I had both the Pad Gra Prow Gai Kai Dao and the Papaya Salad at spice level 2, and they were both delicious, delivering the balanced flavors and heat I was looking hoping to find. The portion sizes provided enough leftovers for lunch the next day. Very satisfying!!

I can't wait to go back and try some other favorites on their menu. It is definitely on the work lunch rotation from here on out, and I can't wait to bring my daughter!

The food was good. The curry was a little water down and the sticky rice needed more condensed milk/coconut milk. The prices are good.

I found what seemed to be bits of hair in my egg drop soup. the cook came & told me it was from the egg which it clearly was not, then switched it to being "burnt garlic". I disagreed and & he said it only counts if it was long hair.

First time eating Thai and it was pretty awesome, spring rolls were good.

I ordered the Thai red curry and basil beef. The red curry was very watered down with peas and had little taste to it. The basil beef also had a watered down taste along with peas.

Overall, neither dish had much flavor at all and was very disappointing. I'm used to fresh and highly flavorful Thai food, and this was definitely not it.

Every dish I have tried has become a new favorite. Don't let the name fool you there is more than yummy Thai food here ...Pad Thai is stellar, the phō is off the chain ...also be sure to check out the Chinese food menu as well ...

I was craving Pad Thai, and I was thoroughly impressed with this place! Tasted great, was fairly priced for a heaping portion, and was thoughtfully wrapped in plastic to prevent sauce leaking from the takeout container.

Excellent menu choices. I had the Thai This Egg Noodle Soup with beef. It was amazing. Plan to go back for some curry.

One could say the atmosphere is homely. Others might say it's quaint. The pho is solid, but not my favorite. There's no tripe.
There was one server while it was slow. You know how it is.

This is my favorite place to eat in this area. Cans for the pho last night and had to come back for the curry today. Both excellent. Easily the best place west of redwood.

Got the mango red curry and it was very watery. The chicken was also very odd tasting, it was very rubbery like. I also got the chicken pad Thai. I was super excited but it was very disappointing, too soupy and the color was way darker than other places I have tried. The dishes didn’t seem authentic. Also the chicken again was very weird like it had been frozen and stocked for a while.

The food is a hit or a miss. The pho is pretty good, however the curry was watery and looked more like a soup.

Below average in many ways. The food was not very healthy for Thai food. I usually select Thai food because it is a healthier option but not here. Lots of added sugar and starch.

Food, service, and atmosphere were all just okay. Cream cheese wontons were not good. We got the traditional beef pho, Chicken Pad Thai, and massaman curry. The pho was okay, nothing special. Pad Thai was very soupy but overall fine. The curry had good flavor, but the veggies seemed frozen instead of fresh, which I don’t care for. Overall a bit of a disappointing experience from a very well-rated restaurant.

The chicken wings are amazing, as are the drunken noodles. I have been here several times and have always walked away full and content. I've had several different dishes and each are delicious. The service provided is top notch.

I’ve had a lot of Pho from places overseas, and across the US and this Pho had to have been the best I’ve had.

The Pad Thai, Chicken Satay and Sticky Mango Rice were both really good as well, definitely some of the best I’ve had.

Owners are a little shy, but incredibly kind and humble, and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Thai This is amazing! The restaurant has a cozy and inviting atmosphere with lovely music. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure you have everything you need.

The food is yum! Some of the best include Tom Yum Soup, which is a must have. Pad Thai, perfectly balanced and delicious; Pad Khing Chicken and Mango Sticky Rice, a sweet and perfect ending.

The prices are reasonable for the quality and portions. Overall, Thai This is a must-visit for tasty Thai food. Great food, great service, and a great experience!

Very watery curry, low expectations for any future food here if I ever order again, maybe it's just the cook today but just absolutely sad affair.

This Thai Restaurant gives you a large size portion at a low price, definitely enough to feed maybe two people. I order green avocados curry but it lacks the creamy tastes and texture. It wasn't too spicy and the avocado isn't something normally use in Thai cuisine. The heat and Thai favor is a bit lacking for my taste since it didn't have the creamy favor from the coconut milk, but at $11, it's very reasonable.

If youre looking to support small business locally. Thai this is where its at. Their thai food is great and their service is great too. They have mango rice thats dope dessert and the spring rolls are a good appetizee highly recommend both. Youll love the food.

The old Thai This used to be with yummy food and great service, I wish the owner gets its reputation back. I had a bad experience in terms of both food and hospitality today.

The food wasn't impressive when I ordered fried chicken it should be fried. I ordered BBQ ribs and that wasn't even BBQ. My chicken came back baked and I doubt it's even that. This was a waste of money and whomever is giving great reviews needs too stop lying.

Been coming here for years and have always loved it. Unfortunately today I ordered an appetizer and I got my order wrong. Politely asked for my correct order and they denied me my appetizer saying I did get what I had ordered and had just ate them already. I ordered spring rolls half of them shrimp and half off them pork. My family ate the shrimp and when I went to eat mine which were supposed to be pork they were all shrimp. (I am allergic to shrimp). Owner made a big deal and even asked the cook which she lied saying she made the correct ones.

The food here is undesirable. The pho has absolutely zero taste. The peanut sauce served with the spring rolls is pretty much water it's so thinned out. Horribly rude service when telling the manager the food was tasteless. I didn't eat more than two bites of the pho & left the whole bowl.

Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I did order the Chicken Pad Thai. While the flavor was good, the noodles were mushy and way too soft. There wasn’t any texture to it and the chicken was a little dry. I also ordered the spring rolls which were okay and the peanut sauce was also okay.
I am hoping the quality of the food gets better because the owner really is so sweet. Best of luck but I probably won’t be coming back.

This place easily just became our favorite Thai restaurant. I had the best Phanaeng Curry I've ever had, and my husband loved his Green Coconut Curry—both had a perfect amount of spice that balanced and complemented the other amazing flavors so well. All of us—including the 3- and 7-year-olds—loved the Thai This Fried Rice, the Pad Thai, and the Cream Cheese Wontons. Quick, friendly service. We will be back, soon!

We use to eat there quite a bit but Sunday we went there and food was real bland I like spice got a lvl 8 and had to add alot of chili oil to it not hot at all and the curry was like water consistency

The Tom Yum is LEGIT, have never found a place that loads it up with flavor like this place. Generally seems like most places keep it minimalist with just mushrooms and lemongrass... not here. Its pretty hearty with the addition of the pineapple and a hefty herb blend. The broth is just perfect. Only thing I would change is removing the snow peas out of this.

Good food and quantity for the price. The pad see ewe was extra saucy, which I enjoy.

Fantastic place to enjoy a meal. Fresh, hot, very flavorful. Portions were generous. 3 meals would feed 4 family style. Don't forget the mango sticky rice. This is our new go to on our way to Usana on concert nights! Service was excellent!

Annnddd I didn’t have to wait for drink refills, where other places I have to wait the whole time I’m there for a drink refill. I ordered the pho combination, egg rolls, fried shrimp wrap and Thai This fried rice…and it was😍🔥no complaints here! Will be returning!

UPDATE:They are back!!!! We were so excited to see Thai This had reopened at a new location with better parking and a larger dining room. Same incredible food and some new happy faces! We ordered the Pho and Pumpkin Curry this time and I thought my daughter was going to cry she was so happy to have her favorite Pho place back!

Thai This has really yummy Pho and Green Curry. No matter what I order I always add an order of Green Curry to take home with me, it is that good. Very friendly staff too!

Pad Thai and spring roll

Glad the moved to a new location. I was missing the food. So yummy. Will keep going back, and trying new dishes. I love the chicken combo with the papaya salad. I go just for the papaya salad.

If you go here do not get the curries. We got massaman and yellow curry. I rarely leave bad reviews- I try not to complain but I love Thai food and both of these dishes were a sorry excuse of a coconut milk curry. When I expressed my dislike and asked if I could switch it out (as many restaurants with good customer service do), they said no, we would have to pay for another dish.
Pretty disappointed with my experience here.

Portions are great for the price you pay. If you like hot food, be sure to order closer to 10 on the scale they provide. I had a 6/10 and didn't feel it.

Everything was delicious. Ingredients were fresh and the service fast and friendly. My kid is a picky eater and he asked for no veggies on his noodles and the chef did her best to give us exactly what we asked for. Only negative thing about this place was the jerk who walked in without their food (no evidence) demanding a new order because their food “had onion” after the chef told them she checked the food herself IN FRONT OF them before placing it to go. A rude Karen in the wild for sure. I’ll be retuning. Thanks

Excellent Thai restaurant! Service was fantastic. Multiple people checked on us throughout the meal. The spring rolls with peanut sauce were delicious. Phanaeng curry with steamed rice was wonderful. The Pad Gra Prow Goong Kai Dao had great shrimp. I highly recommend Thai This for wonderful food

First time trying this place and did not disappoint, the portions on the food that we ordered were more like family style. We ordered an array of foods, the Pad Thai, yellow curry, fried rice, springs rolls, all tasted great. We are glad to say that we will be adding this place to our regular places to eat.

They are finally back! One of the best Thai restaurants in west valley. When they moved out of their old location I thought they had closed. So glad to see them in their new location. The pumpkin curry is phenomenal 🤤

Unfortunately we had a pretty poor experience here. Server was very polite and kind. Ordered a couple appetizers and two entrees. The cream cheese wontons were double wrapped, so the ends were crispy, but the middle was very doughy and almost inedible. The filling had great flavor but was overpowered by the undercooked dough. The Thai sausage was incredibly dry. Absolutely had to dip it in nearly every sauce we could find to finish it. The fried fish was pretty good with a great fry on them and a flavorful sauce. The yellow curry was super disappointing. It was a runny broth, not thicker and creamy like I’m used to. Flavors were off big time, only ate a few bites. Even the picture I attached the sauce looks thin and translucent.

Great customer service. Clean and spacious environment. Mostly order their curries (red, yellow or green) with rice! Great prices for the quantity of food.

Beef to noodles ratio. I picked the beef to the side and counted 8 small pieces. The worker was nice (take out) and I asked for extra sauce on the phone and they definitely delivered

We haven't been here since they reopened so we decided to call in a pickup order. We called them at
7:24, put in our order and they told us it would be
25 minutes. We waited about 20 minutes and went to pick it up, when we got there it wasn't ready yet, not a problem, we started to wait. At 8:45 we still had not gotten our food, we asked if we could just get a refund instead of waiting longer and they kept saying "it's almost ready" and after another 10 minutes we asked again and the lady started yelling at us. They said that it was too big of an order so they waited to start preparing it until we arrived, which still didn't make any sense. We only ordered 4 meals which I feel is pretty standard? But either way it still should have taken that long and there was no reason to yell at us in the middle of the restaurant because they misquoted the time.
The food is good, but this definitely ruined any chance of us wanting to go back.

Got the yellow curry and some thin cut pork dish. Rice was extremely undercooked and the curry is a soup. The pork looks and tastes dried out as well. I could be having different expectations for the curry but the last Thai curry I got it was nice and yellow and creamy. I love supporting local food places so it honestly hurts me to rate them 3/5 but I feel it's deserved. Maybe next time will be better.
