The restaurant was almost empty which was a surprise because it was Friday night. The food was exceptionally good. I tasted the pad tai, two types of curries, the steamed dumplings, the glass noodle soup, and the tai basil duck. There was only a single server so everything took a very long time to come around and our water glasses were often empty.

Food was hot and delicious. The crab fried rice was tender but not overcooked. It all seasoned but with a deft hand so that the crab was the star.
The duck rolls has a good ratio of filling and the duck was crispy.
The fried rolls were pretty average by comparison and I would probably skip them next time.
Not pictured was the mango sticky rice. It was exactly what I wanted, no frills just tasty

The food and service was wonderful! Definitely returning in the future!! We had the sweet and sour crispy fish with their homemade sauce and it was the star of the meal. We also had the crispy shrimp and crazy tiger dish. Everything was super fresh, flavorful and a joy to eat! Ended with the sticky rice and mango which is large enough to share with 3 people....but you might just want your own! 😜

I order take out/deliver often. The food quality and flavor is always excellent. They always give close attention to detail in labeling what’s what in a large order. Hands down my favorite Thai restaurant in the area.

Food quality was uneven. While the Chicken kappow was good (rating 4 out of 5), the Ancient shrimp was dry and basically tasteless (2 out of 5). The desert mango with sticky rice was simply terrible because the sticky rice was like sticky rock (0 out of 5) and there was not much coconut sauce. On the whole, at this rate, I don’t see 703 Thai surviving the ample competition among Thai restaurants in our area. They need to vastly improve the quality of their food if they hope to stay in business.

We ordered for pickup — Great portions, great flavor, at a price similar to other thai restaurants with much fresher ingredients. We got shrimp pad thai, pattaya noodles, and golden calamari. The calamari was even delicious and had great texture without being super fresh as we ate the food an hour after pickup! My boyfriend said the restaurant had great ambiance inside when he picked it up, and suggested we should eat inside some time.

Went for a Valentines dinner and had a great meal. We ordered the rolling duck roti, tom yum soup, and the nua num tok (spicy steak salad...my fave!) for appetizers. They came out quickly and were all so good. We also ordered chicken pad thai and pork drunken noodles, which were both among the best we've ever had, and with huge portions.
The service is attentive and fast considering there is really just one server and two other staff helping bring out the dishes.
Prices are what you expect given inflation today, but we thought it was a good value for all the wonderful food we were served.
The interior is well decorated considering the dining space must have originally been designed as an atrium restaurant for a 1980's hotel.
Can't wait to go back!

A hidden gem! They're located at the bottom floor of a hotel. In my opinion, they have the best Thai food in Fairfax and deserve to be better known. My favorite dish is their panang curry, but everything I've had from here has been excellent.

We have been to 703 Thai Cuisine few times in the past. Decent food and drinks. A little bit on the pricier side, but we didn't mind as long as the food is good and ambience is well.
Went on Father's Day at the very end of the day at 9:40 while their closing time is 10. They still had the Open sign and I went with family and daughter to have a drink while we are waiting for our EV to charge at Electrify America near by.
They were already cleaning and it was empty. The lady said they are closed and I totally understand and I politely asked if they can server drinks at the bar. If it is a No it is a No.
Instead, the lady said I already looked drunk while I haven't had a drink at all. My whole family was mortified.
Not planning to go there anytime soon. Lost me as a customer.

First time I've eaten here. When I first got there, only one couple was there. Large floor plan with lots of empty tables did not inspire very much confidence in this restaurant but hey, I was hungry and I was here.
Ordered crispy duck wrap, the chicken larb, and chicken kapok. Go hungry! The portions are healthy! As soon as the food was placed on the table, I realized that there was going to be leftovers to go home with myself. The was all delicious.
If you like Thai food, then this is a great place to chose. I can't speak to why it was so empty when I first walked in, as the food really is quite good. I will go back, the food is very good and worth every bite! Enjoy.

Ive dined here before covid and it was great! They even catered to teh vegetarian requests in our group.
went a few weeks back and the place has slipped wrt customer service. Just 2 folks for at least 4 filled tables. Plus they removed the veg option for papaya salad and a few other dishes.

The food quality is substandard, the chicken in my green curry and the oil used for both the dishes tasted bad.
I specifically asked for hot and the green curry was not even mild.
Only saving graces are the packaging and good quantity of food.
I wanted to reasonable before I gave them a bad feedback and I called them to give my feedback to the manager; however, the server didn't even give me his name, but gave me the false hope that he would call me back.

Go to Thai place in Fairfax. Have enjoyed consistent vegetarian and meat options here over the years. The last time we ordered take out a week or two ago, it must have been an off night. Called to let them know the food was'nt per my expectations. They were apologetic. The next time I called in for carry out today, they remembered and made me a new entree to make up for the last time without me asking for it! I appreciate the effort and customer service given these days are hard for both businesses and customers alike.

One of the most consistently good Thai places in Northern Virginia. These guys never seem to have an "off" night -- and sometimes their stuff is downright amazing. Been in and out of NoVa for the last 25 years and they are the consistently the best Thai place out there.

They are also extremely generous with the portions, especially compared to many other places. Super happy to have found this restaurant, have been getting out Thai food here for years (back when it was called Neisha Thai) and am very happy.

We tried pad Thai and drunken noodles here. It was awesome. I loved it. Customer service was also great. We reached the restaurant pretty late. Yet, servers managed to get us a table and incredible food. I highly recommend this place. If you like spicy food, don't forget to ask for extra spicy sauce on the side.

I ordered carryout, the 703 Cashew entree and asked for tofu and if it could be made vegetarian. They clearly explained there would be no oyster or fish sauce added. I picked up my order and they had listed no egg, which I was pleasantly surprised. Great job since this is vegetarian, but when i got home it had chicken instead of tofu. I should have taken it back but decided to pick trough the meat and give it a try. Overall it wasn't bad but could have used a little more flavor and maybe it was because of the lack of fish and oyster sauce. Needless to say, I won't be returning. I will continue to go to my star vegetarian restaurant "Sunflower" in Vienna. They do nothing but vegetarian, so I know they wont mess up my order.

This is our go to Thai place in the Fairfax/Oakton area. It is perfectly spicy and the flavors are well balanced. You have to try the mussels. YUM!

First, the decoration and seating were clean and looked nice. The service was prompt and polite.
We ordered SALMON ROLLS, MOO YANG and 703'S BAR-B-QUE TALAY. Salmon rolls should be renamed Rice rolls because there were just rice with salmon flying over and dropped a few flakes on the rolls. Very disappointed.
Bar-B-Que Talay was very sweet, not spicy at all and didn't have much seafood in it. Moo Wang was good with the pork had some smokey flavor.
If I'm in the area and feel hungry, I probably would stop there but won't go out of my way to have Thai food there.

After eating the Thai food, I had really bad stomach pain. Followed by a lot of diarrhea and throwing up. It was definitely food poisoning because I never had an issue with Thai food until tonight.

Went here for the first time thanks to Groupon. Everything was super salty and a bit pricey for the quantity and quality given. The only good thing was the mango with sticky rice. That was amazing and the rice and mango was super sweet .

It was a rough morning and decided to treat myself. Stopped by this new restaurant around opening time (11:00am) and was quickly seated.

I got a Thai iced tea while I decided what to eat. After several minutes, I ordered:

-MOO PING ($11)
Thai style grilled pork skewers w/ sticky rice

-GOLDEN SCALLOP IN TAMARIND SAUCE ($17)
Sea scallops fried to golden brown, glazed with our flavorful tamarind sauce and served with steamed vegetables

I began to eat my pork skewers and although tough to eat, it was okay with the sweet chili sauce and sticky rice. In fact, the sticky rice was my favorite part. Soon after the waitress brought out the main entree. The scallop had too much batter in my opinion and the steamed vegetables were bland as expected. I was considering getting dessert when I arrived, but considering both of my meals were average at most - I skipped dessert.

Despite my experience, I’d be willing to give this place another chance simply because the staff were friendly and courteous. In the meantime, I’ll continue my search for the best Thai food in VA.

And best part was the drunken noodles and pad se ew did not disappoint. Best I’ve had in the DMV area. The restaurant is attached to Comfort Inn. They accepted Groupon ($30) which I bought around $20. Could not stop eating their Drunken noodle- very delicious with great spicy taste on tongue. Also loved to eat Sukiyaki.
