First time checking this place out on a Saturday afternoon. Walking inside, it has a nice clean visual appeal. Wasn't busy at all, and there were barely any workers inside! The tea and food were quite tasty! The warm curry was just what was needed on a mysterious winter day. The medium spice level was more like mild in my opinion, which I was fine with. The service was pretty slow and not the most sociable, so that lost them a star. I would like to come back to try another tea and some dessert sometime!

We had Cashew Stir fry, glass noodles, spring rolls, Tom Yum Soup - all made vegan version with Tofu. The food came out as ordered - we loved the flavor, absolutely fantastic!
Ample parking in the campus is easy to spot during traffic. This was our first visit and is easily one of our local favorites to revisit.
Service could pick up a bit, but understand they were short staffed during our visit, but did their best. They offer different spice level from mild, medium, hot, and thai-no-mite.
Highly recommend this thai place and certain to revisit again and again!

Simple place, but the best Thai food around by a landslide. Always wishing the plates were a little bigger but the quality is amazing.

Amazing food all around. However, whenever they give you dipping sauces they always only fill the cup 1/4 of the way. And their “side of yakisoba” is very disappointing; they only gave you plain noodles with no taste.

I really loved my first visit here! I came with a group and we got to try alot of different types of food between us. The curry pinapple is amazing. Though if you have room for it I recommend the lemon cake it was a wonderful end to the meal.

The staff are also really nice and easy to talk to. We came in rather late (hour untill close) but we still felt welcome the entire time!

First time ordering, container is less than half full, definitely overpriced for the amount you get. And to add thicker sliced cucumbers on top to make it look like more food. The spice level was ordered as hot, there is no spicy taste at all. As I stated, first time ordering and most certainly the last. Not a good way for a restaurant to do busy, very disappointing experience.

This was a very pleasant surprise. The food was fresh and well presented. While the menu has several dishes, they allow you to customize which is great for those avoiding gluten or other issues. While the dish may be on the menu with wheat noodles they will prepare it with rice noodles if you request. Service was pleasant. In spite of customizing the dish, it came out quickly.

My girlfriend and I had chicken fried rice and basil fried rice with pork, fried veggie rolls, coconut shrimp, rangoons, and brown sugar Boba. It doesn't break the bank, and the portions are generous.

Parking is easy and convenient. The restaurant is clean and not cluttered. The tables are nice and the chairs are super comfortable. Staff is incredibly approachable and genuinely cares about your experience. They speak clearly and communicate with you as needed (no awkward moments) they remove empty plates and refill drinks very quickly.

I don't typically write reviews, I'm not super critical about my dining experiences, but I was genuinely impressed with this place. Great food, great people.

Passing through Tennessee and discovered fantastic Thai food at Tipsy Thai. It came up on a search for healthy food near me. Kim, an owner, and the wait staff were wonderful.

I ate the vermicelli noodle bowl with tofu. The ingredients were fresh and fantastically flavored. Spring rolls arr rolled daily.

Update: I think the owner changed. There used to be a bunch of women working in the kitchen and serving. They were great, recently the staff has been different and the quality of the food is not the same. There’s been way less veggies and the flavors all seem off.

Previously I gave a 5* and said: I’m a bit obsessed with the food here. I make my husband get me the pad see ew at least once a month. The service is fantastic and the price is very good too. It’s hard to find a place that two people can eat out at and spend under $70 and the food is very much worth it. We don’t live super close but the drive is not bad at all.

Tipsy Thai has the best wings in Mount Juliet. Hands down, I’ve tried them all. The wings are large and more importantly tasty. Love the lemon pepper and the spicy Thai chilli. My mother said these are the best wings she has ever had. 10/10 - Evan

I absolutely love the food at this place! It is incredibly delicious and always served hot and fresh. My personal favorite is the basil Thai fried rice with veggies, without any meat or egg, and I usually go for spice level 3 with some extra spice on the side. The egg rolls are also fantastic.

Not only is the food amazing, but the owners of the restaurant are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They always greet you with a warm smile and provide excellent customer service.

We have been to this place multiple times and their food is quite delicious!

Unfortunately, their service, mainly from the owner, was truly awful this most recent visit. We came in with a family of 10 and the owner didn't greet us and ignored me when I smiled and said hello.

When I finally got him to acknowledge us, I asked if we should seat ourselves (I asked because he had not greeted us and the dining room was almost empty) and he very snappily replied no and asked how many there are. I told him 10 and he became visibly angry and literally rolled his eyes. He told us he would not be able to seat us together despite having only one table occupied in the dining room.

I asked if we could put two tables together in room and he, again in an irritated way, said no and said "if we had called ahead" he could've put us at the only other table that was occupied. I guess it is the only table they want to use for big parties??

When we sat at separate tables, the waitresses came to the table and said "now before I do this, how are we doing tabs?" No greeting and a clearly irritated demeanor. They brought us our water and ignored our thank yous.

We were very disappointed by the rudeness and clear lack of desire for customers. We decided we would rather go somewhere we could all sit together as a family and where they are less rude.

This place is kidding themselves if they expect people to stay and pay $200+ for a dinner for 10 after being treated like an irritant.

I live a dumpling-based lifestyle and Mt. Juliet is lucky to have Tipsy Thai. Great prices! We ordered 2 chicken pad Thai, summer rolls, and gyoza. All were excellent. Will be back!

We drive 30 minutes for this place. It’s the best Thai restaurant in the area! Everything is fresh and flavorful. The service is great and they’re always friendly. It’s also super clean. There’s a high standard here and it shows.

I’ve ate at this restaurant in person and ordered online. The service in the restaurant was incredibly rude. I ordered my pad Thai spicy and the staff serving us refused to give me spicy and said for me to try it as is and if I could handle the heat then they would give me a spice tray. But my partner they allowed to eat spicy.

So I decided to have the food delivered to me. As a vegan there is a surcharge which is completely fine. Except when our food was delivered to us full of eggs. This restaurant should remove their vegan options because the staff is obviously inconsiderate to people with food allergies. They only refunded us $2 for ruining our entire meal. I will never give this restaurant another shot nor would I recommend it to anyone.

As a local of Mount Juliet of 30 years i like finding quiet places with really good food I normally have an amazing experience. However, If I could give zero stars I would. I came into your establishment and spent $25 on a cucumber soda, Beef soup (Phu) & Spring rolls with shrimp as they last asked me what meat did I want in there. I drove home and realized my order was wrong. I called and the staff worker asked me if I ate it and I told her it’s untouched. I was told to come back to your establishment and the young lady did not try to fix it she argued with me for about 2 minutes. She initially tried to charge me more money!!!! No apologizes or nothing.

Love the whole feel of the place. The last that helped us was sweet and very helpful. Food was super hot, fresh of the grill. Finished the dinner off with a nice boba tea. Would definitely eat here again and highly recommend.

The food portions are perfect and everything was extremely fresh and flavorful. One of my favorite things is that they have a spice rack which is not typical of the Thai restaurants where we’re from. Also the papaya salad is amazing possibly the best we’ve ever had. We will definitely frequent this establishment.

By far the BEST restaurant in Mount Juliet! We come here at least two or three times a month and the food is consistently fresh and delicious every time, with the perfect amount of flavor. The service is so quick and friendly and we absolutely love the fun, family friendly environment!

We finally got to try Tispy Thai and it was worth it.

Pad see ew with tofu was tasty. I liked how they added additional veggies like carrots and bean sprouts on the side.

The chili basil with beef and shrimp was so flavorful. The sauce alone was addicting! The shrimps were huge and most importantly, they were not over cooked.

Highly rec! The restaurant is very clean. The workers are welcoming. The food is delish!

A group of us had take out: Basil Chicken, Rice Noodle (pho style), Basil Fried Rice (pork), Panang Curry (pork), steamed dumplings and one Brown sugar milk tea. The meal was delicious, we’ll made and with good & fresh ingredients. They are celebrating their year anniversary. Go. You won’t be disappointed.

We ordered out from here for the first time today (3/19/23) and it was amazing! Order was prepared quickly, service with taking our order and helping us pick was excellent, and the food was perfect!! We tried tipsy Thai for the first time tonight and it was delicious. My husband had yellow curry and I had green. Both were great. Also tried the beef fries and they were a big hit in our house, possibly our favorite item we ordered. We will definitely be back!

Been a couple of times now and each time food has been delicious and service has been excellent! Super nice staff. I like spicy food and it came out perfect for how I like it. Lots of flavor and tasted super fresh. It’s a little out of my way, but it’s definitely worth the drive out for me!

I have been here a number of times. I really enjoy their Pad Thai. The service is always excellent. I usually eat medium spicy. The spice level is just a bit warmer than other places I've been. This is not a bad thing, but order with care if you're sensitive.

My wife and I wanted to try something new at a place we haven’t been to before. On the way to Mt. Juliet, we stopped in. The food was outstanding. It was prepared exactly how we specified, it was very fresh, and the portions were well worth the price. The next time we head out this way, we will stop again. Jason was our enthusiastic server and made sure we were taken care of!
