I’m very picky on food, I find most places around town to be horrible. I’m surprised to find just a 4.5 star review on this place, I believe it’s a 5 star place. I cook at home a lot because I find the food in town to be low quality and I cook better food than most places with no experience and google, but yet have never cooked good Thai food lol. I’ve eaten at a lot of Thai food places and this is now my go to spot, I get the pad see ew with Thai iced tea 👌❤️

Diner Review №6

My go to place for pad Thai

Diner Review №7

Might be good in person based in other reviews, but DO NOT order to go. I have never had food poisoning and don’t know if i have it now but i have been in the bathroom 5 times in the span of an hour the morning after.

Diner Review №8

Diner Review №9

Tom Kha soup was not the best I’ve ever had. The broth was too thin, sour, and there was zero spice despite the menu indicating it to be spicy.

Diner Review №10

Best Khao Soi and Tom Kha Ramen around

Diner Review №11

I enjoyed my visit here. They have a separate vegan menu which was really nice. The fried spring rolls were yummy and the food was flavorful! The staff were kind and on the ball and I genuinely enjoyed the space. It's small but well laid out. I never felt crowded or uncomfortable.

Less than 5 stars just because I wasn't blown away. Perfect place for lunch or a relaxing dinner with friends.

Diner Review №12

Honestly good Thai food overall - the Phad See Ew is weak and kinda limp flavor-wise, but the Phad Thai special is excellent. Great appetizers in general and I love that they have a vegan menu!

Diner Review №13

Went here last night when our go to Thai place was closed, and I am so glad we did! It was SO GOOD. The pineapple fried rice here is the best I’ve ever had. Everything tasted super fresh and we were blown away at how good it was. Definitely our favorite Thai place in Vancouver.

Diner Review №14

It was good. I would eat there again

Diner Review №15

I was recommended this Thai place and did not go in with high hopes as other Thai restaurants I've been trying within the area have not "wow'd" me. They definitely steered me wrong! I ordered the 2 dishes that I was recommended and was really impressed.

Ultimate pad thai: I LOVE fat rice noodles and they made it so well in this dish without over cooking it. I think my favorite is actually the seasoning and the fact that there's many proteins. They do not skimp on the size of the shrimp!

Tom yum ramen: The fried wonton is honestly my favorite in this lol. Not the main idea of this dish but they fried it so well and it soaked up the soup nicely. Other than that, the Tom yum is the best I've had within the area but I will say it is on the sweeter side. I'm not the biggest fan of ramen noodles but didn't mind it in this and will probably try the one with rice noodles next!

Both dishes were a good portion for the price. I would say if you come with a group, it can easily be family style to share multiple dishes.

Parking: it's in a shared plaza and right next to the road so I don't think parking should be an issue. I came on a Sunday at 6pm and plenty of parking!

Service: I was greeted right away and they were very attentive.

Diner Review №16

Chicken pad Thai was very flavorful and fresh, cashew chicken was delicious, pad see ew was so good as well. The service was great, even though it was a busy evening, only thing I would change is the temperature of the restaurant. I was freezing cold while trying to enjoy my dinner.

Diner Review №17

Gotten food from this restaurant 3 times in the last few months and have finally given up. Unfortunately the food is very inconsistent. We are very basic and always get some pad Thai.
1st time, we got the chicken medium spice and the chicken was bland, dry, and not spicy at all.
2nd time, we got the pork belly hot spice and it was better, it was decent. Enough so that we decided to give it another chance. Normally hot spicy will make your nose runny and maybe a little sweaty, but this is more of a medium spicy imo.
3rd time (now final time), we got the pork belly hot spice and it was not spicy at all and the overall flavor was meh.

Each time we got fried calamari and also had inconsistent results each time.

So this inconsistency is not worth it for us. Again, we are basic, maybe other meals are better.

Diner Review №18

Diner Review №19

I had that pad Thai. They skimp on the sauce. Very dry.

Diner Review №21

Best flavors and freshness!

Diner Review №22

Love this place! Everything I’ve tried so far was extremely good. Unique flavors and consistently delicious. Thank you! Our fam’s favorite.

Diner Review №23

Pure Thai is our go-to Thai food restaurant and they are always very accommodating for our daughter's egg allergy!

Diner Review №24

Very delicious, cozy atmosphere. Would recommend.

Diner Review №25

Simply delicious,

Diner Review №26

The food was delicious and vegan friendly.

Diner Review №27

Stopped in for lunch, they are very busy but they handle it well for such a small place. They stayed focused and met everyone’s needs. I ordered the Basil Chicken, it was tasty and a fair portion. I’ll be back.

Diner Review №28

New to town but have frequented here for meals quite often. The Thai food is legit but five stars because of the separate vegan options and extensive menu. Big fan!

Diner Review №29

Diner Review №30

Super cute cafe with wonderful staff and delicious food!! Yum!! Everything is as good as it looks!

Diner Review №31

great experience! we had ordered out from here before but tonight we finally made it to dine in person. really good food, came out hot and tasty. service was quick, refilled waters timely and served a good selection of wines. restaurant was clean and bright. dined in and thought the flowers on the tables were a nice touch. very reasonably priced for the large portions they served us.

Diner Review №33

We were in Thailand last November for an entire month and spent time traveling throughout that incredible country eating the most delicious food! So when I say Pure Thai Cafe in Vancouver is the only place in Clark County that takes me right back, I mean it. Absolutely delicious! Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious food

Diner Review №34

A small place, we mostly use it for to go food. The food is excellent, and there is a large selection of dishes reasonably priced.

Diner Review №35

We come here often for business lunches. The atmosphere service and food quality is spot on and consistent. This is one of our favorite spots in Vancouver.

Diner Review №36

Absolutely delicious

Diner Review №37

Diner Review №38

I got a dish described as having crispy pork belly and instead it was just flabby fatty stuff. Not pleasant.

Diner Review №39

This is our go-to Thai place. The food is consistently fresh and delicious, and the clearly labeled vegan options are awesome!

Diner Review №40

The food was delicious and we all had different items. They seem to make everything with care, and it is so fresh as it is made to order. We will plan to visit again soon.

Diner Review №41

Pure Thai is pure delight. The food is clean as it is flavorful. It looks and tastes like it was prepared with thought and care. We had Tom kha soup with chicken. It comes mild, which my wife likes. I added some hot chili oil to bring it up to my liking. I had the Mango on Fire with beef which was wonderful. My wife had Kana Moo Krob with fried egg. The restaurant is small with only a few tables. The staff are helpful and friendly. The price is a bit more than you will pay at other Asian restaurants for lunch. But I'd say this one is worth it. We'll be back. Check out my profile for more great eateries and craft cocktail bars. ✌🏼

Diner Review №42

Food was delicious, I got the Suki Haeng! Service was good too. 👍

The kahri noodles is great too!

Diner Review №43

Absolutely delicious Thai dishes. Everything was incredible and so tasty

Diner Review №44

This location used to be known as the Thai BBQ Cuisine location off of NE 119th Place across from the Fred Meyers store a bit north of Golden Corral in Vancouver. But it now has new owners. The environment is cozy, warm, and inviting. The furniture decor is high quality. The service is excellent. The food and presentation are outstanding and the prices are really reasonable. I would highly recommend this place for healthy great quality food and they Door-dash as well. I'm addicted and in love with there Thai Tea w/Coconut Milk.

Diner Review №45

Just ordered takeout and both the food and service were great! Wontons, green curry, and fried rice were all solid

Diner Review №46

I've been here twice now. Both times the food and service was awesome. The servings are large.

Diner Review №47

terrible service!!!!!🤢🤢🤢The employee does not say hello, arrogantly throws orders. and I just came in. doesn't say goodbye and just ignores

Diner Review №48

Wow! Refreshing to have a restaurant meet all the marks! Superior customer service - like they actually give a rip about having you back again! They politely check to see how you are enjoying your meal and do not ever make you feel rushed. It was impressive how many diners and to go orders went out the door in a span of 2hrs on a Monday evening. After devouring the delicious drunken noodles, I can see why they are so busy! They are conveniently located just off 117th and 76th across from Fred Meyer with enough parking to share with the other few businesses next to them. I think I will plan to eat there next time I'm at Les Schwab around the corner! Only closed on Tuesdays and open until 8:30pm. The prices were reasonably considering the generous portions, which were big enough to be pleasantly full, but not quite enough to take home. Overall, I'm so happy to have found a place worth going back over and over again! Hats off to you!

Diner Review №49

Food and service is exemplary! They have a whole vegan menu with lots of options so everyone is included. Food is fresh and flavorful. Staff are very kind and attentive. Definitely will be going here again.

Diner Review №50

Not from here and just stop by mistake and it was so good!!! All food was exactly cooked and great flavors!! Ty !!

Diner Review №51

Down to earth people with a family friendly atmosphere! The food is amazing!

Diner Review №52

Sadly the fried rice we order the past three times just keeps coming with less and less rice. Mainly just vegetables with barely any rice! Disappointed. We keep hoping it gets better but now it’s been 3 times and it’s getting worse. Not worth the cost when you’re not getting what you order… which is rice? Which is affordable as it is, so why not put less vegetable and more rice in the order? Sad when there’s barely any rice in the fried rice…

Diner Review №53

Diner Review №54

I am so sad they are moving almost 20 minutes away.
LOVE this place

Diner Review №55

Our favorite Thai spot. Best taste, great atmosphere, excellent service.

Diner Review №56

This new Thai spot is AMAZING! The offer such wonderful Thai with addition of a number of unique and street inspired dishes. Whether it’s for take out or dine in, you can’t go wrong with this spot. This is easily Váncouver’s best new Thai food location.

Diner Review №57

Diner Review №58

Peaceful cafe off of the SR 500 route. Amazing food and amazing staff! I got the yellow curry with chicken and it was delicious with all the spices. They also have a vegan menu for all types of crowds

Diner Review №59

I have ordered take out from Pure Thai Cafe several times now. They are by far my favorite Thai restaurant in town. The food is always delicious, consistent, fresh, and abundant. This is even after waiting for the food to be delivered by Uber Eats (which is often not the case with other restaurants). I order the Thai Iced Tea with coconut cream, tofu salad rolls, and the Pad See Ew with tofu, mild spice. I absolutely recommend giving them a try.

Diner Review №60

One of the best, by far, Thai food places around!

Diner Review №61

The food is always great! Service was excellent

Diner Review №62

Diner Review №63

Amazing food and even better management. Loved the food and hospitality here. Highly recommend the Beef pad Thai and the salad rolls. You’ll love it!

Diner Review №69

First time trying this place, but it won't be the last! I ordered pad thai w/ tofu med spice, panang curry w/ chicken, thai fried rice w/chicken and salad rolls w/ shrimp. Everything is delicious! Three entrees and an appetizer for only $56 dollars. 10/10 recommend trying Pure Thai!

Diner Review №70

The food was awesome, very tasty and fresh! Atmosphere, was a little chilly... bring a jacket.

Diner Review №71

Food is amazing service is even better!

Diner Review №72

Nicely remodeled from previous Thai restaurant and food is really good, definitely will back again for other dishes!

Diner Review №73

I really like this place. Good vide. Food is very tasty. The place is nice and clean. Definitely on my regular list.

Diner Review №74

Best Thai food in town! Everything we’ve had from here is quality 👍🏽

Diner Review №75

Diner Review №76

I have never had better Thai food. If you experience the food here, you will never want to go to another Thai restaurant. Highly recommend.

Diner Review №77

Amazing food and kind genuine service.

Diner Review №78

Placed a Togo order and got the salad rolls and an order of pad Thai and both were delicious! The pad Thai almost had a Smokey flavor and it was very good! Highly recommend

Diner Review №79

Fresh, delicious food. Clean establishment and very friendly staff. My go to for Thai food in Vancouver.

Diner Review №80

Diner Review №81

I came to try the Tom Kah Ramen, and it was fantastic! That was the best ramen I've had in town. It had pieces of crispy pork belly, and shrimp and chicken, and the broth was wonderful!

Diner Review №82

It was horrible

Diner Review №83

Pure Thai recently opened, and they are doing it right. Prompt friendly service, great menu, tasty dining and even the inviting Asian aromas when you enter.

Diner Review №84

We do not live in the area of Pure Thai but swung in for lunch after an appointment at Carmax in Vancouver. What a great little spot! We loved all of the food and the staff were so nice and accommodating! If we are ever in the area again we will eat there for sure!!

Diner Review №85

The food was amazing, not too salty or bland. Everyone was so nice and friendly! Me and my friend even met the owner of the restaurant, Nana, she is lovely!

Diner Review №86

I just tried the pad Thai noodles with chicken. It was delicious and totally worth the price. I’m so glad they moved to their new location because they are now within walking distance.

Diner Review №87

Amazing food and amazing staff. Even better with the new convenient location in Orchards. Highly recommend!

Diner Review №88

Amazing food and portions, super good thai tea, really friendly staff. 100% recommend this spot for your next place to dine.

Diner Review №89

Overall very tasty, i highly recommend ! A warm friendly environment with kind staff. Everyone was so welcoming and food was fresh and tasty! Clean and open dining room. This will be my new go to spot for thai food! :)

Diner Review №90

Diner Review №91

AMAZING OWNERS AND WORKERS WITH BUSSIN FOOD! 11/10 reccomended

Diner Review №92

Being a new update restaurant it’s nice! Hope they keep it this way! Also the food is very good!

Diner Review №93

it feels like we finally found THE BEST Thai food in Vancouver. second time we’ve been and absolutely insanely good. flavorful, great texture, and enough for leftovers. 🤤

Diner Review №94

Diner Review №95

Diner Review №96

My favorite Thai place in Vancouver!! Their pad see ew (not proper spelling) is to die for! I always order it with extra veggies because the veggies are freshly cooked! They also have the cutest Thai teas that you can order with a teddy bear ice (cost extra!)

Diner Review №97

The food wasn't necessarily bad but it wasn't good. Very little flavor to the pad see eew, asked for medium spice and the spice was non existent. The normal delicious sauce that comes with pad see eww was completely absent. Just very mediocre and bland. Chold had the Thai fried rice. That was also extremely bland, completely flavorless. Pad kee mau also had no spice and was flavorless. I dont even know how you can make thai food without flavor. Maybe the cool was having an off night but I probably won't be going back

Diner Review №98

Came here spontaneously for a birthday dinner, and so happy we did! Staff is very friendly and patient, food was excellent and arrived relatively quickly

Diner Review №99

Diner Review №100

Our go to Thai restaurant. Love this place and the food. They don't drown the dishes in fish sauce, just enough to flavor the food. They used to show Thailand markets on the TV, that was neat. But not any more, otherwise I'd of given 5 stars for atmosphere.

Diner Review №101

Love it. Whole vegan menu. Good stuff

Diner Review №102

Diner Review №103

This is our favorite local Thai place and we eat here every week. The Pad Thai and the Tom Kha Ramen are really good. The staff is friendly, and I like the atmosphere.

Diner Review №104

I love this place! I have celiac disease and order from here all the time. They are so consistent with food quality, and I have never gotten sick from eating here. Even if I have ordered a dish that requires a request for Gluten Free. Highly recommended! Especially the pineapple fried rice, the yellow curry, the pad Thai and veggie delight! Yum!

Diner Review №105

Diner Review №106

Quick Thai food that is yummy in a casual, relaxed atmosphere. High ceilings, wood tables. You can order at the counter or from your table with the Qcode. Bern there 5 times in the last month and tried a variety of items. Their spice level is low/medium on the items marked spicy on the menu.

Diner Review №107

Our favorite Thai place in Vancouver! We love the outside area, and the food is SUPER FLAVORFUL and consistent. The kids and I LOVE the guy that works here too, makes it funnnn!!!

Diner Review №108

Diner Review №109

Wish I found this restaurant sooner. Great food, good variety. Friendly staff.

Diner Review №110

We did I huge catering order and everything was steaming hot and delicious. Supper fresh and full of flavor. Try the red curry! Highly recommend.

Diner Review №111

Spend a little bit more to get better quality food. Spice level was a medium but I didn’t notice really. Love coming back

Diner Review №112

Seemed expensive for portion size. Ultimate padthai had 3 shrimp and 4 or 5 small pieces of pork. Unusually sweet.

Diner Review №113

Nothing a single negative comment from our experience. Service was great, and Fast. Food flavor was Perfect! And in the words of my 4 year old...the best food ever!

Diner Review №114

Great tasting and quality food. Delicious!!!!

Diner Review №115

Diner Review №116

Excellent Ramen dish.

Diner Review №117

Consistent, great thai food. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly.

Diner Review №118

Cute, small Thai place with great food and friendly service. Covered patio seating available for those rare nice days. Highly recommended.

Diner Review №121

I've been eating Thai food for most of my life now due to our iconic and very old Thai restaurant in town here, but this post is about Pure Thai Cafe and their uniqueness in offering Bankok street food staples that many places don't have. Below you see Kana Moo Krob w/ fried egg and Moo Ping. Kana Moo Krob is a very simple, but delicious dish. It's Pork Belly and Kana (Chinese broccoli) stir fried in a garlic sauce with varying degrees of chili heat. It's not complicated, but is so good. Moo Ping is also simplistic. It's just marinated grilled pork served with veggies, but the Nam Jim Jaew, or just Jaew sauce, is where it's at and has become one of my favorite discoveries over the years. It is made of lime juice, tamarind, fish sauce, palm or brown sugar, red chilli flakes, shallots, spring onion, cilantro, and toasted sticky rice powder. This sauce is the bees knees. It has sweet, sour, umami, spice, earthiness, etc all in one. It can also come with their Bankok fried chicken wings too, which is deadly. I didn't get one this time so I ripped a picture from their site, but people go gaga for their Thai iced teas and coffees with the little ice buddies in them.

We all have Thai places somewhere around the corner near us, generally serving the usual suspects in terms of dishes, but maybe try giving Pure Thai a shot and try something new. They have more unique things than just what I've shown here.

Diner Review №122

Great food exactlyvas described. Good size portions spicy levels on point and consistent. Very friendly order at the counter staff. Fun thai ice tea bear ice cubes for only a 1.75 extra with a Thai ice tea. Fresh veggies comfortable seating also outside seating available. Great Thai place.

Diner Review №123

Walk up counter with no table service. If you need something more, you have to go up and ask for it. Food was good and it is a cute place with a patio.

Diner Review №124

This is easily the best Thai food I've had in the Pacific Northwest. Every dish I've had has been extremely authentic. I highly recommend the Panang Curry, it's really fantastic.

Tell them Josh sent you! :)

Diner Review №125

Diner Review №126

The food was amazing! Large, filling portions. Great, friendly service

Diner Review №127

Diner Review №128

The khao soi is always sooooo good. Highly recommend.

Diner Review №129

Diner Review №130

Pad Thai is one of my favorite dishes and the Ultimate Pad Thai from Pure Thai Cafe is the best one I tried so far! 10/10 😊

Diner Review №131

Got the tom kha ramen - the ramen and broth were really good. The dish wout be better without the chicken, pork, shrimp that came with it.

Diner Review №132

Diner Review №133

Diner Review №134

Extensive vegan menu, flavorful food, attentive service. Great experience. We had the vegan Pad Thai, vegan Pad See Ew, and the vegan crispy rolls. Plus a couple of beers. Awesome dinner.

Diner Review №135

I would have given 5 stars but tonight I ordered the ultimate pad Thai. I requested chicken and was given pork belly. The noodles and spices were perfect and very delectable but I'm annoyed that I was given an option to select a protein and I selected chicken and I get pork belly. Why have options if they don't follow customer request? If they cannot read English than have somebody who does translate it. The pork belly to me was gross and I had to pick it out and throw it away. What a waste of money!

Diner Review №136

Diner Review №137

Loved this place! Green curry was wonderful!

Diner Review №138

One of our go-to pick up places. Always great!

Diner Review №139

Crab wontons tasted like they were cooked in dirty oil and were fishy. I forget what else I ordered because I just paid and left, fearful of getting food poisoning. A bit overpriced for what it is

Diner Review №140

Attempted to come here a few months ago, but didn't realize they were closed on Sundays. I know, I know should've checked first. But it's all good, I finally made it back.

It's set up where you order at the counter & find a place to sit. We went with the Tom kha ramen, green papaya salad, & the steamed dumplings. Our food was ready pretty quick. The Tom kha ramen was probably my favorite, so flavorful, something different & a meal in itself. Papaya salad was good, thought it was interesting that they include half a cabbage. I'm not sure if you're supposed to eat it with the remaining salad dressing? Dumplings were very tasty, I really liked the sauce it came with. We got a mild spice level on the salad & it was enough. You could taste the spice, but it wasn't overpowering. On the ramen, we got medium which also was perfect with that dish & the sweetness of it balanced the spice.

Very cute place. Definitely want to come back & try more.

Diner Review №141

It’s good

Diner Review №142

Wow I mean WOW! This food is GOOD

Diner Review №143

Note to spice lovers - you have to ask for Thai spicy and put the comment IN BOLD for them to take it seriously. We did this for our last order and the spice was almost the perfect heat. We will try all caps next time.
For the third time in a row, their wide noodles are just overcooked and dodgy. We thought maybe we let it sit too long or I don't know, but this is the third time now the wide noodles are sludge.
The flavors are good, the spice is almost up to par with Thai spicy, and soon as they figure out how to cook a wide noodle, we might go here more frequently than Thai Orchid.

Diner Review №144

Diner Review №145

Not the best Thai food. My husband said it was the worst pad Thai he's ever had. I really wanted to like this place because it's so close to our house. :(

Diner Review №146

Excellent service and delicious food. Do not miss their vegan Thai tea 😍

Diner Review №147

Pineapple curry was delicious!

Diner Review №148

Tasty traditional thai food, reasonable prices and big portions, really nice and helpful staff

Diner Review №149

One of the best thai places!!

Diner Review №150

Very tasty meals, great atmosphere and prompt service. I got the Pad Woon Sen with chicken (not spicy at all) and he got the Tiew Tom Yum which ended up being only mildly spicy even though it had the little chili pepper on the menu. TBH I can't do spicy so this was good thing for me, but my BF could have appreciated more spice. If you like things on the spicier side, you can ask to have them make it spicier.

Diner Review №151

Had the Kana Moo Krob and it was delicious. Comfortable, easy-going vibe and pleasant staff.

Diner Review №152

We ordered $74 worth of food. Most was good except. Wonton we were served were completely flat and misshapen. I know this as flawed because a table next to us was being cleared and 4 fluffy tall pieces were left over. The filling had about 1/2 tsp or less in it. I'm Asian so I know a good wonton if I knew it. Also, the tofu and wonton in the Thai was stale. Airfrying would've helped. Sauce was good. Massamam beef, Pineapple fried rice chicken and Thong Gai chicken was awesome. Great service by female waitress. Food came in a timely manner. Score 3 out of 5.

Diner Review №153

Ordered to go for the first time here today. I usually go to other Thai spots in town but wanted to try another place especially with their extensive vegan options. The order got delayed due to some system issue but they were super fast and kind. They are by far the nicest and most helpful service out of all the local take-out places I have been to. Also the food is amazing. Will definitely be a regular here. Thank you!

Diner Review №154

I asked for my Pra Ram to be Thai hot, it came with zero spice. They brought the spice tray but it’s just not the same. I also ordered a Thai ice tea and had to remind them twice. They were busy and working hard, and I get it. I don’t expect perfection. Also, seemed a bit over priced for the “order at the counter and it’s brought to your table” style. Still, it was very clean and food was yummy (lack of spice not withstanding)

Diner Review №155

Diner Review №156

Had the beef salad, it was excellent! Service was attentive and the prices reasonable.

Diner Review №157

We are here once before dine in and we liked it enough. We both thought that the portions were too small mines curry and my roommate got veggies with chicken. Tonight I ordered vegan eggplant vegan pad Thai and vegan fresh rolls.
I asked for spiced hot and their was little to no spice. The eggplant was ok but no other veggies except onions and basil and they gave me a boat load of rice. The pad Thai was not really edible it was all clumped together and dry. For forty dollars it was basically a starch and more starch dinner; And no spice it would have helped a little if their was at least some good spice as I had requested hot.. I will give them another try in the future perhaps ordering some thing different will change my rating.

Just an observation we came here for dine in back in July and the gentleman and lady that took our order and delivered the food to the table were both very friendly and made us feel at home and asked us if we were happy with our food and seemed genuinely interested in our suggestions for our next visit.
Tonight the chap that took my order. Was not friendly at all and seemed like he would rather be some where else. Perhaps he's just having a bad night. I hope things are looking up for him.

Diner Review №160

Purely rude more like.

they treat customers very poorly after messing up their orders- my whole meal was ruined due to the owners horrible service and rude treatment. The waitress was willing to help us get our order right and he decided to refuse correcting it was extremely rude defensive worst customer service. I tried explaining the confusion and he cut me off to speak over me multiple times. Complete jerk

Don’t risk your money here.

Diner Review №161

Yummy vegan Thai food!!

Diner Review №162

Diner Review №163

Great place, Great food, Great Sevice.
But I really wanted a little Ice Buddy in my Thai tea like I saw on their fb.

Diner Review №164

This place never disappoints. Amazing food as always.

Diner Review №165

Ordered takeout and everything was delicious!

Diner Review №166

I ordered Shrimp Pad Thai (Hot) for my daughter. There was no shrimp and the dish was not spicy. I will not be returning!

Diner Review №167

Got Khao Soi Gai takeout through their website. Tasted great, came with fried noodles and tofu on the side. It was still hot too. They put cardboard in to help the bag's structure. I will definitely be in again!

Diner Review №168

Nice little Thai restaurant

Diner Review №169

This place is a hidden gem 💎 food is so yummy and also such a beautiful presentation. Pictures do not even show how beautiful the food is.

Diner Review №170

Loved their Khao Soi and Pineapple Fried Rice. Went well together as well. Wanted both but couldn't decide on only one. Was so hard to not finish them both because they were so good even though I was so so full! Have had their mango and sticky rice dessert before as well. I remember it being amazing.

Diner Review №171

I gave it average because the service and food were just average. It was good at first, then it was up to your luck..lol
I ordered for a pick up (via Door Dash) often. And, it took more than 30 min just one or two appetizers. One time, when picking up, I was asked as I was stealing food or something, lol

Diner Review №172

I love Thai food and have spent a fair amount of time in Thailand. The food here is great, the service is excellent (and fast). I have enjoyed everything I've eaten from Pure Thai and am a frequent customer. This is, by far, my favorite place for Thai in Vancouver.

Diner Review №173

Very slow service

Diner Review №174

Really bad food and worst thai restaurant I've ever been to in Vancouver! Pad Thai does not come with any flavor or sauce mixed in with the noodles. Also, they put the rice in with the entrees so they have to give you a smaller portion.

Diner Review №175

Excellent, fresh, real food in a sea of surrounding bad fast food. Great service, too

First time here and I got the green curry with chicken and added pumpkin... It was heaven... The eggplant was cooked to perfection. Servers were really sweet too :)

I ordered something I didn’t really like and the waitress that came to check on me was so kind and offered to remake it a different way for me. She was sweet the entire time and made sure everything came out good. Amazing service !

We've tried multiple thai places around the Vancouver/Portland area and this is by far the best! The food is exceptionally flavorful and the service is attentive, polite, and lightning fast. The atmosphere is clean and calm, which is a nice contrast to the louder restaurants around town. We've tried a bunch of entrees and loved everything we've ordered so far, and will continue to come back for more!

Had to wait 40 minutes to pick up a grub hub order when they said it would be ready in 10 minutes. Very slow!!!

Solomon says in Ecc 1:9 that there is nothing new under the sun but when I ate that delightful hot basil chicken I couldn't help but think "behold here is somthing new I've never tasted anything like it!" ;) <3

I was referred to Pure Thai by an acquaintance who knows Asian food well and I was, well, blown away! I rolled up in my overly big pretentious truck and trundled my ugly old self in for a late lunch. The place has a wonderful esthetic, open but friendly, very clean, great color scheme. I went to the counter and was charmed by the extensive altar… one of the nicest I’ve seen in an American establishment.
Interesting menu, lots of unusual items.
I chose the chicken Wontons and the Tom Yum Kha, and holy galangal Bat Man! I was absolutely blown away!

First, the presentation was better than a Line of Can Can Dancers at the Moulin Rouge! These folks are shootin way above their price point! The wontons were simply the best I’ve ever had, delicate, crunchy, sublime in every respect. And the Tom Yum Kha was like stumbling on a great book in a doctors office in Alabama… complex, rich, interesting, diverse and unexpected. Plus, the hot pot kept it sizzling right to the last chapter!
They have a variety of Thai kitchen items available for purchase and the server was welcoming and attentive.
Right up to the top of my list like a carnival bell ringer.
Who knew such an amazing place exists, and in Vancouver of all places? Go there quick before they get wise and move to Portland!
มันวิเศษมาก
PS I was so impressed that I ordered the crab cakes to go for my wife and she reports, best she’s ever had. And she can be pretty judgmental, just ask her what she thinks of my truck.

Best Thai in Vancouver!

Our first time in here, the place is cozy and comfortable, the service was friendly and fast, the food was really great, we ordered chicken pad tai and the veggie delight with chicken, which was awesome, just the right level of spice and big veggies pieces cooked perfectly! The pot stickers were really good too. Close to home, we will return for sure!
