are located in downtown Morgantown. There is limited paid street parking in front of the restaurant. There are also several paid parking lots and paid parking garages nearby.

Food: very good! We got the coconut curry with chicken and fried potstickers, all delicious. We also tried a sample of the firecracker chicken, which was satisfyingly crunchy and very flavorful!

Service: excellent! The food and drinks came out in a very quick and timely manner and we were regularly checked on throughout our meal.

Atmosphere: my favorite, very laid back. My husband and I were able to sit and enjoy a conversation without feeling like people could hear us but without it being too rowdy around us.
