We ordered nuggets and fries for our child (also great that they have kid friendly dishes), tom yum soup, papaya salad and whole fried fish. The whole fried fish was crunchy and so good.

Bonus, they have a baby chair!

Ordered the chicken rolls with chicken pad thai! It was soooo good! The noodles were cooked just right, the peanuts were toasted, crunchy, it came with lime and bean sprouts and I love it spicy! Pad Thai is so so good!

Came here with my mom twice, server was very friendly and attentive for being the only person there working the front considering how small the restaurant is. Food was great, got the Pad Thai medium spicy with beef, spice level was very high and creeped up along with the initial punch. Cooled down with Thai Tea which was sweet and cool although a little heavy on the ice and pricey. My mom got the yellow and red curry plates and liked both, she had to stop at the 2nd highest spice level though as she was coughing even though she eats habaneros with almost everything.
The veggie rolls were nice and fresh and helped us wait for our food.
It has a great atmosphere for talking, although it is kind of a compact restaurant size wise so do be considerate of your volume as you can be overheard by the other customers and you can hear them likewise.
Budget wise you get a hefty portion of you get the lunch special just make sure not to go crazy with specialty drinks and appetizers.

This was my first visit, and I've heard the new owners have given the place a charming mom-and-pop vibe. The flavors are vibrant, with spices and Thai herbs enhancing every bite. I highly recommend trying the Pad Thai noodles with chicken and shrimp, the Panang Curry with chicken, coconut milk, green beans, and bell peppers, and the Thai Fish Cake, which is handmade and fried, served with a cucumber sweet chili sauce. The Mango Sticky Rice is a must-have when in season, featuring sweet yellow mango and coconut-marinated sticky rice. The portions are generous and affordable, easily enough to satisfy both me and my girlfriend. I'll definitely be coming back for more Thai food.

Absolutely some of the best Thai basil fried rice I've had anywhere in Texas totally compares to some I've eaten in Hawaii which I consider to be one of the best restaurants in the world. I ranked the atmospheric middle simply because I had mine delivered by Uber eats. If you're looking for a great Thai food give this place a try...

Ordered on Uber Eats, terrible quality, all the noodles are stuck together. After I pulled the noodles apart, it was white and not even seasoned. Noodles were probably half-cooked, seeing it was much harder to bite into.

This place has been our go-to Thai spot in our neighborhood for months, so I feel bad leaving a negative review but it’s possible they just changed their chef recently or something. We found pieces of chicken in our tofu dish, but more importantly there were at least 6 grey hairs in our dishes. Just a little disappointing and out of the ordinary for this spot.

I came in at 9:35 and a bit late and asked if I could eat in. Owner was extremely accommodating and very nice. The food is delicious and the prices are EXTREMELY reasonable. I loved the portion sizes and everything was amazing. I would HIGHLY recommend eating here!

We particularly love the Tom Kha (coconut milk w lemongrass soup) with shrimp and the shrimp fried rice, but the eggplant dish is also delicious. Actually, we’ve never been disappointed in the food. We also have had it delivered, as well as done take out, and is consistently great!

Wonderful Thai food!!! I eat Thai food quite often and this is definitely some of the best Thai food. The taste is wonderful and the service when I went to pick up my order was excellent. They were so friendly and even threw in dumplings to our order . I generally don’t like dumplings all that much but there’s are very good . My mom had green curry which she absolutely loved and I had the Pad See Ew which was delicious. We also had the spring rolls and garlic wings the wings were some of the best I’ve had a combination of sweet and spicy. My only regret is I don’t live in state . I will only get to eat here again if I’m ever back in Houston. 😢

This is my favorite little hole in wall Thai restaurant in Houston. And there are plenty of good ones, so this is high praise. My favorite dish is the Pad Kee Mao - the noodles are homemade fresh! Simply delicious. But I've had just about everything on the menu, and you really can't go wrong.

This is the cutest and most delicious cafe tucked away from the busy Westheimer cruise. I almost don't want to share in fear of it getting too popular. Our family loves a good Pad Thai, Basil Stir Fry & Basil Fried Rice. When I came across this cafe during a busy work week needing to feed my family, I didn't know I would be introduced to such great cuisine. I'm loyal to my foodie finds so this has met our standards and beyond. The food had such depth in flavor and FRESH ingredients. I love when my vegetables still have a bite to them, not soggy. The heat was true to what I expected and the customer service was memorable. I could tell in the evenings it's mostly take always but I'm sure during lunch its mostly eat in. The owner really talked up the food as he should, it was SO GOOD! - Your new loyal customer

Great little restaurant cooking up some real authentic Thai food. They really know how to bring the heat! I tried the Panang curry with chicken and it was delicious. I'm looking forward to trying the green papaya salad and curry noodle dishes next time.

Ordered from here on Uber multiple times, decided why not try the place out in person. Wow, the food is amazing, the new owner really cares about this restaurant. I ordered their food through Uber eats and there's a buy one get one free promotion. They charged $12 for one order of the Tom yum shrimp soup. So I'm supposed to pay $24 for two but I'm only paying $12, yet the portion of the soup makes me feel like it i'm paying $6 per order. I order the soup extra hot but somehow it taste more like extra sweet. The fried chicken dumplings are good just disappointed with the portion of the soup.

This is by far the absolute BEST THAI FOOD that there is in Houston Hands Down. I am a Thai food lover myself and i have tried countless thai restaurants in Houston. My favorite thai restaurant was Thai Stellar until i found this one. Their chicken Pad Thai is the best. Thai Tea is great.

Extremely cluttered dining area / cashier stand. Wonder about the kitchen? Unbussed tables and only one other table of guests on a Sat night. Very unprofessional atmosphere. Server cordial but in street clothes and eating in the customer dining area. Tacky old menus w handwritten insertions-difficult to read them.

We had the privilege of being waited on by owner who wanted to know any questions we had, offered photos of Menu items, informed of their Thai chef, fresh ingredients and all options made to order. Our food came out timely, hot and delicious. Full of season and spices. We tried their Thai tea, garlic adadame and satay appetizer, lo mein and thai basil entree. And couldn't leave without trying their mango sticky rice. Can't wait to go back and try their Soups, fish options....well, everything.

Omg… I ordered from here today, off of Uber eats… and I ate that whole meal with a happy smile and my eyes closed!!! I had the chicken gyoza(served in an eco friendly bag, but still super fresh, hot, and crispy) with shrimp red curry, and mango sticky rice.

The chicken gyoza was delicious! Stuffed full of meat and seasoned so well! I got two orders in my delivery… only meant to eat one order… but… you know, lol

Then, a little while later, I got to my curry. It was sooooo good! It’s just how I wanted it. Creamy, a littttle sweet from the pineapple, full of veggies and bamboo, the proper spice level, loaded with shrimp, and just delicious! Even the rice was poppin!

Last was the sticky rice. Now… that was green. I’ve never had it green before (the rice) but whatever it is made it that much better!!! A great portion of the rice and plenty mango, and extra coconut cream without me asking.

Babbbyyyyy!!!! I’m dealing with morning sickness and cravings, and this did wonders for both!!!! I can’t even imagine how much money I’m bout to spend here!

Three of us went to the Little Thai Cafe on Sunday night (late). It's a small place and not fancy, but we all LOVED the food - meals were cooked individually to order at a good price. The owner was so nice and helpful with ordering (while studying for a business class in-between since it wasn't busy). Opened just 3 months ago and we'll definitely go back.
BTW, they don't sell alcohol, but it is BYOB.

I’ve been a loyal customer for almost 10 years just met the new owner today! Food is delicious, must try! Truly authentic Thai Food! Johnny was great! He is so passionate about his food. Must say food tastes even better. We had Red Curry Chicken, and Pad Won Sen Glass Noodles. Shrimp soft rolls and chicken egg rolls.

If you like authentic Thai then I suggest this place. The last time I had the curry dish with eggplant. The beef was so tender. Eggplant perfect and not overcooked. Food and hospitality always really good here. I dare you to get the spicy garlic wings as an appetizer.

This place has been great and has always had amazing food, but it's even better with the new owner. Food is incredible. Service is even better too; we're treated so nicely and the owner makes sure everything is to your liking and is very attentive. Definitely worth coming on the regular.

We were closer to this place doing some shopping and we were looking for some Thai food near me for the night. We saw this listing and thought we would try it out.

The food was pretty nice and the owner was even nicer. Their masuman curry was j just right! Their portions are very generous as well.

We also learned that whenever you order delivery the delivery company takes about 30%. So it's definitely worth going in to pick up your food to help the local small business.

Wonderful experience here. We were concerned that 8pm on a chilly night we might not get the best food. Glad we stopped in anyway. The food was amazing! The new owner, Johnny, is very friendly and committed to serving fresh food without the shortcuts many restaurants take. We had shrimp soft rolls, both Tom yum and Tom Kha soup, and massamam curry. Everything was fresh and tasty. We will be back, and will tell everyone we know to visit Little Thai Csfe.

After months of living here, tried many Thai restaurants and eventually gave up, I finally found this gem.
The food here is almost the same level at the one in Seattle. Very delicious Thai food.

ordered massaman curry & pad thai both didnt taste good. massaman was all watery & pad thai was very sweet with no flavor tamarind in it

The food was amazing and in abundance especially for the price point. This store means what they say in regards to its spice level and does use fish sauce in there food so if you know what you're ordering you are getting more then what you pay for. Finally the owner of the establishment was very nice and helpful as well as ordering website, it was very user friendly and descriptive. The business was opened January of this year so if you're looking to support your local restaurant during these trying times I can promise you this place will not dissapoint!
