Family-owned kitchen serving traditional Thai & Lao dishes, including curry, noodles & stir fries.
Hands down I would recommend this place for some good Lao/thai food. The red curry was super creamy, flavourful, and had lots of veggies. We got a level 3 spicy and thought it was just the amount of spicy (we're Pakistani and Mexican American). The pineapple fried rice was also very good! I could eat that for days. We also got the Coconut Lemongrass and loved the mushrooms and assorted veggies in there. It's perfect for a cold night. Lastly, take a look at the ice cream. Cute and delicious π
Oh! And the staff are kind approachable people! Bonus :)
I doubted that this place had good food when I just entered the restaurant but when I got food, I changed my mind. All the food we got was delicious portions for 4 people except Tom Yum Kung. This soup was too salty and had a bold taste. My family enjoyed the food there other than that. Highly recommend fried rice, beef jerky, and Pho noodle.
Craving something spicy, we stumbled upon Sikhay Thai Lao Restaurant during a quick search, and what an incredible find it turned out to be! As first-timers, we were initially skeptical, but our visit exceeded every expectation. The exceptional service and warm hospitality made our dining experience unforgettable.
We started with the server-recommended crab rangoon, egg rolls, and tom yum soup β a flavorful trio that hit all the right notes. For entrΓ©es, we indulged in drunken noodles, Thai fried rice, Birdβs Nest (Mee Kob), sweet and sour fish, and pad see ew. Every dish was packed with authentic flavors, cooked to perfection, and spiced just right.
By the end of the meal, we were genuinely moved β not just by the spice but by the sheer joy of experiencing such thoughtfully prepared food. Sikhay Thai Lao Restaurant is an absolute gem. This is a must-visit for anyone seeking delicious Thai cuisine paired with top-notch service. Highly recommended!
So we moved from out of state (1600 miles) and have been in search for Thai that reminds us of home. THIS IS IT!!!! I almost cried it is so good and made me feel such comfort! Itβs BYOB and they provide real glassware. We had the fried veggie egg rolls, edamame, and the item I judge all Thai onβ¦ Massaman curry to share. Ugh it was so delish. The smell when it hit the table I knew it was going to be so good. I had pad Thai with chicken cooked perfectly and spice level that I ordered spot on. My spouse had pad Thai beef and all we can think about as we fill up is how leftovers are going to be A-MAZING!!!! Portions are quite sizable.
Thank you to Tom (who is soooo humble) and the team for excellent service and incredibly delicious food. We will be back (and itβs a 50 min drive)! Stop by and enjoy!
I have previously been to this location twice for dine-in and had delivery twice. Today was the first time I placed a pick-up order and wow! The food was delicious!! Not to mention the soup was still steaming and fresh. The take out portions are hefty and so savory. I was happily surprised with the taste of the riblets. I ordered traditional dishes and out of the other Thai locations in FW, they are by far close to the best place I have tried. The mushrooms in the Thom Kha soup are also a favorite!!

We love this place so much! The Curries, Pad Thai, Chicken Fried Rice, egg rolls, noodles, Thom Kha soup, boba drinks are delicious! It looks like a little hole in the wall from the outside, but when you go in, itβs quite quaint! Try it you wonβt be disappointed!
Food & boba always taste great here
Wings 10/10
Rice 10/10
Egg noodle soup 10/10
Eggrolls 4/10 because I asked for pork and they gave me vegetable
I love this place they have great pho and I love the spring rolls
Always wanted to try and I'm glad we finally did. Will definitely be back. I would recommend the chicken pad thai. I also enjoyed the honeydew Boba and Mango Boba.
Their green curry is delicious! Probably the best in Fort Worth. Can't wait to try the other items.
Excellent. Not super familiar with Lao food, but Sikhay was a great introduction. I had the Lad Na and wife had the Sikhay Fried Rice and Mango Boba Tea Smoothie. Recommend both.
Always very nice and attentive and food is always very good

Itβs a family type place. Very nice people serving. The food is great!
Fast service for tasteless gross food!
Massaman curry is legit. A 4 is pretty spicy so may level down to a 3 next time. Love stopping in when I am in fort worth.
This is by far the most authentic Thai/Lao place you will find in DFW.
When I moved to Fort Worth I stumbled upon this place - and now I drive 30+ miles to get it
If you want authentic Lao food this place is the one small and personal makes u feel like you're with Family
Best ever!
Everyone was so sweet and the food was amazing!
Service is bad now order chicken get tofu last time I sat to eat here the place smelled terrible also overcharged for a custom order but it was normal and then they get it wrong, avoid now
Great place to eat
Food was good but portion is very small. Expect to eat more vegetables than actual meal you got. Side of is tiny
Loved it and their Thai tea is my favorite
Came bc of the amazing reviews, only to find its pretty average at best. Prices are definitely on the high side and you have to pay for the rice a whopping $5-6 dollars for a bowl. It seems authentic and all, but I won't be back.
I even like the music πΆ

Why is there a convience fee? ππ»ππ»
Yumm Thai food
Good, clean, healthy food, I loved the atmosphere and service. Thank you!
Rude customer service over the phone with no greetings and basic understanding of how food service works, while also charging a $1 convenience fee for getting my order wrong...
Not only did the person on the phone not greet or answer any questions I had about the menu besides a yes/no, I also didnβt get asked if i wanted fried/white rice with my entree and thought i had forgot to order a side of it (which they also failed to mention) but turns out they just forgot it after also forgetting to ask which type, making me drive back 25 min just to get my order remade correctly (which i had to plead for and bring back my previous order so I didnβt have to eat cold fried fish with no rice)
Iβll update this review if anything changes but my bad experience showed me this business doesnβt care about its customers.
Food was great.. but they charged a different price than their menu stated. Was basically told sorry these are new prices and the menu doesn't reflect the changes. π
Everything was AMAZING
Greate place to eat. Taste is definitely better than 95% other restaurants of this type. Ordered Drunken noodles w 3/5 spice lvl, wasnβt bland or too spicy. Male server was very friendly and genuine. Service is definitely better than most. Very accommodating to my orders and allergies. Would definitely come again when in town.
Massaman Curry is a banger
Food was great & the service was even better.
Amazing food, first time here and canβt wait to keep coming try their amazing food. Totally recommended, the staff is so nice and welcoming
Thank you.
Went here for the first time today with my missus, we got the crab rangoons, I got the tom yum soup with chicken, and she got the egg drop soup, for my main I ordered the Egg noodle wonton soup (pictured below), she ordered the pad se ew with beef, and we shared the coconut black rice which was easily one of the best desserts iβve ever had. I ordered a Boba to go, and was given the wrong one but they apologized and made another for me. Incredible service, Shocked this place wasnβt busier. 200% I will be back, more than once too, that tom yum soup alone made the 20+ min drive for me totally worth it. 100% would recommend! Quick service as well.
Delicious food. Thumbs up on wings, pad Thai, yellow curry and drunken noodle. Thai iced tea was good. Food came out really fast and had authentic Thai taste. Servers were attentive and friendly, served with a smile. Fried ice cream was a great dessert to finish the meal. Highly recommend this restaurant.
Everything was delicious! Spring rolls, chicken and boba!
If you are more concerned with the taste and quality of the food, this is the place for you.
First time here and had the yellow curry. Andre introduced himself and was extremely professional. The curry was delicious and one of the better curry dishes in the area. I will certainly go back frequently.
Andre is very curteous. Been here multiple times and he is always greeting the customers and taking care of of them himself. The variety of food and the quality is superb. Ask for the Thai chili peppers to be added to your dish to spice things up.
Really good food, and the best boba in Fort Worth! Service can be a little slow but really not too bad. They make up for it with their friendliness & quality of food. I get the green curry & a Strawberry Vanilla Swirl Boba Tea... Such a great meal! It can look kind of run-down from outside but the atmosphere is nice & well appointed inside. Definitely recommend!

Pad Thai awesome! Tom Kha awesome! We arrived near closing time, never felt rushed and service was excellent.
Food was amazing and service was great. I got the pad se ew and the noodles were delicious. The only negative thing was that, for our party of four, they gave us three napkins. Though they have a basket of napkins at the front. After much consideration, I give five stars.
Kind, attentive service and great food! We loved everything we ordered.
Quick service, haven't had a bad dish yet.
One of the best Thai places in FW in my opinion, the only thing I can complain about is being charged $3 for a can of Dr pepper, comon lower the price or get a proper fountain station
So happy I found this restaurant. The food was great, the service was even better. The owner said he wanted us to feel like family and we did. I'm looking forward to going back.
Great food! Fast service, super friendly. The Thai tea is so good!
Laos sausage could use some help, it everything. Else is wonderful!
Today I only ordered the pineapple fried rice with shrimp. Never had green beans in fried rice before. It was oily and seemed like it was pre- prepared And the base for all the fried rice options. Small amount of pineapple , Pretty sure it was canned pineapple. Disappointed for a 17$ entree.
Great food! The spice levels seemed accurate, go lower if you aren't sure.
They give a good amount of food for the price - I usually have leftovers. I get the drunken noodles and pork egg rolls :)
Been here a few times, food is always great. I went with groups and we shared a bit of all of our dishes. Definitely worth a stop if you like Thai food.
Fantastic food and awesome service, will be back.
My time at Sikhay Thai Lao Restaurant & Boba Tea & Pho was absolutely fantastic! The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was simply delicious. From the fragrant bowls of pho to the spicy Thai and Lao dishes, each bite was a culinary delight. I can't wait to return and try more of their offerings.
The best Lao Tai we've had in Texas. We would eat here every day π if it were possible.
This place is a diamond in the rough! I was looking for hot tea and stumbled upon it. Andrew, our waiter, was personable and kind. I ordered the drunken noodle, and it was amazing! Don't be afraid by the shabby outer building. Inside is clean and smells amazing!
Friendly service and great food
I have never left a review anywhere before but I just had to after getting takeout from here yesterday! I got the egg rolls and chicken fried rice at level 4. The lady on the phone was super friendly and so was the girl who checked us out when we got there. The food itself was PERFECT! Most Thai places disappoint me with their lack of spice but this place delivered, I might even consider going down to a level 2 next time π anyway! Highly recommend!!
Found this place in a random drive coming home. So glad we stopped! Food was so good the orange chicken was so nice and crispy and juicy! The fried rice was perfect! Canβt wait to go back and try some more items on the menu.
Update****
So good had to order some Uber eats! I ordered Thai tea and it is so good!!
Quaint shop in a strip mall featuring Laotian, Thai, Asian cuisine. The service was excellent. The atmosphere charming. Beautiful art on the walls.
The pad Thai was phenomenal. The fried rice was out of this world. The beef soup was amazing. Milk tea and Thai tea were ordered with Boba. The tea was spot on, but the boba was a bit lacking in flavor.
Overall, an amazing dining experience. This is a little out-of-the-way place that is definitely worth your time. You wonβt regret it.
We picked up food here at the request of our daughter for her birthday. That says a lot in a city with every kind of cuisine available. The egg rolls were crispy. The fried rice was great, along with the drunken noodles, orange chicken, peanut chicken, and all the curries. It's the best take out Thai in Fort Worth.
Nice atmosphere. Got the sikhay fried rice with pork was amazing!
Not the tastiest pho or pad Thai. Pho really was missing the flavor of the unique spices.
First of all, this is me and my wife's FAVORITE restaraunt ever.
Ordered the fried chicken appetizer because everyone said you cant skip it. It is the best chicken wings I ever had based on the breading alone. It is a little overpiced for 5 wings.
I had the orange chicken level 5 spice but I asked the waitor what they use to make it spicier. He explained that they use mostly xhili oil and red pepper but to get to level 5 they use thail chili (which i was delighted to know - i love thai chili but they are pretty rare) when i ordered orange chicken he said he didnt think they used thai chili on that and offered to bring me some on the side. That brought my already absolutely delicious meal to freakin life.
Even the fried rice by itself is to die for. I dont know how they do it
Listen! When I tell you this is absolute BEST food I have had in forever, I am not exaggerating! I was in town with my husband when we tried this place out. The best customer service, the best food and a fair price. We started with the fried chicken which is an order of chicken wings! Amazing! I had the basil fried rice and he had the orange chicken. Both a 10/10! The flavors were to die for! Seriously! We both sat there the entire time eating and talking about how good it was. Service was excellent! Donβt skip this place!!
This place is an obvious no-brainer. The food is delicious. They do the heat on a scale of 1 to 5. I had my glass noodles with chicken on 2, which is the perfect spice. My basil fried rice with chicken and a fried egg on 3, a little spicy for me but not too bad. My orange chicken I had on a 3, which I could have used a 2 but still great. I guarantee a 5 is probably super hot for you hot lovers. What I liked is that even with the spice, you can taste all the flavors.
I been coming here for Years I always order to go but today I decide to stay and eat at the restaurant main entrance there's usually someone there but there's was no one so understand its a restaurant what's really sad me and my wife and my kid was standing there and no one help us so we decide to seat at the boot we waited there 10 minutes no ever came it's a couple that walk in the got taken it cared right away so I raised my hand a guy with glasses say maybe they did not see you so we decide to left.
This place is just delicious, the fried chicken appetizer is amazing and so far all the currys are some of the best I've had in the area.
Get the fried chicken appetizer! The best fried chicken youβve ever had!
We used to come and eat here all the time, but today the customer service was terrible. The waitress only came back 1 time to check on us and 1 time to bring the food, and they charge extra for no ice.
Great food and service. They have the absolute best fried rice and fried tofu I have ever had!
Ordered crab Rangoonβs and chicken pad thai. The food was real good.
When i worked there in Texas we went almost every day good food and good service
A place to remember
Excellent flavorful food. Very friendly staff. Clean environment.
Went here for date night, my girlfriend got the pineapple fried rice and thought it was great, I took a chance on the Gio and didn't like it at all. I told the waitress my thoughts on the dish and she asked if I wanted to try something else. I told her I'd like the basil fried rice, the new dish came out very quickly and I found it perfect, the gio just wasn't my kind of dish.
At the end of our meal, the waitress gave me the check and I found she charged me for the basil fried rice but not the gio since I didn't like it which was very nice of her.
Overall, this place makes fantastic food, the staff are very nice and willing to give you another dish if you don't like the one you got, can't recommend this place enough!
So I drive by this place almost everyday. But this Holiday my daughter took me here for New Year's let me tell you it was delicious π. Omg a little expensive but worth it!
Food lived up to the considerable hype. Best spot for southeast Asian food in the area. The waitstaff is great and the prices are fair.
Awesome food and for a good price. Very authentic and very nice and quick service! Will go again!
Great food and service, as always!
The food routinely gets wrong with how spicy you ask. Multiple times we've had the spiciness of dishes switched and makes the bland for one person and uneatable for the other. The strawberries and cream boba is literally just nesquik strawberry powder.
Great family-owned restaurant, authentic.
We tried this place for the first time for take out and it was really good! The staff was friendly and were fast at getting our order to us.
Hands down best Thai Food in Fort Worth. Order level 2 spice for perfection.
The Drunken Noodles and Red Curry are both delicious, and I would definitely recommend them. I had the beef soup as well, and that was okay.
A bit divey, but the food is fantastic.
Good food. Horrible service. Iβm guessing theyβre understaffed or underpaid or both. I feel bad leaving a comment like this but this is about the third time this has happened so just order take out Iβd say. If you want to dine and dash you probably could because we were ignored for about 20min waiting for a bill. The walls need to be repainted too or cleaned at least.
Great food, desert is too sweet but may be it's just me
Used to be fan of this place until today. 3 tables seated behind us were served before we even got waters. The waiter looked at us and just kept passing by. We took our business to Asian Nights down the street.
I love thai food so I was happy to try this place out during my lunch break! It did not disappoint at all!
We got the papaya salad, Tom Ka and Tom Yum. Both soups were delicious and fresh. The papaya salad we got loa style which the waitress warned us would be pungent. We should have listened to her but will be back to try the Thai style instead. Overall, wonderful restaurant!
The place definitely needs a fixer upper as everything is old and the tables were sticky but the customer service and food is phenomenal.
Also the price is diffrent online and on their app when you scan to look at rhe menu then what you get charge and adding like 4 pieves of shrimp to a meal is $3 extra
Good food and service.
AMAZING FOOD! AMAZING SERVICE!
The female waitress was friendly and always asked if we needed anything!
For the price, I highly recommend this place!
I'm glad I came! π
Came here with my mom for dinner and was blown away. Doesnβt look like much but has the most amazing wait staff and food. Incredibly patient and accommodating my picky order, brought out food quickly, and was some of the best Thai food I have had! Canβt recommend visting enough:)
Great taste just ask for level 2 if you don't want your mouth on fire. Will return. Small size of drunken noodles -- great taste. The papaya salad was ok -- wished it had more variety. Loved the crispy beef jerky. The boba tea comes from a powder. Will return and try more things.
Shrimp spring rolls and Tom kha was amazing. The service was great. Very good Thai tea although the boba was not very solidified. At the time they were only accepting venmo, cash app, or zelle, which I was ok with but it may not be convenient for everyone.
Love the staff there very nice and the food is amazing totally will be coming back here again!!π
This is one of those hidden gems you find sprinkled around the city! I was invited to lunch here by a friend. May first visit. Upon arriving I was a bit unsure. The neighborhood is very industrial and is in and older part of town. It sits among many store fronts in a small strip mall. The parking lot needs some work (not conducive for heals) The building has been there a minute. Then you walk in... The interior is marvelous. Warm. Welcoming. Cheery. The staff are kind, helpful, and understanding. Ready to answer any questions and serve. The prices were on point, with serving sizes worth sharing. The quality of the good was fantastic. Taste; even better. It is definitely worth the drive I had to make to get there. I don't often finish my plate, but I couldn't help myself! I don't think you will be disappointed.
Weβve been coming here for over a year and itβs been so consistent every time! Iβm in love with the egg rolls, beef jerky, massaman and lemon chicken. I think the lemon chicken is my favorite meal from anywhere ever!!! Definitely recommend :)
Not a fancy place, but clean with food service. Our party of four had three currys and one wok fried dish
We all liked our food and the ones with curry especially like there food.
This place is definitely a hole in the wall! The food was filling and delicious and the atmosphere here was very nice and pleasant. If I'm ever in the area and am hungry for Thai food I'll come back here. Also, if you like your drinks with Ice you'll have to ask them to add it since water doesn't come with it.
The Best Lao food I've had here in DFW. I'm so happy I decided to try a new place out.
I felt very welcomed, service was top notch.
We tried Sikhay today during our visit to FW, and all the food we ordered was completely delicious. Definitely the best tom kha soup I've ever tasted. Lovely service, as well. Highly recommend.
This might be my favorite restaurant in the metroplex. The Drunken Noodles and Massaman Curry with crispy pork belly are perfect, the Thai tea is delightful, and the service is always excellent. Highly recommend!!
Their green tea boba is the best thing ever made.
This place is amazing! Hands down the best pho, egg rolls, and fried rice in Fort Worth. The atmosphere is very welcoming. The customer service is always fantastic here. I Highly recommend this place!
I loveeeee eating here!!! I order thru their website to pay and pickup all the time. The food is great and reasonably priced. I always order a macha green tea boba. They also have a lot to there menu as well.
Baaaaaaabay! When I tell you Iβm horrible at finding good food. This place was so darn good. Omg! Yaw see them 5 stars. Yes it could use a fresh paint job on the walls but stay focused and order from the menu. Allayah was our waitress. She was cute smart and had a lot of knowledge about our food. And was dead on with how it tasted. My husband and I sampled a few things from the menu. The food was hot. And delicious π. Did I say delicious! Omg! Like I said. YAW SEE THEM 5 stars. Lord I thank you for sending us here. This is my new spot. ππππππππππππππππππππππππ₯°ππππ₯³ππ€©π
Came here for Pad Thai and egg rolls, left so satisfied and more than full. This is a great option for Thai food, will absolutely be coming again and trying some other dishes.
The food is OK! The inside is dingy and couldnβt enjoy my meal with out flyβs and gnats all over it! I will not return so many other cleaner and better tasting Thai in the area! Donβt believe the hype about this place these other reviews prolly would give McDonalds a 5 star rating!
Excellent, I love this place
Amazing food! I had the pad see ew and it was delicious. I ordered a coconut water snd thai tea! Good portions and great price. Highly recommend!
Great place to eat. Really good service and price.
Ignore what the outside looks likeβ¦cute and cozy insideβ¦food was excellent, some of the best Thai Iβve had, definitely a place to check out when Iβm Fort Worth
Awesome lunch.

Randomly chosen by the menu on Google maps, and so glad! Food was delicious with generous servings. We don't live too close, but the next day I felt like driving back for more. After many years in NYC where authentic Asian foods are easy to find, we're a little spoiled. Highly recommend!
Always fast service, but no spice at all. If you want spicy food, maybe say "I want 500 stars". Saying "5 stars, as hot as you can make it" does not result in anything at all. Disappointing for otherwise excellent food
