My daughter liked hers as well. Her teriyaki seemed lighter and sweeter than we've had before, but it's a Thai version as opposed to other Asian styles.

This place is reasonably priced as well. We will be back, and I recommend trying this place if you're craving Thai!

Went for lunch. Took about 30 mins for 2 entrees which was a little longer than I hoped. The red curry and pad Thai combo was fine. The pad Thai wasn’t the best though. The chicken larb was very good, but the sticky rice wasn’t very “sticky”. Grains separated easily. The service was really good though. Could be a fun place for dinner and karaoke.

I really don’t have a complaint, but if I did, it would be that they appeared to be short staffed, so it was a little tough to get our waiters attention. It is the best Thai restaurant I've ever visited, and I have traveled to so many countries for work, exceptional flavors, and a warm, authentic atmosphere. The art is incredible as well.

Great food and they gave me free peanut sauce last time I ordered to go because they had extra.

I spent $150 at this restaurant. The food was all undercooked. You couldn't cut the broccoli it was so raw. The Pad Thai noodles were very hard and the dish tasted burnt.
They forgot our dessert.
I've eaten here many times and enjoyed the food.
I did ask if they had a new cook, they said no.
They gave me a long explanation of how it takes a long time to cook the noodles.
They remade two of the three dishes but they were no better.
I can no longer recommend this establishment.

Healthy good food. Doesn’t hurt my stomach and good prices. Restaurant is very pretty and cozy but fun looking environment to be with friends or family. Employees are very friendly.

We have the pad Thai for lunch and my granddaughter loves it. She is a picky eater. Smells so good when you walk through the door and the restroom is nice and clean. Very good service

Absolutely amazing drinks and the Pad Thai is sooo good. The teriyaki steak skewers were delicious as well. Worth the price to dine in for date night or just a night out of the house.

We had the most horrible experience at Thai Bamboo last night. Firstly, my daughter, who is legally 21, has not gotten her vertical id yet, was refused a drink. I know that restaurants, breweries and bars are requesting verticals, but this establishment did not post it anywhere. The food was bland and anything fried tasted like it was under a heat lamp for hours and then dipped in hot oil to appear fresh. The server was terrible. Left us in the booth forever, we felt like we were in the way. We were never checked on and overall it wasn’t a great experience. We have been there several times before and it’s never been a “wow” experience, but we have never been treated so poorly.

It was our first time here and we plan to return. We had the Seafood soup and it was flavorful, well seasoned and loaded with seafood. The Penang coconut curry was a hit. It was thick and seasoned. The pad thai was good as well. This restaurant is worth a visit.

Tom ka was delicious. VERY DISAPPOINTED with crab fried rice at $26.99 a plate. Crab couldn’t be found or tasted. Waiter made excuses and never offered to get something else or even discount the meal. Has been our go to place for years. DO NOT RECOMMEND CRAB FRIED RICE

Excellent. Its almost like home. We go in place order and relax.

The lo mein was outstanding.

Waitor Jason with the dark curly hair on North Division made our family gathering amazing. We have some crazy family members that he was able to stay a step ahead with his humor. He made everyone feel so welcome and even had conversations with out little kiddos. Our food and drinks were amazing too. Jason got all orders right and all together. Please give him a raise. I hope we get him as our waiter again next time. Our family really love meeting at Thai Bamboo for the food and good service but yesterday's service was beyond expectations. Thank you.

Probably the best spot for a large group for Thai in Spokane. Lunch special Phad Thai is not good, far inferior to the full entree item. Picture shows red curry and Phad Thai lunch combo for $15.

DELICIOUS! We loved every dish so much, we joined their loyalty program on the spot. The new menu is well illustrated, especially helpful with unfamiliar dishes. Plenty of variety among the offerings, with distinctive flavors in each. Excellent, attentive service. I could do without the electronic, illuminated slideshow. Liked the subject matter, but dined out to escape daily life drenched in screens.

This is a must go Thai restaurant in Spokane. Food is awesome and so much quantity. Many options for vegetarian 🌱 and great taste. Ambience is beautiful and exceptional service. Highly recommend 💯

I got the china town it was amazing I will go again also the desert options are amazing as a Washingtonian I LOVE their home made ice cream like who else makes Huckleberry ice cream other than zips and Thai bamboo 5 would recommend I am going to recommend this place to all my friends 5 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Don't go! We went in for dinner to take some friends and right in front of us mice were running around! When we asked they admitted to having a rodent problem. We sincerely almost walked out. We asked for a discount on our 1/3 eaten meal they discounted one meal. Just one! Why are they still open???

We tried this place 15 years ago and all six of our dishes were loaded with green peppers. It's cheap filler which makes Thai Bamboo a rip-off. We decided to try them again last year and they pulled the same sh!t. I was in disbelief. I wonder what they would have done if I'd specified NO GREEN PEPPERS. What other cheap filler would they have used? The Pad Thai was subpar. Akin to rice noodles soaked in teriyaki sauce. I can't figure out why this place is so popular. Spokanites must not know what real Thai food is. You're better off buying frozen Thai food at the store and cooking it at home. That won't set you back $60 either

Our server was really great, I think his name was Paul. It's so cute inside and I just want to come back, if only just to hang out under the sky. The food was really good, I think I just didn't get the right dish for myself, and I definitely want to try a few different things.

Mine and my fiance's favorite Asian place. It's very good! I love looking at all the decor in their restaurant. So fun. Our server recently was very fun and made for an even more enjoyable experience! We tried their Teriyaki Salmon Salad, and I have to say, if you enjoy fresh salads, it is fantastic with the salmon! So well crisped. The tangy vinaigrette was such a good mix in with all the fresh veggies, mandarins, almonds and salmon. Will be trying again.

Had a quick meal with my girlfriend, and we will definitely be back. The food was great. The service was impeccable. Bencha served us and she has such a good vibe. I can be a pain at restaurants 🫤 but she did not seemed phased at all by my dietary questions and my occasional requests. She was top notch, and I appreciate her patience and lovely customer service.
I recommend this place to anyone. And it has a wide array of gluten free options!

I really do love the food in this place! I recently got takeout and didn’t realize until I was home that there was no rice. At this point, I’m not sure if it was an error on their end or if I was required to order it with my meal but my meal seemed pretty standard for rice. It was irritating but I like their food so much, I’d order/visit again!

I don't recommend the orange chicken ( I think it needed to be more glazed and a little sweeter) (i got the bento dinner box) BUT the noodles and everything else was perfect, even as leftover! The portion size is huge too. My hubby got a soup and that was prolly about 3 bowls worth. You Def get your monies worth for sure.

I wouldn't rate this the #1 Thai I've had over the years but I give points to this place for being consistent (i.e. it will look and taste just like the pictures and descriptions on the menu).

The portions are big enough to share or make a family style experience. We've done take out several times for New Years or other events and it's been great to just set out on the kitchen island and everyone grabs a plate.

Their peanut sauce is a must have, even if on the side for dipping!!

The menu has so much to choose from, and the main dining area has the best ceiling that changes colors while you enjoy your food and drinks.
I haven't sat in the bar, but the environment looks very inviting.

Sat in the lounge. What can I say? Excellent service with a personality, excellent food, and a very clean restaurant. My husband had red curry and I had yellow. Both were fantastic! Hubby said great margarita, too!

Upon arrival, the hostess walked away from us and left us waiting for her to come out from the kitchen, without saying what was happening. At first, we thought she wanted us to follow her. Two other people came out and asked if we had been helped, she reappeared and told them she was seating us.

We were seated and forgotten for a bit, same lady came and took our order. The food came in good time, but that was the last we saw of anyone.

Maybe it was because it was an off-hour, there weren't many people there. We were enjoying each other's company and the decor of the room, so it wasn't a huge deal. But after about twenty minutes of finishing our meal, my husband got up to find her. She came hustling over, said she was just coming to check on us.

She then came with the check and to-go boxes. She put the check holder into one of the to-go boxes. You know, that book thing they carry around to every table, leave sitting on tables, handled by everyone, left sitting on the desk...yeah, that. In our to-go box, where we were to put our leftovers.

Again, we hope it was just an odd experience and not the usual service they offer. It won't put us off trying Thai Bamboo again, the food was great.

I highly recommend this place. The green curry was delicious and spicy. I chose this restaurant to try their bulgogi dish and I loved it. The entire setting is also beautifully decorated.

Beef, pork and chicken in our orders was tough and dry. Large portion of rice with small portion of vegetables meat and sauce. Poor proportions. Service was very good. Not recommended for the price.

My Mom is celiac and the waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu and how they could accommodate. The vegetables tasted fresh and while the price was higher than expected I didn't feel cheated. They put plenty of meat on my plate.

Also the handicap bathroom was great! It was large enough that the wheelchair can fit without having to cram it next to the toilet and there were plenty of bars so it didn't feel like an act of gymnastics. Really apperciated their thoughtfulness there.

This was lunch picked up. Reading the fine print, there is an additional 2% tip to the bill added by restaraunt for back kitchen staff on top of the courtesy tip to the restaraunt staff who prepared the meal (which I thought was the back kitchen staff?) I guess they dont share the till.
The food was phoned in 45 min prior to wanting it (they hadnt even opened their doors) and still waited an additional 35 mins for it. The order was not accurate and it added disappointment to the experience. Portions are generous. I'd eat here again only if not time pressed. Over an hour for personal pick up order is not acceptable.

We love this place. Been here more than 20+ times. Sometimes VERY busy but they get food out fairly quickly. Great offerings on the menu even for Gluten Free. Mongolian Beef is great, So is teriyaki chicken.
