Stephenville isn’t a very large city, closer to a warm community. That was the expectation coming into this restaurant, and it sure as hell delivered. When I came in the service was incredible, very polite people. The English isn’t the best all around but the point gets across very easily. They know what’s on the menu and explained the dishes thoroughly which impressed me. The feeling of the establishment is similar to an average chinatown-esque restaurant, there is nothing outstanding about it, chairs were comfortable enough to forget about, but the tables were a little crooked rocking back and forth. The food went from average to a little above average and I appreciate that, I don’t need to be mesmerized each day, just satisfied. They serve an appetizer of miso soup- very salty, which was not very impressive. I ordered the drunken noodles. They were nothing extraordinary, not saucy like I am used to. It’s like they were pan fried and all the sauce dried up in the pan. At a spice level 4/5, it was spicy but that’s really it. The pineapple fried rice was delicious seasoned very evenly the pineapple added a sweet bomb every time you ate it, my only gripe with the dish would be the rice was also a little dry similar to the drunken noodles. Overall, Pattaya Thai Kitchen isn’t a bad place to stop when you’re hungry the pricing might look a little overwhelming but the portion sizes are built for 2, or 1 plus leftovers. This place isn’t a must go but if you’re hungry and looking for something to eat I wouldn’t pass this place up.

We never ran out something to drink. They were patient when we took a while to decide, and they were very friendly. The food was awesome as well. It didn't take more than 5 minutes for our food to come out. I will definitely be coming back again later in the future.

OMG!! I really enjoy Thai food. The Curry here is awesome!! I should have asked for #3 heat tho. #4 was a little too much for me. But the flavor was amazing! My son really enjoyed his California roll and shrimp tempura. My daughter and her boyfriend both ordered General Tso chicken, she got #2 heat. HUGE portions and very well flavored. I highly recommend this place.

Good place for Thai!

Pattaya has become one of our favorite places in town! The onion soup that comes with every meal is delicious and sets the scene for the delicious meal to come. I have to confess we have a favorite meal with the Hell Ramen and the pad Thai but every dish we have tried has been excellent! The staff are so polite and genuinely nice people! And for people who love spice the meals are the perfect level for what you ask for and they don’t just dump chili pepper on them to adjust it is done properly!

Update! We have continued to visit once a week if not more for the last few years. The staff are still as amazing as the first time we came and treat us like family. We are forever grateful to come here!

As soon as we sat down they served us a delicious onion soup. They were very accommodating when we asked to leave out egg for our vegan diet. We ordered green curry, a side of fried rice, and vegetable udon. The food is delicious! The server was attentive, and the chef came to our table to ask how we liked the food. We could hear other patrons praising their food as well. Highly recommended!

My husband had Pepper Steak, he finished it. I had the Hibachi Salmon lunch; I requested it undercooked (moist) and they delivered. The Fried Rice is always good. The sweet tea was brewed, sweet and the refills came as fast as my Hubbie emptied his glass.

At lunch time, it’s never crowded and we enjoy being able to visit with each other as the soft Asian mix music plays in the background.

They now have 6 foot solid wood dividers between the booths, making our couple date conversation even more private.

I would never hesitate to bring any family or friends here, and easily recommend it.

First time trying Pattaya service was attentive and fast. Ordered the wings, chicken katsu ramen, and triple flavor snapper. The portions were very generous and everything was delicious the staff were helpful with the menu when deciding what to order . 5 stars definitely recommend coming here with family and friends!! We had been on the road for a while when the GF suggested Thai. We found this place and it was about a 40 minute drive out of the way. It was worth the drive. The pineapple curry and the avacodo bomb were amazing. It will be worth the drive from Cleburne soon.

Our family ate here for lunch! We were seated quickly and given delicious soup. Drinks came quickly, as did the food. Adults ate pad thai, and kids had hibachi. It was all delicious!

I have been teaching for years next door at TSU, but I first visited Pattaya the other evening for dinner. I placed a to-go order for sesame chicken and steamed rice. The food was delicious. The batter had a nice crunch, and the sauce was equally salty and sweet. Chef's kiss. I also sipped on their complimentary soup as I waited for my order. That, too, was quite tasty. I will be back!

Completely surprised as we didn't expect our experience to be quite THIS good!! We have particular taste for Thai cooking. The Pad Thai was some of the best we've ever had. We also ordered Coconut Shrimp and it we really liked it!. We had soup (similar to Miso) It made for a noce start for dinner. The portions were more than adequate and the taste was incredible!! The service is outstanding! These folks are a can't miss!

Excellent experience, friendly, great food, and awesome with the kiddos. Would recommend to anyone in the area or out of the area. Be careful with the spice level it can sneak up on you.
