Thai Ginger is an authentic Thai restaurant that serves great-tasting food.
I had a great experience at this Thai restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were generous. However, be warned—the spice levels are no joke! I ordered a level 2 out of 5, expecting a mild kick, but it was still quite spicy. If you’re sensitive to heat, I’d recommend starting at level 1.
So happy we decided to eat here. The staff was wonderful. We came with a large group towards the end of the night and they were more than happy to serve us. Our waiter was fantastic . . . Friendly and professional (thank you Greg!).
If we come back to this area again, we will be sure to eat here.
The food and service here was incredible! Their phad thai is my favorite on the east side.
I love spicy food, and they never disappoint— they even brought out a whole array of spicy condiments, including Thai pepper powder, to make my dish as spicy as I wanted. When they saw how much I put on my food, they gave me free coconut ice cream to go to “help with the spice.” Five star service!
Not only was the food incredible, but it came out very quickly after we ordered. Most impressive service time ever.
I’ve been to dozens of thai places in the area and this one is at the top of my list.
Thai Ginger in Redmond delivered a solid meal with bold flavors and satisfying textures! We ordered the Crispy Chicken, Pad Kee Mao, and Crab Wontons, and everything was well-prepared and delicious.
The Crab Wontons were a standout—crispy, perfectly fried, and filled with flavorful goodness. The Crispy Chicken had a nice crunch and was seasoned well, making it a satisfying dish. The Pad Kee Mao was also a great choice, with a good balance of spice and fresh ingredients.
Overall, a great spot for a flavorful Thai meal. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!

Love the soup, curries, and swimming rama
Always delicious. Sometimes takes a little longer than I’d like. But other times it is ready before I can even walk over. So I’ll call it good.
Great place for veg or vegan
I got the Phad Thai with chicken that tasted like... Nothing. Literally nothing at all. There was no wok hei, no tangy tamarind, and I couldn't smell any fish sauce or even ginger. The chicken was overcooked and unseasoned. The noodles were overly soft, broken, and packed into 2/3 of a takeout container for $17. I've had worse Phad Thai, but it was in a mall food court in the middle east.
Good Thai Food. Kate made things right on an order that got messed up and was super kind and caring. High quality spot
Very fast service, friendly waitress with great recommendations.
Went for the Pad Thai special meal but was told only for lunch, so just ordered Pad Thai chicken. It was the worse I've ever had, and I know how it 'can' be, having been to Thailand at least 7 times. Fake flavor made up of mostly excess lime juice and generic spices. Chicken was chewy and the ingredients didn't seem fresh, and it was fairly dry. Dual tables I sat at didn't fit together evenly and the whole place looked somewhat gloomy, and totally empty. When later mentioning this to my roommate she said she also had a similar experience with her tofu meal that was totally bland.
Rice for kidscame with eggs even though we clearly mentioned allergies. Respectfully sent the food back but server was rude after and we left without ordering main course.
One of the worst Thai food I have ever had. I got the Pad Thai that had an overwhelmingly pungent fish oil smell and was extremely sweet. I could not taste any Thai flavors. Pathetic!
Never tasted the food, the one server we encountered was rude. We left without eating as the server rolled his eyes when we took a few seconds to chat about what to order. His highness ‘oh i can come back’ ed us in under 3 seconds. We were out of the door instantly
Crispy garlic chicken is the best.
I think this place is good but the staff is very rude the middle aged man who served me didn't say hello or goodbye to me I didn't even get a smile my mood is ruined
Absolutely terrible customer service. Gave the wrong order to Uber eats who said they asked several times. Called explaining said they don’t care it’s Uber fault.
They say it’s the driver driver says it’s them. The two differing attitudes of apologize and then blame shaming is horrendous.
Utterly disrespectful of peoples time esp lunch breaks by saying so what
Before getting dinner we looked at the website for this restaurant to see when they closed and it said 9 PM. We arrived there at 8:30 which we understood was close but we were still hoping to get some food. They told us that we could not be seated and would have to order takeout which made a lot of sense since it was getting close to their closing. However I had two issues with my experience. For one, when taking my order I was given the screen to pay and then the tipping page. Had we dined in, I would have provided a tip happily but since we were not actually receiving a service I did not want to tip. The lady helping us was holding the screen and watching the amount I put in which made me uncomfortable and I felt forced to put a tip even though I really did not want to. On the other hand I still did not need to provide a tip if I did not want to, but having someone breath down your neck as you decide what you want to give is not a comfortable situation to be in. My other issue with this experience was as we were handed our food, we made a kind comment to lighten the mood by saying “oh wow the food came out so quick!” Trying to show our gratitude, and in response the man with our food responded with, “yeah because we want to go home” which was really unnecessary and rude. All in all, I think the food was delicious however I felt very unwelcome and I felt as though I was a burden to these people. As a server myself, I know that the people who served us did not represent the restaurant well.
Staff are friendly. Food way better than last time I ate there. It was not as oily.
Very good. Had Penang curry
the food is good but it’s a bit expensive if the staff isn’t taking care of you. I paid $40 for the wrong main and one appetizer (asked for ginger shrimp, received the Thai ginger special). Then they tried to make us wait and get the salad to go. Timing is everything: if you don’t figure out that part of my order is missing until you clear the table and bring out the credit card machine, then I don’t want the dish.
one of the most authentic thai places in downtown redmond. foods are with decent sizes and quite reasonable prices given the inflation rn. Love the pad thai and tom yums. Staffs are very friendly and helpful as well
The food and service here was incredible!

I’ve been to dozens of thai places in the area and this one is at the top of my list.
Like the food
But service is very poor with little customers in the store.
Specially the Gentleman server…
One of the worst Pad Kee Mao I’ve ever had in my life
Good food place needs good service as well to earn more customers, such a pathetic service that you will stop going back. I was quite regularly going here and recently I see drastic change in the way customer experience has been. The worst part includes poor response to questions about the food, zero happiness in faces to answer your very simple questions or requests, worst of all, u can’t add your tips in privacy, eyes are intentionally straight on the machine without a blink, like putting u in a situation to tip more. I will recommend take away from this especially through by pre order, definitely not dining or ordering take away in person.
I ordered way in advance. Got there and the food still wasn't ready. It was very hard to get anyone to help me. I just stood at the door forever. Then wandered around until someone rudely asked me what I need.
I would highly recommend giving this place a chance! We took my father out for his 71st birthday and were very satisfied with our experience here! Just be prepared to taste the heat 🥵 and spend a little bit more than you would if you went to the mall or a small local shop. I had the Salmon curry was very spicy dispite asking for no spice. My lips were tingling from the heat, however the food was so good I couldn't stop eating. Even though I was very full lol. The portions were huge too, enough for two or more people to eat from one bowl of curry. My husband had Crispy garlic chicken, his was so hot, his face turned red. He also asked for no spice but said it was too good to ask for something else. The rest of my family had Phad Thai and spring rolls, it looked like enough for at least two people as well! They both said it was very good and not too hot! I would give it 5 stars but because of a few minor things that I didn't like, I'm not. Although they are easy fixes and it may have just been because we came near the end of the day. So take it with a grain of salt 🧂
Delicious Thai food, very fast, great service, nice environment. One of my favorite places.
We ordered the takeout today and man were we sorely wrong to do that. This place has gone really bad now. Wow. Never again!
Can’t speak to the atmosphere, but service was a so so and food just horrible
The food was strictly average. The staff was friendly and took great care for us.
We went expecting great things and were looking forward to our time there. It was special occasion and we were left disappointed. The location is perfect but unfortunately the food is ordinary. We got the Pad Thai (apparently won some award , if you can believe it) so you don't have to.
Wow, pretty quiet for a Friday night. Great food, but they seemed in a rush to clear any plate they could and get us the check. A bit disappointing.
Very very unprofessional service. The waitress was eager to give check in the middle of the lunch.
Staff are not only unwelcoming but lack basic greetings and positive attitude.
Unfortunately I dined twice today, the waitress tricked me charging triple amounts of tip. She herself added her tip which was way more than the usual tip and I edited it but she changed it again quickly and I tapped the card without seeing it. Well, if it helps you get enough of it.
Goid fried rice
Horrible Service!! We visited as a big group and they mixed up the order. Couple of time my soup bowl was picked up by waiter without asking while i was not done. I ordered mango juice and got mango nectar that we get in Costco.
Food was just ok.
My toddler made a little bit of mess while eating rice. The waitress started cleaning the floor while we were eating. Should have some courtesy to wait until we were done before cleaning up the place.
On 2-12-2024 we had a meal at Thai Ginger in Factoria. The service was ok but the food was no able to be eaten. We ordered 2 Star and received at least a 4 star. We could not eat the food, it was simply too hot and they never checked back with us to comment. Finally, at the end of the meal time, the waiter never came back, he was "server D". When we went up to pay, we told him that we could not eat the food. They seem to act like they do not understand English but he did. My husband did leave a tip and he nearly beat him up over the amount. He nearly chased my husband down and started yelling him at the door and showed a lot of anger. We tried to explain to him that the service was marginal, that he never came bank and that we could not eat the food. We did not even take it home. The following day, I called to talk with the owner, wo we know. I was told she was out of town so I called Redmond Town Center. I talked with May, who said she was the manager. I told her what happened and asked to speak to the owner. She told me she was out of the county. I told May what happened and she told us to come to Redmond one night and ask for her and she would replace the meal that we could not eat. It was $74.36. We went last night and we had a good meal. When she brought the bill, I reminded her what she said and she apparently misrepresented that she is not the manager and went to talk with Ken, who said he was the manager. She lied about what she told us but then recalled her conversation with me and told Ken and he came back our table and said, "if you don't pay, I will call security". Ken states he called the owner and she said we had to pay. I have no idea if he called her or not but all of this has been a horrific experience and after 20 years of going to Thai Ginger, we will never go back. There is constant turn over and the food in Factoria is not consistently good. There is no reason for any restaurant to treat good customers like this and especially people who have gone for over 20 years, Even then the owner was in prison, we supported her restaurant. These people are crooks and highly dishonest. For any owner to allow her employees to treat nice people like this is unbelievable especially, when she herself spent a great deal of time in Sea-Tac prison for dishonest acts. The credibility starts with the owners down. We plan to dispute the charges with Visa. This restaurant has gone hill and all of them have gone out of business but two now. Also, the business has been very diminished in Factoria so others must be experiencing the bad good, constant turn over and increased prices. I would strongly avoid Vivian's two Thai Ginger restaurants especially when employees nearly beat you up and then threaten you.
Lovely Thai Restaurant. Food is consistently delicious. Nothing fancy just good food and nice environment for friends catching up. Not impressive if you are taking someone on a date
This is 1 of our favorite restaurant. However today, we ordered the halibut cheeks curry. Was disappointed because they used a regular cod fish, cut in rectangles. We asked the waitress and she said it was halibut cheeks. We’ve had halibut cheeks in the past and they’re not rectangular and they don’t taste like cod. The biggest disappointment is that we’re sold halibut cheeks that cost much more than a cod fish.
Decent and filling pad thai.
Food was bad and service even worse. Will not recommend this place at all. There are many better Thai restaurants nearby with much much better food and service.
Hispanic waitress is obviously racist if you liik like you have money she'll play nice but if your walking in as a delivery person or pick up she's very rude, has a bad attitude and just terrible energy. You can tell she's a bad person.
Always a delicious meal, been coming back for years!
They are too curt and in a rush.
Yellow thai curry was delicious
I hadn't been here in years, but I was in the area and stopped in for a late (8 pm) dinner. I had the panang curry with chicken. The meat was tender, and the curry was perfect. It came with rice. The service was good. Writing this review makes me want to go back again now. I think our next date night will be at Thai Ginger.
Worst service i've ever experienced at any restaurant in Redmond.
Middle aged asian guy server was extremely rude to us. Never coming back again
I really dont enjoy doing these kinda reviews but the fact that it’s a frequent thing with this restaurant, doesn’t leave me with any other choice. Today I tried talking nice with the servers but their communication skills are lacking, major. If you ask how long for your pick up order, expect to wait much longer than what they say. When trying to talk with them, it almost seems like they try so hard to get out of the conversation and will walk away as they’re talking… Almost like their time is too precious to provide me a 20-30 second interaction. Now, I asked how long 3-5 times, each time the older lady server would respond “it’s coming it’s coming” or “1-2 minutes”, hence why I asked so many times. Because it was not 1-2 minutes, instead about 7-10 minutes would go by. After watching I finally noticed that the order was never even started, and my pick up time was 6:48. I didn’t leave the restaurant until 7:25. Based of my own kitchen experience, seems to me they started the order once I came in. So it seems like they’re quite unorganized in the kitchen, considering most orders are coming out late, and they don’t provide adequate times. As I mentioned before, it’s a frequent occurrence when coming to Thai Ginger, or else I wouldn’t be so upset about the whole thing. I’d understand if it wasn’t happening so frequently, but restaurant settings are meant to be fast paced and organized, while the crew holds accountability while being hospitable and punctual. Without that, it creates havoc and I’m speaking from my own experiences of working in the service industry. It is not FOOD industry. It’s SERVICE.
Gladly, I’m just a delivery driver, but it does make me wonder if that’s the sole reason behind being dealt with that way. Definitely doesn’t make me want to come in for a dine in experience.
O’Char and Bai Tong have never disappointed, because even when they acknowledge their mistakes or their behavior, they work to make it right… That’s where the accountability & hospitality come into play. Guests don’t want to hear sorry, and see nothing be done about it… If they want 4-5 star ratings, they need to work like it.
Best Thai restaurant in Oliver Redmond! I love the spring rolls and pad Thai. Very nice atmosphere!
One of our favorite long time Thai places. The barbeque dishes set this place apart from the crowd.
Food todays was delicious but service was overwhelmed by two large parties. Slow on water, refills, and one dish was not delivered to our table until we asked. Not my past experiences.
Noisy with the large table to calm and nice atmosphere as they left.
Portion size is small and the food tasted okay for the price
Very tasty food and great service. My daughter likes this place a lot.
I'm not sure why this has a lower rating. I always get fast, friendly service and great food!
This was the worst Thai food I've ever had. Kids had spring rolls and fried rice, which they went for (I tried it, thought it was OK at best).
The Masaman curry was utterly bland with only a sprinkling of old-smelling veg, a few huge pieces of bland beef, in a borth that could have been served on an airplane. I could smell the old vegetables before I tasted the dish, and it was the dominant flavor in there.
The Pad Thai was awful. Sloppy, goopy, way too much fish sauce but lacking in the other flavors. Just a soggy mess. We had one bite each, then binned it.
The milk that was used for my drink tasted sour and funky like expired, the beef is extremely chewy like plastic and the chicken was extremely old as if heated and reheated for many times and everything else was sub par including the rude attitude of the staff. Don’t enjoy eating here at all anymore.
Best thai in the state! And I’ve been to a lot of thai restaurants.
Food is delicious.
Portions are big.
Server was very knowledgeable and friendly. He helped tailor few dishes to accommodate one vegetarian and another with shrimp allergy in our group of four.
My favorite thai place of all time
1) Paper napkins
2) Order takers
3) Wine delivered after dinner was dropped off
4) No one-minute check back
5) Runny peanut sauce
6) Charged for rice (not unusual, but always petty)
Familiar place, consistently good food. On the quieter side, so you can have a conversation. Can also be a relatively quick eat since they are pretty quick.
Excellent food
Busy night and the waiter was stressed and aloof but fine service overall
Super friendly staff when we ate outside. Friendly to our puppy and they even brought him water.
My parents and I went to this place yesterday. I can't stress enough how bad the food, vibe, and service were - everything you look for in a restaurant was disappointing. The yellow curry was so watery, and the fried rice with a 3 spice level was surprisingly sweet.
The waitress (named D) who didn't stop to ask us if we needed more water or wait until I finished my food to hand me the check, pre-selected a 25% tip and asked me to sign while she was literally leaning on my chair and peeping. I cleared the selection and chose a custom tip, but she immediately took the machine off my hand and selected 25% again, asking me to sign. She demanded a 25% tip despite the poor service and bad food we received. It's not appropriate to demand tips, even if everything was perfect, especially for serving a group of three. I've never seen this behavior in any restaurants before.
I've never experienced good service and decent behavior from Thai Ginger waiters enough times I've tried at different locations. And this is the final straw; I'm never ever coming back here.
I just saw a review from 2 months back stating the same issue of demanding tips. So it's definitely not a one-time thing. Management has to take a look at this issue and ensure their waiters are held accountable for their behavior.
Might be decent food. I wouldn't know, they wouldn't give me a menu.
It was meh. We order the Chicken Satay as an app and the chicken was rubbery and overcooked. For our entries we got an order of Panang Curry and Phad Woon Sen. Both tasted fine if not a little bland. My main gripe is we quickly ran out of water to drink and the waitress never stopped by to check on us.
Chair
Worst thai place to go, food was worst.
We ordered 6 different foods but none was good. Even service was so rude, they were like why are you even here. They even didn’t bother to say thank you while leaving that place.
The few times I have gone were amazing. The food is fantastic and the service is great. Highly recommend 11 out of 10. Couldn't be any better
One of the most authentic Thai food places on the eastside. They do not skip ingredients and spices. Love how you can request to make it spicy all the way from orange chicken to pepper spray. You know it’s a good Asian eat when it’s 3.XX on google. Lol
Service was great, food was absolutely mouth wateringly good with a calm relaxing atmosphere 👌
Good curry specials but the Pad Thai was really soggy.
I ordered online and went after 45 minutes to pick, and the owner was extremely rude and uncouth. She said she won't talk or tell me when my food would be ready.
We pay a high price for this food and expect the basic courtesy to tell when the order would be ready. Instead she is incorrigible, utterly rude, and made me wait for another 35 minutes and then hurled the bag at me when it was done. They need to be reported as this is harassment after paying a restaurant for food and to be treated like this.
We have been going to this place for 10+ years - the food is decent and location was good. Recently, the quality of food and service was going down a little but we were attributing it to low traffic during Covid. However, based on our experience today, they have lost me as a customer permanently. It is their service and rudeness that did it for us.
The two of us went with our young son today to the restaurant; neither of us were very hungry but we were there because we were celebrating something for our son. So, we ordered two dishes instead of three. The hostess was clearly taken aback and became rude. We let it go. Then we get food and they intentionally brought it in smaller lunch plates with lesser quantity than the typical dinner plates that everyone around us were getting; the food was clearly more spicy than what we had requested; we let it all go since we were celebrating.
And then came the best part - the hostess tacked on 25% gratuity before billing us! I have never seen this happen at any restaurant for 3 people before and certainly not here! This was the final straw; we are generous tippers (18-20), but I refuse to be forced like this. Thank you Thai Ginger; you lost a long time customer for ever.
We enjoyed sitting outside and having a Mother's Day lunch. They were pet friendly and even brought water over for our Daughter's Dog. We ordered two salad items and Phad Thai. All 3 items were of excellent quality. The standouts were the ginger salad dressing which was so flavorful and also the Phad Thai which was a healthy portion and tasted great. The service was very friendly and fast. They checked on us throughout our meal which was impressive because we were the only party eating outside (because we had our Dog). We will come back again sometime.
I really like it - we keep coming back, mostly to go but occasionally sit in. I personally find it tastier than other Thai in the Redmond area. Highly recommend the Tom Kha Gai. Excellent choices for people who need a dairy free diet.
Solid lunch special, I got some yellow curry tofu, with phad thai and some veg. For $18 it seems pricey but par for the course in this part of Redmond.
I would recommend this restaurant but I don't feel like there was anything that makes this place stand out. I am sure to return and look forward to trying other items on the menu.
I love the staff there, they're lovely. The crispy garlic tofu is amazing and I can't recommend it enough. Just wish it came with some veggies, like some green beans or something.
Edit: the black bean pudding is salty despite being a dessert, and a pain to eat. The crispy garlic tofu has changed in quality and is noticeably different.
Delicious food and friendly staff, have been going here for years and will continue to do so ☺️
Stunning interiors, great food!
The food is very good!
I was disappointed when I got my bill and they automatically charged me for 18% gratuity. I came with a group of 7 and the waitress told me they do this for parties over 5. I do not feel they deserve this because they were not very attentive to our table. They only checked on us if we called them over. My husband and I also waited about 10-15 minutes longer to receive our orders and everyone at out table already had their food. We had to call them over to get refills on water. If they did a good job attending to us, I wouldn't mind paying the 18% gratuity, but I feel they did not deserve it. The food was very good though.
All my meat was under my noodles
Poor service. I placed an order for delivery at 4:45 and it was taking a long time so I called to get an update. I had to call four different times before someone answered the phone. I asked for an update and the woman said the order just came in. I was surprised by that because I placed the order an hour earlier. I was going to ask her to clarify that but she hung up on me. I understand they might have been busy but that doesn't make it okay to just rush a paying customer off the phone. A half hour later and the food still hadn't arrived so I had to call back multiple times because it kept going to voice mail. When the food finally arrived, it was missing one of the items we ordered. I tried calling again and only get the voice mail. This is horrible!
There was a single waiter for the whole restaurant. They could not get our order straight. A large group on the next table had several of their orders incorrect. We ordered our food spicy (3 out of 5) and got barely 0.1 out of 5.
Uncooked food, rude behavior upon feedback. Horrible experience; never coming back.
Food quality is getting worse post COVID. Did they change owner or the chef? Not sure. We had pad Thais today and it was the worst Thai food we had in a long while. Very bland and tasteless beef especially poor.
Decent place for Thai food in Redmond priced for the quality, service is always great and I absolutely must commend them for clearly labeled vegan and vegetarian options, clear allergy warnings and decent wait times. I just wish the food was a little higher quality for the price.
My top stop at redmond town center.
Not good! We ordered takeout for few of the most famous thai entrees, they were not good at all. I expect any thai restaurant to make atleast good if not exceptional Drunken noodles, panang curry, and basil fried rice. I am also not sure of their vegan options as well. With a diverse and trch community in Redmond, I expect restaurants to not clearly state vegan options or customizations.
I brought my customer there a few months ago and I was embarrassed by the level of service we received. Not a good experience.
Always great Thai food that tastes great.
Ordered take out , and it is close to their business closing hours, the manager/owner still took my orders. It turn out to be the best Tom Yum soup I ever had! And they were also very kind and give me a complimentary Thai milk tea. Great experience!
Great little place, excellent food quality, reasonably priced
The food here is great. Very cool atmosphere and has the best pad Thai in the area.
I really want to like this place. Unfortunately I might have been a victim of the holidays.
Everything was ok. Tables were mostly clean, quick wipe clean. Service was ok. Food was ok to meh in terms of taste and cost.
You can do worse but avoid if you are on a budget. Also, avoid if you want a quiet meal.
Over priced. No taste for a Thai restaurant. I had much much better. I don't live here. But I travel and I love Thai food but this place isn't good. Plus when I asked for more fresh cut Thai pepper I was told they don't have more. And a few minutes later she brings another jar out. The younger waitress was not happy working there low vibes.
Unfortunately this place has gone down hill over the years.
Let's start with the atmosphere, the restaurant was about 3/4 full on a Friday evening (8:30 seating). It was so loud that at every table people were leaning way over to be heard.
The table and area was clean.
Ordering was quick, waters were provided once throughout the entire meal.
The appetizers came out with the main meal, though not the appetizers we ordered. We tried to explain they were the wrong ones but gave up and just kept them.
The food was bland and lukewarm, what I would describe as reheated supermarket deli food.
The portions have shunk by roughly 40% since the last time we were here, which aligns with the economic downturn however the prices have also gone up.
The drinks we ordered never came, though they were left on our bill and explaining that we never received them was a pain.
After all of that, I was presented with a payment screen with only 18, 20, and 22 percent tip options with a tiny option (dare I say hidden) to enter a different amount.
Safe to say we won't be back.
Service and atmosphere both were solid, food wasn't great. Ordered the spring rolls they were made quite some time ago. Rating of 3.6 seems accurate for the food.
Great place for Thai Cuisine located in Redmond Town Center, the decor is good, the seating is spacious, the customer service is good.
Not everything will impress but here is the list:
1. PHAD KEE MAO if you do not like the legendary PHAD THAI
2. CRAB FRIED RICE or any Signature Curry
3. MANGO STICKY RICE or classic TOM YUM
Be careful with the deep fried dishes, they might not come as you expected.
Fast and friendly service, lovely ambiance, menu accommodates dietary restrictions well.
Went here after another Thai place down the street failed me.
Nice place in the mall, pretty quiet at lunch time. Staff was immediately helpful and friendly. Food was fast and great, got yellow curry and ice coffee.
Friendly and attentive hostess/waitress. Delicious lunch! Good variety and amount at a reasonable price. Pleasant atmosphere.
Service is absymal. The food quality has gone down and I won't be coming back here.
My order was already cold when they served it. They took it back and reheated it. Now my crispy chicken is now soggy chicken.
I advised people to look for something else.
Food was absolutely amazing! We are in town visiting from Chicago and are Thai food regulars. This place did not disappoint! We ordered the pad thai, fried rice and Tom kha soup. The spice levels were perfectly balanced. The pad Thai is worthy of the accolades it has received.
Service was very friendly and the food came out super fast!
If we’re back in the area, this will definitely be a go to stop for us.
They were able to accommodate our large part and diverse dietary needs. The vegan option was truly made vegan. The food was very tasty. Everyone had a great time.
The food r ok service r good
Ordered takeout over the phone. All orders were correct and ready really quickly. The lady who we picked up the food from was so nice. Yummy food, great service!
Really disappointing. Had the pad Thai. The noodles were so soft and all squished together, very little chicken, egg, carrots or sprouts. Really salty (and I’m a salt lover) Honestly it felt like I was eating someone’s leftovers.
Many years ago we had enjoyed this restaurant, so we stopped by last week when nearby.
It was lunchtime. Only a few tables were seated. It didn't look busy, but the hostess who also took our order speed-talked thru our order and walked off before we could finish saying the rest of our order. We ordered sticky rice, Thai iced tea, orange chicken with brown rice, swimming rama with chicken, and Tom Kha Gai soup with tofu. The sticky rice was unenjoyable as it was over-hard, chewy, reheated, and had a long white-blonde hair strung through the glob of rice. Thai iced tea was over-sweet and over-full with ice. It definitely needed more tea or less sweet milk to balance. Orange chicken was just OK. The kids thought it was too similar to Panda Express and didn't think it tasted fresh. Swimming Rama was a plate loaded with spinach, but not even 2 ounces of chicken. We had to lift the spinach to find bits of chicken as none was visible. It was an obvious cut-back of poultry portion. The soup was good, but tofu was very sparse. We felt cheated out of a good, fresh meal. That was our last visit.
