I will definitely go back the food was amazing! I had the pineapple rice with chicken and a heat level of 2. The scale goes 0-5, 2 was plentyyy enough hot for me. I would rate a 2-3 heat around a jalapeño level. Still has great flavor but isn’t so hot you can’t enjoy the meal. The peach flavor tea was really good as well. I highly recommend this location.

This restaurant is a hidden gem in Cleveland! Their food is so authentic and delicious. The location is also exceptionally clean and neat. I had the Pad Woonsen with mung bean vermicelli noodles and chicken. Go try it! You won’t be disappointed!

My wife had the PHO, and I had the cashew Shrimp fried rice. The food was good. We haven’t had everything, but what we ordered was good tasting.

Really great food but it’s never open. We try multiple times to eat here because we love the food but they’re constantly closed and they don’t honor the hours it says on their doors or online. They are going to end up closing down if they don’t keep their doors open more often.

TERRIBLE wait times. Read the reviews. Expect at least 45-75 minutes' wait after placing your order. Add 10 minutes to whatever time they say it will be ready. Tonight it took 1 hr. & 15 min. I ordered 1 Chicken Curry and 1 Pad Woonsen at 6 PM. They said it would be ready in "35-40 minutes". I arrived at 6:40 and waited till 7:15. Delicious food, but order when you're still full because you'll be starving by the time it's ready. UPDATE: Back again on 10-04-24. Ordered at 6:07 PM, came at 7:07 to pick up, now it's 7:30 PM and still not ready!!! 🤯😂

Really yummy food and extremely clean but it took around 40 minutes for the food to be ready which means it was fresh so i recommend ordering ahead!

So friendly and everything we had we loved- chicken pad thai , curry, spring rolls and dumplings. Thai tea was really delicious. My kids loved it too. So happy to have found this gem in cleveland!

40 minute wait and $22 for a soup and 4 tiny spring rolls.

Like many other reviewers mentioned, food was very slow to arrive. At lunch time, this can be a problem for folks with 30 minute or even hour lunches. Took 30 minutes to get our 2 dishes. The food was pretty good. If you dine-in they serve everything in to-go containers with bamboo leaves and plastic ware which seems wasteful, however. Service was great. Atmosphere is simple but clean. Bathrooms were very clean.

This is the best Thai food place in the area. This includes Chattanooga. People who complain about the long wait for their food don’t seem to understand that they make their food super fresh for you every time. The quality of the food is excellent. I’m pretty sure this is also a family-owned establishment as well and they are so kind to every customer. Their dishes are absolutely worth the wait.

The internal sit down location is Okay. There isn't much to see, but the seats are unique and the place is clean.
Getting to the food: this is where the location shines. The food is always flavorful. Currently, I'm working my way in trying all the different plates simply because nothing has failed me thus far. What make the plates appealing is the little leave that holds the food within the plate. It's a small touch that says a lot about the service.
Thank you for that and hopefully they keep that little item as their unique take on the food service.
This is like my weekend pick when I just can't decide on something. I know this food will fill me up and come with the flavor I expect. I always pick a spicy level of 2, though if you are braver you can pick all the way up to level 5.

It was our first time eating here. The food was delicious. We will definitely be back. The best thing was one of my boys has multiple food allergies and they went above and beyond to make sure he could eat safely. If you have someone in your family that has allergies give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

The food was mostly good except the one rice noodle dish was way too salty with unnecessary excess soya sauce...the Thai curry dishes were delish though. Prices seemed reasonable.

Very tasty food

This place is amazing. My husband and I both really enjoyed our meals and had enough for leftovers for the next day. They ask you what heat indicator you like your food at and make it accordingly. Dishes are made while you wait so you know they are fresh. Highly recommend if you like Thai food

food is good i have eaten here several times and have placed orders togo, but lately costumer service hasn’t been great i’ve tried to give it more chances since the food is good, but you have to call several times to even place an order. i tried to place an order about 2 weeks ago for 2 chicken phos and a spicy style fried rice with spice level 10 lady on the phone said she would charge extra for spice level 10 even though (they have never charged extra for it being extra spicy) she also said they were out of chicken but could do shrimp for extra and that the food would take about an hour and a half. I just ended up canceling my order and getting food somewhere else. Today i decided to give it one more shot and dine in. lady upfront was blowing her nose upfront and was visibly sick or had allergies either way she should not be handling food or packaging togo orders.Before seeing that i had already placed my food for dine in and a togo order so it was too late to leave or cancel order. by the time we finished eating lady upfront didn’t check up on us and wasn’t upfront we waited several minutes to ask for togo bags up front facing the kitchen while everyone was having a deep conversation in there. I don’t know if they didn’t notice we were standing there or if they were just ignoring us. Anyways i start to head home and the chicken pho that i ordered togo literally leaked all in my car. This isn’t the first time this has happened it always happens when ordering togo. The pho container gets soggy and leaks all the soup out. The food is expensive enough to invest in better take out material like maybe plastic 32 once liquid containers instead of those cheap paper like containers. People shouldn’t waste their money on food that won’t even make it to their house and that leaves a car a mess. I’ve worked in food service and i try to be understanding, but it’s just been too many times. This will definitely be my last time buying food from here.

Food quality was excellent. We had tofu with mixed vegetables and Thai pad with tofu. Both were excellent. Be patient because it takes a while but worth the wait.

The food here is fantastic! I really hate to leave a poor review but I have to say, I showed up a few minutes after opening time with a small group and the doors were locked. We drove 30 minutes to eat there and didn’t want to go anywhere else so we waited, thinking it was just a fluke. Finally after maybe 30 min I called and there was a voicemail message saying they were opening an hour late. But there was no sign the door AND there were people inside working who saw me standing there with my baby in the cold and they didn’t bother to come let us know. We made eye contact and they just ignored us. As a small business owner I would never do that to a customer. So we left. If this happens to you, La Altena around the corner is amazing as well!

I’ve eaten here several times, both dine-in and pickup. The food is very good but the service is VERY slow. Each time I’m hopeful they’ll be better but they aren’t. It should not take over an hour for a pickup order of 1 entree and 1 side. If you’re wanting a quick lunch spot, just go to Fuji.

This place has some of the best food you can find. Like everyone is saying here, you’re gonna have to wait a while for it but I find the wait to be totally worth it. They stay busy and don’t seem to have much staff so be patient, geez.

Food is lovely, my favorite Thai around Cleveland, but almost every time, my order is incorrect. It’s either the wrong meal or wrong spice level constantly. I keep coming back because it is tasty but if you like it spicy, definitely make sure to have some Thai chili flakes on hand of your own.

Had the Thai Style fried rice with egg rolls. The egg rolls were fresh and crispy good flavor. The chicken in the rice was good, the carrots were big and too hard for my liking. Perfect amount of cilantro. Overall good flavors and fresh. Friendly service.

I've been on the search for Asian cuisine in TN and I am so glad I found this place! I'm always super skeptical of the authenticity of new places but the food here blew me away!

I got Pad Thai with tofu, Coconut soup, and a Thai tea. The Pad Thai was perfectly done and the tofu was cooked so well, crispy and firm. There was a ton of pieces of tofu so I got one with every bite. The coconut soup was delicious and full of fresh veggies. Lastly, the Thai tea was better than I expected, sweet and almost reminiscent of cotton candy. I was seriously floored by how fresh and delicious the food was.

We ordered Togo on a Friday night and the food was ready when we arrived for pick up. Plus the prices are affordable for how much food you get! I was able to get two meals out of my food!

This is by far the best food in Cleveland. I just moved here recently and it is my go to spot. The food is quality and consistent and they don’t make mistakes. The owner is very nice and takes the time to talk to you which adds to the experience. I can’t recommend this place enough! No they are not the fastest, but plan accordingly if you are ordering during busy hours. They also have a lot of options for vegetarians and vegans. The quality is worth the wait.

Why is the large coconut soup only 50% full when it is normally full? The curry is full but not the coconut soup? Second time this has happened. Is is because you had to make two at a time this time? Is it laziness or stinginess?

The spice level. 2 out of 10should not be so spicy no one can eat it. This happened more than once.

There are already so many reviews about wait time so I’ll leave it at that.

The cashier was nice, but kept putting bags of food on the counter in front of me one by one, saying we are just waiting on the broth. Finally bag three with the broth came out and I slowly grabbed all 3 bags in front of the 2 cashiers. One offered to help me, but I said it is fine. We got a call about 20min later saying we took someone else’s food and needed to come and bring it back. Apparently it was the middle bag that was not ours. How could any customer know that?

A few things about her calling and what she said. She told my wife I was TOLD to only take two. No I was not and how could anyone know not to take the one in the middle? Then she said we HAD to pay for it. I actually didn’t know she said that to my wife or I probably wouldn’t have been so nice. When I talked to her she said she had to have it back even though it would be close to an hour before I could get back and that they had to give it to the other customer. I asked her several times if that was not a health code violation and would another customer want food someone else already took home? Not knowing the things she said to my wife, I just offered to pay to be nice. Ended up being $25 and some change.

I don’t know if she was just young, new, or afraid of getting in trouble, but this was not handled well and is not any customers fault…

I have some Thai friends and having sampled some of their mothers authentic Thai food, with that said the food I tried here was very good, I was surprised at the size of the portion until I opened the container. I ordered the Penang Curry, and it taste very good, the problem comes from lack of protein. I ordered chicken and got 6 little slivers of chicken and about a half pound of green beans and carrots.
for $13 I got a bowl of beans and carrots with a piece or two of chicken. NO Thanks will not return.

Have yet to eat here , but I have tried a few times. There sign says they close at 8 but at 7:00 pm sharp they lock the doors. So today I tried to do a call in order and was told it would be an HOUR wait lol.

The staff here are super rude over the phone and in person.. I just don't know why? They get upset when you mispronounce an order and get upset over the phone when none of the front staff are even from Thailand. Food is amazing but the staff are awful.

I travel for work, so whenever I'm in a different town I like to try the local Thai place(s). This little secret in Cleveland is the best I've ever had. I was a culinary professional for over 15 years so I can recognize when someone is cooking with passion and this place does. It's incredible. Definitely check it out.

If you're on your lunch hour, this is not the place for you! We were told that it would be about 20 min until our order would be finished. At the 1 hr mark I returned to the counter and asked that it be put in to-go boxes as we were on our lunch break. After 10 more minutes we were handed 2 bags of food and we walk out to our vehicle. The lady comes running out and says she gave us the wrong order, handed us ours and then took what I had back in to give to someone else. McDonald's doesn't even do that! The basil fried rice was good but the dumplings were flavorless and tepid. Overall this was a poor experience. We will not be returning.

They are literally the nicest staff you will ever meet, on top of having amazing genuine Thai and other amazing dishes.
Unlike the other Thai places I’ve tried, their Phad Thai does not make me tired or over dosed on sugar, it is very clean and honestly my family’s new favorite spot. :)

The coconut soup here is my favorite of any coconut soup I've ever had. The spring rolls are also delicious, if you're able to catch them before they sell out! They've got just the right amount of crunch without the inside being soggy. I always get the chicken pad see ew, but I'm sure everything else is delicious! (I'm just a baby about trying new food 😂)

Bonus! It's owned by the sweetest little family and I know that Susie (who has the kindest, most positive vibes) puts a lot of love into the food!

First time eating here. And will have to say We WILL be back!!! Excellent food and Amazing service. While the drinks were in cans and bottles, I also didn't have to pay $3+ for a drink that is usually hit or miss on quality like fountain drinks at most places these days. And the wait may have been a little bit, the restaurant also does carry out and drive thru orders so that's totally understandable. Would rather wait and my food be fresh and hot!!! So glad the wife and I tried it!!! We will be seeing you again!!! Thank You!!!

Update: Me and my daughter visited again today. I decided to go mid afternoon since my daughter is a toddler. The food was even better than last visit. All of the ladies working were a pure delight and the wait time for fresh food was very reasonable. 5 stars all the way!

The food was delicious! The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the wait for the food was so long. I’m hoping it was because the power was out multiple times today. Will update when I try again on a day where the power is acting right.

Absolutely LOVE this place! Have gotten food here at least half a dozen times In the past 2 weeks. Couldn't be happier. The service and the food are both amazing!

The curry is delicious but they don't give you very many veggies for the price. The veggies are my fav part. I would like less rice and more veggies. Otherwise, it's great.

Stopped in on a Tuesday around 5pm. We were the only customers inside but noticed a lot of to go orders. Waited 20 minutes on the food and it was amazing. Well worth the wait everyone else is complaining about. I’d rather wait for good hot fresh food as opposed to fast food and poor quality. Highly recommend the yellow curry! So glad we finally have a fantastic Thai restaurant!

The food is great! I tried a lot of the dishes on the menu and none disappointed. The prices are very reasonable compared to other Thai restaurants. I had to remove 1 stars because I miss out due to being closed on Saturdays.

They give literally no duck sauce with spring rolls except for a few drops for the third time in a row. And these greedy people are not consistant with the spice level AT ALL. Ridiculous service as well. Know how to cook potatoes all the way?? jeez

We came on a Saturday shortly after opening and the restaurant didn’t appear very busy.

We were given a 20-30 minute wait time but it took approximately one hour to get a ball of rice, some veggies and a little bit of beef. The average wait time to get food according to Google is 20-23 minutes. Had I been on a lunch break, I would have been irate. I fail to understand the extended wait time based on the amount of customers present during our visit. Moving on, the restaurant does not offer drinks outside of cans and bottles, so I easily finished my can coke within the hour wait time and couldn’t tap into a free refill like most restaurants offer, however, the cashier did offer me a freebie as an apology for the wait. Once I got my food, I found it to be lacking in flavor but strong with spicy heat from the peppers. I did enjoy the plate, but the overall experience didn’t leave me saying, “I’d come back.”

Found this place next door to where I do physical therapy and thought we’d do some take out for dinner and it did not disappoint! Definitely my favorite Thai place in Cleveland now! We had the pad Thai and pineapple fried rice. Everything had great flavor and seemed more fresh and clean compared to a lot of places. My only suggestion would be more pineapple and cashews In the fried rice 😋

The food is great, and they have the best pho in cleveland. The girl who answers the phone could be a little more knowledgeable about the menu. I forgot the proper thai name for the dish so i asked for "drunken noodles". The girl told me that they don't have drunken noodles, but suggested pad se ew instead. When I went to look at the menu later I saw that they definitely do serve drunken noodles (listed with proper Thai name of Pad Kee Mao). It's a small thing, but something you should probably know if you're working at a Thai restaurant. My husband was really looking forward to trying drunken noodles but had to eat a different dish due to wrong information from the order taker

I've had LOTS of Thai food in my life (including in Thailand) and this is some of the best I've had. Their Coconut Soup, Pad See Ew, and Massaman Curry are all particularly delightful. Anyone who does not think Han Thai is delicious is wrong and should be publicly flogged (metaphorically).

Very underwhelming food. Quite bland and very little flavor. Would not return. Much better Thai restaurants in the area.

The person taking orders didn't communicate well to the line cooks the heat requested. The time for the food to come out to the table was extremely long and when the food was not as ordered, the person said it would take another 45 minutes before a corrected meal could be ready. OUTRAGRIOUS!! They won't last long!!

Wish I took a picture of the food but it was too good to wait! Some of the best Thai tea I've ever had. You have to get an order of the dumplings when you come, the sauce is amazing! I also ordered the beef pho and it was great! Can't wait to come back and try something new!

Food was so good. I always try to save half my curry for the next day but I just couldn't stop eating it. I ordered the green curry this time but everything my family ordered was delicious and I can't wait to try everything on the menu. Call ahead with your odere because they make everything fresh and it shows in quality of their food but does take some time. Also, save room for the sticky mango rice, yum!

Really glad to have a great Thai option in this area now. Went on a busy afternoon to place a dinner pickup & they kindly let me know it would be about a 30 minute wait for my 2 good sized orders. Everything was made fresh & very tasty; the pineapple rice was delicious & kids loved their pad thai.
The restaurant interior is simple, bright colored & clean. Will definitely be back to enjoy again!
