Thai Restaurant in Yakima Washington
Great experience eating here!! The food is quite pricey, but the portions are big.
My sister loved the pad see ew here, but this time when we’re dining in, the pad see ew was quite dry. According to her, usually it’d be more moist and would taste so much better. So I’m disappointed for that because this was my first time experience here.
She also pointed out that she ordered medium spicy for her noodles during several visits and they are always of different level of spiciness. Sometimes it is just right; sometimes it could be really spicy like this time.
HOWEVER. The highlight for our experience is definitely the mango sticky rice! 🥭 🍚 We’re so glad we ordered it! The mango was sweet, and the sticky rice tastes amazing!!! It made my day! You should totally try it out if you have a sweet tooth like me!
Whoa !!! for these prices... Treat yourself to a real buffet. Choices limited to 7 or 8 items ONLY. Other places have so many other's. You will find something you like. Also really not flavored well. Although... Persons eating off menu seemed to really enjoy their food.
We're super picky about our Thai food. First time in Thai House and it's a hard yes for us! Wonderful, caring service and spot on Thai food. From the Tom Kha soup, Woon Sen salad and fabulous Phad Thai. No more carting Thai food over from Seattle!
Came with a group of 5 and they quickly made accommodations for the larger size group. The people working are so kind and really made eating here great. It is a bit of a wait for the food (at least during dinner time) but it is very worth it. The pricing is also a bit steep but the quality of the food is top notch; it is some of the best food I have had. Absolutely recommend.
Definitely going again, crazy how they have a spicy salad lol
Tasty I’ll have to explore more of the menu most definitely 👍
I love the food
Excellent
Friendly staff
Quality of food superb its fresh
They are so generous in quantity
Always i take home remaining
Every time we come here the food and service is amazing.

Service is always wonderful, the tables are always clean, they refill your drink, and there's no rush.
Love this place! It's our favorite Thai and the staff are absolutely wonderful and attentive to serving their customers. Great for take out and quick service, but at times be prepared to wait because they are so popular.
we loved the place, very good food, attending nice and cordial. I'll recommend it for everyone 👍 😉 🙂
The goat
Excellent service. The food was delicious. Spice is from 1-4. I got a 3. My friend got a 4 and he got the sniffles 😂 . This is the place to go when you’re in the mood for Thai cuisine.

First of all, I want to say that the food, the service and the atmosphere are all pretty good. The waitress was kind and friendly. Our problem with this restaurant was the fact that the prices are too high for what you get. Also ... after having experienced many Thai restaurants over the years - we have never had to pay for the rice separate from the curry dishes. Rice should be INCLUDED with the price when you order a Thai curry dish. But this place makes you pay for rice SEPARATE (as if they aren't getting enough money already from the price of the entrees). That is unheard of - and as a result, we probably will never be back to this place. We will visit the other Thai restaurants in the area, because it's not reasonable to charge extra for the rice (when that should be included with the main dish anyway). And everyone knows that you NEED rice to go with a curry dish. So ... I guess it's their way of getting even MORE money from the people who are struggling in an already tough economy. Places like this only seem to care about themselves and their profit margins. NOT IMPRESSED.
Food was phenomenal and came out in a timely manner however, it was pretty spendy for the portion size
Very enjoyable atmosphere, delicious food, a tad pricey but worth it
Good food, and services is great! Here have lunch buffe too We love it!
We stopped for lunch at the Thai House as we passed through Yakima and were very pleased. The restaurant was clean and appealing with good service. My husband and I shared the Cashew Chicken and some rice- it was enough for both of us. We also enjoyed the “butterflies” for an appetizer. Cream cheese in a wrapper with a delicious sauce. (See photo).
Always so delicious!
The best Thai food in Yakima!! Every time I come the service is wonderful as well as the food. In love with the green curry 😋 Friendly service and fresh delicious Thai food, Yakima is blessed.
Absolutely delicious and great service.
This place is one of our family favorites. The food is fantastic and the portions are great. We usually take out but they also have a wonderful lunch buffet that will leave you satisfied. Would recommend for authentic Thai food.
Best fried rice in the valley
Beautifully prepared, excellent
I love the food here. And so do a LOT of other people so plan for that if it's a weekend or otherwise busy night. The staff is super nice and the good is exactly what I want it to be.
Best Pad Thai in town, hands down.
This is one of my favorite places in Yakima! The food is always amazing, and it's healthy and made from scratch right there. I have eaten here for many years now, and I have never been disappointed. I usually always get the Chicken Pad Thai, butterflies, and Thai tea, but I have also had the chicken curry and fried rice as well as a few other things that have been great too. Anyone I have ever taken here has loved it just as much as I have!
This is my favorite place to get real authentic Thai food in Yakima. I love it! They are always so nice taking my order over the phone and they always remember my name after I give them my phone number for the order.
Always great food and service.
Excellent Pad Thai and very friendly staff
It's really delicious
and the staff was very friendly.
I will definitely go again.
Great service. Delicious food.
Be aware of the spice level.😊
The food used to be really good here. The stir fries and sauces were great and green curry was great but I had dinner on 9/30 and had the Thai basil pork and there was absolutely no flavor to it. I ordered 2 star and it was hotter and a lot of bitterness of the pepper but no flavor. I eat at a lot of Thai restaurants and it was the first time I wanted to put soy sauce on my dinner
Parking is difficult. Food terrific
I came in and waited more than a hour for food. Then when my order finally came in it had tofu , which I had previously declined to have in my curry. I then had to wait another 15 mins. All for the curry not to be good, it tasted very lemony. All I can say it's not worth the wait or the price, I only ate 2 or 3 bites and left. Will not be coming back unfortunately.
I would go again if I'm in the area. The food was very good.
I came in with my engine crew after getting off a long day of firefighting, they had our food done 15 minutes after ordering and it was the most delicious Thai food I've had in a while! Friendly staff, quiet atmosphere, glad I went! I definitely recommend the spring rolls and whichever pad thai fits your lifestyle!
Pleasant Thai restaurant in convenient location. Service was gracious and attentive. Food (Panang Curry with Shrimp) was satisfying and average. Good sized portions but expensive.
Careful on spice level :)!!
Food was good. Excellent portions, friendly service. I had the phad thai it was really good.
Good food and excellent service
Good food & service but heads up, they don’t take AmEx.
Nice to eat here!
Fun place with great food
I never new this place was here, I love everything about this place. Delicious authentic food.
Love this place. The food and the service are always awesome
First time customer. We waited 15 minutes to get our order taken with the restaurant less than half full. I ordered the pad thai spicy and it came to me almost a half hour later with no heat. I sent the plate back and it came back to the table with a bunch of seasoning dumped on top of it and was not hot and was a gluey mess. Then had to wait another 10 minutes for my girlfriend’s rice dish to arrive. By then my food was cold but ate anyway because I was starving by that point. Food was OK, nothing notable about it. Probably won’t return.
One of the best Thai restaurants I’ve had! The only other place that’s come close in all my travels has been Siam House in Bloomington, IN. I would 100% recommend this place!
Been here twice, total of four different dishes, all were great. Pleasant server, Fair price for the quality. We got there early afterwards it got busy.
Ordered to take out. Pad Thai noodles were one big clump. The green beans were canned. Both my friend and I were up with stomach issues all night. I don't recommend eating there
I do my best to Avoid this place , But my Girlfriend keeps Dragging me back , The Product comes from Costco, the Freeze Dried Veggies in the Fried Rice give it away along with The worse Orange Chicken Ive ever been Forced To Pay for
The pad see ew and panang curry were both very good, although I would have liked more vegetables in the pad see ew. Service was excellent!
Location, interior, service and food all great! Also it was open on Memorial Day! Because of peak hour lunch was served slightly delayed but that’s okay. Good taste and reasonably priced.
Super friendly staff. The Chicken Pad Thai was really good! My friend recommended this place. He said it was the best!
I've been coming to Thai house for over 8 years. The food is always good!
Good food and great service
If you want the best Phad Thai you've ever had, eat here! Fresh, bright flavors, delicious food. Very good service.
I enjoyed some of the best yellow curry I’ve had in my life here. Did chicken with spice level 3. The curry flavor was fantastic and the chicken was cooked to perfection. Service was excellent as well. It’s a bit of the pricier side but you get what you pay for. If I didn’t live out of town, I’d eat here all the time!
Consistently good Thai food equivalent to a good restaurant in Thailand. Friendly, prompt service. We eat here with family and friends.
Really solid Thai food in Yakima!! I got the chicken pad Thai which was good the spring rolls are really good too!
Really solid thai food spot in Yakima! I got the pad thai which was good, and the spring rolls! Great local spot with friendly service! Give them a try!
Got a egg flour soup tasted and smelled spoiled, and smelled rancid. Their chicken entrees vegetables are overpriced and hardly any veggies
Great food and kind service.
Love this place, service was great and friendly, food is very good and as spicy as you want. Love the curry dishes. Highly recommend.
The food is da bomb baby!!!
Coming from the Seattle area I'll admit I was a bit skeptical about the quality of thai food in Yakima but I was pleasantly surprised! Everything we had was excellent and fresh. It's a small and quaint restaurant that really fits the bill! The server was fast and welcoming. It is a bit on the pricey side but what isn't nowadays? I'd happy come back when I'm in the area.
Great service, good location, decent Thai food
Everything about this business is wonderful, delicious food and great people looking out for you!
Great food, always seems very fresh and made to order. And they always are friendly and attentive. And their Thai coffee is amazing.
I love this place! My go to for great Thai food! Customer service was awesome!
“The noodles were so delicious and the rice was amazing so was the chicken 🍗 I will never forget that time.” My 10 year old sons review.
We stopped by here on our travel across Washington for Thanksgiving. The orange chicken was crispy and coated in the perfect amount of sauce. One of the best pad Thai’s I’ve had and my daughter loved the rahd nah noodles. The food is fabulous and so is the staff. Super friendly A++ We will definitely be back if and when we drive through Yakima again.
Yum! I had mussamin curry and it was fantastic.
Ohhh wow .. food is super delicious.. everything on menu is decent price .. the wait for food is long but it's worth it
Went back after a year and got my usual, green curry with tofu. Sad to say it was a big disappointment, the hearty vegetable rich curry that used to come with lots of tofu was now a watery base with barely any vegetables other than a few pieces of tofu and lettuce leaves. Won't be returning to this place.
The food was a little spicy but as always great!
For my first time trying this place I had the Green Curry, and wow I’ll be coming back for it! I ordered it as level 2 spiciness but honestly I think 3 would hit that perfect balance of spicy and sweet. The chicken and vegetables were all cooked perfectly.
Had dinner here last week and it was delicious. Definitely a new favorite of mine being new in this town.
I got the Garlic chicken and also Tom Kah. It was delicious. Portions for the soup were large and they give you bowls for everyone to share it.
Everything was great. Place was clean and the service was great.
Best spring rolls and Thai food in Yakima. I love the staff always happy and smiles with great service. Restaurant is clean and restroom smells good. You gotta try this place if you haven't. The chicken curry is amazing.
My kids and I really larb ❤️ this place. We usually get butterflies, larb, and green curry fried rice 🍚. House-made coconut 🥥 ice cream if they haven't run out. The larb has a good amount of spice, but my kids still wolf it down.
Love the food don't like the weight
Simply amazing Thai food. Loved the pad thai.
Only Thai restaurant that I have ever been to where a curry dish does not include rice and they make you pay extra for it.
Great food. The Pineapple duck curry was hot and delicious
Excellent service. Great food, I wish the portions were a bit bigger relative to the price. They kept refilling water, without us having to ask.
Only in Yakima can a place that dumps boiled chicken and vegetables into a curry sauce be anything over a 3.0 😬.
Also a bit confused as to why there are lunch buffet hours listed on the door when they don't even have one.
People seem nice, but vending machine food would have been a better option at 10% of the price.
Some of the best Thai food I've ever had
Very delicious food, be careful 3 star food is pretty warm if not accustomed to it. I had Pad Kee Mao and it was excellent. 😋
Absolutely excellent Thai cuisine.
Very delicious
Great food! Fun to split meals or share.
Food is ok. Takes only cash. It is overpriced.
I believe take out should receive as much care and attention to detail as a dine in experience. We ordered 3 flavors stir fry, orange chicken, fried spring rolls and butterflies. The orange chicken was put in the same box as a salad that must have just gone for a swim and didn't dry off or spin out when it got out of the pool.(I only know this because we poured out almost 5 oz of mostly water with a hint of orange sauce from their shared container.) This caused the chicken to be well... not orange chicken at all because the salad felt it had to bathed the chicken as well. The spring rolls were sitting in a pool of oil but that was nothing compared to the butterflies. The butterflies were filled with grease (weighing them down from fight I'm sure) that poured out all over when you took your first bit. Absolutely disgusting!! We tried this restaurant because it had decent reviews. But that was sadly not our experience at all. The only thing that enjoyed our meal was the garbage can.
I always get the pad kee mao here—super good! 4/5 spice is pretty tame, but 5/5 has a kick. A little pricey, but definitely better than the other Thai place in Yakima
Great food, great service and awesome vibe
I had dinner at Thai House on a Friday night, the place was not to busy and the food was good, but there may have been an issue with the kitchen ventilation. The place was really smokey and my clothes smelled like I had barbecued for hours when I got out.
That and cold air coming from the vent right under the table made the experience rather bad.
They always have amazing food! I don't think I have ever been dissatisfied with a meal from here. That being said, it is a little spendy but worth every penny! The restaurant itself is clean and small and really comfortable and the staff are helpful and kind as well.
Excellent, Authentic and Friendly
Their cashew chicken is amazing! Careful with spiciness when you order - I like spicy food, but even a 3 is pretty hot for me.
Delightful experience & very good, delicious Thai food!
It’s a cute little restaurant and the food is super good!! I’ve never had a bad experience here
Amazing food!!!
Love there food
Love the atmosphere so much!! Great food and great variety!!
Sooooooo good!
phenomenal service and delicious tom kha (soup szn, baby!!)
The best Thai cuisine in Yakima. A very nice menu that covers anything you may be in the mood for. The staff are very helpful if you've never had Thai. Very affordable menu.
Took my father who spent time in Thailand years ago. He said the food was the most authentic Thai, and best tasting he had tried over the past 30 years. He has tried many traveling all over. And, i too thought it was very good!
The chicken pad Thai is light and delicious. All items are gluten free.
Ordered vegan panang curry and green curry without fish sauce and drunken noodles without egg, 3* spicy to go... it was some of the best thai I've had in a LONG time. Huge portions on the curry too. Highly recommend this restaurant.
The food was so good and the girls are great
Excellent food!
High quality food, fast service, great personnel.

Delicious food! Had the tofu Pad Thai and the yellow curry with chicken. The service was great. Very prompt and attentive. 1star heat was a bit spicier than I would have expected. Would go again!
We found this place when we walked out of the #1 rated place in TripAdvisor. We liked the food so much that when we drove through town again, we just had to eat here again!!!
Had take out & spent over $30 today.
*Always check your order before leaving.
Got the Pad Thai w/ tofu, fried wontons and sticky mango rice.
•The pad Thai was alright 2/5. ☹️
•The mango sticky rice was 1/5. So DRY!!
No cream over the rice. 👎
But the mango was great.
Felt bad spending $9 for mango sticky rice.
•Fried wontons were great!
Easily one of my favorite restaurants. The staff are always friendly, and remember us and what items we like to order. The service and food are always the best. I wouldn’t know what to recommend because you can pick anything on the menu and it would be delicious. As a chef, I appreciate a place that I could eat at everyday and never get tired of the food.
Great food, good service
Great food, large portions, excellent wait staff.
We love this restaurant. Always spot on. Probably the most authentic Thai restaurant in the state.
This place did a great job and the food was excellent. It also happens to be one of my wife's favorite places to eat. Try the mango and sticky rice!
The best Thai foods in Yakima!!! Always a great service.
Great fresh food and wonderful service!
Great food........btw they charge 3.00 dollars for rice. How sad
Best crab butterflies in Yakima. Truly enjoyed the food.
Always great food and friendly staff
Great food! Wonderful service and perfect sized portions!
I used to love this place, it was okay at best last time I ate there
