One of the worst Thai places I’ve ever eaten at. Too salty, oily broth in the garlic special, the beef smelt old and like it had been sitting out all day. The potstickers were full of mushy contents and was able to even tell what it was that i was eating.
The inside of the restaurant smelt like a dirty bathroom too. I do not recommend this place at all
Ordered pad se ew and they sent drunken noodles instead. The sauce for the pot stickers was totally wrong. I siento 65 dollars for a very disappointing meal I didn't even want to eat. I will not order from them again!
My favorite Thai place in Port Orchard. The service has always been stellar here. I usually order takeout, but dine in on occasion. I’ve had a little bit of everything from the menu and the kitchen always hits it out of the park. Most recently, the Massaman Curry made my table very happy.
In short, the taste is mediocre, the service is poor, and the portions are embarrassing.
Here is a photo of my $20 duck curry. An hour south I can get twice the amount for the exact same price.
I also waited a significant amount of time for my pickup.
I will choose another restaurant from now on
If I could do 0 stars I would!!! Made a large to go order. First said it would be 20 25 minutes I came back in 30 and still had to wait another 15 minutes The teriyaki chicken was more like boiled chicken with a water sauce poured on it that didn't even resemble a teriyaki flavor couldn't eat it. The beef wasn't any better. Got a Mongolian beef that was mostly carrots and some regular onions and bell peppers with boiled beef and a sweet water sauce. Only thing that we ended up eating was the rice. So spent 50 bucks on dog food!!! On the plus side my dog enjoyed it.
Like the last time I reviewed Thai Orchard, the food is definitely very good for the price, but their portion size and price took a nasty hit thanks to the recent choices our annoying US govt made the last year.
Anyway, I'm not 100% sure my lunch was worth the money, but it was definitely tasty.
At least it came with egg drop soup.
The front desk girl was so cute, sweet & hardworking. And food was A+
Got food the other night & it was the best thing I’ve had in a long time.

Great food and good serive

Food was good.
Location was sketchy
This place smells like farts and the food is terrible.
Small, family run, hard working people making really good food at good prices, very fair.
No wait to sit, and the food came out plenty quick.
Was really let down that our order didn't have rice as a side for any order. My family each got an entre of a meat and no rice to go with it. I should have looked closer to see that they did not offer rice. Well I did, and they don't display that anywhere on the menu. I was further surprised that they could justify the cost of the order considering portion size/weight.

The food was so delicious!!!
The decorations definitely felt like we were in Thailand. The sweet and sour chicken was soooo good. I would definitely recommend this place. 👌
Horrible chicken satay we ended up throwing it out.
This place really isn't good in any way. I almost packed up the whole order amd brought it back tonight. The curry was basically just spicy water with too many green beans to fit in the container. The chicken satay was like cardboard. And the pud see ew was ok but far too much tuffage and almost no noodles.
It's been over a year since we last came here and nothing has changed. We won't be back.
$75 for a wasted trip.
Lovely gem of a Thai restaurant in Port Orchard. Tucked into the back of the shady side of an office park, it's a cool spot to get away for a tasty lunch or romantic date. The food is lighter than most American Thai restaurants which I find refreshing. I highly recommend this as one the best restaurants in the region!
Delicious food every time! Huge favorite for my family! Wonderful staff, very attentive and generous portions. We love eating here!
They're service is amazing. And this food is amazing.
I've been coming here for about five years now, I generally only order the drunken noodle and sometimes the beef salad, both of which have always been amazing but on one night when they were slammed and it wasn't. I came by a few days later when I was in the area, was thinking that maybe they'd make me another dish but instead they remade the whole order, spring rolls and all, like $60 in food and were insistent on doing it.
The only thing I can't stress enough is that they need to keep up their food portion size. Read your reviews, guys...seems like you may be driving away customers.
Otherwise, I really like this restaurant and the people who own it...very pleasant, sweet even, fall all over themselves to make sure you're satisfied.
Fabulous!! really tasty food! Authentic Thai. The spices they use are so wonderful, just love this place!
My curry chicken was DELICIOUS!! Seasoned perfectly and so juicy. Was able to have some for lunch and dinner!! The rice was perfectly cooked and was delicious with some peanut sauce! This will be my new place for my Thai cravings!!
Ordered from Doordash and for 35.00 the portions were tiny. Chicken Satay was dry and inedible.
Rice was dirty and looked reused, had old pieces of food in it. Pad Thai was bland, and just had a few chilli flakes sprinkled on top for spice. Portions were small for the price. Tom Yum had lots of inedible huge chunks of ginger and lemongrass.
This was our first time ordering and I was not impressed. I had the yellow curry and there isn’t any flavor. It tastes like my Irish grandma tried her hand at cooking Thai. I was also expecting a larger portion size for the price. This is a half order anywhere else. We’ll keep looking
In short, the taste is mediocre, the service is poor, and the portions are embarrassing.

Always delicious! Fantastic curry 🤩
We did not enjoy the Pad Thai or anything we got. The food was very oily and flavorless.
ดีครับอร่อย มาก ราคาถูกให้เยอะ
Food was super tasty but the portion sizes were a little small so still hungry after an entree and appetizer
We have ordered from here many many times and enjoyed the food. However, I ordered Pad Thai and had it delivered yesterday for lunch and there were 2 ROCKS mixed in with the chopped peanuts. I bit into one and then went hunting for more and found the second one. Definitely won't order again. Super bummed. We love Thai food but I love my teeth more.
Good food!
My family and I love this place. And the lady is really polite and she's always asking if the food is ok or good. Overall great experience every time I go
Have been going here for years , food is always delicious especially the curry ( massaman curry is a must for peanut sauce lovers !) The staff are very nice as well and the food doesn't take too long to arrive. Overall a great little restaurant
Terrible service. Would never order from again.
Almost noon and still closed
Very quiet atmosphere. The yellow Curry was great. Next time I will take up to 4 on the spicy scale.
I'll never cheat on Simon again.
Ordered Panang curry through Uber eats and got water sweet coconut water for $22 - unbelievable!
I can only start by saing; WOW!
My mother and I went there yesterday for dinner for the first time. Regardless to say, we will DEFINITELY be patronizing them again in the future.
To start, we ordered the crab rangoon. I loved that the pastry (if that’s the right word) the rangoon came in was thin and fried from a darkish brown, getting progressively more golden brown up to the top. The thin pastry, not a thicker, more space and calorie high one like most restaurants use made them so much more enjoyable to eat and get a proper ratio of rangoon to pastry in the bites. The clear orange, spicy, sweet and sour sauce could be spooned into the center of the pastry making one large, but hot, bite! So GOOD!
My mother ordered the ginger duck, #3 on the spicy heat, entree. The meat had just the right mix of saltiness and ginger flavoring (I tried some). Paired with the crispyness of the outer skin/meat it was divine. Overall the portions of meat, noodles, and accompanying vegetables was more than enough for one meal. Took the rest of that goodness home, baby!
I ordered the duck in red curry #4 heat. I could not say I liked her meat/meal more than mine as they were both so delicious! The higher hear of the curry, along with the the overwell cooked outer skin/meat (which I love) was amazing. The curry, again, so good! Large pineapple chunks and the other sundry veggies were perfect for the curry. Portion wise, I ordered extra meat @ $10, but I also took home roughly half of the meal, and had enough duck/curry sauce to add to my own brown rice for 2 more full meals. $10 may sound pricey, however, the amount I received and how flavorful it was, and the whole entree in general…it was more than worth it to me.
Lastly we had the black sticky rice with small, cubed Taro. The flavor reminded me very much of classical “American” rice pudding desert, minus the raisins. If you are a fan of American rice pudding, I believe you will like this very much too.
In summation…so many rich and bold flavors, the overall preperation of the food, and the cost of our meal was definitely money well spent!
As a closing comment to the staff/owner of Thai Orchard; If you could possibly reach out to me on Facebook Messenger with the recipe for your curry, I promise to keep it to only my mother and I. We would also come to your restaurant at least once a month to enjoy your delicious food. I have liver failure and am trying to come up with a red curry, instead of buying a microwave chicken and rice in red curry sauce meal, so that I can add it to my own chicken and rice. Those meals are expensive, high in salt, and people like myself with liver failure have to eat a low salt diet every day (yesterday was a “cheat day for me and my diet). I would eternally be greatful to you, and can prove my liver failure the next time we come to eat there.
My blessings to all of you at Thai Orchard!
The shrimp Pad Thai was absolutely delicious
One waiter. Most tables were full of customers. Took forever to take our orders and even longer to get our food
Food here is always good and the service is wonderful. Very nice folks!
Great Thai food and dessert
Been getting take out here for about 9 years and occasionally eating in. This is my favorite Thai restaurant, food is excellent and the staff is always so friendly
Mixed feelings as the food was very good, however.. the portions are quite small and they don’t I guess even include any white rice with the entrees? I thought ordered a decent amount of food for just one person but still had to make rice when I got home (and was still hungry after eating what I got)… I spent a decent amount for really what I got and I realize everyone is feeling effects of covid but this isn’t okay..
First time here food was great will definitely be back
Such amazing food! My complaint is 3 of 5 times I try to go eat there, they're closed :(
Great service and amazing food! I love the larb salad and tom yum seafood. My family and I eat there everytime we are in the area
Can’t go wrong when you drown your phad thai in yellow curry
Great place to eat, good service and they went above and beyond to help us! The food was delicious! I highly recommend!
Best Thai food in town. Competent friendly staff, wonderful food, decent prices - hidden gem on side of strip mall. Definitely worth checking out,!
Love their fried rice! Best in town! Such a great lunch spot.
Let it be known they don’t always open at their open time. Sometimes they open 30 minutes later. Great service!
Most flavorful place I've eaten this side of the Puget Sound. Staff is friendly too. I've had their curry and pad thai. Both pretty solid 👍 Not very busy either, seems like most people order for pick up.
Food was decent, but still no sit down service been 2 months and same excuse the staff is on vacation in Thailand. Thai food is meant to be served fresh so it taste different when you take it home everything is steamed from being in the boxes so it loses flavor.
Always fantastic!
Very good food, slow service. Maybe it was just Monday but they seemed severely understaffed. Quite a few pickup orders while I was there.
Service is terrible. I waited inside the restraunt for over an hour for a take out order that was called ahead an hour prior to even leaving my house to pick it up.
About 20 mins waiting I was able to grab an a workers attention and they were so rude and said I'll help you in a minute, I was very polite the entire time and waited patiently. I responded with " okay thank you" . 35 minutes later, she came out with a take out order, but it went to the customer that called in an order when I first arrived and I heard the phone call and the name on the order & she came in 35 minutes after me to pick it up and left within 10 minutes of waiting and after she gave that customer her order, The worker asked me " oh what's the name on the order again?"
I told them and they walked away and finally 10 minutes go by they came out to tell me it's gonna be about 5 mins. Nope I waited another 20 mins finally got my order.
They obviously forgot about my order.
They had like 3 customers inside eating so it wasn't busy.
I think it's owner ran so they obviously don't have employees to help but that's ridiculous amount of time waiting. Especially cuz I spent money to buy there food.
What really bothered me was the complete lack of concern that they had known I had been waiting a very long time & nobody cared to come help me & how rude they were was surprising!
I was very nice the entire time. Finally when she handed me the order, I said thank you very much & she says yupp here you go.
Really rude especially for a customer that was so nice and understanding the entire time! My order was hot BUT was thrown together poorly.
There was a very strong gross stench of smell when I entered the restaurant, I'm not sure why but that really is not a good thing when your getting food from there.
Takes too long 1 hour, didnt wait
I had the coconut shrimp soup spicy of 5 and the beef salad spicy of 5 and I was very happy with my order so were my family!!!
Authentic and delicious!
Delicious! Must try the Pad Thai and Pad Kee Mao here. It's been a while since I've been satisfied with Pad Thai and this place really does it well. They also serve taro in coconut milk for dessert which I go back for every time. It reminds me of ginitaang (filipino dessert). I can eat their pad khee mao every day. Their food is so flavorful, I can't wait to try more.
Nice servers, took a while, but I'm betting they had a lot of phone orders! Yes to the yellow curry - (sweet and plenty of potatoes) 3 thumbs up to the peanut sauce. Skip the pot stickers, and the Crispy wings, - get the Satay and the Tom Kah!
Will say the serving is somewhat small but my order was made quickly and the people there were super kind. I ordered ahead of the phone and picked it up no problem.
Food was amazing 😋 delivery was fast and all the food was packaged properly and was hot when it got here. I'll definitely be going back 😋
The food here is loved by many!
absolutely top tier food, it doesn't get better for Thai around this area, theenu is expensive and the food is spicy and full of flavor. service can get slow but it's well worth it
This was some the best Thai Food I have had in my travels. The spices and flavors were fresh and tasty. Ordered food on 2 occasions. 2 platters each time. Each order was consistently good. The staff was friendly. I would visit again on the next trip to the area
I ordered four sweet and sour chickens for my four kids. They hated it. The sauce came on the chicken and was soggy by the time I got home. There was only about six or seven pieces of chicken and the rest was carrots, tomatoes green pepper pineapples and way too much sauce. The chicken wasn't even that good. I tried the vegetables and the carrots didn't even taste like carrots.
I ordered the flaming garlic chicken for myself. It was sweet and did not taste like garlic. I threw it away!
I also ordered the orange chicken for my husband and fried rice. We spent over $90 and threw it all away
Friendly staff and delicious meal
Like the last time I reviewed Thai Orchard, the food is definitely very good for the price, but their portion size and price took a nasty hit thanks to the recent choices our annoying US govt made the last year.
Anyway, I'm not 100% sure my lunch was worth the money, but it was definitely tasty.
At least it came with egg drop soup.
The food was deliciously excellent! The service was amazing also Nary she’s very nice and thoughtful. This place are family owned and operated restaurant gives you the wonderful flavors and savory taste of authentic Thai food.
Great family owned restaurant! Restaurant was clean, the employees were OVERWHELMINGLY kind and the food was delicious!! One of my new favorite places in Port Orchard.
Wonderful restaurant! Friendly service, delicious food and good prices. Best in town!
Outstanding food
I ordered the Pad Kee Mao and it was inedible. It was the worst plate of food I’ve had in a LONG time. Unlike any Kee Mao I’ve ever had. Noodles must not be fresh looked and tasted like regular noodles…all clumped together in a gooey mess. No sauce detected and absolutely NO flavor. Pot stickers were overly greasy and the dipping sauce was sickeningly sweet…YUCK!
The whole order went into garbage. DoorDash was great and refunded the order, even though it certainly wasn’t their fault.
This place is just asking to go out of business, hands down some of the worst Thai food I've ever had.
They don't automatically serve rice with their dishes and they don't let you know this when you place your orders either. Sweet and Sour chicken. No rice.
They also are giving minuscule amounts of food with dinner orders.
Our sweet and sour rice was so bad, my toddler wouldn't eat it - it's his favorite dish.
My padwoon sen also was not very good at all.
Won't be coming here again.
Ordered Red Curry with extra chicken and rice and Orange chicken and rice. They forgot one of the rices so I had to go back and get it, which is whatever. But the red curry with extra chicken didn't even fill up half the container it came in. And my wife's orange chicken, which is more like a chicken and broccoli, only filled up 2/3 of the container and it was almost all vegetables. When I questioned them about the amount of food in the containers it seems they've decided to use scarce amounts of chicken due to slightly higher chicken prices. If you want a normal amount of chicken in your food, you'll have to order 1-2 extra sides of it.
I don't often leave bad reviews but second time trying food here and it's never very fresh or flavorful
Always our favorite place to eat!!
Really like the people and their food is great! But they don’t seem to put spice in your food when you ask them multiple times if there is 3 star on my fried rice. Get to my car and come to find out there no spice at all. This has happened to me 3 times now. Other than that their food is good and they are nice just a little annoyed that they don’t put spice in my food when I asked for it.
Absolutely amazing!!
Love the lunch specials, wish they would open up for in door eating.
Flavor of sauces are good, but veggies are consistently overcooked. This vegetarian lives for fresh Thai food veggies, so disappointing.
I have ordered 3 times from here. All three times for pick up or delivery and consistently my orders have been 30-45 minutes late. I am convinced they do not start your to go order until you arrive for pickup. I will not order again.
The were the only place in the area that I could find Duck Curry and they did not disappoint!
Always great food
We order here to support local family restaurants.
Ordered tofu pad thai for delivery, and it was really disappointing. Minimal tofu and almost no vegetables at all - maybe five tiny julienned carrot pieces and a pinch of shredded cabbage. Not a single bean sprout. The sauce was so tomato-y that it almost seemed like I was eating spaghetti with marinara that happened to have a few tofu chunks in it. Essentially, I just paid $25 to have a guy bring me noodles with ketchup on it, like toddlers eat. I know it's a tough time for local restaurants, so I hate to leave a bad review, but I definitely won't order from Thai Orchard again.
Really yummy! Just need a little more meat on the pad thai, but the flavor is amazing!
I give a three star because that's the spice level I never get. They have delicious food, but the spice levels are always off. It's normally hotter. Ask for the spice on the side. Great place to dine in too.
Dynamite!
Lived in Port Orchard for 14 years, and just discovered this place a week ago. They left us craving it so much we had to go back. As a family we have tried 6 entrées and the mixed appetizer plate and everything was amazing! Apps are crispy and not oily. We like some spice and the medium isn't enough, the hot is perfect. Can't wait to try some more menu items.
We ordered the Green Curry and Chicken Pad Thai, both were very tasty and classic. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Consistently delicious with great service!
The food here is good. The service is good. We eat here alot and really are never disappointed.
Great food and sweet staff! Could use some updating/deep cleaning.
Amazingly good food in a small town. Family owned and lovely people.
Hand down the best Thai food in the area, the waiters are attentive and restaurant is very friendly. The pad Thai curry chef special is a must try!
Slowest place ever
Had delivery tonight and it was delicious. We got pad thai dishes. Tofu was great, nice and firm and flavorful. Veggies are fresh. Spice level is just right.
Great service and good decor. The noodles are flavorfull and yummy, but are pretty dry. I like my noodles saucier. They also seemed a bit expensive. No wifi.
Ordered food for myself and my family. Was not happy. I order crab fried rice, six piece chicken, regular fried rice and gyoza. The crab fried rice actually made me sick and there was no flavor to the food. Worst way to spend $60. Wouldn’t spend a penny here after the food I was given.
I've ordered out and dined in. Both times the food was consistent and good. The dinning experience is nice and staff are very attentive. Prices are reasonable for the selection and location. I'm a 5 star pad Thai guy and it's the right amount of spicy.
One of my favorite restaurants! Friendly staff and amazing food. They have the best peanut sauce ever!
We absolutely love Thai Orchard .. the food and the family who owns and operates it. Just wonderful people and it's fantastic food!
Green curry is ok. Red curry is better. They are very slow. Minimum wait seems to be about 13 minutes for curries (which they generally have already prepared). Otherwise expect about 30 minutes. Better value for the money than thai Charlie's.
Best crab rangoon ever!
I eat here regularly. Only experience dine in. Lunch menu is very reasonably priced. Food is very flavorful. I like to order 5 star and they will bring out their own custom hot spices for you to add al a carte. Somewhat inconsistent if certain family members are off in Thailand. Overall, we keep coming back.
There was live bugs in my potsticker sauce. Two larvae was squirming around in it. DISGUSTING. I will not eat there again.
WILDLY inconsistent food. I had a particular hankering for Thai twice this week, so each time I ordered the tofu pad see ew and fresh rolls. First time the fresh rolls were overstuffed with lettuce and watery, but still good. Pad see ew was spice level 2/5 and hotter than expected, but flavorful and delicious.
Second time the fresh rolls were... spring rolls, which was annoying, but fine, I like both. Spring rolls tasted OK, just not what I ordered. But the pad see ew--again, ordered spice level 2/5--was completely bland. Not even a kick. The noodles had zero flavor, there was very little sauce in the food.
To be THAT inconsistent in the same week is super disappointing. No thanks. Thai Charlie's at least delivers about the same food every time.
Excellent Thai food.
This is a really friendly place, a little slower but good food takes time
Family restaurant that doesn't disappoint in quality food.
I hate Thai food 😫. But my wife likes it. And they do to go orders. So honestly I just wait in the car. Not my fault you took the time to read this completely useless review 😡
Literally used to be my favorite place to get pad thai it used to be the best around but the last 3 times i got it there they literally gave me what tasted like ketchup noodles, didnt taste of peanut sauce at all, and when we asked for the thai chili paste to make it a little more spicy they acted like then didnt kno what we were talking about even tho they have givin me a dish of it before
Ordered food today and was delivered by doordash
The order was not right so I drove there to tell them. They started speaking Thai or something then took the food I said was wrong order back to the kitchen, as I ordered cashew nuts, when it was brought back it had food From the kitchen it had the nuts and said it has nuts. One of the boy was almost mixing the food with his fingers trying to scoop out the noodles. These people are disgusting. I wonder what goes on in the kitchen
Only thing that we ended up eating was the rice. So spent 50 bucks on dog food!!! On the plus side my dog enjoyed it.
Pretty good thai/Asian place, if a bit run down. I'd go back when in the area, but not drive an hour, if you know what I mean. Food served very hot temp wise, which was nice, appropriately spiced (3* for me 0* for her), and good portions. Good service, friendly but not too familiar. It was all good, but just missing something (je ne sais quoi) memorable to push the place to 5 star. Sign at street is not visible coming from west, so go slow!
Food was excellent, service was nice and fast. Very reasonably priced. The building itself needs a little sprucing, but food was great.
We had dinner there for the first time last night. We both ordered the Red Sea, and it was excellent! We'll be going back.
The people are absolutely wonderful
The Food is SO GOOD! The Thai Tea is extremely tasty and delicious!!
Just tried this place for the first time tonight and my family and I LOVED IT!! We will be back again for sure! The food was excellent, service was good and the decor was so pretty 💛💚
Hidden little secret of Port Orchard
Stopped by the hidden little place off of mile hill. Service was excellent and the food was fantastic. We will definitely be back
I absolutely love this place! I will gladly drive out of my way just to get this Thai food. It is always a hit, never a miss. Every time someone asks me where a good Thai restaurant is, I always suggest Thai Orchard to them. Or of course bring them with me! It is family owned and very homey feeling in there. I've never had an issue with my order either. I suggest the pad thai with thai iced tea....oh and don't forget the crab rangoon! They are the best I've ever had!!
Love this place a real hidden gem. Great Tai food
This is the best Thai I have ever had- this is family run and operated and the service is excellent as well. Great job!
Ordered takeout pad tai and was extremely disappointed with the portion size as well as quality of the food.
Great flavor just wish the portions were bigger.❤
Used to like going there, the last time the order got mixed up. I ordered teriyaki chicken, and it was more like boiled chicken. We paid and left, and have not been there since
What is going on with the awful sewage odor coming from the back hallway where the restroom is? It's really terrible and off-putting. The restaurant is located within an office complex with some other businesses, so I don't know if the problem is due to the building owner's neglect or related specifically to the restaurant which is located on the bottom floor. But sad to say, it definitely affects my perception of the cleanliness of this business. After reading some of the other reviews, the problem has apparently been going on for a very long time (over a year?). Yuck. The odor definitely lingers as you make your way from the bathroom through the restaurant, and is just plain nasty.
We had already ordered our meal before I discovered the sewage smell issue. So...we decided to give the place the benefit of the doubt before judging. The server/owner/manager was nice, but extremely slow to tend to us. The food came (one plate at a time from the back, also very slowly) and tasted fine. I got pad see ew with prawns and my husband got a seafood curry. We got a fried tofu appetizer which was meh. Unfortunately, my husband got sick from his meal and felt bad for 2 days following eating there (I was fine).
I wanted to like this place, especially after the server lady was so nice to us. But there were issues that can't be overlooked.
Unfortunately, after the experience with the gross sewage smell and my husband getting sick from his meal, we will not be going back any time soon.
