We so far have tried the pad Thai, Crispy duck the yellow curry, chive dumplings, drunken noodles, the Tom Yum soup, and the wings. All these were excellent, and had great flavor. Not overpriced at all, considering the cuisines you are buying. In Burlington, the prices for a Thai place are for sure more expensive. The portion sizes were good and filling. We had enough for leftovers and I eat like a hog so that’s telling you something. The rice was cooked perfectly and all the meat we have had there has been juicy and succulent. Everyone needs to throw this poor woman a bone. She was busy cleaning when my girlfriend and I came in closer to 830, And she put our order in quick and our food was ready in 15 minutes. The restaurant atmosphere is very nice and relaxing, a great spot if you are a couple. Considering that Lamoille county does not have much to offer for takeout, this place is a Homerun in my opinion. I highly recommend it!

Horrible excuse for Thai food. Virtually flavorless Pad Thai and staff that puts words in your mouth when taking your order. Never again!

Local restaurant in a small town. Overpriced. Recently I ordered a vegetable dish. The portion was so small would not even feed two people. I called absolutely no customer service offered. $15 overpriced for the amount amount of food.

Food was ok but not great. The real disappointment was the service. No thank you or your welcome said from who I suspect is the owner. If you care about decent customer service then go just about anywhere else.

I have been ordering from Siam Valley Thai for three years now and the food is always delicious and ready on time. I order everything GF and have never had an issue. The people upfront have always been kind and helpful.

The lady is very rude and treat people bad. It feels like we own her money at the first place. Not recommended at all. Do not come especially in holiday seasons

Just let them know when you call.

**Just double check the shrimp for gluten people.....if it's farm raised...it's gluten. All shrimp is gluten if it's farm raised. The shrimp farmers feed a gluten/cornmeal. That goes for restaurants and grocery stores.

I know....I've gotten sick from grocery store shrimp before.

You are fine if it's wild caught shrimp.

Not sure what this restaurant has? We don't eat the shrimp.

Pineapple fried rice was good

I really loved everything. The textures and spice were right on point with the sweetness of coconut. Definitely will be ordering from here again very soon.

I called ahead and spoke with a someone and I specifically asked if they were open for lunch. I was told yes and then drove thirty minutes there to show up to a locked door and now the phone goes straight to voice mail.

They were not taking dine in's. However they did have tables out side. They could have went out occasionally and wiped down the tables. The food is why I give them 3.5. It was a bit unflavorful. But their portion was good.

I had the Siam fried rice lunch special for $9.95 and it was a very generous portion. Everything was fresh and tasted delicious!

I came here this evening to order something to-go. There was an employee at the front helping one customer, but the door was locked, so we waited outside for a bit because we thought they were only letting one customer at a time in as part of covid precautions (since they also had a sign saying they are only taking to-go orders. We waited in front of the door for a bit. It was rude that they saw us waiting in the cold, and didn’t tell us anything until we just decided to leave.

So so, basically no service and long wait time.

First visit was when they first opened and pre COVID. Loved the Spicy Basil Duck then.
Back after two years, and very happy they are still open and still have that lovely duck dish!

Having a severe soy allergy I tried to explain to the lady who barely speaks English that I needed a recommendation with no soy. After 4 back and forth from the kitchen she garanteed me that the spicy duck, one of their most expensive dish was soy free. It wasnt and my experience was horrible.
I can't trust this place and I will never return.

Literally the best thai food in Morrisville. All of the curry dishes are worth getting, Massaman is my favorite with level 3 spiciness. The rice noodles are fantastic. Make sure you try the chicken satay. I've been here over 5 times and always consistently good.

This restaurant offers large, satisfying portions for a very reasonable price. The food was outstanding! We ordered Tom kah soup, red curry, and drunken noodle,all of which we'd order again without hesitation. While dining we experienced a flat tire and the waitress, Gemma, went out of her way to hold our food for us so it was hot when we were finally ready to eat it. Friendly staff! We look forward to returning soon. Highly recommended!

Super disappointing..
I went here for the first time, during their opening week. 2/4 of us had these tiny black bugs in the soup.. gave them the benefit of the doubt. Could have just been from unpacking boxes and not properly washing the dishes before serving food. Opening week is hard no matter what kind of business it is

Tonight I was craving thai food. Thought about it all day.. instead of driving over an hour to my favorite little thai restaurant, I decided to try this place again. (After reviewing everyone's reviews online I figured they must have improved some since my first visit)
I ordered Fried spring rolls and chicken Pad Thai to go..
My spring rolls were tasteless, and mushy on the Inside.
And my chicken pad thai was mediocre to say the least.. flavor is lame, it was dry, and I found a freaking hair in it :(
Needless to say, i wont be back. If you are looking for good thai food, go to Dusit thai in Newport. It's worth the drive.. Siam is practically in my backyard and it's still not worth it..

I love Thai food! This place has large portions at a great price and is vegan friendly :) My only 2 suggestion for improvement is PRETTY PLEASE start carrying fresh rolls? One of my favorite thai foods, and nice to break up the greasy/heavy stuff. The second is that they won't put coconut milk in the thai tea instead of half and half, which is a very sad for those of us who can't eat dairy!

What a fantastic gem, the food is fantastic! I ordered the pad thai, heaped noodlely goodness in a savory gooey saucy with carrots and chicken and scrambled eggs cooked to tenderness, topped with crisp fresh bean sprouts on a fourteen inch plate. I will certainly be getting two more meals out of this one dish. And the crazy part is its only 10$! Good food, clean and colourful dining area, fantastic service, I can't wait to come back and try their other dishes, or just get more pad thai!

Terrible experience today. Waitress was extremely rude. The table in the corner had only a teapot and cup on it. I said I would wait. She waited over 15 mins to clear the 2 items. There were only 5 customers in the place at 3 tables. She never acknowledged me when the table was ready. I spoke with the owner who apologized. I left and dined elsewhere. Last week, I had a very nice waitress and delicious Masaman Curry. I will not return if today's rudeness is tolerated by the owners.

We had a very nice dinner here. Service was prompt, food came out quickly and hot, portions sizes were very generous, and most importantly, everything was delicious! I had the tom yum soup with was spicy, hearty, but not heavy, followed by some drunken noodles which did not disappoint either. My wife's describes her Pad Thai as 'not overly dry, delicious, classic tasting.' Will be recommending this place to my friends.

We love Thai food and seek it out wherever we vacation, and this restaurant has the best soft shell crabs we have eaten in a long while, not to mention their spectacular service and other entrees. We stopped in after a ride on the rail trail. As first timers, we were hoping for good, but what we got was fantastic! We ended up ordering to go (no wine or beer here....and we were hot, dirty, and wanted a beer with dinner). Take out took just 20 min from order. We got tofu pad thai, green curry with chicken and tam soup. Wow! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and yummy. Another fun option in Morrisville! Looking forward to going back.

Finally! A authentic Thai restaurant with real Thai food I've been waiting a long time for this, no other place can beat their flavors.

I really want this place to succeed, but service-wise they're not ready for prime time. I tried calling 4 times, no answer. Against my better judgement I placed an order online. And when I arrived they were not aware of the order. This is pretty basic stuff and they will fail if they don't figure it out.

I have eaten here at least once a week since they have opened and while my first visit wasn't up to expectations, every time since (about 6 more visits) have been exceptional. My go-to dish is the pad kee mao (drunken noodles) with any of the protein options.

The lunch special (dine-in only) which includes once of several entrees, soup or salad, and fried won-tons for under $8 is probably the best value (and one of the tastiest) lunches in town. I hope this place continues on their current path, as I hope to eat here for years to come.

We were seated and after 45 minutes we were not seen by the server for even a drink order. There was a constant flow of online orders and the server stayed to run the cash register. We walked out and other diners followed our lead.
