We do only takeout during the covid 19 pandemic.(Grubhub, DoorDash, and Uber are are available for delivery) Thank you 🙏🏻
The Blue Rat, nestled on the historic downtown square, is a hidden gem. I ordered the lunch chicken pad Thai, and it was excellent—perfect spice level without being overpowering. The restaurant’s atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the service was friendly and efficient. If you’re in the area, it’s definitely worth a visit. I’ll be back for more!
Small space serviced by an attentive and speedy host/waiter. We especially loved the extra crunch and flavor the fried garlic had for the shrimp spring rolls, and that peanut sauce they serve is delicious for them as well as the salad dressing.
I unfortunately ordered the Garlic Salmon instead of the cooler-looking Garlic Tilapia they had as a picture for the menu. The flavor was great! It came with a lot of Garlic, as well as a little dark bed of something finely chopped under it that was a little too salty for my husband on his salmon. But it was greatly paired as a topping for steamed rice, so he ate it with that.
The red curry special came with an eggroll and a side salad. I ordered some fried banana with honey which while tasty, also expelled some hot water when bitten into. Delicious meal! Recommend the tilapia
I absolutely love The Blue Rat: Thai Kitchen! The food is incredible, the staff is kind and courteous, and they are extremely talented at what they do. I also love the authenticity of the food, especially their Pad Thai, it is one of my guilty pleasures for sure! This place is wonderful, I 100% recommend!
Blue Rat Thai really went above and beyond! I placed an order during a big event in downtown Garland, and with no parking available, they brought my food right to my car. The service was super thoughtful, and the food was just as impressive—fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was craving. I’ll definitely be back, and I highly recommend them for both their great food and exceptional service!
I'm very happy we gave this place a chance. While broccoli and American style Thai items are on the menu, it's easy to choose authentic Thai cuisine. The food was very delicious. We had whole tilapia curry and vegetable delight, and we recommend both dishes. The server was helpful and considerate as well!
The service is excellent and friendly. Take out only because they have limited space. I foresee them finding a bigger place in the near future.
hey have a great selection of appetizers and entrees. I had the Lifelong Noodles with seafood (spice level 2... maybe level 1 next time for me) and the chicken satay (the peanut sauce is what makes this great). The noodle dish had shrimp, squid, scallops (I loooooove scallops), and two mussels. You can get chicken, beef, pork, or vegetables.
My brother had the sticky rice with mango for dessert. He let me try a bite (and I gave him a satay). I'll have to get that next time.
The Blue Rat Thai is located on Main Street near the Square in Downtown Garland, two doors down from Dos Banderas. Go today, people!
The pineapple fried rice, the long life noodles, and the pad thai are all our go to items. No spice level is completely safe for an elderly grandparent, just in case anyone needs to know. You can order extra meat or order an xl version of most items. You can not go wrong here and my the grandmother in the family even requests it frequently. Love it!
This is a very nice little restaurant. The service is fast and friendly, and the food is delicious! There are not too many choices for Thai around here, so I am happy that The Blue Rat is a good one.

Food is always delicious, staff is always friendly, prices are reasonable. Love this place.

Excellent, juicy, delicious and amazing food!!!!

Delicious food with a perfect blend of spices.

PRICES are TOO HIGH for small portions. The prices here keep going up and up and smaller portions. I eat there once maybe every 6 months now...much better quantity and quality right down the street at different thai spot for lot less..Save your money and feed your family elsewhere
Tasty family owned and operated Thai restaurant. Authentic and delicious we eat here atl east once a week!
We had Pad Thai, pad sa ew with beef and drunken noodles with pork. The drunken noodles just wasn't our jam, but everything else was extremely good. We will be regulars!!!
Craving delicious Asian cuisine in Garland without a long wait? Look no further than The Blue Rat! This gem offers a flavor explosion (spicy scale leans toward spicy) with lightning-fast service and a menu that caters to every palate.
I must admit, the name of this place did not sound appetizing. 🙄 I love Asian food. I love Pad Thai. I like to support local businesses.
This is a small place on the square in downtown Garland. The food was good. I will come back and try their soups. The next time I get Pad Thai it will be vegetarian. I'm eating less meat lately.😉 The peanut sauce was delicious. 😋
To the guy who said he won’t eat from a place with the word “rat” in it needs to go watch Ratatouille.
Anyone can cook my brother.
This place is incredible.
Not eating anything that has the word rat in it
I was pleasantly surprised with this little gem. I took my 87 year old grandmother to lunch here on a whim and I’m so glad we did. It is just a quiet small little place tucked into a nice shopping area with fantastic Thai food. The portions were perfect, the service e was prompt. I would definitely recommend. If you’re looking for a nice lunch date with your friend or loved one!
I don't eat here I just pick up orders, and they suck. Every time I go to pick up an order it's empty then he gives you a time that will be ready and takes him double time. It messes up my drop off time. . Get better at making the food on time. Time is money for us dashers !!
The food is good! Thai fried rice and ginger delight are spot on.
The soups and pad Thai are delicious! The service for take out is great 8/10.
The food at The Blue Rat Thai Kitchen is simply delicious! I had the chicken fried rice along with one of their tasty desserts. I stopped by the other day for a takeout order. I’m hooked! My niece recommended this restaurant and we love their food and they are so kind and gracious to everyone. It was a 5 star experience indeed!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🔥🔥
We ordered pad see ew and drunken noodles. Was very flavorful and veggies were cooked just right! Would recommend!
My boyfriend and I have started coming to The blue rat now on a weekly basis. We love it here, the owner is sweet and very quick to give you service. We have never been disappointed with any of the food. If you are looking for a good pad Thai, fried rice or yellow curry then come here!!
Want to preface that I have only ever ordered through UberEats and have not yet eaten at the actual restaurant. I usually don’t like to order at the same spot more than once with all the choices available for delivery but Blue Rat is an exception! I’ve ordered several times already and will probably keep ordering again and again. The name may not sound appetizing but the food says otherwise. I had a good feeling from the pictures that it would be a delicious.
You know that satisfying feeling when you have a vivid idea of what a dish should taste like and the food you order not only meets but EXCEEDS your expectations? That’s what Blue Rat gave to me. It’s sooo good that I wanted to cry happy tears lol. I haven’t been able to take photos of the food because I would finish it before I remember to take pictures. The Beef Pad See Ew and Three Tastes Fish are my absolute faves and can’t get enough of it. Even after the food sits for a while to get delivered, the food tastes fresh and the fish is still crispy. Mind you, we’re about 30 min away from the restaurant.
I can’t wait to dine in and taste the food right after it’s prepared. I can’t imagine how much more fresh it can get. 11/10 recommend!!
Menu looks incredible. Took the day off for lunch and door was locked. LED sign was lit as Open, analog sign was closed. Hours said open. Frustrated to go out out of my way to try something new and to have to walk away.
Red curry with coconut milk was watery and delivery person STOLE MY PACKET FROM AMAZON!!!!
Top notch Thai food! Highly recommend!
We didn't plan on coming here but the other place nearby was closed. Dining in isn't well prepared for here at Blue Rat but the food was amazing. I had pineapple fried rice and the touches of shaved pork and diced pork sausage in addition to my shrimp was just amazing. My husband really enjoyed his Pad Thai and our friend enjoyed his Chinese broccoli with pork belly. Our portions were nicely sized, I still have enough of mine left for another meal.
The Thai tea was legit, nice and creamy with a nice rich flavor!
I'm not sure if I'd dine in again but I'll 100% do takeout or delivery, I can't wait for my next opportunity!
Everything was delicious here!
How…. Disappointing. I had high hopes for this place.. i dont know if they’re under staffed or what’s going on. But we waited 2 hours for our food. And once it arrived it was so basic. Ordered the pad see ew and the majority of the dish was raw bell peppers.. very underwhelming. My friend ordered the Thai noodle soup and it tasted like spicy water with raw veggies.. there was barely any flavor. This is my first bad restaurant review and I hate writing bad reviews but it really was a bad experience :/
Our favorite Thai spot since moving to the area from DC
We recently moved out to Garland. We tend to go to a particular restaurant and Addison because we moved from Dallas, far north Dallas. We started with the eggrolls, vegetarian, and the dipping sauce was phenomenally good and tasted like it had honey in it! My wife got the Green Chili at level three heat and I always do noodles so I ordered the Drunken noodles at Thai style level eight. Both meals were quite tasty and I ordered mine without sugar so for me that was really wonderful. However, at the place we go Addison my wife green chili usually comes with eggplant and she missed that even though there were a lot of vegetables in there. And I forgot to say undercooked everything from the tofu to the noodles to the vegetables I like things closer to raw. I didn’t change that. They worked really hard to get it there, and the foods that we have mentioned are very very good. You like Thai food, I would highly recommend coming to this restaurant, there is an absolutely delicious experience and should be shared with others, they deserve that, they work very hard to make you feel serviced bring you good food, and it was very clean, and I mean very clean enjoy, they have a large menu and they know what they’re doing when it comes to food and service and cleanliness!
Never buy combination fried rice. It doesn't worth it for the money
Very delicious! Loved the Thai peanut sauce. Will definitely be back.
The name already makes me sick to my stomach
And when you call nobody answers
Right there that should be a WARNING
EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK !!!
The food was amazing! Every dish we ordered was soooo delicious. They are very nice. Not sure why they are mostly carryout now, but I will be back for sure! Glass Noodle Salad was perfectection!
I ordered vegan/vegetarian food and was disappointed by how bland it was. I even felt a little queasy after eating and decided to throw out the leftovers.
Never disappoints. I usually get the same thing each time and it is always so good. The people there are very nice as well.
A go-to place for me. If you want authentic, you’ve got to try here. I love their fried rice! The customer service has always been respectful which is fantastic.
Food is always fresh and always friendly! I loved to Houston months ago and everything I come back home to Dallas I make sure I stop by and get some food Togo. My favorite is the spicy basil fried rice! I added chicken and shrimp with a level 2 or 3 for spice level! They are located in downtown Garland. Lots of construction going on at the time But still able to access.
Our go to Thai place, so delicious!
Food is 👍 great
Not alot of Thai food in Garland. I have dined and carried out sooooo much thai food. This was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I was so excited to find thai in Garland. Craving it..Ordered the green curry. Ordered carry out and paid for xtra fresh basil on the side. Finally received my order and after placing it in the car it smelled of popcorn and boiled egg. Curry and fresh basil has a definate aroma.. Possibly the nastiest food from a restaurant I have ever ordered. Beyond disappointment, rotten basil and curry that was not even identifiable. I support restaurants in communities yet this is to be avoided at all cost. Truly not one to be negative about food. Yet, first time I have ever had half rotten take out in my life.
Still closed for inside dining as elderly family member works there and covid is an issue for her. Take out is great. Thai family owned and operated. We lived in Thailand for 6+ years, and the food here is as close as we can get to the real thing. We get 2 dishes. That covers dinner and next day's lunch for my wife and me. Good value.
This place is great! Very authentic! I've had Thai all over Dallas, but this has become my new favorite. You can tell a lot of care goes into this cooking. Pad thai and clear noodles are so good! Cream cheese appetizer is wonderful too!
Called in an order, walked in and saw they are still in Fearville for maybe 3 years now.. All tables not available to sit at and eat, huge bottle of hand sanitizer at tables used to barricade the public from being to "close" to them. Look if your running a business especially a restaurant you have to get over this COVID craziness and learn that we all have to deal with it from now on. I will not be ordering from this establishment again untill they get real..As for my food I ordered, it was definitely not worth the price they charge
First, the owners of this restaurant are so kind. One time I ordered vegetable Tom Kha, and when I got home it was chicken. (I'm a vegetarian). When we called, I was just expecting to maybe get a Tom Kha on the house next time, but they drove the correct order to my house. I was so surprised! They also accommodated my dad's dietary needs (no oil) when he came in town to visit. You have no idea how hard it is to find a restaurant who will do that for you, and they just said "sure" and happily accommodated us. My dad was so thankful. Finally, the food is delicious! We have tried a lot of things on the menu and nothing has ever disappointed us. As a couple people mentioned, the spice level is a little high if you're spicy sensitive, so I order level 0 for mine!
It is is all new restaurants are, getting there
Killer food amazing service 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Hole in the wall, and that doesn't determine the food quality. But unfortunately to me the food was not good. But my boyfriend liked the food. I got the sweet and sour with mixed veggies but it wasn't sweet or sour it was bland. And my boyfriend got extra spicy red curry but it wasn't spicy at all.
Very small place. Almost miss it. The food was great.
The kids meal is way over priced.
Great food but just get it delivered, there's not really anywhere to eat in the actual storefront
I got there and they had chairs stacked everywhere blocking half of the restaurant. The food was prepared in a reasonable amount of time but it was overpriced for the portion I received. I was excited about this place, but unfortunately I won't be going back.
Sorry the person i talked to was friendly as far as i could tell through the mask but we came expecting to dine-in and this place is only to go.. did not realize anybody was STILL doing this. Regardless of all that, the food was bad.. like fast food version of thai food. I have to assume the good ratings are all because of it being a small town with no other options but still it doesn't make sense to me how they got a 4.7 rating.. this is a good example of how the ratings system does not always work especially in small towns where people have lowered their standards. I got the tom kha and green curry and they were both the worst i've ever had, very watery and not flavorful enough. Will never come back here.
Great food!
I love fried rice. And Blue Rat hooks me up! I get the Thai fried Rice with pork with 0 spice. They wrap the food on foil and it stays nice and hot! My friend loves her Basil Fried Rice with Beef with 2 spice. My other friend lived her Pineapple fried rice 0 spice. I you love fried or want to live fried rice then you need to get you some!! They close between lunch and dinner so plan accordingly. Street parking on Main and in surrounding lots. Check hours before you head down. Join our fried rice club!
Order to go food online and they confirmed it all. Got there and they make me wait another 15 min just to tell me they can’t make food cause there was a call about a gas leak.
One and done. Smelled like a sewer when we walked in. Curry sauce on Seafood dish was lumpy. 2 stars for service
The food was excellent. The employees were polite. The wait was very long. Otherwise, recommended.
The best Thai food in DFW! I’ve literally ordered from Blue Rat every other week if not every week since I tried it the first time! The food is ALWAYS delicious, fresh and sooo flavorful no matter which menu item I order. Also THE best crab Rangoon I’ve ever eaten 😍 100/10 recommend!!
Delicious food! very good 👍
My favorite Thai place in Dallas!
We got the Thai peanut sauce with beef, panag with chicken and fried rice. Best dishes from that food that I have had in a long time. So delicious!
Currently no dine in, but the food is incredible, great depth of flavor and menu variety
Just to try it out I ordered a shrimp padthai and Shrimp and chicken fried rice. Couldn’t taste any Thai seasonings.. and there was corn throughout my rice and the pad Thai just had the ingredients thrown everywhere. I don’t think the owners are Thai or even Asian at all
Picked up dinner here for the first time tonight. We ordered shrimp pad Thai and chicken pad see ew; both were really good. Food was still hot by the time we got home. Wish their level 5 was spicier but I have a high tolerance for spicy food so it’s not something to fault them on. Will be ordering from here again.
Delicious food, great employees, and pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended.
This is my second time ordering takeout from Blue Rat and I am very impressed. Both orders were large and everything was correct. Very friendly and fast takeout service. I have had Thai from dozens of places and this is the freshest and most flavorful by far. The noodles are not super oily like most Thai restaurants and I appreciate the variety of vegetables they use in the dishes. Great quality. Their glass noodles and Panang curry are my fave but I also tried the chicken pad Thai tonight and was very impressed. While I understand the origins of the name I know it can be a little concerning to see the word rat in a restaurant title, but don’t let that sway you. This is a gem!
The food is great. My only issue is that the takeout is served wrapped in foil, inside styrofoam containers, so I can't just throw leftovers in the microwave. Not a huge deal, just seems like something that should've been thought of by whoever purchases supplies.
Authenric Thai Food...Loved the food.
The owner is Thai make very delicious Thai food, it's a warm and clean restaurant. Pineapple fried rice reallyyyy yummy 😋
The Pineapple Curry with chicken medium spice are an absolute MUST
Surpringly good for the middle of Garland.
This place is a gem. Best thai food in the area.
Excellent Thai food in downtown Garland. I had 5 stars, which is as hot as they go and it wasn't too spicy art all, although you could definitely taste it
Not good for boba. Went on a Saturday around 5pm. Thai tea tasted a bit watery and the pearls were not fresh. Hard to explain but the outside of them were slimey and they easily disintegrated in my mouth. Also was served in a paper CocaCola cup. For $6 and some change, I am disappointed.
Great Thai food, friendly staff, quick service. I’m glad we have this restaurant in Garland! Can’t wait to sit down to eat here once they open up indoor seating.
Very delicious food and everyone who works here is nice and helpful.
I work literally 5 minutes from this place and yesterday I decided to try it. I had their Lunch special Panagn Curry and the minute I received it I fell in love with the smell! Not only was the food great, but their Thai tea was so smooth and creamy! Definitely going to come to this place more often!
Great food. Drunken noodles is the best!
Best Thai food around, love the pad see ew, smoke wok flavor that’s hard to get. Will come again.
Absolutely delicious and staff is friendly!
Y'all don't miss out!
Great spot. Delicious food. 👍👍
Great food. I'll be returning for sure
Food was great and staff was super friendly. Definitely support this small business.
Picked up a delivery order for a customer. Friendly staff. Take out only
Food was good. The staff was very nice. They are fairly busy everytime I go so I must not be the only one who likes the food. Seems to be family run and I dig that.
Freshly cooked meals, very prompt and friendly service.
Oh my.... If you're looking for anything CLOSE to Thai food....THIS is the place. My fiance and I have been to Thailand and are major foodies and this wins our stamp of approval. We had the basil stir fry, the pineapple fried rice, and their Tom kha soup. It was everything we'd hoped for and we devoured our meals entirely with not a bite to spare. The portions are very generous, so for us to kill our food like that says a lot. But let me mention the counter service, that is what blew us away. The young gentleman working the evening we went who took our order was so polite and friendly and very patient with us. That means so much to us considering that service has really gone down at other restaurants with covid. They just earned themselves lifetime customers. We vowed to make this our Thai go to from now on. Authentic Thai is hard to come by, if you appreciate the cuisine than you have found your place.
Ordered there 3 times now. All 3 times have been AWESOME! I think I've found me the best Thai restaurant in Garland! Yippee!
Grwat food
Awesome spot! Jungle Curry is phenomenal!
The food here is amazing you won't be disappointed .
Amazingly tasty food. Basil fried rice and chicken satay were delicious. Great service for a takeout meal:)
We discovered this little gem a few months back and revisited weekly since. Their Jungle Curry is amazing!!!! I get it with tofu and I've not been displeased. The Pad Kee Mow is on point. The rice curry soup is incredible. The peanut sauce for their spring rolls tastes super fresh. We have even tried the durian sticky rice for dessert. So thrilled to have such a delight so close to home!!
Had some of the best Pad Thai I had in a long time here. They were very friendly as I ordered in-store to go.
slow!!
I never leave google reviews but this AMAZING Restaurant deserves some attention! After finding this hidden gem, I have found myself ordering from here at least 3 times a week. Food has consistently been amazing and is always correct( and I can sometimes be a bit picky) I am in absolute love with the Thai Fried Rice and Pad Thai!! You can even notice the difference in spice levels!! I have eaten at so many Thai food places and this one is hands down the best!!! 10/10 great service and great people!!
This may be the best Pad Thai I’ve had outside of Thailand. I was scrolling through google maps looking for cool new places to get takeout and I saw a restaurant named The Blue Rat Thai Kitchen, I was like what a fun name and it had great reviews, so I had to check it out. It’s a super small mom and pop restaurant with delicious food. I ordered the Pad Thai and the Tom Kha. The Tom Kha was good, but Babyyyyy that Pad Thai was really delicious. Google maps for the win!
I came for the Thai green curry very nice dish . The place looks very clean and tidy would recommend .
Best thai food I've had in the States.
I used to live in Bangkok, and I can say the Yam Talay (Sea food Salad), the green curry chicken, the Curry Fried Fish, everything I've had here is perfect.
I wish I was still hungry so I could order more, I'll be back soon
Visited downtown Garland a couple weekends ago, and while roaming around, we decided to grab some takeout from The Blue Rat. It is my new favorite Thai place! The crab cream cheese puffs were so good, and you could actually see and taste the crab in them! It was the perfect ratio of filling to fried breading. For an entree, I went with the pad Thai so I could compare it to other restaurants. It had so much flavor, and the dish wasn’t dry, but actually a bit saucy. Very different from other pad Thai dishes I’ve tried. Service was fast, and the young man who took our order was friendly. If you’re in the area, I’d highly recommend stopping here for a bite!
The service is excellent and friendly. Take out only because they have limited space. I foresee them finding a bigger place in the near future.

Was leary of trying this restaurant but was amazed at the awesome foods and friendly faces from opening the door to leaving!! I absolutely recommend The Blue Rat!!!
Solid Thai food.
These guys were actually great. Recommend.
Found this new place close to home, just wanting quick take out. Boy was I surprised! We've ordered from here at least once a week since then, and never been disappointed! The curries, fried rice, and noidle dishes have all be authentic and delicious. I personally recommend the Long Life noodles as my favorite, and the fried rice is on point. Don't forget some egg rolls and you can't go wrong
Friendly staff, tasty food (wings were so good and so was the pad Thai!) all were packaged properly and distance measures in place. We asked for a ‘square meal kit’ and were given a baggie with a picnic table cover, plates, utensils, map, etc. ate our meal on the city square. Great pandemic safe outing with delicious food!
This place is amazing!! My family and I are regulars and order weekly!! Great quality, delicious food, nice portions & friendly prompt service!!
I think this will be my new go to Thai food restaurant. Ordered takeout with Lard Nar, Tom Kha Soup and mango sticky rice. Everything was delicious! Especially the Lard Nar. I think this was some of the best Lard Nar I've had. Food was out fast and fresh and people were very friendly.
Omg so delicious! I ordered via doordash and got Chinese broccoli and crispy pork belly (which does come with white rice) as well as fried tofu. Everything was tasty. The tofu was super fresh!!! Quality ingredients. Can’t wait come back and try more food!
We picked up from The Blue Rat last night for the first time. It was delicious! We all loved it and definitely will be back!!! If you like Thai good you definitely should give them a try!!!!
I ordered the drunken noodle with two additions; broccoli and tofu. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. They had my favorite pickled green chili as a condiment.
My husband also enjoyed their food.
The staff is nice, polite and pleasant. Thank you.
Definitely will come back.
Amazing food and great staff!!!
The food I had was delicious, and prices are about the same that you would get at other places. It's a small but comfy space with a very attentive employee to take your orders. My food came out very quickly, and there were a lot of different menu options.
Great food and service
I have not found another Thai restaurant close to me in Rowlett that compares! I loved their Tom Kha and fried roll. Its wasn't to sweet and had with the perfect spice! We will definitely be going back!
Small building, but it has a take out option. Great food (love the spring rolls)
Ordered takeout and they were so fast and nice! Food was delicious! So glad I have a Thai place close to my house. Will be coming back!
Great service and delicious food
So glad to have a Thai place in downtown. Great food. But beware, if you order pad thai with veggies it comes with MUSHROOMS. The worst vegetable to plague this earth. Consider yourself warned. Still, 5 stars to the Blue Rat.
Good service and nice staff. Very attentive. Food was good. Tried the lunch Basil Chicken and Green Curry, and both were excellent. I thought the peanut dressing on the salad was better used on a chicken satay (very peanutty and sweeter than I'm used to on a salad). Eggroll was hot and tasty, and good with the sauce they bring. It's alittle cramped in the space...they should get rid of one set of tables on each aisle. I doubt they have a ton of sit down traffic to fill what they already have. Decor could use some help. But food and service was just wonderful.
My wife and I loved the food .Cute
Excellent Thai food. Really friendly service.
Small, quaint storefront establishment in historic downtown Garland. Service is very attentive. The food is always fresh with big, bright flavors. Whether you get a soup, something steamed or fried, it's cooked just right. The Thai Spice levels here are legit. Most Thai places in the area I go to, I can it 5 and sometimes add a little more at the table. Here I can go 4 and have a nice burn on the tongue throughout the meal but still get all of the flavors. It's great for lunch or dinner and is also BYOB so it's a nice option to have your favorite bottle of wine like a big cabernet or merlot to compliment the vibrant flavors on the plate.
Fantastic Thai food. Everything tasted fresh and was properly spicy!
Fantastic Thai restaurant in downtown Garland. The focus is on fresh authentic Thai cuisine and not elaborate decor. They kept it simple and my belly was happier for it.
Keep in mind that 5 for spicy is Thai hot and 4 is really just below that. I am so used to 4 being closer to 3.
I look forward to making my way down the menu. TAKE ALL OF MY MONEY!
Omg! what a gem of a place!!! I had the drunken noodles and he asked how spicy and I told him I wanted spicy but edible. Wow! He made it perfect! Perfect amount of spice! My son has the soup and he LOVED it. My daughter had the fried chicken dumplings and they were delicious! It was a bit pricey but it was worth it! Will definitely be back! Thank you for your hospitality!!
Excellent food ! Great place ! Loved it !
Delicious! This is my second time here and it was even better than the first visit. So far we've tried the Pad Thai, Cashew Nut, Thai fried rice, Tom Kha, veggie eggrolls, calamari and fried chicken dumplings. All of it was amazing! Highly recommend and super glad to see this on the Garland Square. We will be back!
Super spicy! Very tasty! Nice people working here!
Excellent food, pleasant atmosphere, friendly service.
Khoa Soi is a winner! A great Thai restaurant in North Metroplex. Garland has a new hot spot for well prepared food. ENJOY!!
Nice to have a Thai restaurant near my work in downtown Garland. The Pad Thai is well prepared and the portion is perfect for lunch . The York Mint with the check is a nice touch too.
Delicious! I really enjoyed the papaya salad and Khao soi. Will be back for sure!
Yum yum yum! GREAT Thai food in a cute little shop. Recommend the Drunken Noodles but be careful, the heat is just like in Thailand, hot hot hot!
I will definitely be back
We really enjoyed eating at The Blue Rat tonight! The fried chicken dumplings were particularly good, and the pad Thai was a solid, comfort food noodle dish. Great to have a Thai place in downtown Garland!
