First time eating here. I tried the Pad see ew (one of my favorite thai dishes) and the jasmine hot wings. The wings were hot and fresh and were good but they had no spice even though I asked for spicy. I asked for a side of the spiciest wing sauce (to Amp up the spice) and she brought me a bowl of cold blended hot peppers. The noodles were alright but not nearly as good as the ones at every thai place I've tried in the area. The noodles were wet and soggy and left a puddle of water in my plate. The beef (if you could call it that) was white flavorless and didn't even seem like beef. The server was cold and unfriendly and seemed annoyed to be working. Overall wouldn't return and not worth the $20

We had teriyaki chicken and shrimp with egg plant. Both were great. Went at lunch and the plates included a house soup, which was very tasty and spicy Thai combo. We also had fresh rolls, spring rolls., which were delicious. As was the curried sate with peanut/ coconut paste. The generous bowl of won ton soup with bean sprouts was also very tasty.

Excellent servuce, clean and cute place. The food is amazing! Fresh, freshly cooked, delicious! We've ordered their delivery before, but now we've seen the place, and it's great! Nice price value - 2 entrées with ice tea for $16. Perfect!

I was not impress with the Thai Jasmine Cuisine restaurant. The food was average tasting. If you dine in, the inside is small. You feel cramped. I won’t be going back for a second try.

I ordered fried rice with beef and chicken. Generous portion, filled the whole take out which was good because the walk out price was over $15. It was a little plain, so I refried it with more soy sauce and added some oyster sauce and my own boiled and sauteed shrimp. Added some chopped KimChi, diced onion and minced garlic 🧄 Then we had a feast! A little work, but worth it!

Hate to write this review because the food is so good but the service absolutely sucks here. The two women working June 25th have the absolute worst attitudes ever. Came two days in a row and was not greeted at all. I placed an online order 20 mins before coming and she tells me it’s not ready and when I ask her how much longer after waiting 10 minutes she says “ their working on it “ with an attitude. When I handed her my card to pay she saw me reach for it and puts its down on the counter in front of me. Didn’t apologize for the wait just handed me my food. If you don’t like your job then quit 🙂

The waitress knew my order from memory!! They’re young but they are very charismatic and professional, the food is always excellent and the ambience is light and cozy. :D My only complaint is that they aren’t open on weekends but everyone needs a break from time to time :)

So their hours online and on the door say they're supposed to be open but they're not. I just think that's crazy because when I called it says they're closed on the weekends but open 11 to 9 during the weekday. What happened????

Shrimp Lo Mei is delicious!!!

I was in the mood for some Thai curry in a nice, peaceful environment. When we walked in, the atmosphere of the restaurant seemed nice and calm, with pictures and paintings of bamboo, pandas, and Buddhas everywhere. I noticed that the TV was playing a sci-fi movie that was nothing but shootings, killings, bombings and blood and gore in almost every scene, and the issue was that the volume was on very loud. It was certainly enough of an issue that the intended peaceful environment of the place was completely ruined by the vibe created by the loud gory movie. It just didn’t make any sense.

When I brought it to the attention of the young waitress, who seemed like she was still in high school and was at a table eating with her friends who also may or may not have worked there and was very intently watching the loud movie, she seemed like she truly couldn’t care less. She mentioned something about the owner wanting it that way.

A little old lady who was quietly sitting behind me had also mentioned to me that she was bothered by the type of movie that was playing on the TV and that it was excessively loud, but that she didn’t want to say anything to anyone because she was afraid it might bother someone.

Well, the volume was eventually turned down, but hardly at all, so the noise of shootings and killings and screaming persisted - to the point where I finally got up and asked for a to-go container.

The service was awful. I had also asked the waitress for water but was never given any. The food portions were ridiculously small. These people are cheap and it shows.

I didn’t receive a single apology. Rest assured, I will never return to this restaurant.

Took an Uber 20 minutes here to find they closed on a Monday 3 hours early with no explanation! They were there… just told me they are closed and sent me on my way. Unreal.

The service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was incredibly inviting. Our dishes were equally impressive. The curry with a spice level of 3 was wonderfully satisfying, and the Pad Thai was absolutely delicious!

Well, I was excited to discover a Thai restaurant in my area of Pasadena. 1st off, the portions are about half of what I've gotten at any other Thai Restaurant before.... I ordered the Yellow Curry and asked for a 4 out of 5 spice. Not only is in not spicy, it's bland over all.

Guess I'll leave the Tha food for when I'm inside the loop...

I used to come here at least every other week because I really enjoy their food. But it is hit or miss if they are even opened most days they are not open. The last time I went I actually happened to see them opened so my husband and me decided we sit inside to eat. The waitress gave us a menu but did not take our drink orders. We sat there for over 10 mins and we decided to leave after another customer comes in he got service right away with a drink and his order. That was it for me! I used to spend over a $100 every other week at this place for years because I enjoyed the food. But poor customer service and never being open is enough for me to find another restaurant that actually want my business.

Portion size is not on par for their increased prices. Don’t want to answer the phone if you call an hour before closing. I ordered Sea Bass fish that comes with white rice and they gave me just the fish by itself. You’re better off just going to Panda Express.

I've only been here twice lol, but the times I tried their fried tofu left the most pleasant lingering taste in my mouth. I always get a craving for that thing I had that I don't remember the name of, lol I'm so silly. Also, there's that sweet rice with mango. That one is also good.

Not the type to leave reviews but I’m not understanding how do I place and pay for a online order and try to pick it up and the cashier is questioning me if I paid for the order and another worker had to step in and take over for her. To make things worse the food wasn’t even good. (I ordered a simple Thai Basil Chicken Fried Rice)

Showed up here at 8:15 PM on a Friday night and were asked to leave because they were going to close their kitchen early. I told them that they have their hours of operation clearly listed on their door as well as their website as open till 9 PM, but they just said “sorry”.

The waitresses were good. But I'm allergic to shellfish and mushrooms, I let them know that. When I received my food, I gave some to my daughter and as I was eating I seen a mushroom. I let the waitress know, she went back with my food and the cook/owner said he will not remake my food but that he'll not charge me for it. I wanted the same dish, but he refused. Fine, I ordered a different dish but couldn't enjoy it as I was worried if it had either of the two things I'm allergic to. Aside from I went for mine and my daughter's favourite dish that was refused. And it took a really long time bringing my daughter's dessert, it was just ice cream and they weren't even busy; I'm sitting there eating my new dish while my daughter was just sitting there waiting for her ice cream. We were eating in and they packed my new dish in a to go box with everything needed, as if our presence was not wanted. It was our first time coming here, and it will absolutely be our last time going. I wasn't even rude nor loud about it and even the waitress said she doesn't know why he won't just remake it. What a shame.

And 1 time delivery (and last time) My only complaint is the delivery driver (from Beyond menu app) He didn’t say hi to me, and I even said thank you to him and still no reply from him. My favorite restaurant of all times!!! My girlfriend introduced me to this restaurant a couple months ago and I'm just in love!! It's a real nice peaceful retreat, the moment you walk in you are greeted by real nice waitresses(props to them). They always check up on you and are very friendly and professional throughout your meal. Love going there and watching the news or a movie since they always have something playing on or upbeat music. The food is absolutely delicious, rather surprising for a small restaurant. The cook always makes sum yummy soups which they give to you as soon as you take your seat. Soups are always different but all of them have been yummy so far. Definitely recommend the jasmine fried rice topped with crispy chicken and to drink their thai tea.. highly recommend!!!

This is the second time I’ve tried to come to this restaurant, the last attempt was for my birthday. We had to settle for golden coral bc everything else was too busy. Both times had been closed for “family emergency” the chances of this happening might be bad luck but golden coral literally traumatized me. I blew out my candle in a dinner role.

Informed server and kitchen I had a sesame allergy, was assured it would be taken care of, ended up in the emergency room a hour or so later with anaphylaxis, now I can't get anyone on the phone.

I discovered Thai Jasmine several months ago and I can't recall how many times I've dined there since. The food is very good and presented very nicely, you'd think you were in high end restaurant. Service is prompt and friendly. Price is extremely affordable. I hope my posting this will not cause a rush and then I will have to wait to get in. What a little treasure in South Houston/Pasadena. Try the curries, and my little one loves crispy shrimp. What a bargain at $8.99! You will not regret dinning here.

I really enjoyed the food. The waitress who was brand new by the name of Nieves was a total pro. She greeted me at the door like a King. She made sure I had everything I needed the whole time!! I will return based on her performance. Nieves made my experience complete. I would recommend eating here if you want to be a happy customer.

I went to try Thai Jasmine 11/15/21 as I had heard from it from a coworker. The atmosphere was quiet, but pleasant. The food selection looked great, and the presentation looked good. Overall the experience was going well in the first half. After receiving my food I did notice a strange taste. With this being a new place I dismissed this and thought it was part of seasoning. This was a mistake on my behalf to trust blindly. I ended up with food poisoning the next day, presumably from the shrimp. I hope anyone reading this can learn from my mistake and head caution when dining here.

Ordered Mongolian Beef and Pad Thai thru Waitr, I wouldn’t order anything Beef or protein because they are hard, the texture felt like it was rushed to cook, vs others are somewhat close to tender. This one felt like I was chewing on leather. Had to toss the whole dish away and picked out the beef from my pad thai as well, tossed it in the trash. Love the pad thai,, I’ll be avoiding getting anything with protein in it tho. Kinda disappointed.
