A vibrant and authentic Thai eatery, Bangkok Pad Thai proudly serves a diverse menu of classic Thai dishes prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients, capturing the rich balance of flavors that define Thai cuisine - from fragrant curries to flavorful noodle dishes, all presented in warm and inviting atmosphere.
The food is outstanding and only dragged down by the service. If you have the time and want great food, this is your place. If you're in a hurry definitely want something else. The wait staff seemed very short staffed and this seems to be the norm. Not sure if this is why service is not so great or if the kitchen is just slow. We had about a 45 min wait for our food after being immediately seated. Food came out in 3 waves and we had some about half finished the children got their food. Definitely needs some process improvements, but make no mistake, the food was excellent.
Edit: Visited here again and while the food was still good, the service was not.
One of the best Thai places I've visited. The Lo Mein was the best I've ever had. The peanut sauce w/ flat noodles was good, as were the spring rolls. The fresh rolls were a little odd, but you could tell they put time into making them and they're worth a try. If you're a tea drinker, you must get sweet tea here - it's Jasmine and freaking wonderful.
First time eating here and we loved it. The service was great, the food was awesome, and it was quiet. Very enjoyable spot to eat.
If you love Thai.. and your craving great Thai with great service. Look no further, We happened to be passing through Lebanon area and hoped for the best. Well it exceeded our expectationsu. Red curry was wonderful, Pad woosen great, as was drunken noodles and soup that comes with dinner meals was super tasty. Can't wait to come back here again to celebrate! 😉
Normally not me to review, report, or complain. Have dine for a while now. Never have I had problems. Waiter who serves us have been awesome. Sweetest he can be. Today I went to be told by a waitress I'll have to pay %15 for never tipping. I have tipped. Just not to the lady that always have a attitude towards me and my daughter. She's petite shoulder hair length. For some reason ever since going there she has released attitude. Even when trying to be nice, attitude from her. She is the reason I don't tip. Yes, I have tipped. Just not to her. She kindly made it look as if I was the problem. No. Not me. As of today was my last time going and I know of a few has had their problems with her. No, I'm not playing victim. Truthfully, I refused to tip due to her ora unfriendly non professional attitude. Again, I like how she tried to make me look as if I'm the problem. WOW.
Oh! Like I told her today she has always made me feel unwelcome. Will not go back.
Bangkok Pad Thai is outstanding. The food was excellent, cooked to order, and was presented very well. I really enjoy good local restaurants that offer delicious food for lunch. I kinda seek them out. Why have a corporate chain serve you food when you can have something way tastier (and probably healthier too) than your fast food drive through.
I got the Drunken Chicken Fried Rice. My friend got the Drunken Noodles. We both cleaned our plates. On my first visit I had the Peanut Sauce and my friend had the Green Chile Curry. Again, awesome! They spiced it up just right and had plenty of spices available right on the table to spice it to your liking.
The restaurant was clean and very nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Even the restroom was nice and clean and had modern fixtures.
I will definitely be returning again. I highly recommend you try it for yourself. 👍🏼
Amazing thai food is served at this place. No wonder they have good ratings. Fried rice was well done and the spicy levels were great. Loved the taste of red curry, soups and fried rice. I think the fried rice was indeed fried well to have a little crunchiness. It was awesome. Red curry and rice..yummy. We tried Drunken noodles and hung ray, they were amazing. fried banana with honey was great.
Came here for a friend’s bridal shower during an early dinner hour and it was good. Service was friendly and food was delicious.
This place has always been a hidden gem. Their food is great
So firstly they are very understaffed one server serving everyone in a hurry, almost spilled my soup all over, then another person did not even look like a waiter came out and was bringing us someone else's order, and when we said we did not order this he stood trying to figure which table he was meant to deliver it to. Then when I got served my food which was the chicken teriyaki and rice, i was served not even a proper portion of chicken I had more serving of vegetables and rice than chicken. So I told the waited this portion is very small 5 thinly pieces, not even a strip half of a strip of chicken, and she said she can't do anything about that. Whilst we were eating she came over and asked if we needed anything more we said no so she said she'll bring over the bill. When she did my bf was paying and he finished his meal at the time I was still eating but I was on my phone for a quick second by the time I looked up she took both our plates and carried it away, I was very upset by this as she did not ask if we were done and just took it when she saw it clearly had so much food left on it. It hadn't Even been 20mins since we were served. Very disappointed and a waste of my money for her to take my food and dispose of it without asking if I was finished. I was very upset and just wanted to leave so I did.
The food use to be good but no longer . All cheap ingredients . Fried rice is all rice being of poor quality . Egg rolls trash like eating rubber . Its just like every where now days . Chaepen the food to being not worth eating . Watered down junk at stupid high price . No more will never go there again and will not recommend it period .
First time eating here and we loved it. The service was great, the food was awesome, and it was quiet. Very enjoyable spot to eat.
Service can take some time, but friendly and courteous once they are with you. Drunken Noodles with beef (hot spice added) & spring rolls were fantastic.
Service was a bit slow, decent food. I'd ear here again for sure!!

The Best. Yes.
Food is great, service is hit and miss. When we have a party of 5 we usually end up waiting about 5 minutes or so for the final plate to be delivered. Still best restaurant in Lebanon.
Best noodle broth I've ever had. A little pricy but the size of the serving was good and the flavor was outstanding!!
Excellent!!
This is not "Thai" food. This is an Americanized version LOADED with MSG (monosodium glutamate). This ingredient is a toxin, not an allergen. It is highly toxic and enters the system wreaking havoc on the neurological system. It is a cheap cheat towards flavor when authentic Thai food needs no MSG and is full of flavor. I highly recommend you avoid this disaster of a restaurant. You can get a better meal meal at a Waffle House. I will never spend another dime in this establishment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. You do not want to deal with the cancer that will ensue from eating at establishments like this.
Worth a trip to Lebanon if you’re not here already. Try the Hung Ray Curry.
I order drunken noodles, it taste just like Chinese stir fry noodle, nothing special.
If you want real Tai food, order pad Thai.
Awesome local place. Love their food. Pineapple fried rice is wonderful. Pad Thai and Cashew Chicken are great too. We also love both the Crab Rangoon and veggie egg rolls. Has become a favorite in Lebanon.
DONT LET THE FLUFF REVIEWS FOOL YOU
Drunken Noodle: 5/10
NOT AUTHENTIC noodles. Taste was ok. Portion size was ok. (I'm from the north, I know what the noodles are supposed to look and taste like)
Serving hot food in posiononus Styrofoam is insane for what they are charging. WHITE man in the front needs attitude adjustment.. I expressed to him the price was not the same as it was posted on Google. He told me I should have went to the website..
Like what the hell? You running a business with old prices and had the nerve to get nasty. I will not be returning .CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KEY
Very good curry!
Good food

Went in there, sat down, and ordered an entree. Was told that the main ingredient that I asked to remove from the entree, due to a reaction I would have had from injusting it, and instead even exchange it for something comparable, was denied. He said that he could remove it but would not even exchange it for anything else, and to put a different ingredient in there, even of the same price point, he would charge me extra. So I would have already been charged for that ingredient, not receive it, and then charged extra for something comparable. He chose to lose a sale and a customer. I got up and left instead of making a purchase. They lost a customer. Poor choice on his part. Penny wise and pound foolish. Being cheap with the customer never ends up favorably.
Service was spot on and good came out super fresh and hot, pad Thai was really good and wife got the lemon grass chicken and we will definitely be back
What a great place for an incredible meal. More food than one can consume at a sitting. Decorated beautifully. Great service and very reasonable prices
Loved everything. Especially the drunken noodles. Portion size is alot but hey definitely getting your money's worth! I will say anyone who has a low spice tolerance, 4 is the maximum for you. I used to have an ulcer so I cut down on spicy food and thankfully I got a 4. It's hot but a sip of soda will do the trick. I definitely want to try the level 10, but sadly my body won't allow 😭 I'll definitely be back tho! Next I'll be trying the pho ☺️
Great food
There is no way you can be disappointed. Food is great, top-notch service, great for corporate dining.
I forget my airpods here, and I didn’t even know there were here, next time when I came for lunch they gave it to me back. Thanks!
Level 7 heat is INTENSE!
We love hot and thought 7/15 would be weak… WRONG!
We could hardly eat it. What we could taste between gasps of air was good!
When picking up an online order it was hard to get anyone to acknowledge you.
Wonderful food.
WORST SERVICE OF ALL TIME, OF ANY RESTAURANT EVER. They won’t answer the phone if they think they are “busy”. Which to them, two tables is “busy” . I’ve called twice and now they’ve taken the phone off the hook so I can’t call. This has happened to me multiple times. This place should be SHUT DOWN the way they treat their guests. Absolutely disgusting by the disrespect of this place. Don’t go here or order food here.
I’m livid
I saw only one waiter, but he was excellent! So was every single dish we had, and we had a party of 6. Pho, red curry chicken, Pad Thai, sweet and sour chicken…everything down to the edamame and pot stickers.
There are many amazing Thai restaurants in the area. They are going to have to step up their game if they wanna compete. Pad Thai was salty instead of the great Thai flavor. Fried rice was overly greasy and tasted of black table pepper. Salad dressing tasted like sweetened mayonnaise....not a ginger dressing at all. Soup is a vegetable base, not a miso. Satay chicken was very good.
Insanity, once again 93 minute wait from sit down to food. Food is fantastic. Service non-existent. The food is too good to allow this neglect, second of three times with two times having ridiculous waits.
I am limited on the foods I can eat, however the owner worked with me to prepare a delicious vegetable and chickendish.
Always happy with the food and service here! Service was on spot - attentive, accurate, and really quick service. The food was delicious, server advice on spice levels much appreciated! We have had many meals here and I have always enjoyed everything I ate. Delicious!
This is best thai restaurant that i have ever tried so far . ❤️
Now i am no pho taste expert, i have only enjoyed it a handful of times, but let me tell you the one here is my favorite! They never disappoint. Highly recommend! i don’t do the meatballs just the beef but it’s soooo yummy!
Great Thai food
Always a fantastic place to eat. Food is always fresh. Combo appetizer is a good variety. The young gentleman who is always serving when I am in there is courteous, responsive and is always busy. He is a great addition to the restaurant. The hot thai basil is my go to comfort dish. Their pho and house soup is very good too.
Vegetables were very overcooked and sauce was too salty. Fresh spring rolls were very good along with the peanut sauce. They were not really busy, and service was kind of sporadically good at times and then we were ignored for long periods.
Amazing would highly recommend
Great place!! Just wish they were open from 3-4pm.
My wife and I visited here recently with friends, and the service and food were excellent. My only complaint is that the salad was just a lump of lettuce with the house dressing, being your only choice. Please be kind enough to warn us that you add a tip for a party of six.
I had the general tso's chicken and it was kind of dry; however my wife had the spicy basil chicken in absolutely loved it. The service was awesome also.
I was surprised. I had a to go order and waited an hour and 45 minutes in line. There were......20? tables in the restaurant but only 5 were occupied. The man before me in the takeout line waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for his food. Two people that came in after I did had already waited 45 minutes. I might have no problem waiting if the food were good. But the Satay Chicken was overcooked, and the main dish consisted of very little dish and a big ball of rice. The male server seemed to hustle and seemed very good but the female seemed to have an attitude. I cannot understand how people rate this place highly. I will not be going back again for another try.
The food is delicious. So how come I can order online and get it delivered on door dash one day and then for some reason another time I can't?? How inconvenient. It's frustrating to want a certain food and then all of a sudden it's no longer available. Not everyone has the means to come pick it up every time.
This place has the most awesome, delicious food.
The staff is over the top .
Extremely pleased that we had the chance to eat there.
I will make it a point to go back when I travel back there again.
P.s.
I would've taken pictures of the plate but it was just too good to stop
Some of the best Thai food we've had in a long time.
Great place
The food itself was amazing, obviously hot and fresh. My very first experience with Thai food. I do not care for Tofu, have tried it, so I asked to substitute a different soup for the house soup. It was .50 more on the menu. I not only was charged for the soup, full price, but was not even offered the soup which accompanied the meal for free. The service was okay. I would like to try Thai food again, but it won't be here.
The calamari was some of the best I've tried across the country
All the appetizers were great too
Friendly place, very busy around lunch. Some areas are being upgraded.
Food was really good. You can choose your level of spice. I choose 3 and it made my nose run but tasted great!
Great prices on excellent food with fast service !
Visited twice for lunch so far and love it. It's just too bad that I live on the other side of Nashville. The Bangkok fried rice is legit! Best I have had in a while. Can't say that I had any issues with service - seemed to be fine. If I'm in the area, will definitely be back to try something else!
Amazing food and friendly staff.
De- lish.....
Wish they were open for Sunday dinner!!!
I've eaten in many Thai restaurants in NYC and across the country and this one is one of the best, fenomenal food, if i lived nearby I would be ordering regularly, one thing I wish they wouldn't use are those toxic Styrofoam containers for take out orders.
Took my dad here for lunch. We really enjoyed the way each dish was individually prepared for our likes. The Chef came out and asked us questions. The food was top notch.
An absolute GEM!!! Love this place. Food is amazing, service is on point!! Nothing on the menu will disappoint!!
I go here for the rice. I've tried every kind of rice and every kind of rice is great. I wished they served brown gravy with it, but it's Thai and we're not in Michigan, but it's the closest thing I have to home.
Pickup order for some Great food! Crab Rangoon and Pad Thai..
Who would have thought lebanon had great Thai food? I come here frequently for pickup and dining out. I prefer spicy (Thai basil) and my daughter likes mild (chicken satay) and we can both find a perfectly spiced dish. Veggies are fresh and the meat is tender. The waiter is also always hustling here…he is amazing.
Very disappointing. Located next to the theater we got there an hour and a half before our movie started. We didn't make it because the service was so slow.
Excelente lugar para comer, y buen servicio
This review will have my opinion of what I experienced here. I'm torn on this one, which is very rare. Upon arrival the place was not busy and had few customers. It appears that it is under some updates or improvements under a new owner..?? We waited about 5 minutes at the entrance before an employee seated us. I got up and went the the restroom, in which All their cleaning supplies are in the bathroom stall, then proceed to wash my hands before returning to the table. On my way back to our table I noticed many stackes of Pepsi brand bottled sodas in the big dining room area..."Odd"
So I sit at our table and my friend said no one has come to ask what we want to drink yet. So he goes to wash his hands. Once he returned a server finally came to the table. We were able to order our drinks and meals finally, (we had plenty of time to look at the menu for our order). Then the server, as nice as she was, sets down two glasses of ice only. Are you confused yet...lol Then she returns with a bottle of Pepsi and a bottle of Lemonade for us to open and pour into our glasses. (Pictures included) Now I know why the big stack of drinks on the floor of the dinner was for. Soon after we received our Salads and then our plates of Fried Rice.(Pictures included) I do have to say here that our food was very good and I have no complaints from us on that. However during our time here the survice was poor and very unorganized atmosphere within the restaurant. I would say we were there for about an hour total and the whole time we were there they were playing music from one artist only, Miranda Lambert, the Whole Time! Now I'm not complaining about country music but the same artist all night long...wow
In summary the food is very good here but it needs better customer service and the interior needs to be cleaner as in finishing the areas under construction or updates so it would look cleaner and more inviting. I hope they improve because the food is great!
Quiet, intimate, warm atmosphere. The waitress was a sweetheart, always ready with cold water refills. Brought our order very quickly, ensured that all our needs were seen taken care of. Simply a great experience.
Moved out of state but always make it a point to visit when I'm in town
The food is good maybe (7-8 out of 10 for the peanut sauce) but it takes awhile to get service and it’s always been damn near impossible to get refills. My server, a new gal, is one I haven’t seen here before and she’s making an effort to do the best she can! Much better than the regular girl that works here! She’s answering phone, taking care of multiple tables, cleaning them, serving them, and moving 100mph. I don’t think,
I know y’all are understaffed for dinner hours. Once you get things moving more smoothly and I see less slave like conditions, then I will change my review! Stop being cheap and skimping on workers! Your prices aren’t cheap for the quality so there is no reason not to take care of your workers!
Try the Drunken Noodles
the drunken fried rice is to die for
Quite possibly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. They sat us and waited 35 minutes to take order, then proceeded to wait almost an hour to bring our food. I’d understand if they were busy, but practically nobody was there except us 3. I would rate this place lower if it would let me.
Great food and great service. Highly recommended it.
Had lunch today. Plenty of food. I had Basil with the ground chicken. New dish for me. Lots of meat and vegetables. Hub had mixed vegetables with chicken, steak, and shrimp. 2 shrimp but he liked it. Order of egg rolls was very hot (temperature) and good. Love the eggroll sauce, a thinner variety with lots of flavor.
Very nice staff, quick and friendly service, and very good Thai food.
I said it before and I'll say it again, this is a great place with very nice people. Always have good food. Wide selection and you typically don't wait long. Definitely worth stopping in for a meal.
Great Thai food. I especially enjoy the bangkok fried duck . I'm not sure that that's the right name! They have 1 other duck, a curry, and that dish is also good.
This was mine and my girlfriends first restaurant experience. The staff is awesome and the food is exquisite. I've been here half a dozen times in the last few months, and I'll be honest, it's always fresh and delicious. The crispy duck is superb. I would love to know what the soup before the entree is, because it is divine.
The music was terrible but the food was great! I ordered chicken pad Thai; it included a bowl of broth with some veggie pieces and translucent noodles. The portion was good, price reasonable. Loved the food 👍.
Great food. Clean facility, friendly server. Attentive chef. Just fantastic
Grizzly Bass Eats - Chicken Satay at Bang Kok Pad Thai! Grizzly says the peanut sauce was the best he’s ever had! The chicken was wonderful!
Grizzly Bass Eats - TIGER tear beef salad and Lemon Grass Chicken at Bang Kok Pad Thai ! Grizzly says Tiger is unique and interesting flavors! Spicy! Very Good! I loved it!
their red curry w tofu spice level 2 or 3 is to die for 😩
The food and service is always outstanding
General Tso's chicken was delightful!
The pho here is delicious.
Best Thai place in Lebanon. I suggest the massaman curry or the beef pho.
The food is amazing, I gave 4 star because they ran out of chicken? I had the salad and some crab Rangoon which was amazing.
Great food and service. I go to this place every time I visit Lebanon if possible.
Pretty good for Lebanon. This town struggles when it comes to restaurants. I suspect the failures are the result of a poor labor pool.
Food was good, service was slow, might have been because only two servers were working.
Slow service
It was my first time trying the Fresh Basil Roll (chicken) with Peanut Sauce and it was better than any roll I’ve had before. The fresh basil, crunchy carrots and transparent rice wrapper were a winning combination by themselves but when dipped in the peanut sauce, the whole thing became heavenly.
Pad Thai (chicken) was also very good.
Family oriented, and really great food.
This place has such amazing food, my family from out of town even rave about it and want to eat here every time they visit. I probably eat here at least once a week. Highly recommend.
Food and service both were very good. Looking forward to our next visit and the heat level going up.
Really good food
Gutes Essen und guter Service
This food was incredible, service very fast and helpful me being new to Thai food. Ordered curry the flavors were very well devolped, wife who typically doesn't like Thai or Chinese ordered noodles and said they were amazing. Definatly a place to try out in town and we'll worth a stop. The atmosphere is great quiet, well decorated place.
Found this amazing place last night and it is DELICIOUS!! The service was impeccable and the food divine!
The food at this restaurant is pretty good. However, we saw tiny insects on/in a sauce bottle on the table. We showed the server, and she took the bottles away, apologizing. Despite this, we ate our food, which was pretty good. This was a mistake, because I became ill (diarrhea) about 20 minutes after we left the restaurant. Husband had milder stomach issues. Our evening was ruined. We will not go back.
Absolutely amazing food...
I had their General Tso's chicken, and their Drunken Noodles. Both were perfectly cooked, homemade, and tasted fabulous. The place is clean, and the service was great. Highly recommend!
Super chill spot, I was seated within one minute, drinks arrived immediately shortly followed by the appetizers. All the food was flipping delicious, awesome art on the walls, and the downbeat music was nice and quiet to where you can easily hear each other. Truly a master class on exemplary hole in the wall dining.
This was my first time here and it didn’t disappoint me. The waitress Anni was sweet and prompt. I had the basil tai roll and the sauce that came with it was delicious. For dinner, I had the drunken noodles with shrimp, chicken and veggies and it was also amazing. I will be coming back to Lebanon, Tennessee once a month for business, so I will definitely make it a point to stop back at lunch or dinner. Jeff H
This is the best Thai food I've found in Tennessee. I've never eaten anything here that wasn't worthy of 5 stars. However, my all-time favorites are the tom kha soup, fresh spring rolls, satay (their peanut sauce is to die for!), drunken noodles, red curry, their ginger dish (pad king), their basil dish (kaprow), and their mussels specialty. Even though this restaurant is almost 2 hours away from where I live, I try to go there every month or so. It's well worth the drive!!
Great service and comfortable environment. I Love their Pad Thai and Thai Tea.
I hate to publicly talk bad but this was probably the worst pad Thai We’ve ever had. The flavors were just off and not normal. Slow service as well although not their fault as they only had 2 servers. We Will never be back.
My own experience at this place over many visits. The food is killer. I love it, but if you dine in prepare to be ignored. The customer servjce is beyond terrible if you dine in. I noticed they are pumping out to go orders while the dine in customer is ignored beyond madness. Why would you even have a dining room if your businesses subsist in the to go. Wasting a lot of money on all that space, and I get why they have such a thriving to go business. Next time I’ll get mine to go
Placed an online order and when I went to check out it told me that they are no longer excepting orders at 4 PM
Food is fabulous.
It was ok a little bite high for a small portion
I have been waiting 2 hours for my food threw door dash tried to call this place multiple time to just get my money back because door dash can't ($40) and I can not even get them to answer the phone
Good food and good portions, cost is affordable
Unable to get an answer on the phone to place pickup order. Went into restaurant to order, girl working at the bar had a horrible attitude-told us food would be ready in 30-35min. Ended up waiting for over an hour for our food, after I told them if they didn’t bring out our food we wanted our money back, and the restaurant was empty.
This place is getting up there in their cost! I don't come often, but everytime I do - the menu is getting higher and less amount. 1 order of chicken wings (qty 4 wings) 2 red curry, 1 children's chicken lo mein, and a side of rice = $55. I've never taken to go, and was disappointed the soup & salad is only for dine in. As for food, it's OK as for Thai goes, but in my opinion I miss the establishment before them.
I had the Tom Yum with pork and wide noodles. So delicious!!! 😍
Service was slow, food was hreat
Outstanding, perfectly balanced soup and entree. A must visit. Pleasant atmosphere and reasonable prices.
My one and only experience that needed to pay over the phone before making an order. I went to the restaurant instead but being told that they are closing that I can’t eat in. The restaurant is cheap and narrow minded. They are assuming someone called in at 8:30pm would not come in pick up the order!
Such good food. Great service.
My daughter and I went at 11:05 midweek. Regular customers, always great service and good food. Ordered, and waited over 40 minutes for our lunch to arrive. We watched all the to-go orders lined up for pickup by Grub Hub, or whatever. I asked the waitress why our order was taking so long when I could see all the pickup orders lined up on the counter. She explained that the kitchen makes those orders immediately. I was astonished that we waited that long instead of people who weren’t even eating in the restaurant, drinking overly-priced sodas and expected to tip. It will be a long time before I head back there again.
Everything was so delicious! They offer beer as well as delicious jasmine iced tea, it is EXTREMELY sweet so I would recommend the non-sweet if you're not big on sugar. I loved it!
Like Thai, this is the place to go. Great food, great service. Great Experience every time I go there, regardless if it's takeout or eat in.
Delicious and fresh food. Service is great as well! Drunken noodles are my favorite!
One of our favorite places to have lunch.
The food is always great.
Thai food here is above average. This is still my favorite thai place. The service can be slow at times though. Come with plenty of time to spend.
The food was good, but the people were wonderful!! I took my dear friend there in October. She loved the food and was probably her last visit. She could hardly walk and I could not help her enough. All the servers helped her out to the car and refused even a tip from me. They have my eternal gratitude.
My family and I had a great dinner here. Excellent food! Friendly people. All around good experience. Will be back.
Came here based entirely on reviews.
Based on my experience I'd give it a scale from 1-5 (5 being highest):
Service- 3
Wait- 3
Food quality- 4
Value- 1
Spent nearly $30 for 2 entrees. Quality was decent but quantity was severely inadequate for the price. Hence the value for the dollar.
Highly unlikely that I'll return.
