I ordered my lunch via my work's food delivery service. This was a new restaurant and I love Thai food, so I gave it a shot.

I ordered the Pad Thai. Chicken. Spicy.

Great flavor. Chicken was sliced thin and cooked well. The chunks of tofu were a pleasant surprise.

My only issue was that there was zero spice to it! I'm talking zero, none, zilch, nada, etc. I was really looking forward to the spice level, but they fell short on this.

I still gave the restaurant four stars and I will 100% eat here again.

We got the following items: Tom kha with beef, Pad see ew with chicken and a Pineapple fried rice with pork.

The Tom kha with beef - rich and creamy with tons of coconut flavor. Came with lots of mushrooms and beef. Easily my favorite item I ordered today.

Pineapple fried rice - seems like canned pineapple but even then the fried rice was very flavorful and delicious. Pineapple flavor infused into the rice. Comes with peanuts in the rice.

Pad see ew - tastes great with the sweet soy sauce. Not too sweet, not too salty. Just perfect. Comes with a lot of vegetables.

Food comes in to-go container even if you choose to dine in. Taking home leftovers couldn’t be any easier. All you have to do is ask them for a bag.

I enjoyed the food and will definitely come back.

Excellent Thai food. The red curry was rich and full of quintessential Thai flavors. The pork spring rolls were crispy and delicious. The portion sizes were large for the price. Definitely a must try new Thai place in the area. I will be back to try other dishes on the menu.

We came to dine here when we were passing by this area and our family loved the food. The dumplings were super evenly fried, the pad kee mow was super tasty and the fried rice was yummy. Very clean & neat place, very friendly owner and fast service. Hopefully they expand the menu in the future.

The place is very clean. Great service. My wife and i ordered the khao piak sen and Lao style pho along with some appetizers. Food came out quickly and tasted amazing. Definitely recommend this restaurant

Cute little spot that recently just opened in the area. I'm always on the hunt for Asian food with a bit of kick of spice and this place hit the spot. I decided to have the yellow curry with tofu and was pleased with the portion you get, I have so much extra sauce left i can take it home and mix in my own proteins to make a whole new dish! The curry itself had a nice mix of coconut milk, spices, and didn't lack in flavor with a equal amount of of potatoes, carrots, and tofu without an overwhelming amount of onion, huge plus. Great spot to order ahead and get your lunch on the go. Don't let the inside of the place fool you, the food itself was tasty and you'll definitely end up with a full stomach

The version here was terrific, very rich and indulgent - one of the best I've had - and the regular size was plenty. I ordered "medium" spicy and the heat was noticeable (a correct medium I think).

I'm taking away one star because the seating area had a strong fragrance, probably from the plug-in that was there. I don't want fragrances where I eat! You can always get take out but hopefully they will remove that and make it nicer to eat there.

Stopped in on a Sunday night after work. Great customer service and was done faster than expected. Everything was delicious and hit the craving I was having. The Wings are probably my favorite and it's very hard to impress me with wings. Thank you!

1st time here, ordered 3 items on the menu - Pad Thai, Lao fried rice, and pad-see-ew. Food had a lot of flavor, and had a clean taste. Price is reasonable. Would recommend!

As soon as I walked in there was a foul stench that filled the whole restaurant. It looks sanitary but this is one of the worst smelling restaurants I’ve ever entered.

We order takeaway every time we visit family in Plano. We enjoy everything we’ve eaten here. The Tom Yum is amongst the best we’ve ever had and we’ve eaten at a lot of places. Super good food.

It is really disappointing to the service the restaurant has. I ordered peanut sauce but the servant gave me sweet and sour sauce and she said it is peanut sauce! It is a cheating service and they charge fee before any service. I won't come again although the food here is ok. I think the restaurant will treat people differently on the fee rather than giving good service to obtain a good service fee.

Top 5 best pad see ew I’ve ever had. This place will skyrocket in popularity. It’s fresh, flavorful and portions are big. Apologize for not posting any photos, I didn’t have to time to take a picture I was too busy enjoying my meal. This place is legit.

Pineapple fried rice was the best I’ve ever had along with the pad see ew!!! The strawberry boba was very good as well. We were out of town for a softball tournament and decided to give it a try, the food, atmosphere, and service was amazing! The owner was very friendly and engaging. If we are ever back in Plano again we will 100% be coming back!!

We ordered Basil Fried Rice, Lao Steamed Catfish in banana leaf with sticky rice, Basil Fried Rice, Mee Ka Tee, Laab Salad, and Jeow Bong.

Everything tasted amazing and super delicious. The steamed cat fish with sticky rice and jeow bong was my favorite. It brought back childhood memories when I used to eat Lao food with my neighbors. The flavors were all there and well balanced. I look forward to going back again!

In the mood for some Thai food and came across this restaurant and decided to give it a try. Ordered a Yellow Curry with Chicken at medium spice level and a portion of Veg Spring Rolls.

The Spring Rolls were crisp and well fried and the oil it was fried in seemed fresh and not overused. :-)

The Yellow Curry was excellent. The curry was at a perfect spice level for medium spicy, a hint of lemongrass and turmeric enhanced the flavors. The potatoes and the carrot were well cooked but still had a bite.

Overall a very good experience.

I took my wife here for the first time. The foods are good. Fast service. We try pad Thai, fried rice, Lao sausage, and papaya. Pad Thai is a little too sweet for us but everything else is was good.

What a pleasant surprise! Pristine location, easy parking, very friendly and well informed staff. I am alway up for Lao food and Kin-D hit it out of the park. We had: Pork and Veggie spring rolls, Nam Khao, pineapple fried rice and yellow curry chicken. Looking forward to further exploration of the menu. Entree portions were generous and all in the $12.99 range. Thank you!!

AUTHENTIC!! I’ve craved mok pa (lao catfish in banana leaf) for the past few months. It was so delicious.. saap!! This dish is always sold out in Fort Worth. So happy this is served here! I told my mommie about it and will buy some for her to try. The jeow baong was 😋 saap. So HAPPY there’s an authentic lao restaurant nearby.

Just tried this place tonight with my family, visiting from New Jersey! I would highly recommend! It was so good! Very tasteful. The customer service was amazing! And they have the viral mango and peach fruit shaped TikTok ice creams. 7 mins from my house, will definitely be our new Thai spot.

So happy Kin-D has moved in. We visited the Frisco location prior, but now that it's closer to I'm certain this will become a regular spot for us. Food is amazing! We've had the Pad Thai, Pad kee mow, all the fried rices; I'm pretty sure we'll try the whole menu 😂. Y'all gotta check this place out!

Stopped by with some friends and the food was delicious. They have some authentic Lao Thai dishes that we don’t see at other Thai restaurants. Absolutely enjoyed the Mee Ka Tee and the Curry Fried Rice. This restaurant is a must-try

Finally got to try Kin-D during their soft opening week and was super excited to know that a Lao restaurant was opening closed by.

My husband and I ordered Lao papaya salad, pork red curry and chicken pad thai, all medium spice level. Food took about 10-15mins to come out. The papaya salad was more on the sour and sweet side but it needed more padek sauce (IYKYK, the darker the better) and we should of ordered it spicy! Pork red curry was delicious and I liked how thick the curry was, but my only complaint is the rice it was served with. I don't know what kind of white Jasmine rice the restaurant uses but it didn't have that authentic Thai Jasmine fragrance and taste, it was eerie similar to an Uncle Ben's microwavable rice. Chicken pad thai was also good, but a bit more on the sweeter side too but glad there was chili oil and sriracha packets by the counter to spice it up!😋

Overall, the service was excellent & fast👍, restaurant was super clean👍👍, and food was good with a few tweaks.

This place is a hidden gem!! Its foods were so good I wanna come back for more. This family-owned restaurant had opened my eyes about authentic Laos cuisine. I love the Khao Piak Sen - chicken clear thickening noodle soup, so heartwarming. The Mee Ka Tee - coconut curry soup, is rich and flavorful. You cannot go wrong with these!
Get yourself some (especially after a hangover, you’ll thank me later)
P/S: oh and I love their small plates! I will keep coming back and try, they have such wide variety of mouthwatering bites to offer, laos sausages, pork bites, beef meatballs, laos wings….

I’ve been some Lao/Thai restaurants in this area but this one becomes my fav now. The food is so yummy, reasonable prices and lots of food choices to get order. I got Khao Piak Sen-chicken noodle soup which is so good and my friend had basil fried rice. We r happy with our 1st try and will be back next time.

Food is delicious and affordable price compared to other restaurants in the area. It's a nice place to gather friends and family for a quick Thai/Lao bites. Love their flavorful salads and noodles. Highly recommended. Come back again for sure!
