Really delicious food! I got the Pad Khing with tofu and it was amazing. The chicken wings and wontons are super crispy and the best! The service is also always really good. This is one of the best Thai restaurants I've been to, it seems like the food is made with care and attention to detail. I've been twice in the past few months and I can't wait to go back.

Had a Thai basil dish for lunch today. The spice to heat it up was sprinkled on top instead of being cooked into the dish. Enjoyed it but that could have improved it.

Used to love this place but today we went. Drunken Noodles tasted spoiled. Couldn’t eat them, that bad. Asked for no spice and got very spicy food but ate it anyways. I wouldn’t recommend this place anymore.

One of the last great Asian food places that can actually make it properly. The soup was amazing and you can taste that the broth was done by hand with real ingredients. The crab Rangoon was extra filled, they don't over charge and under portion like most other places. The set up is a quaint lunch atmosphere.

Ordered curry was supposed to be shrimp but it was chicken it was so good that I didn't mind

Three years later and the same continues. We love the place but they “close” at 9 but refuse to seat people and change the rules everyday. Instead of playing their games I went inside and asked if they would seat us. They said yes, I go back to the car to gather my family and then they tell me no…. They told me last time I came in it has to be before 8:30PM to sit down, today was 8:15PM… I support them because it’s the only Thai restaurant around the area but it’s frustrating that the service sucks.

We love this place! Service is always grand. Sead yourself. I can only speak for the red curry, shrimp or tofu; was tempted to go for level 5 after doing 4 for several visits, but juat couldn't pull the trigger!

If you’ve never tried Thai food but you’re curious, head to Thai Phooket and jump in. It’s generally seat yourself. It’s a small simple and usually quiet dining room with attentive, super friendly service.

We always get the appetizer combo to start. It’s a great sampling and I absolutely recommend. Our favorites are Tom yum soup, drunken noodle, drunken rice, pineapple fried rice, or yellow curry. If you’re new and scared, try drunken noodle or drunken rice, or try something a little more familiar like sesame chicken or sweet and sour. For the noodles and rices, the pork is similar to but much more tender and flavorful than the chicken. But it’s all awesome.

Outdated but food was great

The original Thai Phooket was the best thai food in the city. Not sure why this one isn’t nearly as good. Also they charge 15% for “service items” on to-go orders but don’t tell you when you place to order on the phone. For a $55 meal after tax it came out to $75 and $10 was “service fee”.

CURRY, both red and green, were delicious. The restaurant is small but accommodated a party of 25 while we dined. I definitely loved the fresh spring rolls.

The first time there really enjoyed the food , the staff was very nice and professional. It was a packed house, and they treated everyone like we all were the only one's there. Most definitely, I will be back.

Just found this place despite my being in the area for over 30 years. This is easily my significant other’s and I’s go to Asian restaurant despite driving from Gallatin. Awesome all over and highly recommend the spring roll and the stir fry. Intend to try out more of the menu on future visits.

We've always loved this restaurant, but the only comment I have is that last few weeks ago we came to eat here. They served our food in the nice round plate 🍽 and the food is delicious as always. But yesterday May 9 we got serve with square plate 🤷‍♀️ Also, for some reason the Pad se-ew looks so dark. It has too much soy sauce didn't like it much!
Please don't put too much soy sauce and don't over cooked the noodles! Bring back the round plate, I liked the servings on round plate. Thanks

I'll start out by saying that I love this restaurant. Their food and service is always great and it's my favorite Thai spot in Middle TN. The owner is so nice and often in the restaurant working alongside employees. Go there and eat their food and you'll love it too.

Sadly, I had my first negative experience when I ordered takeout and noticed an automatic 15% service fee on my bill, in addition to a tip line. I'm all for tipping good service and quality food (which I did), but I don't love being automatically up-charged, especially on a take-out order. They are very reasonable in their prices, but it's a tough call to return when hidden fees start to appear on the bill.

HAIR in the vegetable red curry. It looked like an animals hair. Owner reimbursed but thought the entire ordeal was funny. Not sanitary. Will not be back.

The owner told me "that I was expected to tell him on the phone when I ordered that I was a new customer and it was my fault I did not know the updated menu prices." If all that's wanted is great Thai good, THIS is the place. The decor is more like a backwoods diner, but who cares when the food is THIS good? The chicken satay was AMAZING... they slightly grilled the chicken... WONDERFUL touch to give the edges of the chicken a bite. As it isn't listen below I can't select it, but the Penang chicken was delightful. Truly a gem of an establishment. If I stayed here I'd be eating here 2 to 3 times per week. Could not recommend it more highly than I do.

Absolutely love their food but with different young employees working upfront, things do not go as smoothly as they used to!

TPK is just awesome. I recently had an issue with a payment and was able to call in and get a resolution easily. They offered to refund the difference, even though it was a couple bucks. They are customer focused. For the 7 years that I've been ordering, the food has always been incredible and well-priced. Top notch all around. Support local.

This is probably the best Thai food in the surrounding Nashville area! Great food, gluten free options(meaning they use soy sauce that is gluten free and rice noodles), atmosphere is nice and the stuff is very friendly. Easy to become a regular here and have the staff remember your order =) all and all, really nice, quick and great quality. Also ask for peanut sauce when getting pad thai, really good especially if you want to calm down a spicy pad thai!

Bet a front here for lunch and when I pulled into the parking lot I was a little skeptical seeing the outside of the building, but boy was I wrong. Staff was awesome and the food was out of this world. Highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

This is a hole in the wall restaurant. Food is terrible. Customer servise is HORRIBLE! I came in to place a order one of the cooks was eating while cooking and dropping food iutnof her mouth into the food in the wok. She also had on flip flops when she was cooking with her toes out which is NOT sanitary. The cashier refused to take my order inthe restarant while the manager was checking out customer. They charge extra just to take your food to go which is crazy. This restaurant needs to be shut down. I wont eat here again.

We chose this restaurant to celebrate my husband's birthday. We found it through a Google search. It was pretty good! The service wasn't top notch, but not the absolute worst I've ever had either. We also didn't realize they closed at 9, and we arrived around 8. By the time we left, it was basically closing time and they were obviously ready to go. We just didn't pay attention to the closing time.

This manager is really rude and very akward he told me that he could walk me out to the car and i said no this guy was like 35 then few minutes later he gave me my food and then started being rude by bum rushing me telling me to leave like I irritated him just because i said no that he wants to walk me out of the car

The food is truly authentic and consistently excellent, every time. The Tom Kha soup with Chicken is delicious, and you can’t go wrong with a curry either (I love the Massamun & Panang).

My daughter and I Frequent this restaurant very often well tonight I’m left in Utter disbelief. We finished our meal asked for the bill got the bill and we were charged a 15% service fee so i asked the table next to us if they were charged a service well of course they were not being the fact that my daughter and I were the Only people there of color I went up to the register and asked why was I charged a service fee and he began to tell me that that’s what they always do I then explained to him that my daughter and I always come here and we have never been charged a service fee and we always tip not 15% but 20% so please explain why we were singled out he then say ok I’ll remove it. So he did I went on to tip him 18% but I will NEVER come back and anyone of color I would be ware. This was awful and it really hurt for someone to judge you for the color of your skin in 2023 this is ridiculous

This is the first time I have eaten at Thai phooket and it was wonderful. The food was great and our waitress did a good job insuring it did want too spicy. She did a great job because our food was spiced perfectly. Our waitress did really well taking care of us. Keep in mind we had 13 people with us and she didn't miss a beat. Overall, I am very pleased with my visit.

Thai Phooket went from being our favorite Thai food that we drove across the city for, to the absolute worst Thai food in Nashville. The mango sticky rice has had fruit flies in it, so I stopped adding it to my order. The summer rolls are now stuffed with the low quality shredded romaine/iceberg lettuce and carrot mix that you buy in a bulk bag from the grocery — no mint and cilantro as listed on the menu. The green curry was inedible tonight. It had the sweetness of a dessert, which makes me think they used sweetened coconut milk. My husband had green curry with chicken and I had it with tofu and they were both sickeningly sweet. It was a total waste of $60 on lunch (don’t get me started on their fees). That was the third bad meal we’ve had in a row, so we’re throwing in the town. The price keeps going up and the quality is tanking. I do hope they read this review and improve things!

The food appeared to be good. We sat there for 35 minutes after our order was taken. We realized everyone else around us was eating that had arrived after us. We asked if our order had been placed to which there was some sort of indignant response. As a result, we departed without tasting the food.

Went for a business lunch with my “mama” and she blessed me. I had the Sassy Red Curry, it has a coconut base, carrots, pineapple, green peppers and I recommend it with the fried tofu! Good ambience and definitely good food!

Sweet and sour chicken is excellent. Friendly service. The owner is awesome.
