There were only about 5 tiny pieces of chicken in it. I asked for it specifically with NO SPICE, as I have medical digestive issues, and they brought it to me spicy. After a few bites I told the server that I couldn't eat it because they had made it spicy and it would make me sick. Her response was only that she thought I had asked for it spicy, to which I insisted that I had specifically said no spice. She didn't offer to take it away or take it off the bill, so we ended up paying for something that was not even what we ordered and couldn't eat.
The pineapple fried rice was completely flavorless, but we didn't complain about that one, only the thing that wasn't made correctly.

The service was definitely lacking as well. Only one server who took about 20 minutes to even take our order when there was only one other table there.

I really don't understand all the good reviews of this place.

I came to this restaurant with my family of eight on a Monday night. There were only two other people in the restaurant. We ordered quickly so we could eat. We have small children so we know the importance of ordering food quickly to prevent meltdowns. I was disappointed when we had to wait 45 minutes to get our food. It was so bad that I had to get up out of my chair and tell the wait staff to send the food out as it becomes ready. This part I’m not complaining about. I understand that they had a lot of to-go orders and our order had to wait. What really bugged me was the fact that despite all this, they had the gall to charge me 18% automatic gratuity. This was not made transparent to me before we sat down. Nor did the wait staff inform me that the wait would be long because of the to-go orders. I complained to the manager and he took off the automatic gratuity. I spent $174 on food there and was treated poorly. My recommendation: skip this place and just go to the Olive Garden across the street.

Always consistent food and service. The best Thai food in the valley. I feel like their buffet options could definitely be better. But the main entrees on the menu have always been great. Favorite- Pra Ram

If I could I’d give this place a ZERO! Extremely disappointed, dont recommend going.
Went for the lunch “SPECIAL” $12.95 (adult)with 3 kids. No where do they tell you they charge $7 for each kid (babies) plus $10 each if you don’t finish your food in the buffet so the “LUNCH SPECIAL” turned out to be a full on dinner receipt of over $60.
Treat yourself to better food and definitely better price. This place just cares about charging you way too much money for the food they’re serving which is not even good at all.
Won’t be spending or even going here again!

Ordered the phad Thai with 2 stars. Absolutely had no spice at all and it came with a lemon and not a lime. Probably the first time I've never finished an order of phad Thai from any restaurant. Wasn't impressed and won't be back.

There lunch buffet pretty plain... not much offered. The rice was so plain I couldn't taste any flavors, that Pad me no flavor as well. Not a salt fan but had to add it to get my mouth to water. When you have Tai the flavors should be incredible. Been here a couple times and it has gone down hill. Except for the price has gone up quite a bit. NOT AS GOOD as it was 2 years ago.

Great service, fast and clean facility. Just visiting from Seattle, Im thinking we caught them on bad night. Chicken Pad thai, Soggy noodles, very little frozen or pre cooked chicken. No peanuts, couple pieces of sprouts. And we are spoiled by 5 star Thai food in Seattle.

I ordered the green curry and a mango bubble tea... Everything tasted really yummy, and the portions were huge! I think I ate only half of my curry. I asked for mild on the spice, and I was glad it didn't overpower the other flavors like it often does at other Thai restaurants.

My husband and I love Spice! Delicious food and drinks (try a thai iced tea if you never have!) and friendly atmosphere. Can't go wrong!

My favorite Asian food in town with big portions. Real authentic Thai food not like the other fake Thai places saying they are Thai but clearly have the Laos flavor. Reminds me of home especially with the kind people there! Most definitely recommend this place 👍🏻

I have family that recommended this place. It's not amazing. We were the only table and still it took half an hour to get 3 dishes out. The wait staff wanted to take our drink order as soon as we walked in. I don't even know what you offer! We had to get our own menu because we never got one. The food was okay but I don't think we'll be back. The mango bubble tea was on point.

Fried tofu was fried PERFECTLY.
We ordered red curry and phad thai. The red curry was good as far as red curry goes. Also the portion of red curry was generous.
Phad thai missed the spot for me. It was salty and the bunch of bean sprout cooked with tasted spoiled. I did mention this to the server, who did offer to make a new plate, but at that point I didn't really want to have more of it nor have a new dish cooked and wasted so I declined. But not thrilled about having to pay $17 for a plate that I didn't get to enjoy.

1st time and I was very happy with the order. The kind person who took the order was so kind to ask how my day was. Great take out.

Overall it's just OK. We went for the buffet. There were three items unavailable, the main ones. Only one replenished. No bowls for the egg soup.

Nice food and quite place to relax and have a good time with family. Staff was super courteous. Vegetarian options also. We got Pad Kee Mai and Fresh Rolls and both were very tasty 😋. Price also reasonable , would recommend this place to everyone 😃

Normally, I eat at the Thai restaurant. But because they are closed, I have ventured out and tried a few other places. Spicy Thai did not disappoint at all. Their portions are huge, the food taste amazing!! Service is amazing!! it’s all amazing!!!!

I don’t know what’s the rave about this restaurant. We were there on Saturday night around 8:30 pm (6/3/23). We ordered the papaya salad (som tum), chicken satay, sour soup with prawns, Chinese broccoli with chicken, beef pad thai and Thai fried rice with prawns. Their salad is so soggy, they use ripped papaya therefore it’s not crunchy. Chicken satay is too dry, it’s not that great, their peanut sauce is good though. Sour soup is too sweet for it to call sour soup. Chinese broccoli is 4*, Thai prawn fried rice is 4*. The waiter missed our beef pad thai order. We told him we don’t want it anymore since we almost done with our food.

Tasty! The chicken satay appetizer is probably the best thing we ordered. Menu hack - add the cucumber salad marinade to the peanut sauce and dip those perfectly prepared chicken skewers in. Super delicious!

Great food, great staff, and great place! My wife and I were introduced by a friend on buffett Day (thurdays), and now it is our after Costco place to eat before heading home.

Very boring decor not very good customer service one of the waiters was wearing nail polish, which could very possibly chip off into somebody’s food. I didn’t see very much cleanliness within the restaurant, and the food was not very good and then when it came to desert, we ordered the fried bananas and one of our bananas ended up being a spring roll covered in Carmel 🤢🤮

Huge portions, friendly and attentive service, and a large menu with a lot of options! We loved the appetizers. I especially loved the fresh salad rolls. It’s tasty even without the dip! The kitchen was a bit slow and we had to wait a while for our entrees to come.

This place was delicious. I got the Pad See Ew and my husband got the Pad Kra Pao, and both were excellent! We also got the fried banana and ice cream, which was divine.

Our waitress was Ella, and she was an absolute gem. She was helpful, cheerful, and friendly, and we totally would have invited her to eat with us if we could.

I must admit I was expecting a different experience mostly because of all the road construction and only seeing one couple having lunch there.
But wow, what a really good experience. The staff was super friendly and my meal was really good. I ordered the panang beef and it was absolutely delicious. It was a generous portion of panang and I think two people could easily share it if they ordered another side of rice. If you're in Wenatchee, I highly recommend this place for some great Thai food! 🤤

Wonderful! We're fairly new to the area and Spice Thai is probably my number 1 pick. The dining area is bright and inviting. The food is also bright and inviting! Everything we ordered was fresh, well balanced (protein/veggie/starch), and perfectly spiced to order.
We really enjoyed our meal and left full, but not overstuffed. We will definitely be back!

Loved spicy green curry and fried rice

Surprisingly excellent! When we first pulled up the place was dead; like no one was there. On a Saturday night, we thought this was odd... Anyway, I'm glad we stopped.

The service was really good. Customer service was just right; not too pushy / hovering but they didn't forget about us either. Servers were very knowledgeable about the dishes and how they were prepared.

While it is a little Americanized, they were good with me asking for a traditional dish (spicy). It was SPICY!

They have this awesome dried Thai chile flake! Spicy with a meaty kind of flavor. Super good!

The only critique was the pad Thai. The noodles were severely overcooked and mushy. So much so the dish was almost inedible.

I travel for work and have stayed at the hotel next to Spice several times, so I thought I would give it a try. I got the pad Thai and was pretty disappointed. I've had that dish so many times and so many places. This place didn't get it right. The noodles were way overdone. I ordered it medium spice and it had NONE. The employees were very nice, though!

We went for lunch today and I will say the food was delicious and I would have given a 5 star rating except for the way we were treated by the waitress. When we walked in she greeted us and asked us if we'd would mind sharing a menu. I was a little taken aback and should have said we would each like one but I didn't. We sat down and one of us waited while the other looked and it took more time. She kept coming back for the order and even asked me if I needed more time once and I hadn't even looked at the menu yet! My husband told her it was going to take more time and she left. She came back and finally my husband said with just one menu it was going to take longer. She went and got another menu and plopped it in front of me and left. Then a male waiter came and took over. He was really, really nice and we had a nice lunch after that, and the food was wonderful. Then when we left the waitress was at the front and she was very, very rude to both of us. You would think you could expect your own menu. If she was worried about having to wipe down the second menu I would have volunteered to do it. Anyway it put a bit of a damper on our first lunch out in a very long time. I take some blame for not just saying we would each like a menu from the start, but you really shouldn't have to, and you shouldn't be treated the way she treated us. Might be a while before we go back, good food or not.

I went in looking for a tasty meal and figured getting a dish which was spicy was not likely. I talked with the friendly waitress about my love of super spicy food and she asked about the how the food is made extra spicy. After ordering curry rice at the hottest level they offer, I was pleased to find it was actually on the spicy (for me) side. First restaurant I've ordered from locally with food I actually find spicy.

Great service, good Thai food. Came here on a quiet Saturday night. It was worth the drive to East Wenatchee - we were seated promptly, the food and apps were delicious, and totally reasonably priced!

We decided to try this on a recommendation, and couldn't have been more pleased. The food was really good, with generous portions but the service was the best I've seen since moving to Wenatchee. They're quick, friendly, and receptive- we'll definitely be back.

Rating a 4 because we have had delivery pick up there. The employees are kind and the food smells wonderful. They are kind and patient and helpful. The bright colors are very pleasing and the water even tasted good.

The cook from Thong Bai in Wenatchee opened Spice when Thong Bai closed down. Same great food at reasonable prices.

Pretty good for Wenatchee

We've eaten here several times. Each menu choice has been very good. My favorite is red curry with chicken. Heat index ranges from 1 to 5. Often 3 is sufficient. Very courteous servers. Take out is available.
