Warm, ornately decorated restaurant serving Thai curries, rice & noodles, with lunch specials.
Well, definitely one of the Better Thai food you can find in the north west that is made to order and fresh! The service is swift and the food is fresh and tasty. It’s definitely not a fine dining restaurant, I had the feeling I was eating in somebody’s dining room because of the big cartons of boxes and the cleaning supplies sitting right in the middle. But barring that, you should definitely try this food for an authentic thai experience. Everything that we ordered tasted wonderful!
The food was a definite miss and the place is dumpy. Service was fine. We ordered pad Thai and pad see ew. Both dishes were too sweet and not the spiciness that we requested. My partner thought his Thai iced tea and water both had a weird taste. Each corner of the restaurant had piles of storage boxes and a big table in the middle was full of gallons of cleaning supplies. Would not recommend.
The food here is outstanding and truly deserving of a five star review. I have tried a handful of different menu items and have not been let down by any of them. The inside has a nice vibe to it and the wait has not been long after placing an order. The staff are courteous and helpful if you have any questions about the menu items. A great spot to check out for Thai.
Hands down best Thai food in the region!!! I'd give it a hundred stars if I could. I had the Calamari appetizer ... the Calamari is the round kind from the mantle of the squid and is deep fried with a crispy crunchy breading and served with a tangy sweet sauce in a separate dish for dipping or you can use the spoon to drip the sauce on the pile of calamari. The mantle is a soft and muscular part of the squid and is easy to chew. Plenty to eat in this dish. For my main entree I had the Pad Kee Mao with added tofu with a browning char on the outside and a soft inside.... delicious, and with added flank beef slices cooked medium, soft, easy to bite into with a slight pull, and is easy to chew ... not tough at all. I could taste the individual flavors of all the veges. The dish does not come with the typical drenching sauce ... an added pleasurable difference. And this is a large dish and I had no problem eating all of it... slowly, enjoying every chop sticks selection I chose! I had water that was refilled often as if the waitress wasn't really there - now that's good service ... there before you are about to ask! And I had a Japanese type of plum wine that had a little bite to it and with a bit of a sweet, wet balance with the flavor. Don't let the menu choices overwhelm you. Feast your eyes on what speaks to you and order. You won't be disappointed. The atmosphere of the place is intriguingly filled with cultural information pages, Thai art and these really big fish hanging from the ceiling beam above ... stuffed yes, but I imagined what the experience would have been to have caught them fishing. It is cozy, comfortable, of good relaxing energy throughout your time there with warm lighting easy on the eyes. No bloating feeling after, no gotta use the bathroom either, no feeling of being stuffed. They really know how to prepare and cook meals there with fresh and healthy ingredients in the right amounts that you can tell the difference in quality....crafted with outstanding talent. I will be returning for sure to enjoy more of their selections!!
I have tried multiple times just because the reviews didn’t agree with my experience and have had similar experiences each time. The pad thai is made with so much ketchup you can’t taste any of the other flavors and it’s so sweet and not at all savory. I ordered 5 stars and got 2 for heat. I tried calling, a recording made it so I had to order online - I ordered tofu pad thai with extra veggies and when I got there they made me wait extra long because they didn’t make it yet because they had to charge me $5 more for veggies. I said sure no problem. When I got home there was literally one piece of brocolli, three thin carrot slices and a couple celery pieces for the $5 more. So disappointing… the flavor and quality of the food is frankly nasty - AND the service and pricing are bad too. I will drive further and pay more for better thai food that is edible.
Best place in Marysville for peanut chicken and rice! Spring rolls are delicious as well.

Food was great. Was busy and took some time, but that’s ok because it was worth it!
Best authentic Thai food here!

Love to talk to the owners when I’m there! They have real sticky rice (my laotian bestie spoiled me with the real stuff) so I adore that with some tom yum and prawns. Love this place
Went here with my family. The food was mostly ok but the chicken in our Tom Kah soup had weird grey spots all over it .. not sure if it was foil or mold maybe?? But we lost our appetite after that. The service was horrible- aside from bringing me the wrong order, the sippy cup they gave my 1 yr old was dirty and disgusting so I had to take that away. Pricier than most Thai places as well. Moral of the story is it was not worth it and we won’t be coming back.
Don't go here for the atmosphere! The dining room is cluttered, unattractive, old, and not super comfortable. The food is very good!!! Friendly staff. They do far more takeout then inside dinning.
We have been ordering Mae Phim for about a decade. The food is delicious, and thier customer service is always above and beyond. If we order our usual, but forget the special request they always call. Tonight, after being severely sick and not eating for a week I ordered our dinner accidentally for pick up, not delivery. I called the store and they jumped in the car and dropped it off.
Food and environment are great! Wish there was less clutter in the middle of the room. Highly recommend the summer rolls!! We ordered two rounds.
Great Thai food. We really enjoyed our dinner there. Lots of choices.
Order from here all the time. Like their Yellow Curry, however they change the amount of rice they give you, 4oz of rice is not enough.
The mango sticky rice dessert is so good! I need to take a picture next time!
First time visit to the store and Marysville. Love the downtown Seattle store! Initially very disappointed as a table that was seated 5 mins after I was seated had their order taken before mine :( After finally being waited on, I ordered the cashew nut with chicken and a side order of peanut sauce. I was sort of surprised to see a table full of cleaning supplies setting on a table in the dining room… my dinner came out in a timely manner and was quite good! I asked for as hot as I can get it five stars, and the heat was there as well as the flavor! The portion was large and the service was decent. If it weren’t for the cleaning supplies out in the dining room and the fact that another guest was waited on before I was I would’ve given it five stars. I’ll probably give it another chance.
Awesome meal. Loved the phad Thai two stars. Tasted like it should! The yellow curry was delicious and had an interesting twist with pineapple, cashews and no potatoes. Two stars left my mouth warm and not burning. This was great to taste all of the flavors. Loved it overall, will be back for sure!
I ordered Thai Fried Rice with pork as choice of meat. Let me tell you. The flavor was pure deliciousness. Flavorful enough to go “YUM” in every bite but allowing your taste buds find the different spices and flavors with sophisticated delicacy not overwhelming those spoiled taste buds. I definitely will eat here more than once. Don’t expect Luxury, but is as good as my friend’s Mama Thai cooking. Highly recommend this restaurant. Very accessible to I-5 exit 199
When I visit, the food is always excellent. The service is lackluster but I am okay with it. And definitely very homey as far as Thai places go. I had the Rama Noodles with chicken and ALWAYS open with the fresh rolls. 😋🤤
This is a great hidden gem. Both the food and service are excellent. I will be back many times. We had the fried tofu, crab delight, and the crispy golden bags. All were fantastic. I had the catfish with panaag curry, and my friend had the heavenly beef. All the dishes were delicious (i can't remember the third dish). We had a lot of fun.
Always fresh great food and prompt friendly delivery service. My favorite Thai food restaurant
Love the place. Great food!
I enjoy that you are able to get a combo meal (garlic chicken and pad thai with soup and a egg role) for under $20. The serving size is pretty big. I was not disappointed, I would order it again.
The only reason why I rated the food as ok, is because of the soup. It was extremely sour! I mean pucker up sour. When I 1st tasted it, I thought it was made with spoiled food! The owner even asked hiw was the food and when I told him about the soup, he acknowledged that it was sour. Yet, he did not offer to replace the soup with another type of soup or give us a discount off our order. He just said, "I told them to fix it but I guess they did not.".
Poor customer service. At the very least he could have asked if we wanted another bowl of soup. They had various options to choose from.
All in all, it was not so bad where I would say that I will not go back... but I hope that there soup on the combo is better.
This will be our new go-to when passing through! Stopped here after a big weekend in the North Cascades and wow did it end on a great note!
We eat Thai all the time and this was some of the best I’ve ever had and my partner agrees! We got a variety of entrees and can’t wait to try more.
Absolutely the best crab rangoon I've ever had. All 3 meals we had were fantastic. Large portions. Friendly staff.
They use ketchup instead of tamarind in their pad Thai which is disappointing. You can really taste the difference and it makes their pad Thai too sweet.
I ate here a few years ago and the food was pretty good but it wasn't good today!!! I ordered the basil chicken combo 3 stars and there wasn't very much heat or basil. The pad thai was way too sweet and again there wasn't much heat. The portion were small and the restaurant was chilly. I'm disappointed.
Just threw out our Pad Thai… tastes like ketchup. Super disappointing for the price. Also when you call in to place an order for pick up it texts you and makes you do it on the website which is inconvenient if you’re driving and also charges a service fee.
It was delicious and done quickly. The staff was extremely kind and friendly!!
Pathetic portions for the price
Great food, wonderful service. One of our fav Thai food restaurants.
At first, I was slightly surprised at the pricing, but once I tasted the meal - I didn't have another thought about the pricing.
The lovely fellow at the register was friendly, and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for as I didn't know the name of the dish but knew what was in it.
Food arrived quickly, and was seriously delicious! Portion size was perfect.
I definitely recommend this authentic Thai cuisine experience.
The shining star for this place was the very kind staff. The food and its quality were lacking. I had the lemon grass chicken and it was tough and the flavor was non existent. My wife had the Thai Basil Chicken and no flavor and no hint of basil. We ordered the calamari app and I highly doubt it was calamari but instead was pork intestine. For what we paid this was an overall sad food experience.
This spot was absolutely wonderful. Food was great and the servers were nice
เเนะนำเลยครับอาหารอร่อยมาก พี่เจ้าของบริการดีมาก👍
Great thai food, great service, great place to eat
I like their Pad Thai. They don't use MSG nor ketchup in their sauces, and it's delicious!!!
Highly recommended best service and food . I will definitely come back.
Love this local familys Thai cuisine
My 2nd time here. Food is very good and the service is as well.
Authentic Thai food. Great service, friendly staff, and delicious food from a large selection. Yum!
Great Thai food, and excellent customer service with really nice staff. I got the massaman curry and it was the closest Thai food to the food in Thailand I’ve had in America. 👍
Best Thai food in town. Fast, friendly, good value and good service.
I love this place! The owners are amazing and friendly. I had to come here 3 times before they would actually make it spicy but I'm sure that's because of most of the customers so I understand. Extra veggies on the side please hahaha
They're amazing people please support this local business.
The pad thai is amazing, the waitress was wonderful and very kind! :)
The food is always amazing. Service is very good and personal. A family favorite for years.
Amazing food and service for our party of 9! Thank you!
Food is always good, and service good too
I recently had an exceptional dining experience at Mae Phim Thai! Every dish was phenomenal, but the Panang curry was by far my favorite! It was an absolute delight, bursting with rich flavors that left me craving for more. The friendly and attentive service added to the overall enjoyment of my visit. I can't wait to return and explore more of their delectable menu items!
Owners were so kind from the moment I walked in and food was amazing. Got the mixed vegetables deluxe and the phad see ew, highly recommend!
Ordered chicken pad Thai.
I have 3 stars because it was pretty average.
-Flavor was average. (not bad)
-Spice level was below average. (Also not bad, just need to order more stars than I would at other places)
-Amount of chicken was below average (This one is not good)
-Amount of food overall was slightly above average (Good)
I would come here again if I didn’t want to drive to Stanwood (Thai Thai Kitcken) or Mt Vernon (Rachawadee)
Really good little place. Food was amazing. although the interior was a bit rundown it had a great style. The elderly worker had a cool style and provided great service and stories. Will make this my go to for thai in Marysville.
i absolutely love it here, it’s a comfort place for me and my friend. the workers are exceptional and are so kind, they deserve full houses every night. definitely check this place out! nice atmosphere, great food and memorable experiences every time we come. Love it here! (and so should you) ps, get the SPICY HERB FISH
Delicious food! I have never tasted anything like it before!! I will be coming back :)
Old school atmosphere, amazing food. Could use a face-lift inside but who cares the food is great!
The food was very flavorful however I will say the 3 dishes with chicken in it, the chicken was tough and unremarkable, like it had been frozen after, being cooked then sliced, and then thawed or Microwaved , the texture and flavor changes with this process. But still I will go back
Yummy yellow curry!
Try the conbo platters if you are hungry total variety of great food.
Wonderful and service. The best place for Tai food.
Bland and overcooked
Standard fair Thai food, but ridiculously over priced for what you get now. Seems they have raised prices by at least 20% and cut the size down by at least 50%.
Ordered via Uber Eats, $20+ for any of the chicken curry "dinners" (and I use that word loosely, 'dinner' is just what they have it labeled), and another $2.50 on top of that for rice.
This used to be our go to for Thai food. Taste and freshness was/is good. Very disappointed.
Very delicious food, good service, great place to eat on mother's day.
Delicious Thai food! Who knew in Marysville there’ll be such good food.
Best Thai I have had in years. Authentic and delicious
Great food,quick and very friendly.
Love this place, going back!
Amazing restaurant!
I’ve been eating here for 13 years. I always bring friends and family here to dine or we order delivery. They are simply the tastiest place to eat in Marysville, in my opinion.
My favorites are the Bah Me Gai, Thai fried rice, Pad Thai, Noodle Soup, Panang Curry, Salmon Curry, and fresh rolls. I’ve had almost everything on the menu and never disliked something.
These people are nice if your a customer but if you pick up from restaurant they are extremely rude behind the scenes. It’s all a show not nice people. Definitely don’t recommend
Always love their curry
Mae Phim is my favorite restaurant in Marysville. Their food is consistently great, and their menu has something for everyone. The staff is always friendly and quick. Eat in or have it delivered. Your order will be hot, fresh, and delicious.
The food is pretty good here. When we went, the service was slow. We were told that they had some people out, and the last time we had been here I believe service was better, so maybe we just got unlucky.
The food and service were great
Great food never too busy but im a lunch kinda gal or Togo at dinner time
Great ambiance, friendly staff and delicious food! We tried 5 items and all were equally tasty and delicious while being unique. Decent portion sizes. Will definitely go again!
Good food and cute place.
Love the food. Variety of food. This is one of my go-to in the marysville area! The server is really friendly
Always great service and the food is amazing. This is one of those comfort places for me. I've been going here for 13 years.
Friendly staff, delicious food, beautiful atmosphere. If you're looking for made to order Thai food look no further!
So nice service is great so is the food really cute atmosphere too
Fantastic service and great pho!!!
Quick, convenient & tasty. Can't complain about that.
Fabulous food, great service!
Exceptional service! My go-to spot in Marysville.
Would highly recommend the Pad Thai (my personal favorite)
Amazing food!!!!!!!!
The yellow curry, spring rolls, and fried tofu are always amazing! The owner is also super kind. Highly recommend if your in the mood for Thai!
Was not impressive at all!! The restaurant was cluttered with boxes in one area it had a stitch. The rest room was being used for storage. Before seeing these areas I had ordered the spring rolls...they smelled the worst...I just tossed them!👎👎However, the server was very kind and polite.
Our favorite restaurant. They never disappoint in food quality and have excellent customer service.
All I've tried here was the chicken pad thai but it barely had any chicken, the noodles were overcooked and it cost more than other places. Disappointing.
The service was fast. The panang curry was tasty and I enjoyed the crab delight.
Love places that have vegan options! The phad se ew without egg is amazing and today I tried the the pineapple Curry with tofu instead of prawns and it was truly the most delicious Curry I've ever had! The spring rolls are really good too!
My favorite Thai spot in town
Always a good place to eat.
Good service. Great food!
Great people!
Good, but nothing stood out. I also asked for a number 5 for spiciness, but it wasn't spicy at all.
$20+ for one simple chicken pad Thai meal?!?! 🤣😂🤣😂🤣 You guys gotta be kidding me. I know for a fact it doesn't cost anywhere NEAR that to produce the low/medium quality Thai food that you do! Stop jacking your prices up just because there isn't many options for Thai food in the area. Otherwise, mark my words! Someone will come and take your business away by offering good food at an affordable price. Rightfully so lol
Food was good, but price was expensive. $19 for red curry and sticky rice takeout. Small portions for both the rice and curry.
Fabulous food each and every time
Food was excellent
Wish we could say our food was good it just seemed like our chicken dishes we ordered were old or re heated. Wont go back.
We are here for the first time and it was amazing. We will be going back. If you haven't tried it I highly recommend. 5 star
Very good food served in good portions. Very friendly people and inviting.
GOOD!!!
The calamari was good!
We ordered chicken phai Thai and yellow curry. They were both really sweet.. it was the first time I had chicken yellow curry with pineapple, coconut and green peppers.. I wasn't a fan. My husband said his phai Thai almost tasted like it had ketchup in it. I don't think it did but it was also more sweet tasting.
Ordered the Pad Thai noodles and were very plain - only had crushed peanuts and a tiny amount of cold slaw on the side. Did not have the meat choice on there we had selected (which came with it). Green curry had very little flavor and was like water - very runny. Most curries I've had are a little thicker. Came in a small container with hardly any veggies or tofu and rice cost extra (which i knew when I was ordering). Spring rolls also had very little filling.
Reviews like these are hard because I often view them as someone being overly picky. But seriously, this is some of the worst Thai food I've had. It was almost $70 for what we got, which wouldn't be an issue if it was actually good and came with everything it should have (missing tofu and no veggies or hardly any filling in the spring rolls). If we hadn't door dashed the food to our hotel, and were not a couple beverages deep - I would have taken this back. Highly recommend choosing somewhere else for your Thai food.
Fanatic people and great food
A real gem of a Thai resto in a small town near the Seattle Outlet Malls! Fresh ingredients, well executed classic Thai dishes. I like their Thai fried trout and duck dishes. Now these are not native to Thailand but they have made it their own.
Update - what is wrong with the green curry? More like a light broth, the coconut cream is way diluted. Prices have gone up but my pay hasn't!
Food is amazing and the people are too.
Oh man am I glad I stumbled into this place. The food was phenomenon can’t stress that enough.
I always eat the red vegetable curry at 4* and I’m always very pleased. The staff is amazing and so friendly. It is so relaxing here.
Very good Thai food!
Probably my favourite Thai restaurant in Washington. I drive all the way from Bothell to eat here. I love their Tom Kha soup. You can taste the lemongrass and they are very generous with the mushrooms and chicken. It’s also not very thick like other places. Their pad Thai is really good as well. I recommend getting it with chicken. I’ve also had the red curry w/jasmine rice and the chicken potstickers which are also really good. The price is not bad as well, they have lunch combos for like $10-$15 which include an appetizer, curry and rice and portions are quite large!
Been coming here for ten or more years and it’s always THE BEST! Friendly attentive service and simply the best Thai food anywhere north of Seattle! This spot is perf for date night, girls lunch or solo spot. Quiet and relaxed with great thai art also.
Until I moved out of Marysville, I ordered from Mai Phim at least once a month. My personal favorites are the fried rice, the Tom Yum soup and the calamari. Free delivery if you spend over $35 and for $35 you can easily get 4 or 5 meals out of all the food you get.
Great Thai spot ordered the red curry and the fried rice!
Found a pebble in my pad kee mao
Tai tea was veryyyy good and they have unique food
I love the food here, there is something for everyone and it is all absolutely delicious. The yellow curry is perfect.
Great tasty food!
I tried to order out because I can hardly walk due to pulled muscle...I ordered shrimp pad tie and it had an orange sauce on it and no veggies..Too sweet for my taste..Not much was open today Sunday in marysville..
Such great food
This is a very nice place good service and great food they're crispy garlic chicken is to die for a must try.
My favorite Thai place in Marysville!
The dishes we ordered were all delicious. They also ask how spicy, which is important if you are trying out Thai cuisine for a first time. I however love spicy and my mouth had a warm glow after our meal.
We ordered chicken curry. Unfortunately we got fly curry instead, an actual big whole fly in the curry. If you are into alternative protein feel free to eat here.
Good food, good prices, good service!
The folks are personable, the food is scrumptious. We're so lucky to have them in town.
The food here is gross, everything is sweet. Nothing is spicy.
Great people and food!
I thought I didn't like curry until I tried it from here. The panang curry is the most delicious thing I have ever had, and I'm so very glad I took a chance ordering it!! If you think you don't like Thai food, you have just not had it from here. It's good price for the food you get, and for how freaking tasty it is! 5 stars because I can't give more
The seafood Pad Thai and the pork Pad Thai are always great. The take out portions are more than generous. Give them a try. You won't be sorry.
A good selection of dishes, and I especially like their seasoned rice noodles
Dine inside, prompt service. Order was taken right away food delivered to our table quickly. Food quality and quantity very good.
Who serves Green Curry without rice? The Prawns Hiding was like some kind of joke for the price. Definitely not ordering from here again.
The food is good prices of the amount of food are very reasonable
