This was a great experience from beginning to end. The place was immaculate. The server was attentive and prompt. The food was fresh and flavorful. And the Christian music was the cherry on top. If you're in the area and want Thai, you can't do better! We'll be back.

Stopped by for lunch with some friends. We had the egg rolls, lunch special Basil chicken fried rice, garlic chicken, and green curry. I was slightly wary due to the prices being on the higher end ($15 lunch). However, I have to say that the dishes tasted really really good. Everyone enjoyed their dishes and I cleaned my plate. Also, a little salad came with our lunch special and it was super fresh. Service was very good. They were very friendly 😊

Went to have lunch here and try what's on their menu. They opened about a month ago. The first and original Thai's Thumbz was opened 12 years ago in Richardson. Still doing great business there. They opened their second restaurant here near Tian Tian off Preston Rd.

We've been to many Thai places in the Metroplex, looking for an authentic and legit Thai food place. Finally, we found it through the food we ordered; Pad Thai, Som Tam (Green Papaya Salad), chicken satay and mango with sweet sticky rice.

The Chef/Owner guaranteed that their food was prepared from scratch using fresh and organic ingredients.

Service is great and the place is very clean and visibly decorated.

The reason for the loss of one star is because I think they forgot to add basil to my basil fried rice and our pad see ew had way more beef than noodles. Overall we thought the place was good though we took to go orders so we haven’t had a chance to experience a casual dine in. Will try it again!

I brought my wife here for Valentines dinner. We ordered the Pad Kee Mao (Drunken Noodle), Papaya Salad (which is huge!) and the BEST Panang Curry I’ve ever had. Also, DO order the young coconut juice! It will rock your world.

Unfortunately, I am not please with the food. The flavors are off. I asked for extra sauce but there was clearly no extra sauce. I asked for thin pad Thai style rice noodles but they still have my wide rice noodle. (This was all a pick up order) There was no flavor at all….😞 they also didn’t give me gluten free when I asked for it. The girl working when I paid was very sweet though. It’s just when I came home and saw the food I was in shock.

We've been patrons of the Original Thai thumbz location in Richardson for 10 plus years. It's always a little scary when someone opens another location because you don't know if the same consistency you got in the food will be there. But it literally takes the exact same! They have had great quality food, ingredients, and consistency for a decade. Every other restaurant we have loved over the years has gone downhill, or raised their prices so much, or lowered the quality of their ingredients. But not Thais thumbz! Our favorites are the pad woonsen, drunken noodle, and pad thai. And of course the crunchy egg rolls are to die for! You won't be disappointed eating here.

This place is fantastic! Food is great and the people are so kind and helpful.

Wow, this was the best atmosphere. My girlfriend and I somehow got invited in here during a Texas Perfusion conference and the owner has the best personality. He really made us feel like we were a part of his family.

The staff is quick and commonly filled are drinks and ensured everything went well.

First timers:Ordered for pickup on Saturday 09/07/24 late afternoon. We ordered Drunken Noodles with Chicken (mild: no tomatoes) and Pineapple Fried Rice with Chicken (mild: no tomatoes). You guessed it: we don’t like tomatoes or spicy food in our household. Anyway, both dishes were good. The Pineapple fried rice had clumps throughout it and not much Pineapple. However, both were delicious and good portion sizes. The entires were $17.00 each and with tax $36.81. I would definitely order from this restaurant again. 🙂

I've been going to Thai Thumbz since they opened in 2012, the food is phenomenal, and as always the staff is very friendly/attentive. I highly recommend the drunken noodle, and be sure to ask them for some fish oil and thai chilis to give it that extra kick!

Give a thumb up👍 for Thai's thumbz!!!! Food was delicious especially Pad woonsen ( stir fried glass noodle) test just like you eat in Thailand.We also order Pad Prik khing and Masaman curry those are turned out very good as well. Highly recommend for everyone who love authentic Thai food.

We’ve tried Thai Thumbz on Preston in far north Dallas twice for lunch and had a great experience both times. We tried the Penang curry, Cashew stir fry and Drunken noodles. All were excellent quality and they are able to dial in the spice level to your preference. The restaurant was very well put together and relaxing. Service for both occasions was excellent. We’ll be back and we highly recommend.

First time... of many! Absolutely delicious food, friendly service, and even though I had take out, the restaurant looks like a nice place to sit and eat.
The edamame was good, but I would recommend asking for a little bit of salt and some freshly minced garlic on it. The peanut sauce for the chicken satay was absolutely fantastic! I'll need to ask for more next time. And the Heaven Beef (aptly named) and Sticky Rice was perfectly prepared.
Highly recommend!

We have been long-time customers at the Richardson location and were thrilled to learn that the team has opened up a Plano location (closer to us!)

We have ordered take-out a couple of times already, and the food and taste are perfection! Everything on the menu is great - we have really enjoyed the Pad Thai, Kra Pow (thai style), and Lard Nah, among others.

Ask for P'Sam, P'Joy, or P'Fon (all partners/co-owners) - they're all very nice and pleasant!

Just dine in here. Great food and best service. New spot just open.
