I came here today and ordered a beef and shrimp teriyaki dish. The noodles were so watery and mushy that I couldn’t even eat the dish. The meat texture was gummy and inedible. It’s very disappointing to spend almost $17 on a meal just for it to go straight into the trash.🤮 I wouldn’t even feed this to a stray dog, that’s how bad it was. I was also told a refund wasn’t possible, and that I should take a picture of the food and show it to them the next time that I was in there, but I can assure you there won’t be a next time!!

I went with something simple, beef stir fry. And also an order of spring rolls. Wow. What a choice, the stir fry was so delicious and full of flavor. The lemon added to and the cucumber and the beef and broccoli all added to a plate full of flavor to indulge the senses. Oh and the smell of the plate fooling you into eating it all, like as if you had never eaten before.

The spring rolls also were very good. Had a good crunch to them and once you got to the inside even better flavor than expected plus if you add the sweet sauce and a touch of chili paste made it even better.

The workers were very nice and helpful, but the food was just eh. You could tell that the shrimp tempura was just frozen and put in the air fryer. Kind of bland and dry. I think they need to completely redo their menu, making fewer dishes that they can make better. I definitely won't go here again, but it was good. The boba smoothie is really good though.

I was in the area and really wanted some pad thai. I had low expectations, but the food was great. I asked for a 3/5 spice level but I couldn't really taste the spiciness. Other than that, it was great. Thank you!

One of two of my favorite places for Pho. Very delicious, only complaint is I wish they just give you more bean Sprout when sharing with a second person. I mean, you are paying for two plates, and they give you one plate of bean Sprout to share if two of you are eating. But this seems to be common in most places that serve pho.

Sometimes there is no sauce (I have to verify over the phone everytime), they don’t add mushrooms when I ask, and today, there was only cabbage in my order when there are normally carrots and broccoli. Oh, and there was a pice of meat! I consume meat but for any other vegetarians, look out! I’m trying to teach myself how to make this.

Every time I come to Noodle zone, I'd order the pad thai medium spice (3 ⭐️) and it's an amazing mix of savory sweet and spicy. Their chicken teriyaki is also delicious as well! The portion sizes here are huge! So bring your appetite cause you will be leaving full. Oh, and the Boba teas, blended or ice, are also a delicious treat! so do make sure to check those out as well! I love this place, and look foward to continue supporting this fantastic business.

absolutely loved it

the place just looks dirty inside but the boba drinks are good, theres always new young girls working there and last time i went the girl added tapioca to my drink when i didnt ask for it. I then told her that and looked at me like if i was in the wrong, the owner is so nice i feel like she should be in charge of taking orders and helping customers because all these young girls that they hire look like they hate working there.

Food was all prepared in advance and flavorless. I'm a contractor and used my lunch break to have noodles then ended up on the toilet in my client's house. Save yourself and go to DQ and get chicken wings.

Teriyaki chicken is so dry no flavor they really need to work on adding more sauce. I agree the price is too high for the type of quality of food.

Horrible service , we were just standing there and nobody told us anything and kept waiting , took a seat and same nobody went to take orders at all , place was empty , after 10 minutes we just left the place .

There was hair in my food and the soup taste like watery medicine. Their noodles are small while the brisket is huge.

I've eaten at almost every Thai place in the Tri-Cities. Noodle Zone is the absolute best, and it's not really even close.

Cheap cheap food at expensive expensive prices. Not recommended.

We got chicken teriyaki and the noodles were so bad and had no flavor, the chicken had no flavor, looked pale with no color. Owner told me she would not except refund next time due to me not getting mushrooms and onions with the dish being the reason it had no flavor. Chicken teriyaki shouldn’t need mushrooms and some onions to give the plate flavor. 10/10 don’t recommend this place better off eating a microwave meal than this.

Had combo pho. If you like that dirty, enrich beef flavor, this is not it. It's a pho, but not worth $17. Sriracha is a mexican sriracha. It feels like a mix of gochujang and mexican spicy sauce. Does not go well with pho.

The place is okay. We ordered the Thai fried rice, two teriyakis and a pho. The veggies were pretty fresh and we had good portions but the food was lacking in flavor all around. Definitely not an authentic Vietnamese or Thai seasoning. The lack of flavor is worth spending a bit more somewhere else.

I love the food, most items are amazing ! The deep fried butterflies have changed and not a favorite anymore. But overall great food.

Came here and ordered pho, Literally, flavor was off. And barley any noodles.. literally horrible. If you know about Asian food, this is not it.

Place needs a good cleaning, supplies are stacked in dining area. Looks cluttered and somewhat disorganized.

I got the Pud Thai with chicken. It had good flavors. Pretty big portion as well for a reasonable price. I was a little concerned when I was the only person in this place @6pm but I was presently surprised by the flavors.

This is by far the worst fresh rolls I had in my life. I prefer to go to the Costa Rica jungle and kill a venomous spider fry it and eat it that this, sloppy rolls all over the place the peanut sauce was over cooked and taste nasty and was freaking boiling hot!

I've been going here for years and love the food. My favorite are their noodles + chicken & veggies which in my opinion are 10/10, would definitely recommend.

Pho is flavorless

Mediocre pho with suspect meat. What could only be frozen prepackaged egg rolls, which were undercooked and soggy inside.

Their food is horrible. It was so bland no flavor. Paid 50 for everything and only drank the boba hence the 2 star as that was the only okay thing. I can’t believe I spent that kind of money and ended up throwing everything away.

Customer service was amazing. Food was great, try the noodles!

Ordered beef and shrimp teriyaki, chicken and shrimp teriyaki, and chicken tempura.. didn't get a receipt or order number. 5-6 groups came in after us got their food first, the guy cooking the food refused to cook the plates in order, the hostess kept telling him to finish our plates because they were up first. By the time we got our food the noodles were cold because he left our boxes open for so long and the shrimp was raw on both plates. I will never eat here again!

I have been a frequent customer here because my family loves the pad Thai. The last few times I have gotten food here they have gotten my order wrong and just tonight 01/16/2023 they got it wrong not once but twice! Didn’t think that was possible but when you have young people that can’t understand when you say SHRIMP PAD THAI NOT CHICKEN it will be wrong both times. I don’t eat meat so I’m upset that I didn’t get my dinner tonight. I will be back tomorrow 01/17/2023 to get my money back because I wasn’t able to eat. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the only issue I had because I also order a teriyaki plate with sauce on the side and NO MUSHROOMS! There was no sauce on the side and there was lots of mushrooms and it’s unfortunate because I could call to let them know because they were already closed when I went for my food. I’m tired of these restaurants and having lazy employees.

Great pho, had beef pho and coconut bubble tea

I Love the food here. But they always have irresponsible children’s in the cashier. Always charging me a more and getting my order wrong. They are irresponsible, wish there was an adult supervising them 24/7. There’s a girl in the cashier that can’t even speak up, can’t hear her as if she is shy. I hope next time I don’t have to come face to face with another child, they can’t do anything right. This has happened to me 4 times. I am hoping no one else experience this, but I do recommend the food, the food is amazing, the only problem here is facing the two children in the cashier.

This place has been a favorite of mine for years! They serve a lot of food for a great price and all of their food is amazing! I highly recommend!

Yummy pad Thai!

First time grabbing to-go here and will definitely be the last. I ordered Tom kha gai and pad tai which came with white rice. The soup smelled and tasted like it was made with rancid coconut milk, so I had to toss it. And even the white rice smelled like it was sour. ( I didn't know that was even possible. ) Thankfully the pad tai was decent so it wasn't a total waste of almost $30.

The chicken terriaki was amazing. Was a huge serving of course I brought home leftovers.

My kids was sick, wanted wonton soup. The place I usually go was closed. A quart of wonton soup was $12! Literally twice the price of everyone else. Never again!!

Fast and delicious

I appreciated the manager/owner sharing the reason why their price a little higher than Thai restaurant in Richland for fresh Spring Rolls. Wrappers alone increased by $3.00! Nice quantity and this peanut sauce had a hint of spiciness, very nice. Thank you!

This place needs better staff. If you don’t like your job, then leave and go somewhere else instead of hanging up 3 times on a customer who is asking about an order. The guy who answered the phone was Hispanic. Luckily I know the owner, so I will talk to her.

I had chicken teriyaki half rice half noodles with mushrooms and veggies plus fresh tofu rolls and Boba drink. It was okay, not the best of Thai I've had in tri cities. I definitely wouldn't pay nearly $30 again. The food was plentiful but not really with much flavor.
PS: the dining area as a whole was sticky and unclean.

This place is so good. It’s become my go-to lunch spot when I’m in the area! Huge portions and delicious food. I’m especially a fan of the teriyaki, and the boba tea! Yum! It’s prepared fresh, so you’ll wait 10 minutes or so after you order - or just call ahead and it’s ready when you get there. The staff is friendly and efficient.

Good food but the worst boba drinks in Tri.

Terrible service. Two of our 6 main dishes were messed up even though it was clarified multiple times over the phone what they were supposed to be. The veggie rice had chicken in it, even though we stressed multiple times NO MEAT only veggies. The other dish came with chicken and shrimp and was only supposed to have shrimp. This was for a birthday dinner and the vegetarian at the party wasn't able to eat anything because of the mess up. We live to far away too go back and get it replaced in time. I called to let them know of the mistake and was met with terrible customer service. No apology at all, it didn't even seem like he was actually listening. I was told I could get the dishes replaced for free next time I come in but it seemed like he was just trying to get me off the phone. After saying that the guy hung up. He didn't say sorry for the inconvenience or even have a nice day. Just hung up.

Very nice staff, decent pad Thai but the #3 (out of 5) was not that spicy, if you like your face to sweat I'd go with 4 or 5. Wife had chicken teriyaki and it was good. Large portions. Lunch was 25.00, a bit high but we had leftovers for another meal.

Great food and customer service! We had the thai iced tea, Pad Kee Mao, sweet and sour chicken, teriyaki yakisoba and green curry. It was all great. Pad kee Mao was my favorite! This restaurant is family run and they are all so very sweet! Will definitely go again!

If you have not tried noodles on and you like a little bit of just different stuff this place makes things to order so I wish I took a picture of my chicken teriyaki but they gave me a helping for four people I swear. It had so much flavor and yumminess to it. This is a bubble tea that I ordered and ordered pineapple and it was so good.

So we've been ordering food from typho go for 3 years and always loved it even through the covid stuff we help support them constantly by ordering takeout called tonight and they said that we had to come into order we have always ordered take out through them probably won't go back you lost a loyal customer

Went in for the first time today and it was amazing. Got a coconut and taro boba and they were the best boba I've had in a long time. The tapioca pearls aren't soggy or too sweet. Well priced for the size. Definitely coming back.

Possibly one of the poorest customer service. The girl in the front has an attitude resembling a cranky teenager. The phone doesn’t work, so don’t think about calling ahead. Food is very good, but the whole experience is honestly degraded as the first person that you interact with is so incredibly rude.

Surprise! The noodles are delicious! Also the portions are huge on their teriyaki. I struggled to finish it and I am known for my awe inspiring, slightly disturbing, ability to put away food. Definitely recommend giving this a try.

I have moved away from Tri-Cities due to college so it’s been years since I’ve had noodles from this place. Recently I stopped by since I was in the area and this place is STILL amazing. I’m always happy with the way my food comes out!

Every time I come to Noodle Zone the girls cashiering are extremely rude..I walked in today just to buy a bubble tea and whatever her name is and I don’t even care to know what it is rudely told me that I needed to get in line..when I did get in line..Next time you flap your mouth pay attention. It’s not necessary to gossip about it to the following customer in Spanish..Customers are what are keeping you employed. So, Mem and John make sure your employees have better customer service..
