We were passing through for work. Stayed at a hotel close by and were in a mood for some Thai. I had a coconut curry dish (pictured) and my coworker had chicken pad thai, both were delicious. Food came out fast and our server was very attentive. We were impressed! Especially what passes for food/service these days.

Ordered over Uber eats and was really disappointed. The coconut shrimp were burnt on the outside, excessively coated and soaked in grease, and all stuck together. When I opened the box initially I didn’t recognize what it was. Pad thai flavor wasn’t enjoyable and noodles were a pile of mush. This was exceptionally bad.

I've tried pad thai at numerous restaurants, but this one consistently stands out. The dish is expertly prepared, with a perfect balance of sweet, sour, and savory flavors. And don't forget the tea! It's the perfect complement to the meal. If you're a pad thai lover, this is the place to be.

I was not impressed with their westernized Pad Krapao. Authentic Pad Krapao are dry with almost no liquid, I was told they changed the original recipe to suit westerners

I went to a restaurant and unfortunately, my experience was less than ideal. The food, which I believe was supposed to be pad thai, was incredibly disappointing. To make matters worse, the restaurant played the same song on repeat throughout my entire meal. It felt like the song was stuck on a loop, just like my disappointment with the food. I hope they improve their menu and consider changing the playlist.

New Owners don’t be fooled reviews are old. Pre Covid this place was the best with fantastic lunch specials….since COVID it’s been going down hill, took for ever to reopen dining in, but lunch specials all gone. Not worth it many better options…sad. Much better place exactly next door someone saw an opportunity and they are doing great.

Good food, but a little pricey.

The continued kindness of the amazing women that served us would alone be enough to bring us back. But there was also an incredible portion of well thought out and well executed comfort food. They made us into loyal patrons immediately!

Edit: The food seems to have changed from 7 months ago. It isn't the same quality. Honestly, it was bad. Maybe it was a fluke, I will try it again before making a decision

The food here is so good! Their curries and noodle dishes are indistinguishable from what you get in Thailand. They have the ideal spice level delineations for any palette (I like it hot!).

They have a nice selection of Thai teas and other drinks that are good as well but I don't get them often. This is a great local business with good food, good service, and good prices. They deserve your business if you're in the mood for Thai or looking to try something new!

Honestly, I’m really surprised by these reviews. The food was smehhh and everything was over cooked. We got the pad see eww w shrimp and the shrimp were inedible because they were so overcooked. The curry had no flavor or spice to it and was very lack luster. The sticky rice was so hard it was inedible. The best thing was a chicken peanut dish we got for the kids with vegetables that had some good flavor and was not spicy so the kids enjoyed it. We spent $77 for 3 containers of food. The only thing that was okay was the egg rolls. Which is sadly never a good sign when that’s the best thing. Just save your money and taste buds and go next door.

I had lunch delivered to my office. I ordered vegetable egg rolls and chichen pad thai. The egg rolls were OK but the pad thai was not. It was literally just noodles with bean sprouts on top and a few small pieces of chicken... no other veg or egg in it. Terribly disappointed.

It was really good I enjoyed it I got the guay tiew tom yum noodle soup and I got it mild spicy but it was hot so if you like spicy food I highly recommend it but it's hot enough to clear your sighens 10/10 I recommend going here

Ordered pad Thai with shrimp. Pad Thai was okay, very saucy..? Shrimp was horrible. I eat shrimp all the time and this was some of the worst I’ve had in awhile. Not tender and rubbery. Also ordered two fried pork rolls. They were decent but the sauce they came with was very watery. My order was $22! Sooo not worth it. Won’t be coming here again. There are many better Thai restaurants in the city.

After spending a nice lunch here I ordered two mango sticky rice desserts Ro go after tasting a bite I inspected closer and found a baby roach on top of the mango 🤮🤮🤢🤢

Honestly, a complete miss. Came here for dinner, and service is very questionable. The food was bland. The menu was also false advertising.

First with the food: Ordered the Pad Thai, and honestly you might just call it soup. VERY SALTY! And the taste is non-existent. The peanuts gave it the flavor, sadly. Portions were large, but I wouldn’t even bother coming back.
The menu: Menu is a lie. Lemonade says free refills, and the waitress literally said they don’t offer that. Like really? Sister, let the owners know to update the menu if that the case.
Atmosphere: eh. Cute, but it’s a no.

Yes, I used to be a regular customer and not anymore because I moved out of Austin and now living in San Francisco. But before moving to a different state and city, I had the chance to be one of their amazing team for a year.

I know the inside and outside of the business.

I became their regular customer because the first time I ate here, I was treated so much kindness, care and love. From the host, the busser, the server and the owner. They were all so hands on in making sure that I'll be comfortable and in good hands. It wasn't only the service that striked me. It was also their authentic and sumptuous food.

And then, some personal things happened and shifted. A friend of mine told me that they are hiring, I applied and the owner was very happy and kind to accept me. The team was very eager and patient to teach me. I worked in the kitchen as a prep, a QA, then as a server.

When I became one of their employees, I understood how much pressure and stress the employees get whenever it get busy, whenever customers act like they're above everyone else. The employees of this restaurant are the doing the best they could to give the best service and the best food possible.

I know that this is a business, but in my personal experience, for some people who think that this is just a business for people who are trying their best to make a living, well, for the staff of this restaurant, this is their livelihood.

It's sad that people would want this business to suffer and close. You can give comments and feedback but at least do it humanely, do it with intergrity and not with hate and bitterness.

The owner of this restaurant always makes sure to give the best returns, love and care to its employees and I can attest to that.

I hope, this helps people realize that because you are paying someone it doesn't mean you have all the right to treat the staff and this place unworthy.

I've tried pad thai at a lot of different places in Austin and I can say this place definitely has my favorite that I've ever had. I've been coming to this place for years and will continue to do so. Also, I highly recommend the duck.

I had a big order, attempted to reach out several times about what seemed to be bad meat. I definitely won’t give this place my money again!

The pad thai was the worst sauce I've had. I love Thai food and is my safe go to when out of town. Egg rolls were decent but the taste of the pad thai dish was a big disappointment after waiting an hour to get it delivered to my hotel. Please use your money elsewhere.

The food was all right. Nothing amazing and probably similar to a lot of other places. The thing that ruined the evening was the service. We were there for at least half an hour and all we were served were some waters. We had to pull someone aside to ask where our server had gone. When she came back she seemed upset at us which didn't make anything better.

We had friends in from out of state and we ordered $300 worth of food to share (via Doordash) and let me tell you, it was amazing! I won't list everything we had but it was all delicious. I will tell you about my favorite dishes. The Tom Kha soup was absolutely one of the best I have had, the drunken noodles were so flavorful, I don't know what they do to the coconut shrimp but they are magic, the pork dumplings melt in your mouth, the pineapple fried rice was delicious, the Gang Massaman is my absolute favorite and will become a craving. Large portions to share with a group and even have leftovers. That all said, enjoy the food from this establishment and tell everyone you know. Support good, local restaurants such as this one.

The food, atrocious and frigid, left much to be desired. Requesting Thai Tea with minimal ice due to a sore throat, I received only half a glass instead of the anticipated full serving. Upon questioning this discrepancy, I was informed that my choice of less ice warranted only a half glass, supposedly in equal proportion.

After concluding our meal, I generously tipped the waiter 20% before departing. However, to my dismay, the waitress chased after me, imploring for additional gratuity. Reluctantly, I augmented the tip by $3 by modifying the receipt, a moment of embarrassment in front of my wife as she pursued me outside the parking lot.

I vowed never to return to that establishment, not solely due to the inadequate Thai tea servings but also because they surreptitiously charged extra for iceless drinks without prior notice.

Food was good overall. Portions small.pork egg rolls very good. Did not see I was over charged wrong for pad till I was gone.

When I'm in the mood for Tom Yum or Tom Kha, this is the place to get it from. My other go-to is their Vermicelli Lover or, of course, their Pad Thai, but we always order their Combo platter, and Thai Chicken Wings are the best! 😋 OK, their Fisherman soup is the best, too.

We were driving through the area and found this restaurant on Google, it looked promising from the pictures and reviews. Sadly things must have changed. She ordered yum wun sen, glass noodle, but there wasn't any glass noodles and the food didn't taste good. Too sweet. Also, it wasn't Jasmine rice, it was a terrible tasting rice. The price was almost $20 and the portion was half the size you would expect for that price.

Came in with 4 adults and 2 children. There was an automatic gratuity tip added due to the size of our party which was about $20. My bill ended up being $156.38 and I did not add additional tip. The restaurant added a fraudulent additional tip of $10 on my bill without my consent and my account was charged $166.38 once it cleared the bank. Add more tip was marked off and total was written clearly on receipt. Beware... Keep your receipt and track of what you paid. On another note, the Tom Yum was delicious. I did pull out a long piece of hair from my rice as the waiter watched and i even handed it to her and the beef in the beef Broccoli was still bloody. Would not recommend this place.

Best Tom Yum Noodle Soup I have EVER had!! If you like spicy, the spicy here is very very spicy but the perfect amount where it is still tolerable but lots of flavor.

The front desk person is the worst. It took her 20 minutes to take an order of 5 items. And she marked all items to be spicy. I specifically mentioned not to make it spicy. She has a hard time understanding plain English. Very unsupportive place to follow dietary restrictions. Pure waste of money and not sure how this place has a good rating.

Overly sweet Thai food, very little flavor. The pad Thai is swimming in sauce, the curry puffs are dry and don’t taste like curry, and the Tom kha has no flavor.

I went with my work colleagues and my meal never came. We told another waiter after waiting at least 10 minutes after every one meal was served. Nothing! Then after another ten minutes we finally saw the waiter that actually took my order. We heard yelling in the kitchen. Waited another 10 minutes and then finally said, put it in a to go container. At least 10 minutes later, still nothing so I said just forget being so frustrated! No one said sorry no offer to make right! Never again!

Delicious! Huge portions great for sharing or leftovers. Any Thai restaurant with Papaya Salad on the menu is usually worth its salt and that rule held true! Everything was beautifully fresh, full of flavor, and the staff were lovely. Very friendly, welcoming, and a great ambiance.

This location shares parking with multiple other location so getting here in and out might be difficult.

It looks like a hole in the wall from the outside but inside it's nice and roomy with plenty of seating.

The gals that served us were absolutely kind gentle and a pleasure to work with.

They work hard and make sure everything is constantly clean and no matter how busy they are that you are treated warm and welcomed and make sure you are served quickly.

Restaurants to the back wall so clean and well kept. (Meaning plenty of soap, toilet paper, paper towels to dry hands)

My friend ordered pad Thai and I ordered the duck Curry and we were both blown away by the serving size for the money and a flavorful food that was served to us.

I brought my business friend with me and we both were full and satisfied by the time we were done here.

They even brought us some flavorful coconut to see us off and our server made sure see checked on us all along the way and even accommodated my request for hot water with lemon.

They even had an outlet thankfully at the front so my friend can charge his laptop while we ate.

Our server went above and beyond to make us feel warm accommodated than welcome despite being packed.

We will definitely be back as they used high-quality spices and food and we could definitely tell by the quality of the flavors textures smells and just overall phenomenal meal to hit the spot.

They have a wide variety menu for could just think about, date anybody's pallet so I highly recommend this place!

Ordered a combination Pad Thai and it was subpar. No flavor on the chicken or meat.

It was great food. My favorite is the shrimp egg rolls and the sticky rice with mango.

This place is simply horrible. Horrible customer service. The bathrooms are FILTHY. We waited 20 mins for anyone to attend to us. I literally had to call their phone while I was standing right there in order to get anyone attention. Their bathroom was filllllllled with piss and the flusher doesn’t work. I also observed the paper towels looked so unkempt. The menu listed “hot coffee”, we ordered that and they gave us a iced coffee. I asked them to please give us hot and then they said “they didn’t have hot coffee”. Their food was sooo mediocre . Idk how they’re still in business. If you have terrible customer service, at least have good tasting food. They have NEITHER. Trash restaurant smh

Been a regular for 4 years now and lately I have noticed the quality of the food going downhill. I am writing this after multiple messed up orders. I always order the Pad Cashew Hot and lately I get the most plain dish with no spice whatsoever. Today I ordered Pad Cashew Hot, it was so flavorfuless and to top it off my spice was missing once again; to make up for it they gave me a little cup of Sriracha sauce like that makes it better. I am done with this place at least for a while.

Ordered the Pad Thai with Beef, Shrimp and medium spice on GrubHub. The order was completed fairly quickly and when received I was blown away! It came nicely wrapped in foil to keep the noodles hot and the juices from spilling. Also the peanuts and shredded cabbage were also separated which I found was a nice touch. The portion is definitely generous.

Only reason I am giving this a 4 star is because I paid extra for shrimp and only received 2-3 shrimp with the tails on them. However the portion of beef that they gave was great.

All in all this Pad Thai is very good! Reminds me of a similar Pad Thai I use to have in Miami.

Orders pad woon sen, I’ve had it prepared better, rice had a weird taste. I recommend Bangkok Thai cuisine if your in San Antonio, next time I’ll try Chareon Thai in Austin, they looked better. Not worth the $45 for the two plates plus drinks and appetizer. The apps where ok, that’s why they get the 1 star

I ordered their tom yum nam khon and thai fried rice. The moment i opened the bag, there was a sickly sweet smell and i was immediately put off by it. It came from the fried rice and i was so let down by the whole experience. Why is the thai fried rice even sweet? I only ate 10 bites and could not proceed any further. The portion was large and i was sad to throw them away but i couldn't bear having another bite. The tom yum had a really nice flavor but lacked of the spicy kick that a good tom yum should have. I've had my fair share of thai food in thailand and the US, but they are really not hitting all the basic things a thai restaurant should be good at. What a waste of lunch money.

Online ordering was super easy, Pad Thai was delicious. I ordered extra meat, I won’t tell you what to do but yeah it was really good. Some places will fill the order up with bean sprouts, not here this was like a brick of tastiness. Will definitely order again, definitely order ahead , so easy.

Rude waitress who doesn’t care for her customers. Take out only as well. Plastic everything. Scalding Hot soup in plastic bowl? Food is average at best. You’ll do better elsewhere. They simply can’t get orders correct. Waaaay overpriced for tasteless nonsense

Awful service; can’t get orders correct. Had to send back a dish because “zero spice” apparently means nuclear hot in Thai language according to these people. Made us wait over an hour to get a basic plate of pad Thai (which was bland) correct. Also everything is takeout. Don’t waste your time or money here. Overpriced and rude.

This restaurant is Chines cook, food have no taste. Im Thai by the way.(Tumyum- chicken, Padkapraw-chicken, Khaowpad)

Ordered three dishes and an appetizer. Phad Thai, worst I’ve ever had. No bean sprouts, green onion or egg. No fish sauce. Tasted sweet and bland. Green curry was bland but was the only dish somewhat palatable. Chicken with basil and brown sauce literally had zero flavor and chicken tasted off. Special fried spring rolls were a complete soggy mess with no bean thread noodles. Thai food has fish sauce as a main ingredient and none of the dishes tasted like they had any of the essentials. Don’t waste your money!

Ordered dinner for delivery. After waiting over an hour, the site tells me that the order is canceled. I call the place. The lady tells me she had apparently given my food to the wrong delivery driver. I am so hangry, confused, and annoyed right now. The least she could have done would have been to call me herself.

I got the Tom Jeud with chicken, it was really good. The eggrolls were so so and the sweet and sour was too thin, liquid. I'll be back to try other stuff!

Ordered pad see ew and it had no flavor, very dry with little bit of chicken. I love the dish thought I’d try it here but I definitely do not recommend eating here. Save your money go somewhere else

The sticky mango rice is everything here, so yummy!

I love Pad Thai Cuisine. My favorite soup is Tom Kha with chicken and I regularly pick up large to go. Everything I have eaten there has been delicious. I highly recommend it. The staff is always friendly and attentive to good service. I will remain a long time customer.

I miss Cali for a lot of reasons, but Pad Thai makes it easier. Delicious food, my mom ate it 2 in one day:) ty

Ordered some rice with pork and veggies yesterday and found a small black insect in my food. Needless to say I won’t be ordering there anymore.

I normally love Thai food, however about 90% of the pad Thai I ordered was a big glob of noodles that were pretty dry and stuck together with some broth lingering at the bottom of the container. I spent most of my time picking around trying to find the veggies and bean sprouts.
I ordered it with tofu and veggies, the tofu was pretty dry and tasteless as if it wasn't really cooked into the dish but tossed in at the end after sitting out for too long.
The veggies were ok, but the overall flavor was definitely lacking. I wish I had ordered from a different restaurant in the area instead. 🙄

The customer service was great; don’t get me wrong, but the food was just mediocre/not great. I ordered the chicken fried rice with veggie egg rolls. The chicken fried rice didn’t have much flavor; the egg rolls were SUPER greasy and the ‘sauce’ that came with them seemed watered down/really didn’t taste much like anything! I will say the Thai tea was delicious, but that’s honestly about it. If you are able to find another Thai place, I’d just go there.

Ordered for pickup last night. Three entrée dishes and an appetizer were shoved into one bag, which was ripping. The containers for green curry are ineffective and were put in on their side, causing the soup to pool out into the bag. The curry was bland, the rice was mushy and overcooked. They use Styrofoam. The pad kee mao was yummy, though.

Have eaten here in person before and the service is about 50/50, with wrong orders, forgotten dishes, long wait times, and one time my partner and I got food poisoning.

The young man taking our order was extremely patient and helpful and the food was DELISH! Greatly appreate that yall provide actual paper menus.... some resturants dont and some people dont have smart phones nor are technology capable of ordering on a gadget. Thanks!

All seafood and meat were overcooked. The seafood was like chewing on rubber. Chicken was dry and flavorless. Staff never asked after we got our food if it was ok. We barely ate any of it. And told staff twice our food was over cooked. Paid our bill and left . not returning. Very disappointed. Worst Thai food I have ever had in my life.

Terrible Thai food. Pad Thai had no flavor and noodles were cold. I’m new to Austin and this was the worst place to go as my first Thai restaurant in Austin.
