I’ve lived on the Eastside for years, don’t sleep on this place! It’s hiding amongst all the Bellevue construction but it’s some of the best Thai food I’ve had in the area.
Food was delicious, service was great!
This restaurant is family owned and it has a bar. Would be a great spot to stop in for dinner and drinks after work.
I’ve had dozens of Thai restaurants and this is among one of the underwhelming ones. The prices are heinous for their small portions and overly sweet food. Three spoonfuls of pad kee mao and you’re left with uneaten veggies and corn syrupy sauce. The Tom yum soup is watered down and bland, pad Thai tastes like it was washed through water, and pad kee mao tasted like candy. Additionally, the service is nonexistent. They seat you down and point to the QR code to look at the menu, select your dishes, and order all through the phone. Personally, I come to a restaurant to get full service and enjoy my time. However, I can say the atmosphere is modern and clean and compliments Bellevue’s architecture.
One of the best fried rices out there. Not sure about other items on the menu.
Called in an order for lunch, and was told 10 mins. Even after 35 mins, food didn’t come out. Meanwhile 4 other people came in, got their orders, and left. I had gotten food from here before, but won’t go back. There are too many other options out here to wait 4 times the suggested wait time.
I really hate giving bad review, especially at places with wonderful wait staff, but straight up this was not 4.4 stars for food. We were so hungry when we came in that I think our standards were pretty low, got pad tofu Thai, crispy garlic chicken, happy hour green beans and a glass of wine. $60+ dollars for 2 people. It wasn’t busy but still our food came out FAST. Like red flag for meats fast. I wasn’t really enjoying the pad Thai so I ate the chicken because I was super hungry and it’s usually a special fave dish for me. It was so tough and dry, I don’t know if it was just pre frozen for a really long time or what, but at some point hurt my tooth and thought I may have found a small piece of bone. TLDR we both had stomach aches by the time we got home, and my stomach woke me up later in the night asking me to write this review.
Unfortunately for $30 a person and leftovers I won’t want to eat, this is going on the bummer list of scrumped in Seattle. (Bellevue)
Great service and food
Compliments to the chef for the flavorful thai food. The drinks were sugary and expensive. Very casual service thats rough around the edges
Met a friend for lunch, holy yum yumminess. The crispy garlic chicken was amazeballs. I can’t wait to try something else.
Above and beyond the most incredible place of all Bellevue. This is a hidden gem to end all hidden gems

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant. I placed an order through Uber Eats and waited until the status showed “Ready” before walking to the restaurant to pick it up. When I arrived, the staff claimed they had no update on my order. After waiting for about 30 minutes, they finally admitted they hadn’t even started preparing it and told me to contact Uber to cancel it myself. They made it clear they didn’t care about the issue because I didn’t order directly with them.
When I asked why they marked the order as “Ready” if it wasn’t prepared, they casually said they’re “too busy” to check each order and just mark every order as ready when they receive it. This explanation was not only irresponsible but incredibly frustrating.
When I asked them to cancel the order from their end, they started yelling at us, saying we were wasting other customers’ time by arguing. Ironically, they spent way more time arguing with us than it would have taken to resolve the problem by simply canceling the order. In the end, they turned their backs on us and did absolutely nothing to help.
The level of unprofessionalism, rudeness, and complete lack of accountability at this place is staggering. They seem overwhelmed but have no problem misleading customers and marking orders as “Ready” just to avoid dealing with them. Avoid this restaurant at all costs—it’s not worth the stress or frustration.
This place charges 5 star prices for 1 star food don’t go here it’s awful
The salmon with herbs was *the* best salmon I have ever had. Amazing flavor, perfectly cooked, just absolutely delicious. Gem of a place.
Came to town for a conference, had the pleasure of dining here. Food was so rich in flavor and zest! So I had to come back and order take out for my mom and I! Service was excellent! Definetly recommend!
Fantastic fresh Thai food! Great service and great happy hour.
Fantastic food, some of the best Thai I've ever had, maybe THE best. Highly recommend.
Grilled chicken combo was excellent. Big portion - rather for 2 ppl.
Really salty poorly made food. Very little interaction with staff who didn’t even come check on us once the food was delivered. Ordered via QR code. Would not recommend especially given the prices they charge
Excellent food. Ordered for 12 people, the kids finished off everything! Would highly recommend.
Tasty but pricey, just about the right amount of food to fill me up, but I cleaned the plate.
Ordered take out. Pad See Ew and Drunken Noodles, medium spice. The meal was not spicy at all and unfortunately had zero flavor. Do not recommend this restaurant

I wonder if the food quality varies by chief or day of the week. For what it's worth, we did get carry out. We were there when the food was ready, and live 7 minutes away.
We picked this place because it was on the less expensive side but had really good ratings- but we were quite disappointed.
My Tom kah's flavor was really one dimensional, and had no veggies or lemongrass or anything- just chunks of overcooked chicken and a piece of something green and limp.
Pad see eu was.. ok, I guess. Noodles were well cooked, broccoli was crispy, but the sauce was just so so. Again, one dimensional.
Pineapple fried rice was fine. Something I might expect from a grocery store, but palatable.
Mango sticky rice was good, but overly sweet with none of the hint of salt you generally get with this dish.
I don't think we will be back.
Perfect Thai food😀
Very delicious food. Everything is great and the Crispy Garlic Chicken is a special fave. Service is always fast & friendly. A favorite place for easy takeout, too.
I absolutely ADORE this place. Best Thai food in Bellevue
beef pad see ew wins with the wok fire! The style tends towards sweet -ask the chef to tweak. Spice levels great, medium is perfect for folks who spent time in Thailand. garlic chicken needs work and some more shade for the intense afternoon sun that hits their dining space will be nice.
Love the food quality and flavors. We ordered hot on spice level and it was perfect. The customer service was spot on. We’ll be back when we are back in this area.
If you’re in Bellevue, craving Thai Food.. Stop here and Enjoy!!
similar to another review i had the pad see ew and the beef tasted SO bad i didn't finish it ... why does this place have such high reviews?
Absolutely magnificent atmosphere! Serene and modern decor go beautifully paired with the chill bar and fancy dishes. The price is so reasonable especially when you consider the generous portions. Divine food all around. I loved the impactful flavors and the smoky grilled notes on the chicken. Absolutely delicious. Wonderful date night location. My husband and I had a lovely night here.
Had the Pad See Ew wide noodle which just tasted horrible, the beef even tasted fishy. The seafood dish that's wrapped in foil was supposed to be mild but was about 3/5 stars in spice. Not going again, not sure why it has such high reviews.
Delicious Thai food. I had the garlic chicken at the “hot” spice level. Wasn’t what I would consider spicy but it was tasty nonetheless.
Good location, decor, and atmosphere. Would eat again.
Great Phad See Ew (stir fried noodles and broccoli shoots in a savory sauce). Good Papaya salad. Pad Thai is very citrus-forward, more so than I'm used to, but my friend liked it. Mango sticky rice dessert is excellent and one of the best in the metro 😋
Seemed quiet at lunch time. There is a full bar and a TV, some tables have bench seating (which I like). I didn't try the cocktails but it looked to be a good selection.
Menu is viewed online on Toast website by scanning a QR code at the table, waiters can take your order or you can place your order on that same website and pay online, the order is sent directly to the kitchen, which is probably nice when it gets busy but the place is not big enough to make that a likely problem.
Aesthetically the decor is very modern and well executed. I plan to recommend this place to friends.
I ordered through Uber eats and the restaurant delivered wrong order.
Had a great dinner at this restaurant.
We had stir fry beans, Thai grill fried rice, pineapple fried rice and red curry. Taste 10/10. Would definitely visit again to try some of their noodles. Unfortunately I forgot to click pictures of what I ate. This rarely happens. Next time will definitely share pictures
Convenient to dine at if one happens to be nearby. We two had dinner before attending an event next-door.
SERVICE: 4.0. Friendly and accurate.
AMBIANCE: 3.0. Plenty of tables and bar seating. High ceiling. Wall-to-ceiling windows on one side. Concrete floor.
FOOD: 3.5.
- Fresh Rolls with plum sauce: 3.0. A bit bland: would have used more basil.
- Thai Basil (entrée) with Medium spiciness: 3.0. Barely tasted spiciness; otherwise fine.
- Panang Curry (entrée) with Medium spiciness, with pork: 3.5. Quite spicy; I would order it again.
I don’t usually write reviews but I was just quite appalled… I don’t understand how this place has such high reviews? The audacity to charge $25 for a crab fried rice with IMITATION CRAB and just a few pieces of actual crab. Then, the crispy garlic chicken was nothing like some of the pictures, didn’t even have the basil leaf and was not very crispy and sweet like most other places, it was just atrocious…
Service and atmosphere were good but who cares when the food is abysmal? Owners need better cooks to be honest.
Cozy spot with good food.
I don't typically write reviews, but good reviews brought us here, and we were very disappointed. The pad thai was too sweet, the papaya salad was acidic and salty, the fresh rolls had no flavor, and this crispy chicken was just not very appealing. Nothing really felt fresh.
You order and pay on your phone, which I don't mind. However, I wished the server came by to check on us. The service was more akin to a place that you order at the counter and they bring you your food.
Excellent fried rice. But the portions you get for these apps, I feel I am getting scammed. $11 for 2 generic spring rolls 😒
It's in a really nice location. I don't understand how they charge for underground parking though, so parked on the street for free. You scan, order and pay on your phone. Food arrived pretty quickly. The restaurant is very nice with a bar area. Pad see ew was excellent. Curry was average.
Probably the worst Thai place I had for a while.
Thai grill under soma tower.
Bean sprouts no longer crispy, in Pad Thai.
Heavily manufactured sour and sweet sauce taste on the noodle, tasted like heavy ketchup and sugary. Avoid.
First I tried the Pad See Ew wide noodle wayyy too sugary, even beef was sweet which was barely edible. So I ask the server to change to pad Thai. I thought it was the most popular dish so it shouldn’t be bad, but I had a weird hutch since the green been appetizer was quite sweet and lots of heavy sauce. Turned out the Pad Thai. Totally inedible even after exchange. Just taste like stir fry noodle in ketchup. I feel bad for the food waste.
Only saving Grace was the pork belly in happy hour menu. Nothing else to say.
Parking under the tower is free for up to 1hr.
The service was great but the food was terrible. They use ketchup to make the pad thai and the papaya salad comes with iceberg lettuce instead of cabbage. Crispy chicken was not crispy upon arrival. Very Americanized Thai food. If you like authentic Thai food, this place is not it. The servers were friendly..
Pretty good Thai food and excellent service. I think there should be more food per portion though. Or maybe I'm just asking too much for a restaurant in Bellevue downtown 👌Ohh, the sticky rice and mango is a must-try, it's really good
Fresh food, good service, quick turnaround on the food.
Best thai place we know at least. We live a bit far but super worth the drive. Thank you!
Every time we go, it's excellent. Subtle flavors, perfect seasoning, great staff.
Good food at reasonable prices. Pretty good ambience too
I love there food.
Best thai restaurant in Bellevue! We ordered chicken satay and Thai grill fried rice and they were delicious! It will soon become our go to place for weekend lunches!
For the rating I thought the food would have been better. I’ve had much better at hole in the wall places.
Food was pretty good, but not anything super super amazing. The tofu cashew combo was yummy but I wish there was more tofu in it, I only got 3 pieces total. Also, the portions were on the smaller end. We got the lunch specials. I liked the atmosphere overall though, nice location and seating area. We ordered online.
We went here based exclusively off of the Google score. Sadly our experience was not 4.7 stars but rather a mediocre three stars. The food look like it was prepackaged. Service was quick but very generic. Our food was hot in some places and cold and others. Definitely not a great experience and certainly not a place that we would go back to.
Good service and excellent seasoning, my favorite is the Crispy Chicken, 100% recommended 👌
We eat at Thai Grill frequently. Food is consistently tasty. Staff are attentive and friendly. Love the garage windows open in the summer. Full bar too!!
Has been a personal favorite restaurant of mine ever since they've opened shop @ their original location on 8th st. Not a single complaint whenever we visit here. just wish i didn't live so far away because I would make the trip more often!! Yes! That's how good these guys are! Thanks thai grill fam, keep up the great service and hospitality.
This was my first time here, and it was fabulous!!
Amazing workers here! Yellow curry was fantastic!
An upscale but low key vibe with delicious food and friendly staff
Really good. I addicted with the taste....
Had Tom Kha and Prik Khing for Take out.
Delicious and flavorsome. The menu overall was exciting with great variety. Will definitely try this place again for other items.
Amazing Thai food, great service and clean environment.
Highly reccomend: crab delights, Tom kah soup, green curry, chicken pad Thai and pad see ew, crispy garlic delight, cashew nut chicken and dessert sticky mango rice 🔥🔥
Good food with decent price that's more favorable than the choices on the street and inside Belleville Square
Great place to chill for happy hour!
Great food, always fresh and phenomenal mojitos!
Everything was delicious
It’s nice to find an affordable lunch combo during the work day. They had a wide variety of different options, and the food was great. I ended up getting lunch combo C with chicken.
Great food and service
The food was amazing. I would definitely visit again.
I had to make an order by phone with QR code. I dont know if it’s possible to order face to face.
Delicious Thai food in a modern chic setting. Located in Soma Towers in downtown Bellevue. The wait staff was friendly and the service was quick after we placed the order using our phone. The ambience was cozy but the air conditioning wasn't effective as it felt a tad too warm on a sunny evening. Had green beans and chicken satay for starters and both were flavorful and well-cooked. Panang curry was a bit too spicy for medium. Cashew Nut with Tofu and sauteed vegetables was fresh and tasty. Would definitely go again.
The food was pretty good. The customer was not great at all. Waiter was not attentive, didn’t communicate at all, we needing things throughout the time we ate and he was never visible nor did he come check on us. The wait time for the food was LONG and we only ordered one plate of Pad Thai. Once the food came, he dropped it off and never came back until it was time to pay and he didn’t once ask if we enjoyed it until I asked him was the restaurant on YELP. Unfortunately, I live in the building above and this is disappointing because I can’t even leave positive feedback in the community and to my neighbors.
The atmosphere was nice and the food was quick and very good. My only complaint was that you had to order your food through an app, and the server only came out to deliver the food and water. If you needed anything, you’d have no way to request it.
Free one hour parking in Soma Towers garage, which was a plus. They also have ChargePoint charging for electric vehicles. $3 per hour.
We both got the pad thai to go. The meat was oddly seasoned and quite tough, and the noodles didn't really have much mixed in with them. There was a little bit of egg and a few bean sprouts, but not much. No green onion or peanuts. It was basically just noodles with a few pieces of meat. It tasted a bit like the red cabbage that came with it. Overall very disappointing, but the portion size was good. The lime on the side was a nice touch.
I love the beef salad and the pad see ew. One of the better Thai restaurants I have been to in Seattle
Worst place ever!!! We waited over 30-40 min to get our order meanwhile all the tables after us got served before. We told the server several times but they kept lying that the food will be out in 2 min! They Didnt apologize/accept their fault n had the audacity to ask tip! NEVER GOING AGAIN
6/26/2023
I love Thai food and this restaurant is my favorite!
You have to try the fresh rolls (to die for) and sauteed green beans (also to die for). Great wines also local! Happy hour menu five stars.
Locally owned and staff was very gracious....
Let's support our community!
terrible place
Best Thai food I had!
One of our favorite restaurants in Bellevue
This is a Bellevue staple, great food and best lunch value I'm Bellevue. This is their new location after moving off 8th Street where I ate at once a week.
tofu pad kee mao & panang curry were both fab. i would say both could use more veggies but otherwise the to go portion was good and the curry was SO tasty - i’ll def be back to try dine in.
Best Thai Restaurant in Bellevue!
Great food, people, and atmosphere! We were so happy with the service provided as well as the clean and modern atmosphere that the restaurant carries. Food was delicious and we will definitely be adding this as a favorite place to grab some Thai food! 10/10!!
Super tasty Thai food in a nice setting!
Really good seafood! Love it
Delicious Thai food! Recommend the cashew nut chicken, prik khing, and pad kee mao.
Very tasty. Friendly staff and reasonable prices.
Their food is awesome. The chicken wings are amazing. The fried garlic wings spicy 5 are to die for and of course phad Thai mean just amazing.
Freshly made dishes that were reasonably priced and delicious, great cocktails and good atmosphere. Owner was working and was super friendly. Has a garage type window that can open for the feel of outdoor seating on nice days/eves. Didn’t get the best photos but give this new spot a try in Downtown Bellevue! - cool vibe.
The seafood pad see ew was simply out of this world. Great portion of seafood accompanied by a few vegetables. Available was a separate chilly sauce that pushed the meal to the next level. Improvement just needed to serve all meals at the same time so guests can enjoy together.
The food is just amazing. great service!
We’ve been twice, super delicious! They do a good mild and a good spicy, will definitely visit again.
A new amazing Thai place in Bellevue ! Definitely coming back to try your amazing cocktails !
Amazing food I will definitely come back
Green beans are out of this world!!!!!!!
100% delicious! Must try at least! Best Thai in Bellevue.
We ordered take out and ask for no spicy since we are feeding the kids. Both the Tom Yum and the Thai grill fried rice turned out spicy. If non spicy can not be made, please just tell us when we order.
Excellent taste and spice! The real good thai food. I ordered the panang curry and the padthai. Everything was perfect and great! The spiciness is just as asian spicy level, so better be careful on choosing the spiciness.
It’s really delicious. You must try chicken panang curry and pork pad thai 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
Great dinning experience! Flavorful food in every bite. Sat at the bar and the drinks were top notch as well. Great service friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be going back!!!
Incredible, incredible food. Wonderful staff. Bar is legit. Highly recommend for solo eating, dates, family gatherings
Super fast service, great energy, great food and drinks, there's a lot to love here.
They have many great food options, very flavorful and delicious. There costumer service is top tear and it’s all owned by a family that makes you feel like a family.
All the food has good portions and tastes good
The food is great! I especially love the green beans, it is the best I’ve ever had. I actually wanted another order of it but sadly it’s sold out for the night. The Penang curry is super great as well, pork inside is tender and the taste is bomb.
Squid was okay, pad see ew was a bit salty for me but my husband enjoyed it.
The mango sticky rice is okay as the rice is too sweet and mango has not much taste.
But overall it is super awesome and I will definitely come back again. Next time I will try the Phad Thai and of course green bean is a must!
I downloaded their menu online and recognized the logo, but didn't think much of it. Upon arrival I saw a familiar face in the guy who promptly greeted me. Could this be the same restaurant/owner as my long lost favorite Thai place, formerly on NE 8th!? Sure enough! He recognized me as well, and after a short conversation I found out it was indeed the same folks giving it another go after being forced to close their original location during the pandemic over 2 years ago. Same amazing food, same friendly guy, new very nice modern setting (now with a full bar). Will definitely be back on a regular basis!
I first visited this restaurant approximately 6 weeks ago, I had the Seafood rice and it was the best I had ever eaten. This Rice was not brown in color as I expected and was very tasty.
I returned to the restaurant yesterday just for the Seafood Rice as before and however, I was very very disappointed, the rice was brown in color and very oily and tasted like other rice that I've had in the past, so my Valentines dinner wasn't that great.
I believe in giving people or places a second chance, so I will return to the restaurant once more in hopes the rice will be like it was on the first visit.
The crispy garlic chicken is on point. Nice clean, modern atmosphere.
Great food, super good deal, nice bartender.
Super awesome deal.
