Family's Recipes Thai Cuisine serving in Fort Worth since 2015
If you are looking for a late night Opening Thai food restaurant, this is the only one. It stays open till Midnight. Their food was awesome. Staff waiter’s service was excellent. We ordered butterfly Shrimp, Tom yum soup and Thai basil fried rice which were delicious. We definitely recommend this place for great Thai food. Check it out, you won’t be disappointed. The atmosphere interior decor was awesome.
I was pleasantly surprised at my experience at Thai Terrace. This was my first time having Thai food and I was very apprehensive about it. I ordered the Thai Fried Rice to be on the safe side and my daughter ordered the Pad See Ew Noodles. The noodles did not look appetizing at all. My daughter opted to switch meals with me. In my opinion, both dishes were AMAZING. I would definitely go back and I highly recommend it.
I’ve been here before but I just found out that they’re open late. I placed a to go order and was super happy as spring rolls are some of my fav light bites but no where that has them is open late until now. I got there and they kept apologizing for the wait, but it was literally only a couple minutes and super chill. Of course they were delicious. Will def be back soon for some more spring rolls!
Authentic flavors and great portion sizes! I would definitely come back here. Vegan options were plenty, we got the fresh spring rolls with tofu, pad thai with tofu, and mango sticky rice. They couldnt make any of the curries vegan which was disappointing but i appreciated the honesty. It was just the level if spicy we asked for and the server was very kind and helpful. Dreaming of that pad thai and mango sticky rice, quality!
I ordered Pad Thai. The food was okay at the right temperature. The beef was tough and too sweet—not a good place for Thai food.
At checkout, I let the waiter know about my food; she apologized and asked if I would like to order something else.
( the apologized part can go long way) I might be back and try something else.
My husband and I got a to-go order and got
-Beef Pad Thai- I rate this a 6/10 because it was pretty dry and not a ton of flavor. Also didn’t allow me to pick a spice level when ordering through DD. Put it in notes but still came with no spice.
-Chicken Drunken Noodles- My husband said this was a 9/10. He super enjoyed every bite of this dish. Portion size was just a little on the small side.
-Tom Kia Soup- We both agreed this was sooooo yum and flavorful. 10/10
-Chicken Skewers we rate a 10/10. The peanut sauce was amazing and the chicken was so juicy and flavorful.
Thai Terrace has stepped up their game with more beautiful ingredients and quality food on their menu. They have a whole new interior. They totally did a remodel on the interior. It’s so romantic and beautiful come today and see some of the new dishes and the great quality of food, you won’t be disappointed.

My favorite restaurant
Staff is super nice, food is fresh and tastes homemade, quick service, and super clean!
Delicious food
Good food, lots of variety on the menu. BYOB is a plus.
Probably lost us as a customer. Just ordered online for pickup and ordered tofu and our containers are about half full for $15 probably not coming back.
Good lunch spot, ample parking, delicious food, fairly quick service, and affordable prices.

Red onions in the pad thai is no good
Dont let looks decieve you. This little place had the best Tom Yum I've ever had so delicious. I can't wait to go back to enjoy some more.
Great food, service, and BYOB (nominal cork fee). I recommend.

Bland food, very little ingredients. I ordered red curry with tofu. It had 4 pieces of tofu, Bamboo shoots 1 piece of red bell pepper. Waitress asked what spice level 1-5 i asked for an 8, no heat to it. Broth grainey. Ordered eggrolls, mush inside no flavor other than the fried crust. And BTW super slow service, should have known when you are there at 1230 and there is only 1 other customer in the place. I don't recomend, only good point sweet waitress.
Peace Luke T

WORSE THai food I have ever had. The food was soo sweet I felt like it was eating rice crispies with sugar or foot loops. My shrimp rolls had no shrimp and my other food was too sweet to be edible

Delicious meal (pineapple fried rice with chicken) and excellent service, even the bathroom was clean!!!
Very feel at home vibe.
Pleasant, calm,peaceful.
Great Customer service🙂
Love the food, good vibes, immaculate service. Highly recommend!!
The food is great. This is my to go place every twice a week . Recommend try it
this place is awesome! my boyfriend used to work at a nice thai restaurant so he has high standards. he was so happy with this place! the food is amazing! lettuce wraps were good too!!
The most disgusting service I have ever received at any of the establishment. I went there at 8 pm there were just 2 tables before us eating dinner. The server seated us and took the order and then seated the 4th table which arrived after 10 minutes and took the order. We were hungry and wanted to try a new a Thai restaurant, so just ordered 2 entrees, waited 30 minutes and the 4th table seated after us was served with approx 5-6 meals including appetizers and main entrees, I was surprised to see how quickly they were served and we are just sitting hungry at the hands of server and kitchen. She assured us next is yours, I said fine. 5 minutes after she came out of kitchen and said ' What was your order ' I was surprised to hear that she said kitchen messed up, now I don't know if the server or the kitchen messed up it was a simple order and I guess with 4 tables in total, she was pretending like the restaurant is extremely busy and I don't recall your order. I don't mind waiting but come on think on yourself when your server tells you your is coming and then ask you what was your order, I guess you were more inclined on a bigger order, next table you did not forget, or your server and kitchen were trying to put their inability to serve a simple order of rice and noodle on me. I told your server that's ok we leave she said sorry, NOT ACCEPTABLE, coz at the end you don't care for a small order or care for the customer and inside you wanted us to leave, there was no empathy for the mistake made by you, I didn't get to taste the food and as you know there are thousand's of Thai restaurants in the area to serve. I left your restaurant by 8.35 Pm headed to another Thai restaurant, order the same entree and it was out in 5 minutes, the food was awesome and guess what I was done paying the check by 9.00 Pm. You couldn't even find my order, SHAME on you.
This place is a hidden gem! The atmosphere is charming, the staff is incredibly kind, and the food is excellent :) We will be coming back!
I thought there would be some spice however everything just tasted like basil. I am disappointed with my food but they do have a lot more veggie dishes.
Really cute on the inside! Everything that was ordered was amazing 👏
Food was good!
Good food, great service.
Wonderful Thai restaurant! Food is sheer perfection! The Thai tea is great. Service is friendly and on point. Try the red curry! Highly recommended!
The food and the service makeup for the place being older. The food and service was wonderful and the price points was reasonable.
Charged me $4 extra for seafood and sent me tofu. Refused a refund or replacement. Food is ok but the service sucks and it's not worth the risk. Too expensive.
I ordered take out over the phone. This would be my 3rd time ordering with them but I only got drunken noodles before this time fried rice. I asked for a spicy level 2. Which if you frequently eat Thai food you know the spice is barely slight. Enough to taste it but not enough to burn your lips and that’s what it done. Firstly I was appalled because when I opened the container there was a burnt smell to it so it threw me off, next was the amount of peppers😨 I ate a bite and my lips instantly tingled. I tried to eat another because I didn’t want to bother them but I couldn’t handle it so I called and he told directly as soon as I made my complaint WE MADE IT RIGHT. Didn’t care to try to replace it or anything. I’m mad I even gave a tip! Then on top of that I asked for 3 soy sauces I got to the car only 1 in the bag go back in. He said we’re out let me get some from the back. He could’ve told me that when I asked at pickup. Either way it doesn’t matter because I was not able to eat it EVEN SPICY because it turned out it was burnt and I didn’t see it from the side I took bites from because the burnt rice was distributed throughout☹️
Always delicious! I used to live in the neighborhood while working in the area in 2022. Returned today when in town visiting friends and specifically requested that we make the trip to Thai Terrace. They have renovated/redesigned since I was last in so it’s even cute with the same delicious food! The Pad Woon Sen glass noodle dish is my absolute favorite. Thanks Thai Terrace!
Service was top-notch! The egg rolls were very tasty and fresh.
Thai Terrace has stepped up their game with more beautiful ingredients and quality food on their menu. They have a whole new interior. They totally did a remodel on the interior. It’s so romantic and beautiful come today and see some of the new dishes and the great quality of food, you won’t be disappointed.
Food is really good, but they are no longer the cheapest Thai place around. Green curry chicken use to be 9.95 when looking at an old receipt from 2021, now it is 14.95! Use to get this weekly for dinner, but now it is monthly at best.
As we entered, I'd thought, "what am I doing! I could be going to Malai!"" Then I thought, "it's not too late." Then I sat, ordered, waited, waited, WAITED, W A I T E D ! ! ! ! DON'T BE ME! GO TO MALAI IN CLEARFORK. NO DRAMA THERE W STUPID WAITER WHO CANT GET A YELLOW CURRY WITH PORK ORDER CORRECT. Aaaaand, it sucked
Great food and great service
Great experience! We went for lunch and they started us out with a salad and then our entree. I only had 30 minutes so I was a bit worried but our food came out super fast. I got the drunken noodles, they were delicious! The service is also amazing, everyone was so nice and attentive, would definitely recommend!
Most authentic Thai food in DFW!
Probably the only truly legit, thai-owned, family-owned, traditional recipes, quality fresh restaurant in this entire DFW area. I will go across town just to come here because it is so consistent and delicious it's difficult to eat anywhere else. All the other Thai food places I've been to in DFW are bought out by Chinese and cooked like Chinese food. Settle for nothing less than thai terrace! Pad Thai and yellow curry, my food staple
Got a to go order. The pad see ew was inedible. Dry and flavorless. Egg rolls were good
Look, I know y’all didn’t need to place the order as late, but I appreciate y’all‘s business for doing so, and being polite about it.
Hope y’all’s business gets great fortune. Love y’all food
It was just okay. Food had no flavor. Service was good and prompt.
Service is excellent
Food was decent but the staff was rude.
Relaxed atmosphere, great server, awesome food. Note: not a foodie, your expectations may vary
stop 🛑 Me and my husband ate there on Saturday night. The food was tasteless chicken, fried rice and beef drunken noodle beef . The noodles were over cooked. The service was horrible. My husband had yellow curry with chicken. The chicken tasted rotten and smelled funny. I would never eat here again this is a staye away. don’t eat here restaurant.
I was really happy with everything. The calamari appetizer was great!
We did takeout.
Quiet, clean, cozy little hole-in-the-wall with nice easygoing atmosphere. It's our go-to lunch spot after karate class. The pineapple fried rice is my personal favorite. The pineapple they use tastes fresh, and they don't skimp on the cashews like some places do; the mix is well-balanced. I enjoy it every time we go.
The staff is very kind, and the food is very delicious!
Food was tasty, I had rice with tofu and the service was excellent.
Second time going here and had lunch yesterday and the waitress was very nice. I can't say the same for the food. I had the red curry chicken with white rice and there was not much flavor in the dish and the bowl was very small. Most Thai places give you a generous size bowl. The rice was not even the aromatic Thai white rice or jasmine rice that is served in most Thai restaurants it was just regular long grain rice. I had an order of the spring rolls (4) and again it was the same mediocre spring rolls that you get a regular Chinese restaurant. I thought since this was a Thai place they would consider that. Overall very disappointed in the food. You should not skimp out or hold back on tradition. If you want great Thai food in FortWorth GO TO - Thai Rice 'N' Noodle on Camp Bowie, Spice on Magnolia St. or Thai Select Restaurant in Overton Plaza Area.
Very Good.
The food is very good and I love it.
Love their food!
So savory and very nicely portioned.
It’s a steady of mine since they’re 2 miles away.
Be warned their lunch specials are a steal at approximately $10-12 a meal however they’ve cancelled the soup / salad additions.
Always has been my favorite (and best) Thai restaurant in Fort Worth. Over the last few months some things have changed. Is there new ownership?
The curries today we’re so thin they were like water. It was literally soup consistency. Taste was good but off from what it was.
Last time I ordered (about a month ago) the service was abysmal. If I didn’t really (at least in the last) like the food I’d never return.
Really curious to know why things lately aren’t the same. 2 stars only because it used to be a 5. Now it’s a 1.
Let me start off with we’ve been coming here for years. Not only was it the first time we’ve seen the owners, tonight we witnessed pure mediocrity. We were waiting on a to go order for 50 mins. Two plates, and an order of sticky rice. The wait wasn’t the problem, it’s how they were treating the staff. Every-time a waiter requested for an item they completely ignored them. Laughed among the kitchen staff actually. They did not care we were waiting for our order for almost an hour, they actually were in the kitchen laughing and taking everything as a joke. We will not be coming back unfortunately. We come here because we loved the “ little mom and pop “ restaurant but after what we witnessed tonight, I will no longer be giving my business here. I do want to say thank you so much to Gloria for trying her best to get the order(s) filled! She is amazing and I hope she sees her value and go somewhere else where she will be respected
Also, our rice wasn’t spicy like we asked. Wasted time
Surprisingly bland. I'll give them another chance, but this round was disappointing.
Pros: Fast and hot
Cons: portions and flavor
NEVER COME HERE!
I was served a RAW PORK salad.
Looked cooked on the top and turned it over to see pink uncooked area on pork.
Don’t risk your wellbeing going here.
About one month ago I ate at this restaurant, dine in. I ordered Spicey Beef Salad -Thai hot. It was spot on. Spicey just like I like it. Today I wanted the same dish, so I ordered it to Go. Again i ordered the Spicey Beef Salad Thai hot. It taste was horrible and spice level was nonexistent..... very disappointing. I will dine in again but WILL NOT order to go. Also ordered egg rolls that were good.
Had amazing with some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had.
Great service and even better food
No acept card
amazing service, amazing food. definitely a fort worrh staple restaurant
Really enjoyed the food. Look forward to next visit. BYOB
Just ok
Food is great! Service….absolutely terrible. Ordered food then 35 min later they told us they don’t have calamari. This has happened befor me with Duck. All the tables who ordered AFTER us are almost DONE EATING. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. If you choose to dine here…call and order ahead. This is not how you run a restaurant.
The food and service were both excellent. We especially liked the mango and sticky rice dessert.
Love this place! The pineapple Curry is so good!
Went on for a mother's day meal with a table of 8. Food was good, service not so good. It was also 80° in there. Won't be back.
The red curry was amazingly delicious! Medium spicy had just the right kick without going overboard.
Underrated, food even better than Thai Select (which is pretty good in itself)
I have this one marked as a favorite on my Google Maps. Very good place. I lived a few years in Thailand, I know Thai food. This is a good place to get really good Thai food. I recommend the beef salad, or the chicken larb.... and of course the red (or green) curry is always good. I like it #5 spice level. Don't forget the sticky rice!
Oh, and if you are coming off an upper respiratory infection, or simply have congestion, try the Tom Yum soup with chicken - it’s like nuclear powered chicken-noodle soup. You will feel better afterwards. You might want to go ahead and get a spicy #5 curry too to warm up at home later.
Not too crazy about the decor but whatever. Food is good.
Always amazing.
Great Food and Services
The best thai restaurant I’ve ever been at! Best customer service and very clean delicious food! I enjoyed Every bite😍😍 would absolutely come back♥️!!!
Very good! Flavors are spot on. We are Thai Food snobs and this place was great! Friendly and fast service. We will be back.
Love this place fast and friendly
Great place..It's a hidden gem..
They will omit or add to your dish..very accommodating..
Best Thai food I've found..
Great food the flavors were delicious and I love the Jasmine Tea so good !!¡!! amazing Than!!!!
I venture to a lot of Thai food restaurants in the Dallas Fort Worth area. This by far is in my top 10 for Thai cuisine absolutely amazing red curry
Very salty food and over charged you unless you catch them be careful.
Amazing duck basil!
Tom Kha was so bland. Really bummed I spent money on this.
Great choices! Very tasty. Will visit again
Changed my review on the second visit. From good to bad. Service sucks they are not friendly despite me wasting money giving them 15-20% tips twice on take away orders! Second time they forgot to give me my pad thai and I had to call and come back to pick it up.
So annoying. Not comfortable coming back here!!
Pad Thai is one of my favorite foods but it’s hard to find a place that makes it well, however Thai Terrace’s Pad Thai is perfect! The flavor and seasoning is spot on and the noodles and chicken are so tasty!
I’ve been to Malai Kitchen and love their Pad Thai too, but I think Thai’s Terrace’s is even better. Anyone who wants a great tasting, authentic Thai restaurant should check this place out!
I had a level 5 red curry, and my girlfriend had a level 3 green curry. The red curry was full of warm and earthy flavors and the green curry had excellent acidity. We also shared a tofu spring roll. The tofu was exceptionally tender.
For those who really love spice level 5 is great, it's nice and hot. Spicier than anything you'd find at a chicken wing restaurant for instance
Outstanding hidden gem tucked just inside the hustle and bustle of Fort Worth! The menu features a wonderful selection of favorites and new choices. Nice portions with beautiful serrated cut veggies are pleasing both to the eye and the taste buds. Our waiter was very efficient and friendly! Will be back!!! And will recommend to everyone in the area.
In my personal opinion Tom Kah soup was somewhat watery, they run out of coconut ice cream and service took long time. The decor was somewhat a hodgepodge as if things stayed there from previous owners... I don't know, the place was busy though
Great food! Good service, Friendly staff.
I always get the chicken pad thai because it is so delicious! They consistently under-promise, over-deliver when it comes to timing and having my food ready for me when I do take-out.
Always good food in a great little family run restaurant. Quick in and out for a good healthy bite!
The food was good, prices okay, Good atmosphere Even received a wave from the I assume the owner from kitchen.
Staff is amazing and friendly! Food is DELICIOUS the place is kept clean what else do you need. If you want great thai food this is the place to go!
No more boba tea😱...which was why i loved the place to begin with....always a struggle to explain how i want fries not rice...only for them to pack rice😐😂owner needs to hire more staff..wait times are too long( only one individual serving everyone)...so don't waste your lunch time...however..i stayed because their were many customers so something must be right?..😅.the fries i got 2nd time round were 👍...the tilapia was not..made me nauseous..im not a Michelin star cook....@Thai Terrace...but .the tilapia had.too much oil. ..and wasn't fresh.....please bring back the boba tea!
Always consistently great food and service.
They for got my order over 30 minutes waiting and people come and go and my beef larb never came. SMH . One even pays attention
Love this place. Delicious food and great staff, will definitely be back....lots!
Consistently delicious food! I could eat it every week!
Feels family owned due to food quality and attention to detail. Great lunch specials and staff.
Not that good
Mas o menos,sabor regular
Buen precio
Stale Thai Basil Fried (hard tough-to-chew) Rice. After customer take a seat, the waitress and cook will decide whether to serve and get rid off the stale one or serve the fresh one.
I really need to know what factors do they include in their decision model.
Great curry dishes
Real slow. Been here 3 times they always say 25 minutes but takes about an hour. So you’re always chillin in the restaurant. Food aint good enough for that my guy
Muy buena experiencia
I was really hoping for a good experience since all the reviews seem positive but no such luck today.
“Spicy” Basil fried rice barely had any flavor and wasn’t spicy in the least. It was very very dry and bland. Also the vegetables in it weren’t even chopped, more like quartered tomatoes and pepper pieces in it. Definitely had more vegetables in it than flavor.
The Tom Kha soup was also lacking in flavor and had the same issue with the vegetables.
Overall very disappointed.
Delicious rice and curry. My husband loved the Thai tea. Cute little spot inside.
Servers are nice and food comes out fast. Hidden gem of a restaurant for sure. 10/10 would recommend.
Nice place
Clean
Great food
I particularly love
Pineapple Curry
Highly recommended
Everything.
Ok. Seems to be overpriced and the food isn’t that great: the person on the phone didn’t seem to know completely what is in the dishes.
I love this place! Food always hot and fresh when I order take out!
It’s Da’ Bomb!! Best Thai in town, hands down!!
I’ve eaten here before with no problems but tonight got glass noodles with chicken and there was almost no chicken.
Good Thai food
I love your thai food thai terrace! Thank you for making me dinner and my family too!! You are the best in the Fort Worth area (i know because i tried the other competitors). I drive from Mansfield to you!
Consistent and delicious.
Best Thai in Fort Worth!!!
Food and service was really good very attentive. Pricing was fair food was fresh and flavorful
Best Thai I’ve had
This place use to be good don't know what happened but I won't be back bad cook sorry just telling the truth
Exelente
Always delicious, fresh and a good deal considering the great quality.
