Diner Review №1

They are always so nice And the food is amazing! I love that the menu is customizable regarding the proteins as well!

Diner Review №2

The staff is always friendly and nice here. Very family oriented and spacious dining. The food is always on point and just amazing. They always cook the food as you order, and make sure it’s piping hot and freshly made as, no exaggeration. They even wrap up everything very nicely and secured for to-go orders which I highly appreciate so I don’t have to worry about anything spilling over. Great environment/area, and great food.

Diner Review №4

I don’t recommend the shrimp pad Thai. My wife and I went to eat there at about 5:30 in the evening and it tasted like my food had been sitting in a crockpot all day. The food is way overpriced as well.

Diner Review №5

We’re in town from Houston and we wanted try some Asian food out here. We really enjoyed our food here. It was fresh and stemming hot with lots of flavor. Customer service was great as the gentleman in the front gave us great suggestions. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re out here.

Diner Review №6

If you come here with an average stomach, expect to pay 15-18 dollars for two meals.

The portions are MASSIVE, with plenty of protein. Almost makes me wish they sold smaller portions because it's a shame to let such good food go cold because you can't eat it all!

Diner Review №7

Their food s way too heavy and greasy compared to what it s supposed to be originally. After you eat, you feel like vomiting. It s NOT autentic thai food or DEFINITELY not healthy. Very americanized

Diner Review №8

I travel to Plano/Richardson for work often - regardless of length of my stay, her chicken fried rice is a must from Sticky Rice 2!! Plus, the staff is fantastic and very helpful - it’s a beautiful, modern restaurant in a perfect location!

We order vegan meals from Sticky Rice and they are consistently Hot and Delicious! So thankful for you guys!!

Diner Review №11

You get your money’s worth and the food is good too!

Diner Review №12

Food was absolutely delicious! I ordered beef Pad See Ew. I paid for extra egg, which I did not receive. The cost for the one dish was around $18, which seemed a little pricey.

we moved to the area at the beginning of this year and were on the hunt to find our new favorite curry. their red curry is amazing! we have been back many times, even though it is out of our way.

This place looks a lot cleaner than the place I used to go to for years and years. Food was hot and ready by the time I got there. Convenient parking too.

Diner Review №19

I’m in Cityline so this place works out great. And the Thai food here is delicious. I recently moved from Chicago and Detroit and they both had really good Thai food. So this is comparable. So far I’ve had basil fried rice, green curry, fresh rolls, herb chicken. All really really yum.

Diner Review №20

Diner Review №21

Food was delicious. Great service

Diner Review №22

Some of the best crispy pork rolls I’ve ever had. Honestly, I’ve yet to try any of their full meals, but always seem to get the pork rolls and they’re great. Thai coffee is also good, can’t wait to try everything else on the menu. Staff is always nice. Seems like would be a good place to bring someone and can have a quiet conversation. Definitely more of a counter service restaurant

Diner Review №27

I found this place becausw I work in the area in Richardson, TX. I checked the reviews and at 4.5 I was sold. I first ordered with them about 3 weeks ago for take out. The food is delicious and hot! I wanted my husband to try and today Sunday, September 29th we drove to the Richardson location. The guys that take your order are not that friendly and seems to be unconcerned as if you should just order and move along I witness that the first time I ordered food for pick-up. We dined in today and the food again did not disappoint and the atmosphere was ok not many people dinning in. The drink machine did not work so they offered us canned soft drinks with ice. Although my apetitzer came out a few minutes later the food was hot, fresh and delicious.

Work on your customer service because it goes hand and hand with good food. It can make or break your business. Remember, this is about a full customer experience.

Diner Review №28

Ordered a pad kee mow takeout, and it is huuuuuge. The photo only shows 1/3 of it which is already enough for me. There is a lot of beef, broccoli and peppers. The only feedback I have is it has a strong spice taste, maybe from a specific kind of basil. And I'm just not very used to that taste.

Diner Review №29

This place is good for grabs and go if you’re in a hurry. Yes, you can sit down but, clean up your own disposal utensils and paper plates.

Diner Review №30

Diner Review №31

Diner Review №32

Fast casual but not in the kitchen. Every dish I had was better than my usual full service Thai restaurants nearby.

Diner Review №33

Ordered chicken pad Thai and Tom kha soup 9/10 and got terrible food poisoning 😅 started within 45 mins and lasted 12 hours of being violently ill.

Diner Review №34

We've just moved from Seattle WA a couple of months ago, so maybe our Thai food standards are on the high side!?
The food was not as expected based on the reviews We've seen. The Pad Thai tasted nothing like a Pad Thai... the Pad Kee Mow was okay. My son liked his Herb chicken fried rice..

Diner Review №35

Great late night place for Asian food in the area. Got the pineapple fried rice (solid), pad see ew noodle (meh), sticky mango. got the mild spiciness. Even though the dishes were cooked well, I thought that flavors were lacking. Not enough oomph and Asian flavors. Sticky rice mango was solid ending.

Diner Review №36

Ka Pun

Diner Review №37

I don't really write bad reviews but the sticky rice with mango was not what i was expecting. I am a bit disappointed.

Diner Review №38

Diner Review №39

Perfect for when you're craving thai food or anything filling. While I don't get a variety of meals here, they never disappoint. The food is already the best quality of this place, given I can't recall a single time I've gotten something that wasn't at its finest condition. Their serving portions fit to the price, keeping you full by the time you leave.

But while their food is great, what I would consider nearly TYING for first place when it comes to their best quality is their service. Every single staff member has kept a positive vibe to the establishment without fail. I could come over exhausted from work and they still manage to make me feel welcome. I've been coming here for a year now and I feel guilty having yet to write a review for this delightful restaurant. Thanks for the service.

Diner Review №40

A great Thai restaurant!

Diner Review №41

I tried this place for the first and last time today. I got the green curry and rice. The curry was super watery but the flavor was alright. The rice made me sick and I only had one bite. It had a very sour taste and was sickly sweet. The rice had obviously been microwaved in the plastic bag and then just stuffed into the to-go box. The rice congealed into a solid mass. Rice is a TCS food, and considering they didn't follow basic food safety I now am scared to eat the rest of my food. Will I have food poisoning tomorrow? Probably.

Diner Review №42

The portion bag that the rice was microwaved in was left in the box. Rice was clumpy, hard, and completely inedible. Not the kind of sticky rice that we were hoping for. Also the Thai spice level was mild. Editing to one star. As the other portion of rice in our order looked normal, I tried eating it. I threw up from how rancid it was. Rice is cheap; be better

Diner Review №43

I found this place by accident - BEST accident EVER! Delicious food. One of the best restaurants I’ve had in Plano.

Diner Review №44

I've been here 4 times, so I feel it's a solid 4! Best thing is the crab cream cheese rolls. Thank me later as I've had them twice, and they were fried to perfection. Idk if they are using an air fryer, but they were not oily, just the best. I've had the red and green curry, they both seemed like the basic curry recipe. I prefer the red and the white sticky rice they serve and are cooked well too. The papaya salad was good, but I did not care for the additional bed of cabbage under it. Maybe if the cabbage was dressed in some sauce, but I ate the papaya part as that was tasty and refreshing. I feel papaya is like a palette cleanser. The herb chicken fried rice is 50/50 for me. Chicken was fried right and was moist, but there was too much breading for me. I'm more of a light breading vs. thick breading. The fried rice that was under it was bomb, and seriously, 3 people could eat on that plate as there was a lot of food. Every time I go, I def get dessert as they serve Joy Macarrons ice cream sandwiches.
Overall, tasty eats & I will go again.

Great food, Great Service, Great owner. Food was very good and very reasonably priced. If you go ask the owner for some of his famous Thai Tea it’s so it should be illegal.

Diner Review №48

Diner Review №49

Omg! Everything was wonderful! Food is delicious and flavorful! And the service was great! Try the Thai iced tea! 😋 Can't wait to go back!

Diner Review №50

Food is great but customer service is the opposite. I called for takeout since their website wasn't working but some lady answered the phone and put me on hold for 15min. When I called back she was very frustrated and told me that they are busy and put me on hold again. When I finally picked up my order they are just sitting talking to each other.

Diner Review №51

Diner Review №52

This place is a spectacular place for an affordable and quick bite! Food with so much flavor, and culinary expertise in the way that they season their food. I got the season chicken fried rice and I’m about to get that at least three times a week. We’re incredibly sweet and very accommodating.

Diner Review №53

this place is amazing! I got the pad see ew combo with chicken beef and shrimp and it’s so good!! food service was great the owner introduced himself and overall atmosphere is amazing. makes you feel at home.

Diner Review №54

Nothing like visiting a local family owned restaurant with a friendly staff to take care of you. The owners were very welcoming. The thai tea is to die for. 😮‍💨

Diner Review №55

The herb chicken is a must!!! Get it extra crispy! The staffs are helpful and very nice as well.

Diner Review №56

Went here on my lunch break and ordered the curry friend rice. There was a used bandaid in my food. My co worker had egg shells in her food. We returned the food for a refund. The staff did refund us but they did not offer to remake the order nor did the apology seem sincere. It really felt like they were aggravated at the fact that we were there requesting a refund. Also the cooks in the back had no gloves. I don’t understand why the person who had the bandaid on wouldn’t be wearing gloves to prevent losing the bandaid. I am disgusted and my anxiety is through the roof. The lack of empathy and sincerity was very disheartening. Try this place at your own risk.

Diner Review №57

Pretty mid food

Diner Review №58

Been coming for years and the level of service has gone down tremendously.

Diner Review №59

My crab fried rice smelled like ammonia indicating the crab was old. This was not fresh crab meat and was mostly out of a can. Never had this problem before but someone should have caught this before serving to a customer. Spoiled crab meat can be very dangerous and cause food Poisoning.

Diner Review №60

Me and my wife eat a lot of Lao and Thai food and we’re always searching for more Lao restaurants in the DFW area. Sticky Rice in Murphy has good food, but lackluster service. The Richardson location’s Lao style papaya salad was not good—not flavorful or funky enough. The employees in both locations lack in friendliness and service; I assume this is a symptom of workplace culture. I’d like this place to be a restaurant with service instead of a take out style place, but that’s just wishful thinking. Prices are expensive but reasonable, with the exception of sticky rice and jeow bong/som, which I think should be included instead of an up-charge.

Diner Review №61

Everything tasted amazing and fast service

Diner Review №62

My sister and I ordered dishes from here. First time trying it. We ordered the crab cheese rolls together. They were tasty, but not enough filling. She ordered the Herb Fried Chicken rice...it was just OK to us both. It didn't really fit our taste buds. BUT...I had the Pad Kee Mow with shredded chicken. OHHHHH... MYYYYY... GOOODNESSSS. SO DELICIOUS 😋 😍. We both ended up eating my food 😋 🤣. Wow! I will Definitely be revisiting 🥰😍🤓

Diner Review №63

Clean atmosphere. Very kind workers and delicious food. Would definitely be back!

Diner Review №64

Diner Review №65

Definitely not ordering food from here again! Pad Thai noodles were dry, clumped up, low quality chicken, no sauce. It was inedible!! Disappointed to said the least ☠️

Diner Review №66

Diner Review №67

The Pad Kee Mow with minced chicken at a 3 spice level and the Fresh Rolls with Shrimp and Peanut Sauce was perfection.

Diner Review №68

Jesus Christ this place is fantastic! Had the herb chicken fried rice - spice level 2 and it was DELICIOUS

Diner Review №69

Herb chicken is delicious! The Thai tea, beef jerky, sticky rice, and crab cream cheese rolls were also great. Excellent service.

Diner Review №70

Diner Review №71

i ordered the pad thai (spice level 2) and the drunken noodles (spice level 3) to go. the food was hot and portion sizes are good but they were both really unseasoned and bland. The pad thai was especially bad, it was super dry and the noodles were all stuck together like a big block (and i know that’s not a takeout issue bc i’ve eaten leftover pad thai before and it wasn’t nearly this bad) so i ended up tossing it. The drunken noodles was slightly better but still pretty bland.

Diner Review №72

Portion is generous
Consistent with quality (so far 3 orders)
Taste great pad su Thai /red curry (I usually get the Thai spicy)
Fresh roles and the sauces are okay and can be better!
All in all excellent and u won’t regret it.

Diner Review №73

Diner Review №74

Food was oily gross greasy no flavor except nasty oil will not eat again

Diner Review №75

Diner Review №76

Amazing dishes in a convenient location 👌

Diner Review №77

The food was okay. It's a to go place and it was fast. I ordered the garlic shrimp and pad thai. Both were okay, and I've had better. My favorite is the spring rolls. I love it so much that I ordered it again that same week. I do wish they put more shrimp in the rolls. The rolls and coconut water were all I needed for a satisfying lunch.

Diner Review №78

Yummy! Cashier was so kind and the food was delicious! Highly recommend the crab rice, pork crispy rolls, and the pad Thai

Diner Review №79

The Thai fried rice is hands down the best fried rice I’ve ever had. My favorite restaurant.

Diner Review №80

Environment:
The ambiance was somewhat nice. Not many places to sit, basically fast food.

Food:
Food was mediocre at best, got the yellow curry. Way too many thick cut vegetables, chicken was very tough to chew and curry was not thick and rich at all, tastes almost watered down.

Customer service:
Customer service was very poor. An Asian lady with a mask and glasses took my order, I was asking her about vegetarian options and got really weird looks (maybe because I am Indian, she seemed to be very racist) and she was not patient at all, but I decided on yellow curry with chicken. She later came out with the food and gave me one styrofoam bowl with a plastic fork, I have never been served in plastic at any restaurant in my life. After she put the food and utensils down I was going to say thank you but she turned and walked away in a rude manner. This lady needs to be fired!

Never coming here again, do not recommend.

Diner Review №81

Had large flat noodles, they were good. You get a good size portion and service is good

Diner Review №82

Food was ok. We got the herb chicken fried rice and the chicken was great 😃👍🏻 crispy and tasty. The rice was a bit too greasy for me. We also got the pad see ew with pork spicy level 3. It was good, could use more salt I felt it was lacking depth. All I tasted was spicy. Also the pork was so dry

Also got the ice cream sandwiches. I only tried the cookies and cream. When you get it, the sandwhich will be very hard to eat. For taste it was alright, I couldn't finish it. Definitely not worth $7.50 although it is decently sized

Diner Review №83

Sooooooo goood. Food was fresh, chicken was crispy.

Diner Review №84

As a fan of Thai foods , I got yellow curry. The food was good but the service and behavior was kinda rude! Its so important how you treat customers.

Diner Review №85

Get the Herb Chicken Fried Rice. It's the best fried rice I've had in Dallas hands down! The Basil Fried Rice is also super good if you don’t want fried chicken, highly recommend! The Pad Kee Mow and Pad See Ew are pretty good if you're in the mood for noodles.

Diner Review №87

Best family restaurant

Diner Review №88

This restaurant is hidden gem! The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating of all dietary preferences. The food is absolutely amazing and filling!!! Anytime I’m in the area, I hope to stop here for a great meal.

Diner Review №89

1st time here, but I liked the food (Fried Rice with Shrimp) Fast service, everyone professional & friendly.

Be aware the place is smaller, parking is not easy in this complex, like eating in a Downtown place with barstools, small tables with hard chairs.

All meals (Dine in or Take out) are served in "To Go" Styrofoam containers and plastic utensils,
🍽
My work colleagues had a small snafu with their order, but the manager made things right.

Lastly....2 work colleagues like ultra mega hot food 🔥🔥. Even though they ordered "5 Level spicy", it was STILL not hot enough for them. Can't please everybody, I suppose? 😕

Diner Review №90

Tried Sticky Rice and this location for the first time about 4 months ago. I eat/get lunch here at least once a week since then. I try to get something different each time, but Pad Kee Mow is my favorite. Everyone I work with is now addicted to it also. Food quality and flavor is outstanding!

Diner Review №91

Diner Review №92

The crab cream cheese appetizer was good because it was egg roll shaped and bigger than the usual regular wonton dumpling shape at other places.

The herb chicken fried rice was okay. The herb chicken itself was overcooked and dry.

The tom yum soup was too red and needed more chicken broth flavor to it. We ordered steamed pad rice noodles on the side for it, but the noodles were overcooked and stuck together. The only good thing is that the mild heat preference was the right touch.

Diner Review №93

Took a lady friend here for dinner tonight. It would be great if the person working the counter had a personality especially when I'm tipping 20% for her to walk the food to the tank in takeout plastic containers and plastic utensils. The food was good. I'm just used to Asian Mint I suppose and they do it right. Well, every place I've dined in gave me metal utensils and real plates. I had to ask for a plastic knife, a top for my plastic container to take my leftovers home. I cannot recommend dining in at this place. They made us feel like we were putting them out in by not doing takeout.

Diner Review №94

Such delicious food and professional, friendly staff! In addition, these people care for their customers AND the community. Ask the manager about the little kitten stuck in the drain pipe and her employees who spent about an hour helping me try to catch it. Its an ongoing story at the moment! No rescue organizations were able to help, but these people were!! Such wonderful people - no wonder the food tastes so good. You can only cook amazing food if you are passionate in all you do!!

Update: one of the employees went back after closing and lured the little kitten out. The kitten (a true Albino kitten) was very feisty and got away after he was pulled to safety, but at least the kitten has a chance at survival now! I'd give them 10 stars if I could. 😍😍😍.

Update #2 (1 yr after kitty rescue): Still amazing food and customer service! They have also brought in seasonal macaroons which are delicious (via Joy Macaroons) and they make my Thai Tea just the way I like it! We have been coming here since they opened and look forward to many more meals and carryout orders with the team!

Update #3 Same owner, mostly same employees. Still delicious food! I do hope they get the soda machine working soon though. 🤞

Update #4: Technology failed today and as a surprise for waiting a little longer than normal (so equivalent to normal time elsewhere) we were given 2 Thai Tea's on the house. Thank you all so much! ❤️

Diner Review №95

Pretty solid Thai food. I got the pad kee mow and thought it was really good. Most of their entrees are somewhere around $13, but I think the portion size reflects that. It's like a Chipotle bowl size entree, but really full so you get a good amount. I wasn't able to finish it and took some home. It was a chill, little spot, fast service, and more efficient if you're in the mood for Thai then going to a sit down place. I would go back.

Diner Review №96

Diner Review №97

Delicious food! Tom Yum soup is a must.

Diner Review №98

Delicious Thai food😊

Diner Review №99

Bomb. I love the herb chicken fried rice

Diner Review №100

This place is super convenient if you’re staying at the Drury hotel, it was an easy walk to pick up our food.
Not only was the food good, the portions were huge too!

Diner Review №101

Was referred to this place by a friend and tried it out for the first time today. The shrimp fried rice is ahhmazing! Fresh ingredients and fast service are a winning combination! I'll be sure to stop in again to try the other options from the extensive menu!

Diner Review №102

This place is one of the best Thai places I’ve been to! Tastes very authentic, staff are generous, and overall a good environment to be in. Would recommend this place to grab a quick bite, or even dinner!

Diner Review №103

Not a single person that works here is pleasant or service oriented. Every time you walk in you are greeted with a frown. Food is good which is the only reason I have been a loyal customer. Unfortunately I have to move on. My energy is polluted with negativity every time I leave here. I hope that whatever is going on in the individual lives of the staff improves. Keep up the good work with the food.

Diner Review №104

We ordered take out and the food was on point. Parking was a little tight but there is a garage around so no big deal. The food was packed with care and traveled well. Would go back again!

Diner Review №105

Diner Review №106

I really enjoyed the curry dishes and the jerky was an awesome appetizer. The Mango Sticky rice dessert was a wonderful delicious comfort dish. I plan to come again.

Diner Review №107

Lots of Gluten Free options, and the portions and flavor of the food was exceptional.

I thought the Herb Chicken Fried Rice was incredible. Highly recommended.

Diner Review №108

We ordered on Doordash and had never been here. We got pad thai, pad kee mow, and spring rolls. Spring rolls were pretty good, but the pad thai and pad kee mow were wayy underseasoned and bland. Also we ordered a 4/5 spice and there was almost no spice at all. Food was cooked well but it's felt lazy, like the bare minimum effort had been put in to be able to tell what the dish even was. By that I mean, the pad thai for example barely tasted like pad thai. More like sweet noodles with a dash of soy sauce and sesame oil

Diner Review №109

My favorite local Thai restaurant. The food is always consistently tasty and made with high quality ingredients. I love their pad kee mow, pad Thai, and red curry. Haven’t had a bad dish yet. The restaurant is always clean as well.

Diner Review №110

This some of the best Thai food I have ever had. I've had alot in my day. The 4 or 5 different spice levels for the food tells me alot about the quality of the food. The food was incredible. Definitely check this place out.

Diner Review №111

In love with this place and their food. The quality is top tier. The manager is top tier. The service is as good as it gets.

Diner Review №117

Diner Review №118

Got pad see ew. It literally only had 4 ingredients chicken, sauce, noodles and pepperflakes. The servings are pretty big, but I didn't want to finish it. The chicken was very chewy. It's pretty generic in terms of atmosphere and flavor.

Diner Review №119

I like their food although sometimes it’s a hit or a miss. Recently I tried their Yellow Curry and it was delicious. You can give this place a try!

Diner Review №120

Take out order with plenty of food. Had the chicken curry with yellow sauce medium heat. The taste was spot on. Also had the shrimp spring rolls with peanut sauce.
Food was delicious and the order taker was friendly and helpful!!
Give them a try you won't be dissatisfied.

Diner Review №121

I moved in close to this place, had it twice so far, and they have spicy options that suit me. This will be the new spot for my wife and I... exceptional food and service.

Diner Review №122

We tried this place for the first time today. The food was ok. Which is a shame as the ingredients all seem great. It was the sauces that killed it. Too sweet and the tofu was not cooked in the sauce. The tofu was soooo bland. If they cooked it with the sauce then I think that would give it much more flavor.

Diner Review №123

Diner Review №124

Husband and I just tried this place for the first time! Yummy little hidden gem. The staff were very helpful in making suggestions to try and very kind. Nice clean establishment and nice atmosphere. The food was all delicious!! Piping hot and if you're sensitive to spicy food, make sure you go mild or no spice!! We'll definitely be back, I know our kids will enjoy it too.

Diner Review №125

Amazing food!

Diner Review №126

I tried Sticky Rice because it was in close proximity to the hotel I was staying at in Richardson. I do not regret stumbling onto this restaurant. I ordered the Herb Chicken Fried Rice and an order of shrimp fresh rolls and it was all delicious! The chicken fried rice was some of the best I have ever had...so flavorful and made with just the right amount of spice. I will definitely be back when I visit Richardson!

Diner Review №127

As Thai food chef, world traveler and super taster, I can tell you the pineapple tofu curry is the worst I’ve ever tried in my life in the US.
Thai and Laotian food is a balance of sour, sweet and hot spices. The coconut milk based curry is supposed to be creamy and not watery.
My curry was watery, unbalanced with no hint of sweetness (nor lemongrass nor galangal) at all to it. Pineapple is supposed to make it even sweeter than other curries but their pineapple was flavorless. The traditional spice flavors were entirely lacking making it obvious that no effort was put in whatsoever and the sourcing of their ingredients are so unauthentic that they used onions! as an ingredient. Nobody will add onions to a curry in Thailand nor have I ever seen any restaurant in Dallas insult a Laotian curry with onions lol
Their restroom, albeit clean is stocked with cheap see through toilet paper. This part of the ‘atmosphere’ would be ok if their selling prices would be considered cheap.
Cheap and lacking ingredients, good cashier, cheap restroom supplies makes this an overpriced place to eat.
At this price range, do yourself a favor and a flavor :) and go to other restaurant with a more authentic curry.

Diner Review №128

Was so excited to try this place. Ordered food for pick up (Pad See Ew), the portion was large but the food was inedible and tasteless. I ended up throwing the whole plate away. Half of the noodles weren’t cooked. The person at the register was also very dismissive towards me. Will not be returning. Go down the road to Thai Thumbz instead!

Diner Review №131

The owners are so kind. My friend's son started crying uncontrollably after burning his mouth on a chicken nugget. The owners came out and offered to put on a kids show on the TV to help calm him down. They showed a ton of understanding since they have a small child too. It was really nice of them.

Diner Review №135

Everyone told me how good this place is so I went in to try it out. Had a ruff experience the first time when I was at lunch. But went back in and gave them a second chance and it was amazing! Food was fresh and tasty! Recommend this place now to all my friends! They truly made me a believer in their food! They offered me a free meal which was really nice of them. But I made sure to pay because I wanted to support them! Amazing place definitely will be back! 🙏🏼♾🙏🏼 and that herbed chicken was the best!

The Herb Chicken Fried Rice from this restaurant is an absolute delight! The aromatic blend of fresh herbs infused into the tender chicken pieces creates an explosion of flavors with every bite. The rice is perfectly cooked, not too oily, and beautifully seasoned. The dish strikes a perfect balance between the fragrance of herbs and the savory goodness of the chicken. With generous portions and impeccable presentation, this Herb Chicken Fried Rice is a must-try for all food enthusiasts. A truly satisfying and memorable experience that will keep you coming back for more!

In town for a conference and we took a group of 8 people here for dinner Saturday night. We all tried the Tom Kha soup with tofu, Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Pad Kee Mow with beef, Pineapple Chicken Curry, Crispy rolls, crab & cream cheese rolls, and more. One of our guests had food allergies and everything was marked very well on the menu with GF & Vegetarian options, and the employees gave great descriptions and good service. Portions were large and everyone loved everything they had. Great teas and iced coffees too! Four stars for atmosphere only because the dining room area was not ventilated very well after a lot of food orders going through during the busy dinner hour. Would definitely return again for lunch or dinner!

OMG! THIS HAS Got to be my favorite Thai place(Lao food as well). The food is always great, the portions are good sized(I get them to go usually...most places skimp on TOGO orders - not here!), and they will customize your meal how you like it! Service is quick and friendly as well! Average prices! Go! You won't be sorry!

visited from NY and the food here is so yummy. i came in with my boyfriend twice and each time the food didn’t disappoint. the portions are HUGE for the price and taste authentic. the staff is sweet even though we came in late. sorry!!!!

Diner Review №151

Wasn't too impressed with the food and the drinks were definitely poor quality.

This place is fantastic. Food is always hot, fresh, and delish. I can’t get enough of the Herb Fried Rice. I had it for dinner and leftovers for lunch. The seasoning is perfect! Gimmie More!

Diner Review №155

Great Thai food and an amazing, clean and inviting space. The ability to modify the spice level is pretty cool, and it can get HOT. Also serves macron ice cream sandwiches!

Diner Review №156

Food is good however their basil fried rice has more baby corn and bamboo shoots than actual basil

Diner Review №157

First time eating here, their togo portion is very big. It can be 2-3 small meals. Thai spicy level 5 is medium spicy for me.

Diner Review №158

I used to come to this place all the time and the food is really ok I guess simply because of convenience but I honestly got so sick of the attitude of the people managers and employees who work there and watch them literally cuss out this lady who is waiting forever for her food who got impatient so I’m just honestly tired of it even though it was somewhat convenient and near me

Diner Review №159

My wife and I thought about trying out a place with spicy food so we visited Sticky Rice. We've been to the one in sachse but this one's on a Strip in Cityline and there were other stores to check out too. We tried a pad Thai and pineapple curry. The portions were deceptively huge! We ended up not finishing and took leftovers home. The dishes were both really tasty. We tried spice level 2 (out of 5) and it was just the right amount of kick. We will be back with the rest of the family to try out other dishes.

Diner Review №160

This place is awesome! Try either of their soups, or any of their fried rice dishes! So good, I had to go back there for dinner the same day! Great friendly service!

Diner Review №161

I keep coming back here! It’s one of my favorite restaurants! The red curry, pad kee mao, and tom yum soup are AMAZING.

Diner Review №163

This is the best Thai food I’ve had! Great food and even better service. Marc up front is so sweet!

Diner Review №164

great after golf snack. They had great service, and delicious food. We had the pad won sen, pad Thai, Thai tea, and red curry. I definitely recommend the red curry it was my favorite. Also glad they had vegan and gluten-free options as well.

Diner Review №165

Definitely a happening place! I recommend calling ahead because they can get busy.

Diner Review №166

How in the world does this place have so many high reviews? Our food wasn’t edible. The garlic beef had no flavor or heat nor tasted remotely like it. Pad Se Ew the noodles were so over done that it was a mushy paste. The fried rice had some flavor but the fried eggs in it were disgusting. We ordered level 4 for our entrees and none had any heat. Incredibly disappointing & I’m tempted to take this food back for a refund! Thai Orchid is the last good Thai restaurant in the area.

Diner Review №167

Great experience! The serving size is huge! I made 3 meals out of my one plate! Customer service was very nice and gave great recommendations.

The staff are so friendly! And the curry was delicious! Definitely will recommend.

Diner Review №174

I got the tofu pad see ew and my boyfriend got the chicken curry fried rice. It was about $13 each, and the portions are huge. We could have easily split one bowl and both be satisfied. My boyfriend said it was “the best curry fried rice” he had ever had.

This fast-casual Thai joint serves some BOMB food. Didn't expect much as I typically don't crave Thai in Dallas (especially since leaving Thai-town in LA/Hollywood), but wow I was very pleasantly surprised! I would say that their 5 is a reasonable and doable spice and not at all "Thai spicy" you might find elsewhere. For context and comparison, I'm a Medium spicy enjoyer from say Ricky's Hot Chicken and typically middle-ground (3s or 5s) from most places.

Crab Cream Cheese rolls (5) - what you expect from a crab rangoon but instead in an eggroll style wrap, which made it flakier and crispy! served with a fish sauce based sweet dipping sauce

Lettuce wrap - big portion with a quarter head of iceberg lettuce and cilantro garnish, great flavor and textures with the cashews and crispy wonton strips! we combined our leftovers with the Thai Spicy Basil we ordered and it was great together the next day.

Thai Spicy Basil - again, great base stir-fry sauce flavor but this dish really pops with their bamboo, baby corn, and basil! Basil flavor is sweet and aromatic, bamboo is fresh and has a great bite to it, and the baby corn is NOT canned, almost whole but the cob is tender enough to give you yet another textural dimension! Served with rice and honestly their jasmine rice was perfectly cooked too (yes, it matters!) and very aromatic. Last but not least, the "minced" beef we got is NOT ground beef but WAY better! It's actually minced beef so there's still some bite and texture when you eat it and it also picks up the stir-fry sauce well. Really enjoyed their approach to minced beef here!

Pad Kee Mow - my go to since I like stir-fried flat noodles and a generous portion of veggies. They stir-fry well here and you can see some of the wok in action in the back! none of the flat noodles stuck together and each piece was browned and coated in that lovely wok-hei and stir-fry sauce combination. none of the veggies were overcooked so you can differentiate between each flavor and texture and finally the slice beef was tender with the perfect amount of chew; not tough at all!

Was very pleased with this new place to us. Stopped to get a take out order and the restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. The food was great, even once at home. Thought it was a great idea that they cut holes in the top of the Styrofoam containers to keep the food from getting soggy from the steam. We will be back for sure!

Diner Review №177

Big portion. Delicious food. Love the herb chicken and pinapple fried rice! 5 star service by the lady taking order ♥️✨️

Diner Review №178

So good

Diner Review №179

Food served in disposable stryrofoam is turn off. Fried rice was dry. Papaya salad was ok. Probably ok for an average takeout Thai food

Diner Review №180

This is one of my favorite places and eat here weekly. The reason I’m going out of my way to write this is because the owners took care of me today after a simple mistake over the weekend with a mobile order.
This place was already great, but just got leveled up after my experience today.

Diner Review №181

The herb chicken fried rice is probably my all time favorite fried rice from anywhere

Slept took long on this place. Its legit. Careful with that spice level.

Diner Review №184

Found this place one night when I was craving fried rice. The herb chicken fried rice is beyond amazing, and you will have 2-3 meals from it! Prices are fair and the staff is friendly. We have ordered 3 times in the past month.

Diner Review №185

Very impressed with this place. Some of the best Tom Kha soup I’ve had.

Diner Review №186

Decided to try the Herb Chicken fried rice my first time getting food from here to see what the hype was. It actually lived up to the hype. This was fire!! 🔥 the rice itself had so much flavor I got a spicy level 2 it didnt have much kick to it so I would probably go one more up. It's hard finding good fried rice out here. Even if you don't get this particular dish, try one of the fried rice dishes. Won't be disappointed.

After another long meeting... I found this place called Sticky Rice in Richardson. I have to tell you that all the different combinations of vegetables, spices and meats made my dish fantastic. Plus adding the rice help me have 2 meals in one day. I ended up getting the Thai Spicy Basil with Chicken and Shimp...with a side of Jasmine rice. I was blown away by the rich taste and how the spice mix together. I definitely recommend this place to another who enjoys anything different.
