Update: I was able to dine in. The service is amazing the lady greeted us right away and set up a table for us to sit. She was the only one and there were a couple other parties dining in as well as people picking up to go orders and she was quick and attended all of us!

The food came out and everything tasted fresh. The Thai coffee was strong and delicious.

The dining area is small but cozy and homey perfect for a casual dinner or a cute little date.

I have only gotten take out from this place but it's hands down the BEST Thai restaurant on this side of Houston if not all of Houston honestly.

Tom Kha soup and panang curry were both top notch.

Food was not the best, noodles were not soft a little hard . The taste of egg on my noodle was extremely noticeable. Never got a smile from the waiter by the looks she was not patient. Maybe here in Houston tai food is different than Fort Worth.

Some of the most flavorful Thai food I have ever had. So delicious and the food came out quick and fresh.
Basil fried rice, eggplant tofu basil, drunken noodles, spring rolls, and pad see ew with the perfectly fried tofu were so tasty. Can’t wait to come again!

This place might be small, but the food is incredible. I go hear at least once every two weeks and order the pad thai. Every time I go, I enjoy the food and atmosphere, and the service is always good. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for thai food.

Small location that'll seat 30 yet packs a grandstand with flavor, presentation, and portion. If in the area and have a taste for Thai, stop by Lucky Thai.

I've been meaning to do this for a long time just been very busy. The owner of this restaurant is such a sweet lady and she really does care about quality customer service. She is very passionate considerate in what she does. The food is the best I've ever had for Thai food. I ordered food for a party for my friend and everyone loved the food and raved about it. The customer service that I was given is rare to find these days. The food is cooked fresh and it taste so good. If I lived closer I would buy food from there at least every week.

I adore this place! They have the BEST curry it's always my go to cheat meal!! Tom Kah is to die for. And EVERY appetizer is certifiably delicious!! I can not get over this restaurant! The love in this post alone does not do it enough justice!!

I am so happy to have found this little hole in the wall Thai restaurant close to me. I had takeout fried rice and papaya salad and they were so delicious! My spice level is 2 and it's perfect because I get to enjoy the flavors without suffering the consequences. Food is fresh the owner is friendly their menu is small but the portions are HUGE.

Stopped here to pick up lunch two times . Had egg rolls and shrimp thai fried rice . Both times rice was flavorful and freshly made to order . I love spice so level 3 spice was great for my rice . Shrimp was also a great size too ! Looking forward to exploring more of the menu

This is a small hidden authentic gem. These are the flavors you will get if you were in Thailand. The Panang curry had a great sweet and spicy flavor like it should. The fried rice had that texture from a hot wok that you look for to accompany the great flavor. I lived in Thailand for a while and this place really did remind me of the food I would have there. It is small and nothing fancy, but that is why you go for the food!

5 of us from work went there for lunch. I had Pad Kee Moa (Drunken Noodles) It was excellent ! My coworkers had Pad Thai and a spicy Red Curry. Everybody was happy with their food. The place was very busy & we got our food quickly.

Food was great one lady was taking orders and serving a pretty busy place and did an amazing job.
My only issue was that I wasn't to happy with the portion of food 😒 it was 3 big cut tomatoes under my noodles that made the illusion like it was a lot but really wasn't. I really don't even care for tomatoes.
I'll give it one more try with the exemption of the tomatoes and I'll update my review.

Thought I had found my new Thai dive but every order is so inconsistent and I can never get a decent spicy order of Laab (this time it had no flavor at all). Also wish there was more variety with the veggies in the soup and curry. That said they do have delicious fried rice but quite expensive for what you get.

This is my THIRD experience eating at Lucky Thai and I’m more than thrilled to share how excited we are to find such a delicious place close to home. It has become a favorite! So far, there’s literally nothing we don’t love about this place. HIGHLY recommend it! Great service to boot.

We just tried this place for the first time yesterday, and it will not be our last time. We tried a few appetizers and a couple of different spice versions of the Pad Thai with chicken (one no spice, the other level 3). We had NO complaints. The food was excellent, and the portion sizes were great for the price. Would definitely recommend. You will not be disappointed.

Food is absolutely delicious! Their fried rice dishes are some of the best I've ever had. I love how flexible they are when you want to add extra items to their dishes. I typically ask to add bean sprouts and they do it with no issue. Only thing I would recommend is them possibly adding more staff, but the service is always great! So if you enjoy thai food please don't hesitate to try! I go make it my mission to eat here at least once a week lol! Also please excuse the photo of how some of the food is missing lol. I waste no time once the plate is placed in front of me 🤣🤣.

Lucky Thai is a 5 minute drive from my job. I’m at Lucky Thai about once a week. Before Lucky Thai, I would make the 25 minute drive to Veing Thai for my Thai fix, but, now I found my new spot for Thai food. The Papaya salad is great, the Pad Thai is great, the Red Curry is great. If you like Thai food, give this place a shot.
