Upon entry, the place was clean, roomy and plenty of available seating. The bathroom was clean and I always think that is a good sign!
The seats, however, were definitely NOT curvy, hippy, big butt girl friendly! In fact, they were down right uncomfortable. So, be forewarned!! IF you have curves, the seats are not friendly. I ended up sitting very forward in the metal chair, because my hips just could not tolerate the pain. Besides that one negative, the rest of the review is positive. Because, the food was delish!
I settled on my usual shrimp fresh rolls with peanut sauce and a bowl of chicken pho. The rolls were stuffed with yummy, crispy lettuce, carrots, sprouts, shrimp, cilantro, accompanied by a delicious peanut dipping sauce. Both were really tasty. The pho broth was sublime. So flavorful. The chicken in the soup was plentiful and the bean sprouts, lime and Thai basil were absolutely fresh. This meal made my grumbly tummy happy. The portions were substantial and enough for me to take half home to enjoy for my dinner! Yes! This is definitely a “dive” I plan on coming back to when I find myself in Olympia.

Hidden gem located in Olympia right beside a family owned Korean restaurant. Humble owners are extremely friendly. The food is amazing! Soup had a authentic flavor to it as if you were in Vietnam. After stuffing yourself here, take a nice stroll by the lake and enjoy the scenery and autumn colored leaves. A nice find and worth going back.

Food is amazing. They have remodeled and new menu with many traditional Viet dishes. Xiu mai chao reminds me hometown so much. Meatball was soft and savory from the sauce. Pho broth was tasty. This pho is the best I have ever tried. And I always love their Thai tea. Waiter is nice and very welcoming everytime I come here.

Our initial dinner plans were stymied, so stopped here. Wasn't terribly busy (maybe two other tables and a couple phoned-in orders) but took 15 min to be greeted and invited to order. Two of the four people in our party received food at around 45 minutes into our visit; the others about 20 minutes after that--odd considering that one of us had just ordered pho. Half of us were presented with the choice to either be discourteous and eat before everyone had their food, or wait and eat it cold.

Noodles were woefully undercooked across board, protein in each dish was sparse, and the pho was shockingly bland. Given how often I hear people rave about this place, I was pretty underwhelmed. At no point did anyone offer to refill water (we'd drank it during our hour-plus wait for food).

Tables dont appear to get cleaned or bussed until guests are seated--no idea how the food had been sitting on ours before it was less-than-enthusiastically (and not completely) wiped away and left on the floor. I had to do some of it myself.

At $20+ per person (even for pho), I expected much, much more. Avoid.

I had the fresh rolls and Pho with plenty of multiple meats. The broth was rich and delicious.the noodles were awesome. The produce was fresh as were the rolls. The warm peanut sauce just melted in my mouth Excellent taste. Nice host. This food is made with Love. ❤️

Best pho I've ever had. It doesn't taste like water with spices and is quite heavy and flavourful. The owner is really chill. He always welcomes people in and I've never seen him not smile.

Very clean, chill music. The server was so friendly and attentive, pretty sure he was also cooking! Food came out fast and staggered like we asked. Absolutely delicious and the fact that they can have such a variety and execute it perfectly is why I'm giving 5 stars! Will be back!!

Pork vermicelli rice bowl -- actually pretty good, fairly authentic to what I've had in Vietnam. Not enough sauce but otherwise quite good.

Pad thai -- Not bad. Doesn't taste like Pad Thai, but it tasted good? Skimpy protein though.

Pineapple fried rice - Meh. Very oily, pineapple wasn't really detectable, very skimpy on the protein (Tofu in this case, which is dirt cheap).

Luc lac beef - Great flavor actually. Not sure where the "beef" went though haha, it was mostly vegetables. For an $18 dish, I would expect a little more meat.

I go here all the time. I usually get the pad-see-ew with tofu and it’s always soooo delicious (tofu is the best option for this trust me. Gets a little crispy and carmelized. Mmm mmm mmm). The owner is also really sweet. Lots of good food for reasonable prices and the decor is quite nice after the remodel!

I don't know if they got a new chef, but the food quality went down as the prices went up. ¼ of my chicken was just rubber fat. Vegetarian Pho was very plain in flavor. I also got charged for beef when i ordered chicken.

THE SERVICE WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!

Our group of 20-25 tried to find a last minute place to eat that could fit all of us, we called multiple places and they all shut us down until we walked into Pho Na and they seated all of us immediately!! They rearranged all the tables banquet style so we all could sit together, and to top it all off, they gave us all free sodas!

We all felt like VIPs at this restaurant, and the food was just as great as the service! It all did come out slowly and inconsistently (given that we are a huge group and they were probably not many people in the kitchen), but when it all came out we had no complaints. Delicious and we cannot thank them enough 💛

Made an order only to be told ten minutes later they did not have it in stock and it took them at least 25 minutes to make 1 bubble tea that is very blen and the bobba taste old.

Ordered two yellow curries and only one had any sugar in it; the other was spicier than expected and the chicken was overcooked - really bummed me out. Noodle dish didn’t include many noodles, but was delicious.

Bugs, alot of em in the rice possibly from the soy sauce bottle. They just brought out a new bowl and bottle and the best they did was comp the rice.

Pho was bland, egg rolls were soggy, fried rice was greasy. Our server was unaccommodating and unhelpful. We won't go back

It’s meh. Ordered Pad Se Ew and I will give them that there’s a good amount of vegetables, however not a good portion for the price and the dish seems very oily/watery? The spice level is decent/what I asked for, and the noodles and veggies are pretty flavorful, but the chicken is very dry, the flavors are not really cooked into the chicken at all, only on the outside, you bite into the chicken and it’s really dry and there’s almost no flavor.

I eat lots of pho and pretty often as well. I’ve tried lots of places in the Olympia area and this place has the best broth out of anyone I’ve had anywhere. It’s definitely my go to place now if I want pho and I’m in Olympia.

I have not been able to find better Pad Thai than this place. They knock it out of the park EVERY time. On top of that, the staff are always kind and courteous, both on the phone and in-person. A class act, I tell ya!

This place has become one of our favorite Pho places to go to. It is very clean and the food is delicious. Their broth is to die for.

How is that enough sauce for 10 egg rolls? Pretty skimpy. The sauce was the only thing that made them palatable---they tasted like what you'd get in the freezer aisle. The fried noodles had great flavor but also came in small portions.

Was told by a friend to try this place. Unfortunately, did not get to try food out. The Sign said open, lights were all on. Watched 3 people leaving (with food) when I pulled up to find a parking space. Once parked I got out of my vehicle to head into restaurant. A young man flew from behind the counter to the front door to lock it looking directly at me . (Very rude, to not say "oh, sorry but we're closed now") Online also stated open as well...
Side note: I tried calling ahead of time they said they were open till late this evening. I wasted a trip from Grays Harbor to try this place out. Such a shame. Went to another Pho place instead.

Not sure what to get? Try the crispy garlic chicken with rice. Amazing sauce! The fresh spring rolls were fresh, crisp and absolutely delicious! I preferred the previous layout/aesthetic, but I'm glad they're still around. Tofu fresh rolls are underwhelming. Just a bunch of rice noodles, iceberg lettuce, one big leaf of romaine, and plain, totally unprepared tofu. The peanut sauce is tasty, just used to there being something like: carrots, bean sprouts, basil, marinated tofu... Anything to actually bring the roll to life besides dunking it in sweet sauce.

One of the hidden gems of Olympia. New owners and management, completely redecorated and a new menu.

Ordered food to go during the snow storm. Happy they were open. I have lived in Oly for 30+ years and have never eaten here. I got the brisket pho and wife ordered the cashew chicken. Broth was good and the to go containers were nice, a big plastic bowl with lid. No fresh jalapeños which was unfortunate. Flavor was good and there seemed to be a ton of noodles. Not a lot of bean sprouts or brisket in my opinion. The cashew chicken was good, wife ordered 3 stars and there was definitely some heat, but she finished it. Initially she ordered 4 stars and the gentleman taking the order asked if she was sure about that, haha. Luckily she took his advice and went with 3. I do not think she could have handled 4 stars. Interior of restaurant was kinda run down. Not bad but you could tell it's been around forever. Customer service was great, very friendly, wore mask and hand sanitizer was available at front desk.

It's been a while since I've eaten here, this place has been around a long time and I'm glad because the good was as good as ever. We got 3 noodle dishes, the pad see-ew was great my son loved the noodles and flavor was excellent. Curry noodles as well. The flavoring of the glass noodles was very light but still good. Also got the honey garlic chicken with hubby and son loved. Fresh rolls were great too.

I was craving a warm soup and decided to try this place. I was pleasantly surprised. The food was incredibly delicious. It tasted clean, meaning they dont go crazy with the salt and im pretty sure they don't use msg. The service is kind and friendly.

They got new owners, again, within the last month or so and now it's not nearly as good, and the menu is different. Such a shame.

This place changed its owners AGAIN and menu and is no longer really the same. I am pretty disappointed since the owner had only just turned it around. When I visited it wasn't the same. The food was ok, but my favorite things were all gone.

For one the chef is super young, talented and humble and pays attention to detail. He cares about customers and their experience. He came by my table to see how I liked the food. I had the seafood soup with egg noodles. The presentation was beautiful and the flavor even better. The seafood was so fresh and tender and the noodles were cooked to perfection. Also I had the Thai tea and the mango bubble tea. The Thai tea is a classic and the bubble tea was sweet but not too much and non artificial. I’d recommend this place 100% !

Restaurant is under new management. The menu online isn't the current menu and they no longer have sweet and sour chicken. This used to be the best place in town, but now it is very confusing.

The food was authentic and delicious. Service was great and they were conscientious of diet restrictions. All around a truly satisfying dining experience.

Best pho in Olympia. The bbq pork sanwiches and spring rolls are also very tasty and fresh. Decent beer selection. Very friendly and attentive servers

Decided to try this restaurant out while I was on a quick day trip to Olympia and man was it worth it. They very nice staff and the food was great, specifically the egg rolls and the curry chicken. Definitely will stop by here again next time I'm in town.

This place has it all: respectful, considerate, and personable service, freshly steamed and pickled vegetables, housemade sauces, porcelain silverware, a Heavenly broth, an comfortable, open atmosphere, and it’s open late as hell.

This place has new owners, and is absolutely amazing. I've eaten at so many different Asian and specifically Vietnamese restaurants all over the state and this is really amazing. My girlfriend is from Thailand and has shown me several different Asian dishes and let me tell you, this place has some of the best. There is only one waiter, a young male, who is extremely polite and cares so much if you're satisfied and happy with your food. Any reviews within the last couple months referring to women waitresses is for the Korean restaurant next door, not this one. Trust me, give it a try.

Service was horrible. I never give bad reviews, but this place was something else. The woman took my 6 year old nephews starter chopsticks away without even asking if he was done, she just took them out of his hand while he was eating without saying a thing. I couldn't believe it. Not going back.

I am a huge pho person and I judge harshly. I've been here only once so far but this place is absolutely fantastic. If the new ownership can put out the quality I had on a consistent basis it will be the best pho in Thurston County hands down.

I went here before but didn't know it had changed owners, the surprise was more than pleasant, it was awesome! The host is the most gracious of any place in town. The food is fresh. I mean vegetables probably purchased today. They only cares if everything was great and that you have everything you want. I will definitely go back, I'll probably bring my whole family next time. Looking forward to buying this from Uber eats.

Best pho in downtown Olympia! They are under new management, now run by folks who had a pho restaurant up north. They know what they are doing! I ordered the pho with everything (dac biet) and a grilled pork banh mi. The soup was excellent. Their broth is a stand out, even before you add any condiments and fixings. The meatballs are flavorful and much more tender than you'd expect, not the Superball texture you see elsewhere. The sandwich was the perfect balance of meat, veggies and spread, on a lightly toasted bun. Service was prompt, attentive and extremely friendly. I'm excited to come back and try other menu items, particularly the salt and pepper squid I saw on the appetizer list. Seriously, come in and have yourself some good food!

Delicious fresh vegetarian dishes and the best, fastest and most attentive service imaginable. Very simple but authentic setting... I felt like I was in a classic SE Asian neighborhood restaurant.

Best thai FOOD and veggie options in downtown Olympia. If you are concerned about atmosphere and customer service then go to Lacey. Personally I go to restaurants to eat food.

Great vegan choices

I have never had such bad service in my life. The entire time the waitress acted as if we were an inconvenience to her, didn’t listen to our orders whatsoever. She was passive aggressive and rude to us despite the fact that we were being as friendly as we possibly could be. The establishment was not clean, and she yelled at me when her card machine wasn’t working. I’m almost definitely sure it charged me multiple times for the meal. I have never been to an establishment where I felt like it was a “eat your food and get out” situation until I had food here. I genuinely was uncomfortable. It’s a shame they have such poor attitudes and disrespect their customers because the pho I had there was incredibly delicious for a reasonable price. But not worth the abuse of dealing with their employees.

They were very rude! Just ordered to go. First nobody acknowledged me. Just standing there looking awkward. Then when I am able to order, they snatched my card from me, then threw my card back at me. It doesn’t matter if my food is the best I’ve ever had, not going to order from here again.
