Went here with my father recently, and we had a great experience! Amanda was our server, and she was super polite and helpful! We both got the drunken noodles. The portion and spice were perfect, and it tasted amazing!!! Warm and comfy miso soup. Thai tea was yummy. The vibes are very modern and elevated but still comfortable. We will absolutely be back for more.
This is a good restaurant. Atmosphere is great. Service is very good. And food is very good. The only thing i mark them down on is their generous use of oil in cooking. I have asked them twice to cut back oil usage a lot, and twice they have cut back a little. Last night when I finished my meal I showed them the pool of oil in my bowl and asked him if he thought that the cooks could reduce oil usage so that I wouldn't have that pool. He said that it all depends on who is cooking.
Ambitious menu spanning Thai, Japanese & Indian influences. Sushi excellent & well presented. Made to order so be patient. Sub Soy paper for seaweed on your favorite rolls, try their Ponzu soy sauce. Marie & team at bar make sitting there to eat a pleasure. P.S. Don't skip roast duck breast pineapple, veggie & basil curry to share with friends. Be back soon! -TS
It was my first time and I loved it. The atmosphere feels elevated more than your typical Asian restaurant. The service was lovely. I think this is one of the places that still has reasonable prices that reflect the quality and portions of their food. I liked everything I ordered. Will be back with friends and family!
The food was cold and disappointing, but the service was good and the restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere.
Great food, service is just as great!
I have been here multiple times and I always sit at the bar as I am a former bartender and I can say without a doubt that Marie is incredible! She remembers me each time she is engaged with the customers and truly enjoys her work!
Originally I gave a 3 but have gone back a couple of times and it has improved.

Love this place! The Crab Fried Rice was to die for, the Shrimp Lo Mein (Spice Level 3), Sesame Chicken, and Crab Rangoons were super delish!! And the staff were awesome. Special shout out to our waitress Lex G. and her manager were the B.O.M.B!! Definitely returning to this place.
Overall really good experience at this place. The food was really good, the atmosphere is pretty on point. Huge variety on the menu. I can definitely vouch for the curry options, especially the green curry. Spring rolls are tasty! I have to knock one star off due to customer service. Ultimately they made things right, but let's just say the experience of the waiter was not the best. Hopefully this will improve with time!
Best soup I've ever had, food was very good and staff were friendly. Very cool themed atmosphere.

Great food
This place is great. The food is fantastic. The inside is beautiful.
The only problem we had is we almost didn't see it.
Love the food , but the pricing is hard to understand ! When order rice dish with shrimp it’s $3.00 for 7 pc shrimp and to add extra shrimp it’s addition $5.00 for 4 addition shrimp . Managers expiration is that it’s corporate pricing . POV Corporate may want to revisit their pricing so it makes sense or just charge the customer an additional $3.00 and give them the same amount !
Had an excellent meal here. Food was delicious. Will return.

Went today for lunch with my husband. Had a very good experience overall. Good food, good service and great ambiance! Will definitely visit again.
Great service and food.
The crab fried rice level 4 spicy is sooo good!!!!
Jackie came with the lunch specials and was awesome. Evan is pretty cool too
The food is excellent! Ive tried many dishes, and all were very good. The service was exceptional! The server made sure our drinks stayed filled, and she was very friendly.i didnt get her namw but she was a redhead, upbeat and friendly.
This restaurant is always extremely busy with takeout orders. The food smells and tastes delicious. I'd definitely recommend trying the food. You'll like it and you'll get your monies worth.
Food quality is exceptionally great, ambience is beautiful and pleasing, slightly happy service crew would be a bit better. I definitely recommend this place for the lunch!
Thai food was not authentic but passable, perhaps for people who don't know how Thai is supposed to taste like
First time here and we lived it! Thai food is probably one of our faves and this definitely ranked up there! I recommend the Pad Thai Tofu and the Vegetable Sushi! Doesn't have a lot of Vegetarian options but the ones they do are pretty great. We had a really nice server, Sierra J, who was really helpful with all our questions! Definitely recommend!
My favorite Thai join in the area. The food is always tasty. I have never dined inside but have done takeout a bunch
Ordered via DoorDash for Father’s Day. Ordered spring rolls, edamame, duck entree and chicken lettuce wraps. It was boxed beautifully and all was delicious.
Excellent Pad Thai
Overall disappointing.
Nice interior design.
We ( party of 3) arrived a little before 5 and there were only 2 occupied tables.
Service was slow especially given there was only 2 tables. Waitress was friendly but forgot our appetizer.
Food was disappointing. Tasted more like Panda Express or PF Chang than authentic Thai.
Will not return.
Consistently good food and service. Would come here again and again!
Excellent service. Great food.
Everything was great
Fantastic, underrated restaurant. So glad we found this place. Wish we knew about it earlier. Best thai in Franklin/Brentwood with consistently great flavors, great cocktails, nice ambience/staff & reasonable prices. Our waitress/bartender Susannah was outstanding. Highly recommend. These are the types of local restaurants we need to support & appreciate.
Great food, even better people! Always enjoy talking with Jeff and Susannah when I come in!
Everything we have tried has been delicious and the service is great!
Our food was delicious and our server was extremely attentive and warm/friendly. The decor is beautiful and sets a nice tone.
Note: it is a bit noisy so if you’re wanting a quiet dining experience, this may not be the best fit.
The ONLY reason I can’t give this a 5 star rating is due to the 2 hostesses. We were seated in the front of the restaurant and had a clear view of the front door and host stand (we didn’t mind this, it was busy). However, both ladies were clearly talking about people as they left the restaurant (a lot of “judgy” looks between the two of them as patrons would leave the restaurant). There was one couple specifically that appeared to have a large age gap and the stares/facial expressions sharing between them after the couple left was such a disappointment to watch. Regardless of the age of these two hostesses, this behavior is unprofessional and unnecessary. I hope it is addressed. Kindness is free to give and is heart-filling to receive. And this world needs more of it.
Food was good service was stand offish. Our server seemed annoyed when asked for anything . Need to improve customer service skills.as far as the automated reply; quite simply tell your staff to greet and treat people as they would want to be treated and not as if the customer is inconveniencing them. This was displayed towards everyone in the party. Tried take takeout on another day received a half full container. Disappointing.
The hostess wasn’t friendly nor very helpful when I asked for something spicy to add to my dish. The portions were small and not very tasty. We are lovers of Thai food and this wasn’t what we are used to the flavor was lacking.
Let me start off by saying it usually takes either a horrible or an extremely satisfying experience for me to write a review.
My experience with The Eastern Peak has been phenomenal. The staff are very friendly and very sociable, which to me is one of the most paramount peaks of customer service.
The drink was phenomenal, the restaurant was clean, the food came out fast, the food was great, and the best part is I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. The servers and the bartend were not overbearing and I enjoyed my meal in peace, but they still gave me a pleasant experience with small talk here and there.
All in all, I will be back here again.
Awesome red curry!
I've been to several Eastern Peak locations but this one is by far my favorite. The dining room is beautiful and the quality of their food and service has always been fantastic. They have an excellent sushi menu, too.
The staff here is pretty incompetent, but the food is good.
What a nice find tucked in cool springs. I discovered this place around Christmas on DoorDash and ordered the drunken noodles - so yummy! Then a couple of weeks later decided to visit for dinner. The restaurant is spacious and cozy and it has a nice bar area. The menu offers a lot of options without jeopardizing quality, freshness and flavor. I ordered the duck curry with fried rice. Strongly recommend the place and it is now added to my general rotation.

Love this place. Red curry 🍛 is my favorite thing on the menu.
I went for my first time and it was amazing. They were very careful with my shellfish allergy and ensured everything I had was safe for me to eat. Faith, our server, was incredible. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure what I ate had no cross contamination. I will be back to this restaurant.
Nice place, delicious food, but got food poisoning NOT from sushi. Highly suspect the crab rangoons.
Went for a business lunch and the place is beautifully decorated and clean. The server was attentive and the food came out quickly. We had the spring rolls and it does not state on the menu that they are fried, so we were disappointed that they were fried, but they were delicious. Was assuming they were just raw rice paper though. We had the red curry and the chicken pad thai for entrees, both were delcious! The flavors were great. A colleague had the sushi and it looked great. I will definitely be back!
Very clean and upscale Asian restaurant that has authentic food but in a more fancy ambiance than traditional cuisine spots. The Thai dishes are very good here - particularly the curry and noodle dishes. They also had Chinese and Japanese dishes as well. The portions are good and fair for the price. Lots of seating available. Very nice and helpful waitstaff.
Truly a great experience. The ambiance was welcoming and warm. The staff was friendly. There is a variety of food to select from and everything was delicious.
The Eastern Peak is one of my top 5 favorite restaurants to get food from. Their curries have never disappointed. I've got my coworkers hooked on this place, too.
Surprising find in the area. Food is really good, and consistent quality every time. Ambiance is great, far fancier than menu prices suggest. Lunch is a great value.
For whatever reason I am just now getting around to trying to The Eastern Peak, even though it has been high recommend.
I came to the Franklin location a couple of days after Christmas Day after the lunch period around 2:30 pm. There were several people seated but not too crowded. I was sat immediately.
They have an extensive menu that is appropriate for an Asian fusion restaurant. Several starters, four different soups, various types of salads, stir-fry, fried rice, noodles, curry, grill selections and an extensive and varied sushi menu. They also have a fully stocked bar with four different beers on tap. (I didn’t try anything from the bar)
I ordered the Lettuce Wraps with chicken and the Roll Roll Combo which included four pieces each of California Roll, Spicy Crab Roll, Spicy Tuna Roll, and Crunchy Shrimp Roll.
The Lettuce Wraps came out in a reasonable amount of time. They used Romaine leafs for the lettuce and they were fresh and crispy. The chicken mixture was hot and extremely flavorful and savory. The Roll Roll combo came out at the same time and the rolls were nice and cold and crisp. There was a freshness to the fish and the mixture of the spicy rolls that were definitely made to order. The presentation of both dishes were very well done. (Anyone that follows me knows presentation is not big on my list).
If you are in the Nashville, TN area come check them out. They are a local chain with 4 in the area as well as one in Murray, Ky and one in Paducah, KY.
Well worth stopping in. I am looking forward to coming back and trying something else from their menu!
(I dug right in when the food came and was halfway done by the time I realize I should have snapped a picture!)
I paid $18 for for Red Curry w Shrimp. To get four small\avg shrimp. With all the competition in the immediate area this definitely a lack of bank for buck which takes probably one and a half stars for me off the 5. Then the lack of spices in the red curry which is the (The main part of the dish) was lacking bamboo shoots, onions, and had a margarine or buttery taste versus the coconut milk sort of aftertaste I'm used to but in their defense they do give you a ton of rice which helped out because of the lack of meat. It was not nasty it was okay just far from the best.
Our family had dinner here and everything we had was so good! We ate both Edamame dishes for starters. Fried rice with chicken, Red curry with Seafood, Green curry with Chicken, Lo mein with Seafood… all were amazing. We are going to come back again to try more… love this restaurant!
The food was really good. Very flavorful. I'd definitely go back.
First time here and honestly I think it’s our new favorite place in Franklin! The orange chicken was the best I’ve ever had. Atmosphere was perfect, the restaurant is gorgeous. Service was flawless, and food arrived piping hot and was very quick!
My coworker and I stopped in for what turned out to be an excellent lunch! We both did the red curry, him with shrimp and I with chicken. The curry was well portioned, flavored, and priced, and the ability to adjust the spice (go with Thai spicy if you like heat) was excellent!
If I'm back in the area I will gladly return!
We have been here 1-2 times per month since they opened and are so glad they have a new location in Franklin! I’m gluten free and they are very accommodating.
Very nice restaurant. Delicious food and nice atmosphere.
Nice place.. Nice bar.. Great food and service
My wife and I stopped by to have dinner here today (08/14). We have been here a few times and like the ambience and the food so was hoping to experience it today as well.
Unfortunately that was not what we experienced. We had a bad experience with the server. We got there about 6:40 pm, were seated and placed an order. At 7:05 we asked the server if she thinks we could get out by 7:30 since we had another appointment.
The typical answer would be that she could check and let us know. Instead the first thing she says is "I don't know. I don't work the kitchen ". Like don't we know servers don't work the kitchen? Then she shrugs her shoulders and says I can check.
After a few minutes she comes back and says "I'm sorry I can't tell you anything else or how long it's going to take. As I told you I don't work the kitchen. You came here after everyone else so it will take time. Should I cancel your order or box it?".
I was honestly appalled at this attitude and asked to cancel the order and walked out. This could have been handled better! We were not confrontational and were polite because I know that service workers are under a lot of stress. But it's almost like an excuse for boorish behavior that we have to just suck up and deal with!
Maybe one rotten apple in their work force but left me with a terrible experience nonetheless.
Definitely the best Thai food in Franklin. They do their takeout really well too!
Cute restaurant. Food is drive through quality. Seems like it is frozen and just heated.
Loved the food. Service was great. It was a beautiful restaurant
I haven't been in for awhile and figured I'd give it another shot. Very little wait time, food was really good and the service was excellent. The server mentioned it was under new management...let me just say they are doing such a great job! Will be back!
This place is one of my faves. Very great food and great staff!!!
Food was incredible and was on the table in record time after ordering. Our server, Aland was very helpful and knowledgeable. Will be returning very soon!
I came here with my family and had an amazing time. Aland the server, made the dinner. He was very funny and charismatic. The food was delicious and the environment as a whole was great. Highly recommend to anyone in franklin
Food is great when they get it right, but they have got it wrong 3 times in a row. I don’t know what’s going on but it’s annoying and inconvenient when I only have a limited amount of time to go and grab lunch smh. Need to do better!!
It was good....I had the pad Thai and it was good but just typical. I did love the trees
This was ok. I had the pad Thai and my daughter had the red curry. The restaurant was clean and the wait staff was polite, if a little slow. There was nothing extraordinary about the food. There was plenty of parking.
We called to place a takeout order and at the end of the order we were told there is a 10% service fee for all takeout orders. When we inquired about the substantial fee, we were told by the person taking the order that it is to “help offset my salary” because she was “providing the service of taking the takeout order for the kitchen”. Are the servers inside the restaurant not also providing the exact same service? Yet there is no additional service fee for dine-in? This fee is in addition to tipping, and absolutely absurd. The food prices are not inexpensive. The customer already helps “offset” salaries by tipping. Adding a non-optional 10% service fee on top of that is offensive and insane. If you can’t afford your staff, this is not the way to get around it. This will be the last time we ever eat at Eastern Peak.
I highly recommend Eastern Peak in Franklin. The atmosphere is very warm and inviting. I have eaten there at least 5 times and the food is always delicious! I love the crunchy shrimp rolls and the spring rolls are amazing. The staff is genuinely friendly and helpful! Excellent service! The steak and broccoli was delicious! I really cannot say say enough about this awesome restaurant! Go! Check it out for yourself!
This is a great find! Loved the sushi! Staff is amazing and the manager came over to check on our food and service! Can’t wait to go again and bring friends and family!!
Absolutely love this restaurant! I have been to the Bellevue location and was so excited that they opened in Franklin. The food and service is outstanding! They provide recommendations on what to order based on your liking. They make sure that you are taken care of. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Tried to eat here for dinner, there were maybe a handful of guests in the restaurant. There were multiple servers working but we never got service. No water nobody to take our order. We walked out and nobody even asked why or apologized.
Good food but UNETHICAL OWNERSHIP.
I discovered a 10% service fee on my take-out order, which was not disclosed to me when I placed the order, or when I picked it up. When I discovered this at home on the receipt, I called the restaurant. I spoke with Allison, the General Manager, who bluntly shared with me that they underpay their staff ($12/hr). In order to offset this, they charge a 10% service fee on all ToGo orders (which the owner started during Covid and "decided to keep"). When I challenged the integrity of the policy she abruptly cut me off asking "what else can I do for you" and then eventually hung up on me.
So, instead of raising the pay of their employees, and subsequently the cost of doing business, and reflecting this by increasing their menu prices for all to see, the ownership hides a service fee and expects you to eat it. With a policy like that, I'll eat elsewhere.
Went as a group, all the food we had was delicious! Large menu too, so lots of options. And the service was great too! Can't wait to come back
This restaurant is amazing!! I come here almost every week and it never disappoints. I’ve recommended this place to all of my friends and family and they love it too! The vibe is so welcoming and the food is so comforting. Also, if you haven’t tried the Thai iced tea….you need to 😮💨 The main reason I always come back is the staff, they’re so patient and sweet! 10/10
Since they opened,we have been here several times. Service always great, food is fabulous.
Seeing comments here that say "best sushi and Thai in cool springs" is a little concerning. Either they are friends/family of the owner or they must have literally tried nothing else in this area. Ordered 4 different sushis and I have to say they were easily the worst I've had. I didn't think it could be possible to mess up sushi. Very disappointed especially at this price point. The service and atmosphere were great though!
Love this place! Sushi is great and the staff are amazing! Will definitely be a regular.
Craziest experience I can recall ever having in a restaurant. Server (who was training another server) was terrible. My wife was struggling to get answers about the menu. We were brought the "allergy menu" pictured here, which was obviously not for public consumption -- but tells you all you need to know about this place. It actually says, "and whatever other made up allergy they can think of." This was a second (and last) visit; to be fair, our first was good. And all the food we've had here is good. But wow, the staffing is brutal... And it was so disappointing to see how cavalier the approach to food allergies appears to be.
Their food is so good. So fresh and delicious.
This place is beautiful and the food is great and the service was 10/10
Best sushi and Thai in cool springs
Decor is pretty. Food was at best average. You could tell it’s microwave heated and served. Not fresh
Second trip to The Eastern Peak and I have never been disappointed. Food has always been amazing and staff is very friendly and attentive. Victoria was my waitress today and she was so pleasant and attentive to making sure everything was perfect. This is a great place that you should check out. You will not be disappointed!
Very cute place, and good food. Spicier then I expected but very good! I came here randomly and I guess they had just opened. I really like the interior design of this place. The staff was very friendly. I had the Drunken Noodles which were really good but like a mentioned before there were more spicy then I expected and I consider myself a decent spicy eater. Over all nice place, great design, good location and priced right.
Took my friends out for dinner here and had a great time. Sushi was very good and the drunken noodles were amazing!
Best Asian cuisine in cool springs!!!!! Ask for Victoria. Alli is a fantastic GM. This place is ran excellent!
Worst Thai and sushi in Franklin
Food and service is excellent and always consistent. Staff is very friendly. Great environment.
This place has great food and is in a great location. Staff friendly too.
I enjoy the new location so much I've visited at least 3 times in recent times. Huge menu including dishes and sushi. You can see the menu online. The atmosphere is lovely. Decor is gorgeous. Highly recommend! A perfect Cool Springs addition.
Long wait times and rude staff
It was still newish at this location… but… the other locations are awesome! Food was meh. Service was awful. We were the only party in the restaurant and it took them 40 minutes to get our food out. Then no water or drink refills and 20 minutes for them to bring the check after we had finished eating… I hope they improve that because Franklin is more convenient than the Gulch and Thompson Lane but the drive may be worth it if that doesn’t change.
Food was excellent and I love the atmosphere. The service was slow, and our waiter seemed to be having to care for the whole dining room himself. I’m going to chalk this up to this restaurant being fairly new. I’m certain when the processes are tightened up it will be much better. Like I said, food was excellent.
Ordered salt and pepper fried calamari and gyoza for appetizers. Calamari didn’t have the crunch, kinda soggy and not warm. Think it sat too long before served. Also, it was little too salty.
Gyoza was better, warm and soy sauce dip was light and delicious.
Drunken noodles was warm and tasty. The highlight was the sweet and sour pork.
Pork wasn’t deep fried like typical sweet and sour dish but sliced pork stir fry style.
Could taste the wok hei (super hot wok) on the dish! Very impressed with that! The flavor was well balanced!
First off - I totally misnamed this place when I was telling people about it and I’m disappointed in me - I thought I had discovered an un-google-mapped place. I was wrong.
Anyway - the food was fantastic!! Service was excellent - Charlie was super helpful and was very informative and clearly liked his job and was enthusiastic about the menu.
I had pad Thai with chicken. Yum, yum, yum. Good serving size with firm but tender noodles, tofu and chicken in a sweet/savory sauce.
Nice interior space with a cool tree right inside the entrance. It was inviting from the outside and a good space to eat in.
Here’s the breakdown:
Huge menu +1 star; fresh, hot and yummy food +1 star; nice dining area +1 star; decent serving size +1 star; excellent service from Charlie +1 star.
For sure will return.
