Authentic Thai Food Since 1992
WOW!!! First time here. Everything we ordered was excellent!! Their sauces are not over powering and you can taste all of the individual items in your food. The Calamari though was off the charts good!! Lightly breaded and cooked to perfection complimented with a side of lite sweet chili sauce. The best I have ever eaten!! Will definitely be going back and trying more of their menu items.
This is my favorite Restaurant hands down in Vancouver. Food has always been excellent. My favorite is the Beef salad. Unfortunately on my visited yesterday I ordered my favorite dish to a complete surprise the salad no longer taste the same after years of excellent flavors. So if you love the squid, Beef salad just know they suck now. It's horrible flat tasting. I did asked the waitress and she said they changed it to make it lighter. A salad at McDonald's is better than what I was served. Please go back to the old dressing
My favorite Thai spot in town. Wonderful staff that's welcoming and very attentive. Delicious Pad Khee-Mao, Pineapple fried rice, and Tom Yum. Even the Thai iced tea with milk or lime is delicious, I can't help but to get one for there and one to go. Portions are perfect to bring home a little extra. Great price, service, taste, cleanliness. Highly recommended!
Delicious!! Ordered the lunch specials with Thai Noodle Soup and Curry. The portions were big enough that we ended up full, but still wanted to keep eating. The food is delicious, and the person who took our ordered and served our meal was really sweet. The atmosphere is lovely, the size of the place is bigger than Google makes out to be without loosing the home-y feel. Next time we’re here we are definitely checking out the dessert menu haha!
Lived so close for a year and a half. I thought I was getting ripped off for $17 when I saw the plate. It was absolutely amazing and I could only eat 3/4 of it before getting full. For 27 years I thought I didn’t like Thai food until now. So good I’m writing a review. I got cashew peanut chicken or something. It’s around the middle of the menu
So happy we found this place! Hot is actually hot, pad kee mao is amazing, and their ginger veggie stir fry does not disappoint. We’re definitely making this a regular spot in our restaurant rotation.
I’ve tried to give this place a chance twice now because everyone speaks so highly of it. The Tom kha is great, but everything else is not good. The dish I ordered tonight is not edible. It’s the sizzling beef. It came with a bunch of pineapple and all I can taste is sugar and the loads of sesame oil they used. The beef is such bad quality. So dry, even though the dish is very watery. I won’t be back.

Yummy!!! The menu options are vast and they all look super delicious. The dining area is nice and open and service was great too. Will definitely return!

very good food.nice people. never had a bad dish from here everything is always great! And when we had delivery our address is difficult and they called us multiple times trying to figure out where we were! Love this long time town favorite #Dfooddude #vancouverfood
The food here is exquisite!!
I doordashed this dankness last night and it's just as good as it was when I was a teenager and first tried Thai food. I love this place and it never upsets my tummy. Next time Panang curry!
Melt in your mouth delicious. Best Thai cuisine in Vancouver!
Amazing Thai food! I loved the pad Thai, Thai tea and the Tom Ka only thing I’d change is more veggies in the soup like cabbage or tomatoes but other than that wonderful ✨
Yummy always
Lovely established restaurant in vancouver area.
I get food to go here about once a week after class. It's really good, and for the price even better. Kind and friendly service, and cute, cozy atmosphere. I sure would like to sit down and eat here one night when I have the time.
The best thai in Vancouver area. My husband and I LOVE this place and have eaten here for years! Everything is so delicious and great customer service.
Overall flavor was not bad, but wish the food was a little more authentic.
Not only are the staff at Thai Little Home always amazing, but the food is consistently FANTASTIC. Tonight they made the BEST PAD THAI I HAVE EVER EATEN. And the egg rolls were AMAZING, as always. We eat here once a month and it's the best Thai in the entire city. You will NOT regret eating here.
Ordered the pork belly pad thai and am sad to say, this was my first and last time ordering food from here. The pork belly was so impossibly dried out and overcooked, I would never trust this place to properly cook any other form of protein. I don’t know what they’re doing in their kitchen, but it isn’t cooking.
One of my all time fav Thai food!
Always delicious and still the best in my book !!
Best Tom kha soup I’ve had outside of Thailand! Pad Thai is also very good.
My first time here. I ordered Tom Yum soup. I said I wanted it spicy and she asked on a scale of 1 to 5 how spicy. I told her I lived in Asia for 8 years. I've spent time in Thailand. She suggested a 2. I told her I was wanting some authentic spicy Tom Yum soup. In the end the spice level was OK --I'd say medium spicy, but the soup was VERY sweet. I don't mind a pinch of sugar, but this was ridiculous. Clearly made from a packet and for the American palate. There is also grease all over the side of my bowl. After eating a little, my mouth was coated with grease. I haven't lived in Vancouver long, and I find it's hard to get fresh, healthy, authentic food here.
I love that they put quality vegetables that should be in the curry soup and don’t make shortcuts like adding cheap vegetables like broccoli
It's just soooooo good! I could eat here everyday. Yum!
Best Thai food in Vancouver. NO CONTEST
Great Thai food place on 4th plain. Service was great and the food was excellent. Got the Khao Soi and it was delicious. Food is always delicious here and priced reasonably.
First timers and we absolutely loved it!
Got the chicken fried rice, chicken satay, and the potstickers. All of it was 10/10 our server was super sweet and quick. Thank you for the good experience, we will be back :)
I had the shrimp pad Thai is was really good. Perfect amount of spice. We had a group of 10 & it went very smooth. I would recommend this place for good Thai food.
I went to Thai little home for a takeout order because the reviews were good and the prices were very good I got a lot of food for my family. Pay and I sit down. Everything‘s great. They bring out the food and it is more than half the size where you would get somewhere else. I don’t like to complain, but I actually asked for my money back, and if I could return it, and I was told no, I hope the food is good But I will not be coming back
Very yummy!
Absolutely love this gem! The food is always delicious and the staff is great. Highly recommend all of their curries, fresh salad rolls and the Silver Noodles.
Have been coming here for years. I really love their pad thai, chicken satay, and phad prik king. Update: Still as great as ever. Love coming for lunch.
Massaman curry was great
Fantastic hidden gem! Highly recommend.
Great food, great people, and at a reasonable price. Don't skip, because this place is worth it
Let's start with the 5 stars - Larb, Pad Se Ew, Pad Thai, Tom Ka, Green Curry, Cashew Rice, and salad rolls - ALL EXQUISITE and delicious, some of the best Thai I have had. My friend looks over and says "this is awesome" - I nodded in agreement. I think the service was quick and polite at the counter, but a bit slow on delivery. Atmosphere was good, but a bit tired looking, although clean.
So many Thai places around yet Thai Little Home always ranks top three for me. Atmosphere is somewhat plain, but I'd rather have clean and they sparkle. Second thought, top two. 😊
Absolutely fabulous Pad See EW. Level 3 is most Thai place’s 5. Perfection! Finally! We had a big party and everyone seemed impressed. The Service was great! Our waitress SAw was so genuine and helpful! Love SAw. Thank you! You’re our new FAVORITE Thai restaurant!
Everything here is really good.
Best place to get Thai in Vancouver!
The kindest, most attentive service & most delicious Thai food around. I love that they remember my daughter's and my order, and I have enjoyed every other dish we've tried here but we come back for the salad rolls, Pad Thai, & stir fry!
This delightful historical little charmer is a must if you are in vancouver. Reliably consistent quality. Just perfect.
Great little place. Food is fantastic
Great pad see ew
This is that little spot you only want to tell your close friends about. They have seriously great dishes, wonderful lunch specials, and some of the most buttery fried rice you'll ever have! All in all, cute little spot, worth the drive downtown Fourth Plain.
This is our favorite thai takeout place in Van WA and we always order their vegetarian items. It did not disappoint! The pad see ew is mind-blowing and always the first dish to be eaten up. And the salad rolls and panang curry are also amazing and worth repeatedly ordering!
All the food arrived hot and fresh and portions were large. We ended up eating it for another 2 - 3 meals throughout the week.
My favorite thai restaurant in Vancouver! My go to is the spicy basil fried rice with veggies instead of meat option. Great flavors, a healthy amount of veggies, I could go on awhile. Decent portions and pricing. Everyone working there is very nice and friendly. I've had most of their menu and had a good experience each time. I highly recommend this place!
It's always tasty.
Good food good service, by far my favorite Thai restaurant in Vancouver.
The best Thai food in Vancouver, hands down. Their Tom Kha soup is the best I have ever had. Staff is very friendly.
There’s no better place to go for Thai food! Friendly people, decent prices and generous portions of delicious food. Be sure to end the meal with their mango sticky rice.
Beautifully plated food and relaxed atmosphere. The waitress was very kind and accomodating. My husband and I came in at the end of the lunch special-- I had Thai Noodle Soup, he had the Massamun Curry. The Thai tea was also good.
For note; the spice levels go from 1 to 4 stars, with 1 being a little, and 4 being the hottest possible.
We'll definitely return when in the area!! <3
My wife and I were on the hunt for a new Thai restaurant in vancouver. Someone suggested Thai little home and man were we pleasantly surprised! The waitress welcomed us and seated us immediately. She was very nice, straight forward, and recommended what curry I should get. I have been to India and have tried authentic curry. This place nails it. Atmosphere was cozy and warm. Great place to eat if you love Thai/Indian food!
There is a reason why this place has been in business for 30 years. It’s the best in town!!!
I drive past multiple Thai places to get food here!
Best Thai food in Vancouver. The pineapple fried rice paired with Tom yum soup = perfect dinner.
My partner and I have been here quite a few times since moving here. It’s definitely become one of our rotating places for Friday night take out.
I also love the name of this restaurant, it gives all the cozy feels!
This place is an unassuming gem! A friend and I met for lunch on a Wednesday, and this is place is perfect to grab a good meal while you're on your lunchbreak. Service was incredibly fast! On top of that, the restaurant is comfortable and pretty quiet, with the kitchen at the far backside of the building, and plenty of windows in the seating area at the front so you don't feel closed in.
My friend got the appetizer sampler, and we were wowed by the presentation! Everything was served carefully arranged in a bowl so you could see everything.
I had the beef pad thai. This was a surprisingly generous portion for a lunch order, but I appreciated it because I was pretty hungry when I came in! The flavor was excellent and the noodles were perfectly done.
The restaurant has an interesting situation for parking because it surrounds the building, and the entrance is on the west side. You'll want to enter the parking lot from the east (right) side of the building, otherwise you'll be going against traffic and won't be able to park due to the angled parking on one side.
Very good Thai food and the host and server were very nice.
My favorite pad thai! Love this place!
2 out of 5 of us thought our food was the most bland thai food we ever had. Their excuse was white people can't usually handle spicy things. OK, we won't be back!
Best Thai food in town! Just be prepared to pay 18% service charge on balance if you dine in. Our favorite it the pad Thai, curry and yakisoba.
One of my favorite lunch spots. They have a great budget friendly lunch special. The food , wait staff and atmosphere is great.
My favorite Thai in the Portland Metro area. I have a deathly allergy to lemon grass, and while they have dishes with it in the 8yrs Ive been going, I've never had an issue with cross contamination, and they take my concern seriously. They recently updated the inside and it looks very nice but I mostly order to go. I moved to Washougal 2 yrs ago and will go out of my way to get them the 30 min drive is worth it!
Sometimes when you really want an authentic dish that’s flavorful and delicious you have to just accept the fact you may receive poor customer service.
Well, not here. I got a to go order and was greeted nicely and got my order taken, and got my food. It was quick. The staff looked happy and friendly and it shows in their customer service skills. Extremely satisfied with it all.
Love this place not only is the food great the staff are very personable and make you feel at home.
Always yummy
great food, big portions! (2020)
Update 7/21/23
What was once a regular place for me is now a novelty I will only go once in a great while.
The food is fantastic but they are having very difficult budget issues.
My spicy basil chicken fried rice portion has been reduced by about 70%! The price has been increased by about $6.
I understand things are difficult but I cannot tolerate that kind of business decision.
Customer service here is great and again the quality of the food and the flavor is great.
Unfortunately their pricing decisions have eliminated a long time local neighborhood customer.
The picture of this dish cost me $18.
The staff are so friendly and the food is delicious.
Our favorite Thai place in all of Clark County. They are friendly, great service, delicious food. Also our daughter has a seafood allergy and the only place we trust with keeping her safe.
Excellent recipes
Amazing food! Great service! Nice view of the crackheads of 4th plain.
Been going here 24 years because it's just that good and the people are too sweet. Best kept secret in SW Vancouver
We ordered the Avacado curry and it tasted amazing. However we asked for very little heat and it was almost impossible to eat due to the heat.
A solid favorite for so many years! It's my go-to whether it's for a fun date, or a pickup order after a long day. Customer service is excellent and food quality is amazingly consistent.
Really great food and chill atmosphere
Review for Thai Little Home Vancouver, Washington:
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Thai Little Home in Vancouver, Washington, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The restaurant had a cozy and charming ambiance that instantly made me feel comfortable.
Now, let's talk about the food. Thai Little Home truly exceeded my expectations when it came to their cuisine. The crying tiger, a popular Thai dish, was outstanding. The succulent and perfectly grilled beef combined with the flavorful dipping sauce created a mouthwatering explosion of taste. It was undoubtedly one of the best crying tiger dishes I've ever had.
Another standout dish at Thai Little Home was their chicken wings. These wings were incredibly crispy on the outside while remaining tender and juicy on the inside. The seasoning was absolutely delicious, striking the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and spicy flavors. It was impossible to resist reaching for another wing.
What impressed me just as much as the food was the friendly and attentive staff. The service at Thai Little Home was top-notch. The waitstaff was knowledgeable about the menu, offered excellent recommendations, and made sure that every detail of our dining experience was taken care of. Their warm and welcoming nature added to the overall enjoyment of the meal.
In conclusion, Thai Little Home in Vancouver, Washington, is a hidden gem for Thai cuisine. Their crying tiger and chicken wings are outstanding, leaving you craving for more. The atmosphere is cozy, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. The staff is friendly, providing excellent service that enhances the overall dining experience. If you're in the area and craving delicious Thai food, Thai Little Home is definitely worth a visit.
Great food, reasonable price, friendly staffs .love dverything about this restaurant 😀😀
Best Thai restaurant in Vancouver currently. Their Thom Kha soup is to die for, and that's coming from a guy who'd never normally order soup at a restaurant.
Delicious and satisfying Thai food. Prices have not gone up with portions cut in half like most places due to inflation.
Ate too much. Will definitely eat here again. Ten stars.
I haven't had anything that wasnt great! Excellent value, excellent quality, excellent service. Love this place. Love the lettuce wraps and spicy peanut sauce. Ive tried a few different curry dishes, all so good.
Great food, great service. You cannot go wrong with anything at this place. Prolly one of the best Thai food places in the Portland area. And the people are super nice. Can’t recommend enough. 5 stars.
Love this place and how they cater the spice level to the individual(1-5 is listed on the menu but you can crank it up accordingly. For me I get 10 and the fresh chilis for extra heat.)
Great little place! Very clean and friendly! Food came out quick and hot and the portions are very generous. One of the best Thai places I've been too around town!
The only downside to this place is the very small parking lot.
Always good!
Still the best in town.
Love this place
Got a cockroach on our soup and a really frustrated waitress.
Would not recommend.
Food was amazing!
A Vancouver tradition, making great Thai food for decades.
It was very nice and clean, great food and the service was very attentive and nice
The best of Vancouver, hands down. Treat yourself!
Chicken in my vegetarian soup, subpar yakisoba and super greasy egg rolls. Avoid.
I'm noticing that almost all of their takeout is awful. This is the 2nd Yakisoba takeout in a row that was inedible. This one is a pile of gross mush. After this review, I'm just gonna throw it away again. I will never eat here again either for dine in or takeout. This ranks right up there with prison food. I think prison chopsuey would be better.
Valentine’s Day dinner here. Small staff and a full house and everything was timely and BEYOND tasty. Can’t recommend enough. Staff works hard and kitchen CRUSHED it
Got there about 15 minutes before they closed. The lady was super nice and friendly. She gladly helped us order and didn't treat us with a poor attitude because of the showing up right before closing. The food was great as well!
I would definitely order here again! Thank you so much! And I apologize about showing up so late!
I just wanted to say that the food is definitely really good but last time I went here I ordered the Tom Kha soup, and there was a hair in it that looked like a pube. Just so you know.
Was really craving pumpkin curry and that’s what I googled and this place came up and it happened to be very close to my home and I’m so happy to have found them! Delicious food, clean and comfortable environment and good prices (especially for Vancouver, where eating out is often $$$) Thai little home is a new favorite!
Really nice place with delicious food 😋
Salmon Panang Curry = 😋
All their shrimp dishes are 🔥
Food was delicious, service was amazing, atmosphere was nice and neat. Pad Thai was to die for 5/5 would come back
Wonderful service ,clean atmosphere, and food was amazing
Yum! Perfect Panang curry and Tom Kha soup! Service was good, restaurant was clean, warm and cozy! Great lunch prices.
Great Thai food here. 🤤
Lunch menu is quick and tasty!
I have been going to this place for 15 years and have always recomended them anytime someone was looking for quality Thai food. I will not be doing either anymore. When their machine wouldn't process my card, despite it being a fully functioning card. I was able to use a different card to pay for the majority of the order, but needed the rest to go on the original card. Still not sure why their machine wouldn't work but I was forced to put back my dinner because their machine still wouldn't take my card. So I left with one meal that they charhed my card $19 for. When I asked for the rest of my change back, they refused. They STOLE $7 from me. I am not one to make a scene, so I left and as I was walking out, the women behind the register started laughing at me. Keep in mind there were several people standing in line behind me. $6 OR $40, it's the principle. This was THEFT, and absolutely humiliating how I was treated. I will be telling ANYONE who will listen NOT to give this business your money. I ALWAYS try to support local businesses, but NOT ones who steal from and treat their customers in such a way. DO BETTER. Times are hard for everyone, stealing from your customers is NOT the way to do it.
The food was so good.. I got my order pretty quick. It was hot and fresh..
The best Thai food in Vancouver, hands down! I have eaten a LOT of Thai food in Seattle and all over the area down here, this is the only place that compares. They can make most dishes vegan on request!
Missing 1 star because I keep getting noodles / food in styrofoam containers that have melted from the heat of the dish; those chemicals are not great for me. Putting foil down before you dump searing-hot noodles on to styrofoam containers will help a lot 🙂
Quick service, good food.
Great
Tom seafood soup it real bad unfortunately I had big expectations for it, but the fried rice chicken and pork and Thai ice tea is still good I did like the flavor and the amount of it. Hope they can do better.
Great food!!
I heard about this place from my supervisor who found it to be a wonderful little hole-in-the-wall restaurant, and I'm glad I checked if out after her recommendation! I ordered for takeout, but while picking up my order, I noticed how nice and clean the inside is, as well as the friendliness of the service. Also, their basil fried rice is super good, with just the right amount of spice to excite but not overwhelm me (for me I got medium level). I'm definitely coming back to dine in sometime!
Love this place! Been coming here for years and hope to for years to come. Amazing food at great prices - couldn’t ask for more! Plus super friendly service, make sure to come here!
One of my favorites places to go and have great meal...
I ordered the Mussaman Curry, at the max level of spiciness. Although the curry was not nearly as hot as I expected and hoped for, it still had a good flavor to it, and the veggies in it were nice and soft (which I appreciate, given my texture issues).
Everyone else enjoyed their meals, and my mom & sister live nearby and said this is their favorite local Thai place.
As a side note, I appreciated the neat mural on the side of their building!
Awesome food and awesome service
Home church, this place has so many options for single married with kids or later in life. Lots of small groups including men’s women’s recovery divorce the list goes on and on I love this place!
This thai restaurant stands out from the others in Vancouver for it's warm cozy atmosphere and great food. The service can be a little transient sometimes from GRRRRRREEEEAAAT to meh. If you're willing to take a chance on it though Thai Little Home will not disappoint.
Para la gente que legislation disfrutar comidas de diferentes cultural referiendome ala comida thailandesa muy buen savor y exelente servicio al cliente ...lo recomiendo
Yummy food—probably my favorite Thai place around the area. Cute atmosphere inside too. They have a pretty wide range. Amazing appetizers too.
They have remodeled looks and feels nice. Very nice people, with great thai!
Everything is always fantastic! The service and food is amazing.
Absolutely wonderful food, awesome service, and they don't skimp on the portions!
