The lo mein exceeded my expectations - homemade noodles, fresh veggies, and a savory sauce. I also ordered the spicy Laos sausage that came with a mouthwatering chili sauce. Incredibly delicious. For the lo mein (and other entrees) you can choose a spice level between 1-5, but they also have extra sauces/spices you can put on after the food is served.

Since the beef jerky comes with the same chili sauce, I ordered that to go, along with some pork spring rolls. Everything was super tasty and I felt like my money was well spent.

The staff is so nice and the place is so cozy!! The staff was so patient with my friends and I because of how indecisive we were! The food was absolutely AMAZING!! The food comes out hot and fresh and the spice made it 10X better!! I see some people hating on the spice level being too “spicy,” but they always say “the spice level is from 1-5, or none,” so if you can’t take the heat, don’t ask for it 🙅🏻‍♀️ overall my experience with the staff and the food was a 10/10‼️‼️ Hope this place gets the hype it deserves‼️‼️

Delicious Thai food! They also have a lot of Laotian food on the menu. Our waitress had a good sense of humor and did a great job. We don't live near here but we'll definitely be back if we're ever in the area again.

Went here years ago when they first opened and have not been back since recently. Was super disappointed with my noodle dish as well as my soup. Both traditional dishes tasted off and were not fresh. Only took a few bites and had to throw it out. Wont be back. Such a shame because it was good at one point. Perhaps they had an off day?

They were so hospitable and patient while me and my indecisive friends ordered.
I absolutely LOVED their crab Rangoon’s. You can tell they make them fresh. All the food is served hot and tastes AMAZING.
Spice is life. And if you can’t handle it then oh well.
The venue is so nice and cozy. The lighting is nice and the plants they have is a very nice touch.

Overall, I’m definitely going to be eating here again sometime soon.

It's so good you would want to gatekeep it for yourself but I have recommended it to everyone I know.

I'm 6 months late on leaving this review. I moved here last year and tried this place twice.

First time wasn't bad, food was mostly good, chicken was a little rubbery.
Second time my food smelled and tasted fishy like raw shrimp. I ordered chicken pad thai so no shrimp should be in it. It was bland and tasted like raw shrimp cross-contaminated into the food. I had to throw the food away. I woke up that night violently sick from whatever contaminated the food.

Best Bobba tea in the area. The kids love the fried rice. The springs rolls and the peanut dipping sauce are good. The Tom Yum soup is good too. They can make it spicy 1-5. Usually get 2-3.

I am super late leaving this review but better late than never! If I could give it 6 stars I would. Food was phenomenal. Service was the same. Small restaurant but huge, authentic flavor. Owner is super cool. I will definitely be back for more

The best around Nashville!!! I had spicy chicken curry with peppers and bamboo shoots and carrots it's one of the best curry that I've had; the freshest Curry that I've had around here. I also had the chicken curry fried rice it's amazing it's fresh I will not order from another Thai restaurant ever again not as long as Lil Thai is around!!! flavors to die for!!! Hidden gem right off of the I-24! Delicious and authentic Thai food. My favorite dishes are the red curry & fried rice but you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.

I came to Tennessee to do business. I don’t have a car and can only walk. After eating taco and burgers for a week, I finally couldn’t stand it. I walked for 25 minutes to the other side of the highway. I found this shop and I ordered a Gang Phet is too delicious for me. It should be the most delicious food I have eaten in recent years. Before I left Tennessee, I would come to eat every day.

I order the pad Thai and I ask for level 2 and it was so hot it felt like level 22. I couldn’t call back because the time I got home they were close. It was too hot to eat so I had to throw away and go out and buy more food somewhere else.

Drunken Noodle and Red Curry both delicious and traditional. Prepared like you were in mom's kitchen. Generous portions, fair prices. So glad to find this place!

They ran out of rice and didn't notify me, I could have ordered noodles instead. Nice owners, beautiful family gathering at restaurant. I enjoyed the scene, and the tv show Jurassic park, finally got a chance to watch it. So it gave me a good distraction while I was waiting too long.

A small little thai restaurant hidden away in a shopping center!! Very clean and simple interior with a calming atmosphere. The food was so good and authentic! The owners cook themselves and it tastes just like moms cooking! I suggest the beef jerky and Lao sausage...ladna and kowpiak were on point!! Owners are super nice and put their heart and soul into it! Go try it out!!

You wouldn't think you could get good Thai food in this area, but you would be happily mistaken. Lil Thai Cafe is the best surprise you will have in a while. The food is authentic and leaves you feeling full, but not bloated. If you are looking for something different, do yourself a favor and give it a shot. I recommend the See Ew and the Boba.
