First time having dinner at Chillicious Thai in Coppell tonight. Atmosphere is welcoming, servers are courteous and the food came out in perfect time.
I started off with the fresh spring rolls and chicken fried egg rolls. Both dishes were delicious and the sweet / spicy sauce that is served with them is flavorful.
For entree, I ordered the combination yellow curry. It’s not listed on the menu, but the kitchen can definitely make it for you. The curry was delightful, mixes well with the jasmine rice that’s served with the dish. I ordered the curry with. 3 out of 5 spice level. I didn’t really taste the spice in the food, but that could just be me. I like really spicy / hot food.
I tried their Thai Tea but unfortunately, it didn’t taste right. Tasted watery and a little sour. As a person who eats a thai and Vietnamese restaurants, I know how Thai Tea is supposed to taste and that wasn’t it.
Everything else was good and I recommend eating at Chillicious Thai for your next outing.
A dead bug in your food is NASTY.
I recently moved to Coppell and I’m trying new food places around my house and I love Thai food especially yellow curry and that’s what I decided to order. When I walked in it seemed like a old shack. It did not give a very plaeasent feel. I picked up my order and went home. The chicken spring rolls where mid. Then I mixed a little of the rice in the curry bowl it came in and it was pretty good. I then got one of my bowls and poured the rice in it and at the bottom of the rice box it came in was a squished dead ROACH ! I instantly threw up. That is so disgusting. I ate some of that rice . I just couldn’t believe it. I got in my car and drove back up there a took the food with me so they could see what I just spent $20 on. The guy was not being helpful at first. He asked for my number and said he would have someone call me to give me a refund. That’s unacceptable. He then asked if I wanted him to remake it . WHAT??? You clearly have roaches and yall are not paying attention to packing people food or how fresh is the rice if it’s just sitting in a box with a roach in it so no I do not want you to remake my food ! I want a refund. After going back and forth with this man he decided to give me my refund. I would not eat here . Please check your take out food if you do.
Not really a place I would go to consistently. Just wanted to try the place. As far as I know, not really a place I would come back to. The guy who was waiting on us just looked lost. The food was mediocre. Had they not overcooked my beef I may have given them 4 stars but then again, I did ask them to make my food a spicy level of 4 based off a level of 0 through 5. Definitely was disappointed in that. The food was not even mild for me. The interior felt like how a morgue feels like. Just that death feeling. Not going to recommend this place but, maybe you'll be someone who likes it. Try at your own risk.
I go to Chillicious at least a couple of times a month with my son. It’s one of our go to Thai places. It’s hardly ever busy (surprisingly) and the food is pretty good. Prices are comparable to just about anywhere else locally. Food is made fresh and comes out steaming hot. Spice levels are appropriate - no surprise when a 2/5 is truly a 2/5. My son can put down a Thai Basil Fried Rice like a champ and has never once complained about the way it tastes. I do highly recommend this place. It’s a great date night place. It’s quiet, has the perfect lighting, and no distractions.
I have done take out here several times and have eaten in the restaurant once.
Over those visits I have tried maybe 6 or so different dishes. I didn’t find any of them to be above average. Perhaps a bit below what I would expect from a strip mall Thai food experience.
Really wanted to like this place as it is the closest Thai to my house, but I likely won’t return again soon.

Splendid!!
Very sad I don’t live anywhere near close by because that was insanely delicious and that meal will haunt my dreams
Really good food and service, quick and easy experience with pickup.
Sanju was a lovely and very professional server. Food was exceptionally well prepared. Coconut soup is my favorite and rhus is tge best I have ever had. Crunchy spring rolls cooked to perfection and the sauces were delicious
Thank you
I came to this place in search of a good one. I enjoyed the peaceful ambiance didn't have to worry about a crowd. I ordered food came fast. Fresh veggie rolls and veggie entre with rice was SoooGood! I'm a very picky eater and I'm leaving this review bc I'm on my way back again for the same entree!!! Find what works for U&indulge. I been to places people brag about &I hated it. So,💙Yeah I like this place for me!! The peanut sauce is delicious 😋!!! On everything!! Bye guys!!
We got Pad Thai Chicken and Green Curry Beef.
Both spice levels were perfect. Both portions sizes were on the large side.
Both tasted delicious.
Everything was perfect for both me and the wife.

Nice casual interior. We had a group of six and there was on two areas that could accommodate a group of six or more. The service was good. Our drink orders were taken immediately. The food was delicious, everyone loved what they got. Would recommend.

The pad Thai and the red curry was amazing just like the service. Our food came so quickly.
Such a convenient location in Coppell, and tasty too, but no Vegan option :(
Had the Pad Kee Mow and chicken cashew. Both very good with good service.
I could not believe this place wasn't super busy. Everyone who worked there was so nice, and the food? The food was absolutely delicious. Prices were great, too. Definitely will be back!
Had takeout today.. 60 bucks for three entrées.. food was less than average quality.
Some of the best chicken pad kee mow! And the veggie spring rolls are delicious. Staff is always very kind.

Delicious. Our second time in. Just tried green curry.
I e of my favorite places to eat in Coppell. Delicious!!
This place rocks!
Top Ten Thai in DFW. Easily.
Chillicious Thai has amazing cuisine and is in a very location. The menu has different Thai plates all which come in healthy serving size relative to the price. There we ordered the Pad Thai and the Pad Woo Sen. Both of these are delicious dishes that don't disappoint.
Additionally the food was served to us fast to our surprise. They have fresh ingredients and a large enough size where one can have leftovers.
If you are wanting authentic Thai, I would definitely recommend this place!
Let me start with the gentleman who greeted me. He was very nice and was always smiling, excellent first impression!
Crab rangoons and spring rolls were a 15 out of 10! Light and flakey with great flavor!
Pad Kau Kai and the stir fried basil were AWESOME!
This is a must try resturant!!
Food and service are good. Little pricey for lunch.

I read all the raving reviews and this was one of the best thai dishes I have ever had! I was blown away! Chicken Basil flavors were authentic and rich.
Really good red curry chicken. They are flexible with modifications . Enjoyed the food will be back again!
It's literally 8:17pm....we walk in and google and their store hours listed on their business sign says they close at 930pm and the 2 women sitting on their phones behind the counter state that their kitchen is closed. I verified with them that they don't close until 930pm tonight yet they're closed now. There's literally 1....that is One table with 2 people eating inside. NEVER coming back here. We made the drive from about 35 min away.
I got Thai food here for the first time since the reviews were so high and I was excited to try it out! But I was deeply disappointed. I got a to-go order and I ordered a pad see ew and a Thai tea.
The Thai tea was probably the worst Thai tea I’ve ever had. I watched the cashier who took my order make my Thai tea. All she did was take regular unsweetened tea and pour evaporated milk into it and handed it to me. I should’ve said something but I thought it would be okay until I tasted it when I got home. It was not even orange or remotely sweet, I just threw it away.
The pad see ew was not good. I ordered chicken with a level 3 spice and it was so bland. All you could taste was the spice. It did not have that savory/sweet taste that pad see ew is supposed to have, it just tasted like poorly seasoned spicy flat noodles. There were also way too many vegetables and not enough noodles or meat in my dish.
I hope I was just an isolated incident because if they can’t even get a basic thai dish like pad see ew correct, I don’t know why this place has such high ratings
We really liked this place the first couple of times but.... Hate to say but it has gone to hell..
Horrible service. If you order 3 dish they will bring out one at at time but 15 minutes apart.... So no one will enjoy a group meal.
We may still order some take out but toady is the last dining in for sure.
So sad... We had hopes... Disappointed..
Great tasting food
I order pick up for lunch earlier today. I had to write a review because anyone considering ordering pick up here should know.
First time customer here.
Small portions for take out and the employees are not welcoming..
The food was descent with good enough flavor. Small portions for take out. I spent about $23.00 for Pad Thai and two small spring rolls that had literally only lettuce and a few strips of carrots in them. The Peanut sauce was good.
Terrible service… when I walked in I was not greeted at all, instead, I was starred at by the girl at the register. No smiles, no words - she literally stood there playing with her hair. I told her my name and she just handed me the order. I said thank you and she just glared at me.
I came back for chop sticks because they were not in the bag. All around terrible restaurant etiquette. She needs to be retrained.
I will not be ordering from that place again, and will recommend the same to all of my coworkers
Ordered takeout so I can’t comment on atmosphere….but the pad Thai, crab rangoons, shrimp spring rolls and panang curry were excellent! Can’t wait to try more items!
The food was really good! Ordered 3-4 dishes and all of them were really good specially the green curry and Pad kee mow!
Good place. The food was tasty. Will go here again.
Tried for the first time and loved it. We have ordered 3 times now over the past 2 weeks. Highly recommend
Some of the best thai food I’ve ever had
The best Thai that the USA has ever made, better than your mamas cooking by 10.5 miles! Yummy!
On sunday l went to eat with My wife the waitress was very rude to us the waitress didn't understand English before there a waitress was very nice yo us
Good restaurants, amazing food
Earlier this week I placed an order for a large catering pickup for today. This is a time sensitive order so to my surprise the office was closed when I arrived to pickup it up. The sign said there was technical issue and they locked their doors. I was calling the phone number and no one was answering so I called their flower mound location. After a frustrating call with the flower mound location and zero help the call was disconnected and they blocked my work phone number. I called them on my cell phone and they answered. This is extremely unprofessional as they stole a large amount of money from my workplace. They claim they will refund but there is no confirmation that they could provide to me. Please do not order from here as they do not care about your business.
Excellent food.
Best Thai place in Coppell in our opinion.
This place is great!!!!! Coppell is super lucky to have this restaurant. We’ve dined in and carried out. Both are fantastic.
Food was very good. We will definitely go again. Service was good. Glad she asked what spice level we wanted.
Yummy food. Good portions and nice service. Not a fancy place but the food was yum.
Excellent food and wonderful service
Host was unwelcoming, did not even say anything to us , just expected us to follow him to the table. Was rude when we asked a question. Atmosphere is lacking and cramped. Menu has very limited veg options . Instead recommend Yummy Thai
This food is great! It is so nice to have another lunch option here in Coppell. I hope they do really well and stick around!!
Had ordered Red curry which was very average. Drunken noodles had a weird fish oil smell and was nothing like the authentic dish. With the competition from other Thai restaurants, I don’t think I will be coming back here.
We had Pad Lo Mein and Chicken Phad Thai and it was incredible!
Great tasting pad Thai and green curry. Spring rolls needed a bit more cilantro to taste less like a salad roll.
We will definitely return
First timer, excellent Yellow Curry Chicken and Drunken noodles. So happy to find!!
Exceptional!
Wow… I’m a Thai foodie, the food was fantastic!
Great food, decent service. One thing...clean up the tables, nothing less appetizing than a bunch of dirty tables.
I ordered soups and a dish of pad Thai (chicken). Soup was extremely salty, so I asked the waitress for replacement. She brought the same dish. when I asked for refund, she refused to give me refund. Also my chicken pad Thai had awful taste as well. It says, First impression is the best impression. I will not go back to this restaurant anymore . I feel like I waisted almost $60 for nothing!!
Service was great, and the food was even better. Would definitely recommend!
This is a nice addition to the local Coppell culinary scene😀. Ordered the customary Green and yellow curries and was delighted.
Very good Thai food.
Best thai food in the area. I recommend the drunken noodle and the herb chicken fried rice!
Food OK, but obscenely overpriced. Would not go again.
I got the pad thai no onions add shrimp medium spicy, which was $15.99 ($12.99 + $3 for shrimp). Add on the fee for take out and the tip, it was a little over $20. The pad thai itself was flavorful. The shrimp was good too. My issue is with the portion size. My order was basically $16 & was quite small. It is only made up of noodles, peanuts, bean sprouts, and egg + sauce/spicy & for the portion size, that feels quite expensive. Also, I only got 4 pieces of shrimp. That's 75 cents per piece of shrimp. Kind of ridiculous to me. It's good pad thai, don't get me wrong, but it's not like the best I've ever had. Kind of disappointing. 3.5 stars rounded down.
Tried this newly opened thai place. Ordered green and red curry dishes, both were not tasty at all :(
We are vegans and had been to this place for lunch. It is a small but very neatly set up space in a pleasant ambiance.
They did have a few veg appetizers and the veg fresh rolls tasted very good, even their peanut sauce! We were eager to try their red curry but to our disappointment they said they could not make it vegan or without the fish sauce.
So we ordered Thai Basil fried rice and Pineapple Fried rice.
Both the dishes were very low on salt(we are ppl who eat less salt) and we had to ask for the salt shaker. After adding salt both the dishes tasted very good.
But I would say the portion size for what they charge is not big enough. Or they can probably reduce the price of the dish.
Service was good and not much of a delay.
The restroom was very clean and well maintained.
The restaurant was packed when we got there and we told ourselves that
it shouldn't be disappointed. The vibe was great. When the foods arrived... Lao Heavenly Beef Jerky, Lao Sausage, Larb Chicken, and Pad Kee Mao were to our taste. We will be back!!
I’m always in search of a good green curry. Heretofore, a little restaurant in Addison was always my go to place but not anymore. No longer will I need to make the trek to Addison because the green curry here is amazing. Chillicious is a welcome addition to Coppell. Their spring rolls delicious as well. I look forward to trying each and every one of their varieties of curry. They were very busy so it seems that I was not the only one in Coppell in search of good Thai food.
Ordered pad Thai and pad see ew and both were exactly to our liking. Had the right flavor and not overtly sweet like some places. Glad to have a go to place nearby for Thai now!
My friend and I came in for dinner, and they were busy.. and I understand sometimes you have to wait. It took maybe 15 minutes just for someone to come take our drink order. And then it took over half an hour just to even receive our drinks (just water and a soda), and when the drinks finally came they weren’t even right. Yet a table that came in 15 minutes after us got their drinks and appetizers served to them. Not sure if we were being ignored, or if they were truly just short staffed and couldn’t handle a full house. It’s disappointing, I was excited to try Chillicious Thai, as this was our first time coming in. We ended up walking out since we never received anything except incorrect drinks, and no one even tried to stop us. The manager who took our order said it was “too busy” so maybe it was a relief to them that we left when we did.
Waited for 15 minutes to get a drink order. After 30+ minutes drinks finally came to the table that weren’t what we asked for. After seeing other tables who came in well after us having appetizers delivered before we even got the drinks we ordered, was enough for us to call it quits.
I love larb duck and drunken noodle. They are the best including the service and great atmosphere. 👍. Highly recommend!!
The drunken noodles and fried rice were good. Will definitely go back.
Delicious duck salad and fried rice.

Excellent food and not overpriced! I’m a huge critic of pad Thai and this spot passes the test. Well done!
Massaman curry was outstanding. Looking forward to returning to Chillicious Thai.
Food tasted great, we got the mixed vegetables and yellow curry with tofu and both were of high quality. The rice was moist and sticky, just right! Great portion too! 👍🏼
My husband ordered from them tonight ( it just happened to be their first night open) and it was so delicious! The food was super fresh and everyone there was so nice! We will be ordering from there again! I highly recommend you go and eat there!
